GREENDOT created a bogus car rental charge 3 months ago. The reduced my balance by $201. They refused to restore the amount stating it was a pending charge that had to expire in its own after 2 months when it would be dropped.
After the months of waiting, they dropped the bogus charge but failed to restore the $201. Following several complaints by me on their failure to restore my money, GREENDOT tried to state the amount was refunded on June 15th. This company has $5086 of my money, which was deposited onto a prepaid visa card back in July of 2018. So we're talking almosr a year now. 00 was deposited to my account. That deposit was from the IRS, my tax refund for 2018.
