Wow I need to get hired in their customer service department so I can also do nothing all day but recite monitor your account while folks are stuck penniless because they can’t do transactions correctly.

After speaking with an account specialist it became clear that I was actually the account specialist and had to do all the work but don’t get paid no benefits and stuck monitoring accounts all day. I didn’t even realize I was working today. Thank god they didn’t decide to let me and my triple figure salary of 0.00$ go to the land of the financially destitute holding spots in the unemployment line. 89 With charges. They advised me to contact the bank and file a regulation claim E but no one would access my account. This has been a horrible birthday on account that was all my money I had. I been hungry all week, I honestly hope I don’t need a lawyer.

On September 30th and again on September 31st purchase two separate Money Packs it was unable to load onto my card so I filed for a refund then they denied my refund and sent me a letter in the mail that I needed to send the receipts so I did so and then they denied my money again it is now October 22nd and

I've yet to receive my money back or an explanation as to why they are holding my funds this is one of the worst companies do not ever use them if I could rate them less than 1 * I would I'm even considering calling a small claims attorney it's now about principal more than the money they also instructed me not to use their card but yet still charge me a membership fee it's quite ridiculous

I opened a Green Dot Bank Prepaid Credit Card Account. They were more than happy to accept deposits via my checking and/or savings account to fund a "Platinum" card.

However, they rejected every monthly payment presented using one/both of these very same accounts. I was told they needed account verification via a letter from my bank or a canceled check. 00 fee for the "rejection". Why does Green Dot willingly accept deposits to open the account without bank verification when they reject payment from these same accounts unless there is bank verification?

Now, the only way to speak to a live person @ Green Dot is to choose the option to "Submit A Dispute". Otherwise, the automated attendant does not give the option to speak to an agent. I chose the "dispute" option and spoke to an agent…

I bought card number 4143-9702-1192-2210 from Walmart in Northlake Illinois. Is a prepaid card . 00 on the card. I tried to use the card at Amazon and Infinity. Both companies refused the card. They declined to answer why. I contacted Green Dot will not accept a bank transfer to a new card. 00.

I have not had this account that long. But made my first deposit at the end of sept. and a few more since then. I got a email saying I would receive 10 dollars in my account after my first deposit.

I have not received it yet. I was told oct. 11 didn't happen. I was told I would receive a email to let me know thathas not happen either. Very unhappy about this. Feel like your people are not being honest.

I will not put know money until this is fix. Hope to hear back soon.

23 pending in my account to come out. Uhaul canceled the transaction and yet this company refuses to release my funds back to me! I have filed a police report against this company for illegally holding my money from me along with contacted an attorney.

I called in to my green dot card to verify my balance. $135. While I was on the phone, apparently my cheek hit #2 on my screen and 'reported my card lost or stolen". Unfortunately, there is no confirmation after you hit it.

So I immediately called to let them know it was a mistake. The non English speaking representative, after verifying my name and address and social security number, told me there was nothing she could do to reverse it. So I told her I need access to my $135.

She said she could mail me a new card in 7-10 business days at no charge or overnight it for $25. I shouldn't have to pay for it. There was no verification and it was an accident. So I told her to order the new card as I needed my money ASAP to pay a bill with and hung up on her. I waited 10 days. I called back.…

I have been trying to get a refund on a MoneyPak card I purchased close to a year ago. I have called customer service multiple times and have been given numerous other contacts and referred to the Refund Request site, where I am repeatedly told, my request would not upload, to get this done.

None of which have worked. The card will not load to my my card (NetSpend). 00 on it and I am a Disabled Veteran that cannot afford to lose this money. I only want MY money returned to me. I purchased it at the Dollar General Store # 06766 in Endicott, NY.

They are thieves. I loaded cash to my card I went to Hardee's brought a breakfast sandwich. Before I could get my bus ticket, after registering my card, it was blocked! I was stranded in Wisconsin from texas. Every other day I called cooperate (626) 765-2000. Nothing.

I told them a week past I lost my phone. They countinued to not call then taking service fee when my account is not suspicious or anything of the sort. They are liars and thieges if the issue isn't fixed within the week I'm pressing charges and make my businesses to create a lawsuit to take companies like this down. This is ridiculous.

With any green dot affiliated bank it's always some problem. Logos lie!

I was sent the direct deposit information from Green Dot Bank so I could set up mydirect deposit. They sent me the wrong account numbers and when my check got to my account that I had set up, the account numbers that they had sent me what incorrect.

I called them and they will very disrespectful and sarcastic about the era. I talked to his supervisor and he informed me that the account numbers were incorrect. They gave me a case number then blocked my card. Every time I went online on my mobile app, the message would say this account is blocked pending further review.

I contacted them everyday from September 3rd 2019. Every time I contacted them they had a new excuse. I talked to a supervisor name Jeff and he said that the problem will be resolved by the end of the day.

Greendot delayed my direct deposit. Instead giving me the customer a temporary credit for the inconvenience they just said check your account. And when I tried to call customer service I was on hold for over 30 minutes just to have their representative hang up on me. I'm done with company.

GREENDOT created a bogus car rental charge 3 months ago. The reduced my balance by $201. They refused to restore the amount stating it was a pending charge that had to expire in its own after 2 months when it would be dropped.

After the months of waiting, they dropped the bogus charge but failed to restore the $201. Following several complaints by me on their failure to restore my money, GREENDOT tried to state the amount was refunded on June 15th. When I stated that restoration had never appeared or been reflected in my printed account statements up to this present time; they claimed that the restored $201 only shows on their account screens and doesn't show up in my balance statements at all.
