Google support is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. You get cold textbook replies. And they all say the same thing, "we are escalating this to a higher office" who in turn does the same. In the meantime your problem is never resolved.

I have been doing this back and forth for over a month now, and still getting the same response, am escalating. Am at my wits end and no longer know where to turn. Am just trying to get my refund, and they are making it impossible.

I am using google Gmail for my business( i have a driving school). I use the Gmail for scheduling and communicating with new and existing students for about a year in business. Now google disable my account says that they believe my gmail account is a fake account created by bots, Without any communication.
