I have not receive my replacement cards. I have been lied to all week about when this card has been sent. 30 off this card and greendot keeps denying my claim. Without me sending my documents showing it was stolen.

Someone got my card numbers and took over my account. I put in $115. and got to use only $59.19 before they got the rest. The next time I tried to use the card it would not go through. I received my personalized card and I could not register it and at this point it did not recognize the first card either. I went looking into my "account" and it didn't even show my (3) transactions but said there was no money on acct. I called Customer Service and got the automated run around. Could not get a real person and the system did not recognize anything I put in like it never existed. I understood that this card was insured but apparently the crook that stole my account got that also from what they said. Please help, I am a senior citizen and can ill afford losing my money.

I lost my bank at the beganing of week . I need to speak with a person to report my missing and to get replacement .

Also at his point if my card gets used I clearly feel it your service at fault. I been a cutomer for over three years have direct despoit with you. There been a problem with on line account that your service stated couldn't be corrected.

My complaint is that the number on the back of my green dot moneypak is invalid. And I've tried numerous times to reach them via email and telephone to no avail. I'm asked to punch in the account number and the only account number i have is the one on the back of the card after scracting it off and it's invalid i have not been able to reach anyone at the number listed.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW!!! PLEASE CALL ME AT 301 761-5087. I HAVE E-MAIL NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO ONE HAS CALLED ME B ACK.

I purchased a prepaid card at Walgreens. They printed a receipt stating to wait 15 min before registering the card. I waited 30 min and attempted. When I enter the card info at greendot's site. It says "Invalid Card". I tried to contact them and you cannot talk to a human unless you have a valid card number or your Social Security Number (which is not affiliated with this card).

So, there is no way to contact them. I called my local Better Business Bureau and they gave me a link to file a complaint with them and a link to the company profile. The company profile had a number that leads you back to the computer that asks for a valid card number or ssn.

I tried all kinds of ways to get through (human resources, sales, customer support) and can't get in without a valid card. I called the…

00 gldollars on a card closed. Pay pal refunded me. Now I can't get money. Then you charged me 15 dollars in monthly service fees for Nov and DEC. Yet no service have been provided just the opposite. Please transfer my balance to another card I have with you or send money to my PayPal I can't wait two to four weeks. This is bs.

I've been on the phone for six hours with the biggest jerks lied to I just want all my money this shouldn't be this hard

I bought a card I put money inside and I was going to buy something online and it said it was declined even tho I have money inside the card I went to the ATM to take out money and it didn't let me never again I'm going to get this card it confusing and you can't even talk to a customer service

Bought a card with cash and set up account to load to my sister's prepaid debit card. Never heard from GD and she never received the funds. Tech person blocked my number and customer service person hung up on me.

Reported fraud via email to them and will report this company to the proper authority.

I FILED FOR A REFUND ON MARCH 18, 2017 AND WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE IT IN TWO WEEKS, AFTER GANSWERING THE QUESTION FOR GETTING AN REFUND. I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND, SO I CALLED TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY REFUND FOR 150.00. I RECEIVED AND EMAIL ASKING FOR NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS AND APHONE NUMBER I COULD BE REACH AT. GAVE THAT INFORMATION.

AND TO MY SURSPRISE IN A PHONE CALL CONVERSATION. I WAS TOLD WE HAVE NO INFORMATION ON FILE OF YOU EVER CALLING. I EMAILED YOUR COMPANY WITH MY CONCERNS AND I BEGAN RECEIVING EMAILS TELLING ME THAT THEY WERE WORKING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. AND TIL THIS DAY I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR A 150.00.

A LIVE PERSON TOOK INFORMATION FROM ME, JUST TO HAVE TRASHED IT OR SOMEONE IS PLAYING GAMES. 150.00 ISN'T SOMETHING THAT I AM ABLE TO JUST GIVE AWAY…

Paypal is terrible and Green Dot corporate executives even harder. I will post everyday about their rotten support until they resolve my matter! Is everybody happy with their experience at GD? I am certainly not. Why the hell does Green Dot customer service not have a legit number to speak with a human on their customer service line.

Everything is routed to automated support.
