I just had the worst haircut in my life. I would like my money back or I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I am a senior citizen, 75 yrs old and I have been using your salon for over 20 yrs. I have always loved the services and people. I have used the salon in Crossville Tn now for 15 yrs. After my last visit in November of 2023, I developed a rash.

I just thought it would go away. Well it didn't. After trying all things at home, I finally went to a dr. I was told it was Scabies! I had never heard of such a thing. I live alone and hardly ever go out.

I was sure all your shops were inspected and clean, but I guessed wrong. I will never go back. I am still suffering with this and at my age it ain't fun! I am hoping you do something about this before I go to the health dept and social media!

The pain and suffering and cost of having my entire home cleaned should be worth something! Clean this…

I went yesterday to get a cut at this place. I have been there several times to get one. The next stylist that was available called me. I thought good! She had cut my hair a few times before.. My hair had gotten longer because I didn't have time to get there. I told I wanted it left longer on the top and around my ears just to the top of my ears because I wear hearing aids and I don't like them to show. Also not real short in the back.

Walking up to pay my wife was with me and she noticed right away something was way wrong. Went home and looking in the mirror I was livid! Her name is ROSY. She had scalped me!!! The old man that works at the Great Clips in Versailles. Kentucky, that never shuts the hell up during a haircut is the absolute worst Barber on planet Earth. I had to come home and fix my hair. And it took me an hour.

And I did 10 times better than him on places that I could even see. he needs to be fired immediately but yet he's been there for 2030 40 years and it's absolutely ridiculous. And I will never sit in his chair again.

I went for my haircut and my stylist was not in. The manager told me to try a new girl because I’m firing her the 1st of the year. She said she changed her schedule to a few hours a week and that’s how they get people to quit so they don’t have to pay Unemplymet.

She is a friend of my girlfriend so I warned her about the shady way you people act. She’s done nothing wrong. Comes in on days off and covers others shifts

They bypassed my son to give a haircut to someone who wasn't even on the list. The stylist did that because her friend came in so she did her hair and made my son wait another 15 minutes, when it was his time.

Chopped haircut the past four

My husband and I visited the Great Clips on Whipp Road in Dayton, Ohio on Saturday October 28, 2023. We requested a trim for his haircut and explained to her how much we wanted off. He had told her someone previously used a clipper and did not want that.

She stated she would use scissors. One minute later I looked up and she just used a clipper and started shaving the back of his head !!! I looked up and saw that and immediately ran up to her and asked her what she was doing…. No response .

At this time, nothing could be be done to restore any semblance of a decent haircut . So we just let her finish. Absolutely pathetic haircut !! There was no one in the store other than us and three workers.

And no other customers . One stylist was sitting and just said, next time, bring a picture ….…

I'm so absolutely DISGUSTED right now and FUMING MAD I took my 24 year old daughter who has Down Syndrome to Great Clips in SHAWS plaza for a haircut and blow dry on her BIRTHDAY. I was short on time so didn't go to my usual hairdresser (huge mistake) as Alexa wanted it done TODAY. Shocking to me.

SO go to Great Clips There were 3 employees there The new guy with glasses who was cutting/blow drying A tall woman with brown hair and some purple in it ( I have purple hair so not judging just describing for future clients) Older man with white hair

The new guy was having difficulty learning the blow dryer. New to haircuts etc. No problem. We were patient and kind.

Great Clips @ Felicita Town Center Escondido, Ca. , was a walk-in customer. I received prompt attention, the hair cut was done good, good haircut, very fast. But Nahid acted as though she hated me, very ruff turning my head, not gentle, and didn't wish to have any human interaction.

She did a excellent job cutting my hair, very good technique. But because my hair was long, it took more time and she seemed irritated, having to spend more time with me. 00 tip, because she does produce a good haircut, but not a pleasant experience.

I have no complaint regarding the store or the wonderful employees! They're all lovely. I have asked before if you could please get the television replaced so that when we walk in we know where we are in line. The way it is now one of the girls have to stop and come to the computer it just seems like that's not how Great Clips is supposed to work.

The call ahead thing is awesome but it's not being fulfilled if there's no screen there to look at and the girls have to work harder. The store is Salem New Hampshire Cluff Crossing.

Was not satisfied how he cut my hair. I asked him to cut it the way I wanted it and he cut it the way he wanted to. I will not be back.

My complaint is not with the person who cut my hair. My complaint is with an employee that works at the Hudson Oh. location. She was so disrespectful of my service as a Marine and a law enforcement officer. I found out her ex husband was a cop, but that is not an excuse for her behavior.

I have been going to this location many times never had an issue. Always gave excellent feedback. I made appt online came in one was before me thats fine. Well two stylist didn't want to do my hair, in fact they gave me dirty looks. Whats up with that. The stylist that did my hair did a horrible job it took her 5 minutes and I have thick hair. Charged me 18. I will never go back there again. The worst customer service ever. I guess cost cutters will have my business now.

My regular stylist left and a girl named Katie cut my hair. She used thinning shears and I have thin hair to begin with. She was just to lazy to layer my hair properly like my previous stylist had been doing.

She must have used it 25+ times on the back of my hair. It tangles constantly and looks like a rats nest. ) Now I have the choice of either cutting it all off or waiting for it to grow out and putting up with it.

I went back to complain and the "assistant manager" blamed it on my hair. The same hair I have had for 56 years and never had this problem!

I asked for a pixie cut where it sweeps across in the front, they gave me a side cut like a male and cut off so much and didn’t even make anything even. I’m upset, then they did my boyfriends hair.

I went to the Great Clips on Wooster in Dover, OH on August 4, 2023 at 6pm for a haircut. I was told the wait was 123 minutes, there were 4 hairdressers in the shop, one was cutting a man’s hair, there was no one waiting.

Four hairdressers and one customer, me. I asked why the wait was so long since I was the only customer waiting, I was told, I didn’t sign in online. Sign on the door says walk-ins welcome, apparently not! I was told again the wait was 123 minutes and by then they would be closed.

Again, I told them I didn’t understand, I was the only one there. The hairdresser cutting the man’s hair, told me to stop harassing the girl I was talking to, I told her I wasn’t harassing her, I was trying to understand the issue.

I brought my son in for a haircut and asked the hairdresser to give him a number four on top and a two on the sides. He proceeded to give him a number two all over his head, and my son would not go out for two weeks.

When the hairdresser was done with the cut, I said to him why did you give him a two all over and he said he didn’t. It was the worst experience of her.

Made appointment on line. Expect 13 minutes wait. By time I drove there maybe should be a few minute wait. I observe one of the most ridiculously slow cutter ever. It appeared she was sculpting nothing and cutting one hair at a time.

I know that sounds ridiculous but when one cutter of the two was done they took a different customer and the slow motion incompetence continued. I got up walked out. Drove one minute to Super cuts without an appt. Was sat down immediately.

Your employees do not know how to assess the room. The older cutter I imagine was the manager who cut two different customers while the other artist was still cutting hair one strand at a time leaving me sitting in amazement.

The haircut was fine. The girl who did the cut was skilled and I have no complaints about that. I did call the number to get pricing. (801-748-1422, option 3, it clearly has wrong pricing. Adult haircuts are $16, seniors are $13. I was charged $21.

I use the Great Clips app to set appointments and the appointment schedule said they were open till 5 PM. I booked my appointment at 2:30 which the app let me do and by the time I got there they had locked the door and said they were closing early and

I asked them if they could not except appointments over their app because I’d appreciate not driving all the way down here and finding out they were closed after excepting my appointment And they said they didn’t have any control over that

While I can understand patience with children a stylist should not spend 110 minutes with a child. Your child was in the waiting area and she kept leaving her customer to deal with a child then she cut the child's hair and also walked him out the door and spend additional time with you All this with people waiting to get their haircut. Rude, especially for all the other people waiting!!

Greatclips at lakeland plaza , cumming ga does not support online checkins or they don’t honor online checkins. They make customers wait in line as if they are come in. They prefer coming and checkin in the salon. You will be asked to wait if you have checked in online.

I made an appointment online. I was about to arrive 1 minute before my time and my wait time went up to 10 minutes and then 16 minutes. I was bumped by 2 walk ins. What's the point of making an appointment if I'm going to be bumped by walk ins?

Appointments should trump walk ins.

The hair stylist who is a man working there messed my hair and he is very rude when I went to give the money he just throwed the change(a dollar bill) down. It’s so rude and the people there they don’t care what customers say.

The girl who gave me a haircut didn't clean her tools well. As a result I got ringworm on the left side of my head. I spoke with the district manager. He advised that it had been too long to make a complaint.

I live in Frankfort, KY. Today I went to the only two Great Clips in town and the service left me dumbfounded.

First, let me say that I have used Great Clips in other cities, and have never had an issue. I have curly hair, and no one has ever had difficulty cutting my hair. I asked if there was someone who knew how to cut curly hair.

She flat out said no. I called the second Great Clips and asked if they knew how to cut curly hair, I was told yes. Not a single person said the customary greeting of Welcome to Great Clips. I walked out.

I do not know if I have one hundred words for this complaint, I want to know if Great Clips ever gives compensation for a Bad haircut! My detailed description was Not followed, and after the first cut, which was Not to cut my hair short, but to leave it covering my ears, was made, and that cut was up to the middle of my ear, it was way too late to stop the rest of the haircut.

After the cut, I was told to work with it, yet there really was nothing left to work with!! Yes, it will grow out, but right now I look ridiculous, no style, just a blunt, short cut, Very upsetting. I have been disappointed before, but could work with it, but not this time.

On 07/06/2023 I arrived at great clips on Pine Lake Avenue in Laporte, IN at approximately 10:00 AM I waited at the door for several minutes approximately 20 along with two other people, and no one open the doors on the glass there was a sign that said the hours are subject to change, but they need to post those hours when they are going to change online that is how we are supposed to receive our information.

This is not the only time it has happened. And quite frankly, I am tired of showing up at the salon when their hours clearly say 10:00 AM online and they are not open this particular salon staff members come in whenever they want having total disregard for all of great clips clients I for one will not be returning to great clips Moving forward.

I went into the Great clips on West wendover avenue in Greensboro North Carolina today with a request of a light trim. I went in and showed the stylist exactly what I wanted done. I told her that I had a prior bad haircut from Great clips and have been trying to grow my hair out for the past 5 months.

I asked for her to only trim the back side of my hair which was just below the bottom of my neck, and I only wanted one half of an inch and a maximum of one whole inch taken off. I also said I know it looks weird but I don't want the sides of my hair touched because again I'm trying to grow my hair out.

I have been going to great clips for years and never once complained until now. I went into a location for me and my fiancé to get our hair cut. I stood there as they helped my fiancé and then said she would be back in two minutes and she ended up sitting on the floor talking to another stylist who sat in a chair.

I finally sat in a chair to which no one ever asked if I had been helped. I never want to return to the oak landing location.

I checked the hours for Great Clips. It said they were open until 6 pm. So I checked in on-line for the location at 4500 South and Highland Drive in SLC. It said to come in 20 minutes. 15 minutes later (at 5:04 pm) I arrived at the salon and they said that they were closing early because they were short staffed. (2 women workers were there, but they were both leaving.) I told them that I had checked in on-line and had an appointment. They just said "sorry."

I think that is unacceptable. If you let me schedule an on-line appointment, I think you have an obligation to stay open until you have completed your on-line appointments. I will not be back.

Need to speak to a rep. Person cutting my hair was Edith. I tried to explain to her that was last hair cut was horrible. She said Janet cut it. Janet did not cut it, Janet always does a great job.
