Usually me and my husband love coming here. We can in 20 minutes before close and there were 2 people getting their hair cut and they were almost done and no one waiting. The girl was very rude towards us and was trying to tell us to leave and come back the next day.

She ended up checking us in then and then both girls took their time having conversations after they were done and took forever cleaning their stations not getting done until 20 minutes after close. Then they refused to take me and only would do my husbands hair cut and then rushed it and didn’t do a great job.

I am not happy with this San Marcos location

I went to the location in Carolina Forest because it was close and I needed a haircut. In short I only waited for about 15 minutes. The guy that cut my hair had an attitude from when I sat down and it didn’t change.

I don’t know his name but he had butterflies tattoos on his neck. I’m 75 years old so maybe he doesn’t like my generation but my haircut is awful and my wife has to fix it. I know people are hard to find but this person doesn’t like what he does.

I won’t be returning to that place or any other Great Clips because of his behavior.

I wish I could get this is zero. My hair was pass my but when I went to go get it cut and I told him I wanted it below my boobs before I could even tell her where on my body she just chopped it off, threw it on the floor.

I wasn’t able to donate. It should cut off well over a foot. By the end of my haircut, she didn’t ask me to take a look at my hair. She literally pushed me out of the seat because nine other people to come in.

I went to another location a day later, and my hair is a complete hack job. I was in the chair for about an hour, and had to ask her to quit cutting because my hair is now above my shoulders, and still incredibly uneven.

I’ve contacted the corporate office twice. Nobody’s contacted me back.

Today I got my daughter's haircut done. Extremely unsatisfied with the service. I asked her to cut 2 inches of length she didn't comb her hair, no partion done didn't wet the hair and cut in 15 seconds very horrible experience I was surprised and shocked !!

as I was about to ask her about the service my daughter said she feeling very uncomfortable!! Never going back again!! Great clips - West Chester PA. I didn't get the receipt in that state of mind else I would have mentioned her name.

When I was checking I requested that I not have a particulaf styalist as I was not happy with previous cut and felt I had to argue with that particular styalist to get it short enough. As the customer I have been using the location at 1789 Lexington Ave Roseville MN for several years have never had a problem. The styalist checked me in and after about 20 minutes or so she appeared and loudly, in front of other customers, annonced Great Clips would not provide service to me today!

There were 2 persons waiting.At 6:35 she was ready for me Asked me if I work I said no, then you should come earler.Asked how much I wanted cut off I am not sure if 1 in.She dosent want to keep cutting if I said 1 in and then not enough has to cut more. I went to great clips today 5/25/23 1:00pm went to the door it was closed dug to no workers sign on door that was in Taylor pa I left there went to the one In Pittston pa walk in and the worker ash if I had an appointment I said know there is only two Customer one in the chair getting a hair cut and one waiting time was 1:25 pm and

the worker said there a 40 minute wait but we closed at 2:00 pm and I can’t take you very unprofessional way to run a company not happy with the service if I need to rate this company it would be -10 Thank you

We arrived to get our son a little boys cut at 550. Your website states if we arrive by the closing time we will receive service. Your team member stated they were not taking any more customers at the time we arrived.

This location needs some customer service I checked in online got there before my waiting time was the only person there the two technicians then had a ten minute laughing time on their phone man walks in asked if he had checked in took him right away other girl walked to the bathroom and after awhile came out took another ten minutes to put a sign on the door then walked out of the building still not a word to me I asked if they had a problem was told she would be back in a while then

I am a regular customer at Great Clips in Sumter, SC for over 2 years. Today, when I went, a girl checked me in and told me that someone would be with me shortly. A few minutes later another guy walked in, who did not have a online appointment either and was checked in after me.

Five minutes or so a stylist named Thomas went to the front desk, looked at the computer screen and called the guy who came in after me. He took the guy to his booth and started on him. I stood up and called to Thomas and asked if I could speak to him for a second?

He responded very aggressively "What is it about"? ". Thomas response was, "Did you request me to cut your hair"?. I said no, but regardless I was next in line and should have been served next. His tone was very aggressive and I am sure it has to do…

Great clips: 6415 n. prosect ave. Gladstone, mo. I walk into great clips and 2 beauticians were there, the older beautician was working on someone and the younger beautician was yelling at an elder lady all the way out the door.

The elderly lady was just nice as can be, and still left with her smile one her face. Then it was my turn, the younger beautician turned to me and snapped and said do u know how long u want ur hair, I told her I have a pic.

I sat down she said that I have to much product in my hair. Mind u I just washed my hair and my hair was slightly dripping wet so I told her that, she got an attitude and told me that she has to wash that out when I had literally nothing but water in my hair.

I got the worst haircut I ever had. Several weeks ago I had my hair cut and toldthe cutter that it must mot be cut short in the back because it stick up . She didn't listen to me. Now I have a problen keeping it flat. It stick up like a rouster tail. I complaines about it to the store and was told that there wasn't any way they could fix it. Over all it is just a bad hair cut not at all what I wanted.

I will not go their again and will let my friends know how bad an experience I have had.

Horrible customer service. They close at 7. I checked in on line at 6:10 it said it was a 40 minute wait. Got there at 6:30. Get there our name is no longer on the list and then my app said another 40 minute wait.

One other person in front of us and she said “Well I guess I’ll have to stay over” Very sarcastically. I said,nope, Nevermind- not like the guys hair would take over 30 minutes to cut. Horrible people that have no regard for customer service.

Then maybe not send your other hairdresser home before 7 so you can accommodate your clients.

I complained about a hair cut I got about 3 weeks ago. I received a message back that they would refund my money or send a coupon for a haircut. I asked for a check and sent them my address as they requested.

On my way to the store, the waitlist for Harvest Square jumped from 15 mins to zero. As a result I was kicked off of the list and had to wait an additional 50 minutes. These stores and the staff are awful.

I’m currently sitting in the store (which is empty) and still not being served. What a joke!!! I’ll spend the money on a real hairdresser next time.

I checked in online yesterday got the txt saying I was up next we rushed to get there the waiting area was full I waited for 35 minutes while there was 2 workers one went to her car & sit the other went to the back after waiting on one of them to come back for at least 15 minutes I left went to smart cuts & got my haircut was done quicker then what I waited at great clips and I wasn't the only one it was April 8th in Elizabethton Tn

I got my haircut on the 28 th and my haircut wasn't good I didn't realize it til I got home and I called them the next day and they said come back I went in on the 7th and they charged me for another haircut I don't think I should of had to pay again that soon I think it's poor business I live on a fixed income

My friend and I went to Great Clips on Washington road in Evans Ga ion Saturday April 1,2023. The time was 12:30 pm. There were no lights on and doors were locked. The two of us were expecting to get a hair cut but not at that store.

There was no sign on the door saying when they would open. We went to another Great Clips down Washington rd and got great service and a very good haircut. I was shocked and surprised that we had to go that far for a haircut.

I rate that store as a 0.

Every time I go to my local salon,my haircut is terrible. 1st time,it took 3 tries to get it right. On March 28,I went to the salon in Meijer on Shawano Ave. in Green Bay,WI. The girl left my hair too long in the back,whish I noticed when I got home.

On March 29,I went back to have just a little more taken off the back. A girl named Georgia said that the first girl didn't do a good job,so she said she'd fix it. my wife said it was terrible,looked like a mullet.

Georgia started shaving my hair all over my head instead of taking some off the back. I now have patches of bare skin in several places and all I have left is a small area on top about 2" long.

I hesitated going back after the first cut,approximately 18 months ago,but gave it a try because it's convenient and close…

I went to get a haircut at Great Clips in Vadnais Heights Mn. I have never in my life received such a bad cut. It was cut shorter on one side .

Also on one side towards the top of my head it was cut shorter than all the rest. She never let me look at it . I have been going there for years and always got a great haircut. I think it’s time to look for another place to get my haircuts !

On Thursday afternoon I took my step son to Great Clips on Chapel Hill in Douglasville Ga there was a 26 minute wait which I was ok with after about 15 minutes a couple came in and said they started a profile online and signed up after waiting about 25 minutes the lady took the customers ahead of us even though there is no way in hell they could gave started a profile and

got an appt before us . I will no longer go myself or take my stepson to any of your locations again. I will instead go to Supercuts even though they are more expensive. At least they know how to take care of customers

I took my grandson into the Round Rock Great Clips (on Palm Valley). The person who cut his hair literally took less than 5 minutes and did a horrible job. She was rude and condescending, and told me she couldn't do a good job because he wiggled.

I was RIGHT there and he didn't even move. I didn't get her name, but she is an older dark skinned woman with reddish hair and lots of freckles.

I took my son for a haircut he was scared to get for the last few months because of how they did last time. We tried to give it another shot. She was visually upset we were walking in in the first place, helped someone else and then proceeded to do paperwork Infront of us for 15 minutes before taking him back and having him sit in a dirty chair.

She asked if I wanted a three on the sides I said no, he wants it longer and blended down lower instead of right on top of his head. She said she understood and proceeded to completely buzz his sides off besides for a small patch on top.

I would give them a 0, if i could! My husband went to the Great Clips, yesterday afternoon, at Lightfoot marketplace, his stylist was named Hunter.. when he got home yesterday, i could not even tell he had gotten a haircut!!!

His hair is a little past his shoulders, he asked Hunter, to give him a layer cut, to give it some shape, but he requested that she keep as much of the lenght as possible, well when he got home, like i said, it didn't look like she had done anything at all, he still has split ends, all over his hair! Hunter had him in the stylist chair, abot maybe 5 minutes!

When she told him she was finished, he couldn't believe it!

My son drove 25 min to get a haircut, he arrived to the store at 4:40pm, he said their were 6 workers and no one in the store and they said there was a 20 min wait and that he could comeback tomorrow.. If a business closes at 5 pm and a customer arrives at 4:40 they should be provided with service, especially since there was no one else in the store.

Very unprofessional, and poor customer service. we will no longer be using great clips.. @ Richmond, IN location. I think this is a good opportunity for education for your employees. 50 min round trip got nothing, and gas prices are high

I'm complaining about a girl named Steph at you West Allis location. She just stood there and insulted me loud and through the whole service. She's a little too big for her britches. I'm 61 years old and a former hairstylist.

I have been to the same store twice and had 2 different people cut my hair, I had a photo both times of how I wanted my hair cut and both times it is nothing like what I asked for. Way shorter than it should have been all because they rushed to get to the next person in line.

I am so upset with my cut today as he may as well have put a bowl on my head. The 1st image is what I asked for the next 2 are what I got this time round and I had to cut 2 strands off as they where hanging down my back. So upset and disappointed

Been to the salon many times. Last Tues I went for a hair trim. I wanted the usual cut. told the girl short on sides and bottom half of back. Wanted to be able to curl top and down so far in back.

Worst haircut I've ever had. Areas on side have scalp showing. Sides stick straight out. it looks terrible.

I asked for 1/4 inch trim. Stylist was told to drape my back right by another stylist, the asked if I wanted 1/2 trim all around after trimming back. I have a shag . My stylist started to cut my layers wrong and the other stylist came over loudly saying no you have to cut it like this and I wanted to get up and leave for fear of not being in good hands.

I felt sorry for her so I stayed. The stylist next to us sat in her chair and blatantly stared at me and my stylist . I was embarrassed the whole time. The florescent lights are horrible as well as cheap.
