I can't believe how rude Google reps are becoming. I've been seeing more emails from Google Ads accounts where the Google Ads reps are saying things like...

"Now the deal is, I have been trying to get in touch with you for the past 3 months minimum and honestly, I am exhausted now."

To say you are exhausted likely sending automated emails is manipulative to say the least. Or they say things like...

"Could you please acknowledge in either scenarios and get me out of my misery."

Is this really what Google is doing or are they using AI to write their emails now. It's kinda wild how a trillion dollar company is resorting to being rude.

The WORST customer service ever! No matter what I do, I cannot get any help from the "overseas" support people to get my business listed on Google! I went back and forth for over a week with this person, he just can't comprehend the English language at all!

What good is a support department if they haven't a clue what you are talking about because of the language barrier???! Businesses in the US "need" support that understands the local language! This right here will keep me from EVER using Google Ads for my business!

I have been trying for nearly 6 months to set up my Google Ads campaign. Setup is included in the cost of this product but I have had problems over and over with multiple representatives missing our scheduled appointments. When buying a Google Pixel 6a the Google website askes for delivery address. It had my old address so I updated it (it confirms you have updated it and populates the new address). On the next page which you click to confirm purchase it has changed the address back to my old address which I did not notice as I have already updated the new address (I made a video of how it changes the address).

The phone was sent to my old address (although delivered to a neighbour so no evidence it ever reached that address) and Google don't want to know. Is this not in part Googles fault for having what appears to be a fault in their website design?

Someone put pictures on my rv park website with people in the private pool. We do not have in rv park pool. Some one attached bad video of trashed street to rv park website which has no connection to my bussiness, because Harris County in Houston responsible for maintenace and trash pick up.

My complaint is that I have tried to use the email address given for complaints; only for it to come back with address not found. I have asked customer services for contact details only to be fobbed off. They keep referring me to the online question and answer service but I need to explain the problem properly first before someone can advise me.

Aug 13th - Tried to install a nest 2nd gen wired doorbell for my father and while it connected to the hub it would not work the chime. Google support came online and ran a diagnostic which determined that the chime puck was defective but that google would replace the whole unit, not just the puck. Walked me through the steps of ordering the replacement and the online screen prompt said it’s on its way, check email for confirmation. Next day, no email so again I contacted google and we did it again. Said give it 24-48 hours but same result. I called google again and finally someone understood what the problem was, got that straightened out.

Despite numerous issues raised, Google unilaterally locked my account, which had maintained Planinum for more than 4 years, without any notice to me, under the pretext of security issues. Additionally, no matter how many Google gift cards you redeem with that account, you will never be able to redeem them.

I sent various captures and evidence to prove that I was the user, but in the end, I was notified of rejection, and they did not even suggest a way to save my account. As for the Google gift card, I sent a photo of the actual card, a photo of the receipt, and even the details of the card I paid for, but it still hasn't been redeemed.

It's unbelievable how giant company like Google became so successful with the worst customer service on the planet.

One day I got blocked from payments in Google play. No email, no explanation, nothing... Had to chaise their support team until finally they told me that there is some inconsistency in my account and therefore I won't be able to make purchases. Any requests for farther clarification were a waste of time. They just said there is some internal team that decides about account inconsistencies that I can't talk to them directly. When I asked what should I do, the agent just disconnected the chat with excuse that he needs to handle other cases.

It's probably the only company in the world that a person needs to beg them to pay.

I have a concern with the current grocery list app options. I have used the Our Grocery app for years up until recently when it appears Google discontinued working with them. This app was a lifesaver for many neurodivergent adults that could easily talk to their Google Home to help add things to their grocery shopping list and bring order to their life.

I understand you have Google has their own lists but they are not set up specifically for convenient grocery shopping.

We have a serious issue with the search console & submitting requests to review our site.

Since 16th of July 2023, our domain got flagged as "deceiving content ahead" by you, we inspected search console to find the issue is in one of login pages of one of the internal systems we use inside the company and this page is published online in order for system administrators to manage the system, we are not collecting any data from anyone, It is an open source DNS filtering system.

We unpublished this page from the internet and submitted multiple requests for review via search console to remove the warning but no response from your side so far. This is affecting our business negatively and dramatically of a false assumption of deceiving people.

I have many google email accounts, plus youtube premium and youtube music. I want to change my email address and it seems to be an impossible task. Google needs to remove the phone number to access accounts because most people are poor and can’t have a phone so they lose access to their email because Google detects activity that’s a lawsuit in itself locking people out their account because their don’t have access to a mobile phone. Some people can only use the library when they can and asking for a phone number and most people can’t afford a phone is Ludacris to me .

I have been trying to get ANYONE to respond about a broken Google Nest Thermostat for almost three weeks. I had a power surge during a storm and my THREE MONTH OLD NEST glitched and will NOT connect to my wifi. I have done everything asked from me from rebooting the wifi (when everything else in my house connects) to resetting the Nest, redownloading the app and removing and remaking my home. OVER AND OVER for hours. And that's all anyone will tell me to do. It's blatantly the unit. All I wanted was either a new unit or a refund. BUT NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ME ANYMORE.

My unit was given to me for Christmas and went out March 30. This shouldn't happen. Just answer me and refund the money or give me a new unit!!

I am a content creator on youtube, 2 years ago I changed my phone number and added the number to my account. 14 days ago I was completely logged out of my mobile phone by "the system". When I went to log back in 'the system' refused to use my new cellphone number.

I'm VERY unhappy with the service that I'm getting with Google Business. I pay for a Google Domain & page. Google Business isn't displaying my Reviews. I've had several customers tell me that they've left reviews and they're not there. I've spoken to several people with Google that sound to be in another Country and refuse to help me. All that they say is that it's all automatic and there's nothing that they can do about it. They only send me a link regarding, "going against their guidelines". Our reviews DO NOT go against any of Google's guidelines.

com that there are favicons before search sites which has changed the appearance of search sites. The earlier format was much better and may be you need to revert to it. In addition, the most important publishing sites are not easily found because if I would search for journals I would easily access them.

For the meantime I have decided to switch to Yahoo because it is providing what google earlier provided.
