I was scheduled to ride form Newark NJ to Fort Wayne IN with change over in Pittsburgh PA Columbus OH and end at Fort Wayne IN. The first step of the trip the bus was late, not a problem. When we arrived in Pittsburgh everything went down hill fast.

It was 11:55 pm what few employees that were still there were rude and condescending if you were white which didn't surprise m because nothing had change in the 10 years when I last was a victim of Greyhound. The next bus was scheduled to leave at 1:35 am which it did not.

After an hour of no communication from any of the employees. Several of us called customer disservice and they said call back in 2 hrs. 2 hrs later we called back still no bus. After being hung up on twice by customer disservice I finely got someone that was helpful enough to…

Riding from Ocala Florida to Lubbock Texas. There was a stop in Atlanta Georgia. An employee proceeded to put us on the wrong bus, which in turn made us miss the correct bus we should have been on. No apologies, no refund not even a new ticket.

We got a no refund answer and he was highly rude while we're sitting there scared . We had to borrow money to get a new ticket that didn't even leave until 24 hours later. I am beyond furious. I will do whatever it takes to make this right.

Hello. To whom ever it may concern My name is Stephen Cooper. With photos you can see I bought a bus ticket. But to shorten my story. The bus driver made a test stop in Claude Ohio . He told everyone to get off. Stretch your legs. And Quote. Get something to eat.

A bunch of us went back. And bus was gone. We all had to ante up for a taxi to toledo Ohio From there I had to get an Uber to Detroit to get me luggage. One if the passengers mom got all our luggage off the bus.

Agent had to reschedule my ticket to south bend. But because of that. I lost my appointment . How can we resolve this. All movements tracked un photos.

My bus was canceled after purchasing my ticket two days in a row, and I've had to come out of pocket for a hotel and uber fees. I still have yet to make it home and I'm in a state four hours away from my actual destination. This is extremely unfair to me as my trip was cancelled from the people and not from my part and something needs to be done about this situation

There was a mistake on my ticket paid over 45 dollars. I whe. To cancel got a refund of 10 dollars. This took almost the whole amount and when I could the customer service representative was unbelievable rude to me.

He even tried to pretend he was the supervisor. Pull these recordings it is shocking they can pull this kind of scam on people. I hope someone write this before another people has to deal with someone lying on the phone acting like a supervisor is disgusting

My daughter was waiting for your bus at the Visalia California station inVisalia Ca. on a round trip ticket.. A return trip back home. , apparently it skipped the Visalia stop.. If your company is that unreliable you have no business being on the road.

You don’t give refunds either??? That’s theft.. If you pay for a round trip ticket then you should get your return trip. Shame on your company . I’m seeing what we can do about suing you. Your a bad company!

Fri. Nov 24 my bus was to leave springhill,fl at 8 20 am. The tracking said they would be there at 8 58 am . But by 10 00 am no bus so I called. They said my bus didn't stop because only one person got on there. So they didn't stop.

So greyhound issued me a new ticket for 1pm. 5 minutes after that the late bus pulled up and wouldn't let me on. They said I had to wait on the 1pm bus

I'd give 0 stars but it won't let me choose that. I am a wheelchair customer. My husband and our two kids were traveling by Greyhound from San Antonio to Dallas and then on to Tyler. From San Antonio to Dallas we had no problems.

Once we tried to board our bus in Dallas we were denied being allowed on the bus even though our ticket showed I was in a wheelchair. So they finally rebooked us for 8:05 this morning being November 9,th and was denied again.

The bus driver of that bus was very rude when I tried to explain what had already happened and that I was guaranteed allowance on the bus. He argued with me and my Husband in front of our children how he wasn't told that I was in a wheelchair by Greyhound cause they had a rented bus.

There was no way I not my family could spend another…

I purchased a round trip ticket for my son Ibn Mujaahid from Atlanta, Ga to Chicago, IL, First ticket #3115849926 departure time was for 10/25/23 at 12;25AM. The bus never showed up and Greyhound receptionist kept informing my son and other awaiting passengers that the bus was on the way. Finally at 5:00 AM my son Ibn and the other passengers where issued new tickets (#3115940882) to leave out at 5:05PM on 10/25/2023. Bus did arrive on time but now at this present time, the second bus is sitting along side the road in Tennessee running hot and broken down.

My son Ibn has a job interview in Chicago tomorrow (10/26/2023) at 11:00 AM. I paid 0ver $320 for my son to get to that interview. Greyhound should at least refund m the money for the ticket going to Chicago

Collins THE BUS NEVER SHOWED leaving three riders stranded at the terminal trying to figure out what to do. Collins in apx a month yet Greyhound will still sell you a ticket. The two ladies had called friends or family to come get them it was now 8:30 at night.

There was a Greyhound attendant and she was some what helpful telling us to call Bustang. All this was Fri night called Sat after noon after getting in so late. Called Greyhound explained what happened and the PERSON not speeking clear english on the other end said that there was nothing that they could do was given a phone number that WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This place is garbage careless and lack they lagit tell my boyfriend to take the wrong bus just to wind up bringing him on a voyage through different places and stops witch turned out to be over a 28 hour journey long tiring stressful bus ride just to never make it to his destination but to right back where he started an got on the bus !!!

In Monday September 25, 2023 I had a bus ticket to leave Beaumont/Vidor TX going to Dallas, TX. I was to transfer in Houston Tx . My bus was supposed to arrive in Beaumont/Vidor TX at 12:05 pm the bus was delayed until 1:30 pm.

When it finally arrived and I boarded the bus the air conditioner was broken and I had to make that ride for 1 hour and 45 minutes with no Air it was miserable. Because of this bus being delayed I was for ex to wait 4 hours in Houston for the next bus going to Dallas TX.

I feel like there should be some type of compensation. I ride with Greyhound 2 sometimes 3 times a month.

Took my son to the bus station so he could return to his college. Bus Schedule said leave 6:10am received notice at 5:25am that bus is now leaving at 7:10am. Arrived at 6:40am.

Finally got on bus at 7:45am and left at 8:30am No explanation for the delay. Called bus station Houston Main St station by the phone number on website. The phone number for main street location is wrong and is to another location in Houston and they could not assist me.

Called Greyhound customer service, they could not tell me why the bus was leaving late and they gave me another direct number to Houston Main Street station and when called that number it was disconnected. What a poorly run organization/operation and the management team should be ashamed of how bad their customer service is.

I asked Officer Buck how long had he been on the job? His reply was 2 years. I then asked Officer Buck, I then asked Officer Buck was he pretty much familiar with all the homeless people that hung around the terminal? His response was yes.

The reason for my questioning was that he allowed two local homeless black guys one Junkie and one a beggar to get comfortable. m. Sunday night this incident happened on 9/17/23. Obviously Officer Buck is a little biased and friendly with these guys.

Hands down the Greyhound staff in Richmond are a very poor quality. My point is that I bought my bus ticket off the Greyhound website and was asked to leave while he allowed his homeless friends to sit in and stay warm.

took the bus from cleveland to baltimore with layover in pittsburgh, what a nightmare. Bus never went out from Pittsburgh at 11 because there was no driver almost missed the ship in baltimore. This is truly the worst run operation I have ever encountered. This was 8/30/23.

The trip back was even worse, after being delayed in baltimore for hourse got into pittsburgh to miss the bus to cleveland, had to wait unti 8am the next am, but that one never came either, my friends brother finally came to pittsburgh to pick us up from cleveland. There was guy in pittsburgh that told me it took him longer to get from washington dc to pittsburgh, than from Nepal, India to new york. This is very sad.

I booked my reservation in advance on August 8th for I and my husbands 1 year anniversary for Friday September 15th from Union station DC to Atlantic City NJ at 7:30am. I selected seats 9A and 9B and received confirmation email and a invoice. 95 round trip.

This is absolutely unacceptable to just take our assigned seats we booked in advance away from us hours before our trip. The website allowed us to book those seats and gave us confirmation invoice and email. Why hours before our trip are our seat taken!!

There is no bus driver from Washington DC to Asheville NC. Waiting here at Union Station for over an hour. That means I miss my connection in Reliegh NC. There is no communication no alternatives and no customer service. We all are just standing here after waiting one hour with no update.

Called corporate and they said I would have to go to next stop in order to be told what to do. Guess what-I bet they tell me I missed the connection. Oh well. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and I easily assume that perhaps Greyhound fixed all their customer issues.

Greyhound doesn't do a through job of inspecting their buses and making sure that it is in full working order all the way to the wheelchair lifts operation. No one in a wheelchair should have feel like it's their fault for bringing their wheelchair in the first place as I do now.

In Indianapolis, two busses tried to get the wheelchair lift working and both failed. That is unacceptable. Wheelchair lifts should be inspected regularly, even if not used regularly to make sure that it works properly, so people don't have to be delayed from making from point a to point b.

This needs to be improved immediately.

Number one, I want zero stars. I left Colorado Srings CO the second week of August headed to Greenvill SC. Things were smooth to to Dallas and had no issues. Then we left Dallas headed for Atlanta. The manifest did not include Tuscaloosa, Birmingham , Aniston Alabbama and an unexpected stay in Shreveport LA.

At this stop we were supposed to leave at 12:55am. The bus was running with the lights on.

However the attendant came outside,locked the doors and said we weren't leaving till 5am. He locked the doors and left with the bus running and lights on for nearly five hours while we waited in a bad neighborhood and soon to find a security guard sleeping in his car that could have let us in!

number is 3104270173. The bus driver did not check bus before leaving the terminal. This error cause a major delay in the schedule. The bus broke down and I was delay causes me to miss my schedule bus. Greyhound did not accomodate me in any way.

00 for an Uber to get home From Richmond VA. If I did not do that I was told to Sleep in the terminal over night. 00pm wed. I want a refund of my ticket and the Uber. This in convenience was the driver fault.

My experience with greyhound was awful from the start to the end. My trip from Boston to New York was late which made me miss my connecting bus I was then placed on stand by. Traveling back the bus was late once again and I missed my bus back to Boston, I was then told the next bus would be leaving at midnight and I have to work o. Rhe 5th.

To whom it may concern, I am extremely disappointed at my latest bus ride through your company. On Monday, September 4th 2023 I was wrongfully denied entry back onto Bus US0421 Greyhound, Direction St Louis Bus Station on my way back to Pittsburgh.

After stopping at a rest stop, I was making my way up the steps onto the bus when another female passenger told me I was not allowed to bring my drink onto the bus. I turned around got off the bus, and said to my friend “My nine dollar fucking Starbucks” in reference to the high price of my drink, not at the fact that i was not allowed to bring said drink back onto the bus.

Hi, On September 1st, on the bus going from Montreal, CA, to New York departing at 9:00 am, we experienced a poor driver conduct. The driver was watching videos on its cellphone all track long. We could see the cellphone with the videos and it's headphones. We notified the driver that we wanted him to keep his eyes on the road and that we could see that he was watching videos and he denied it. Bus 86550 this bus has no air we are driving from Tallahassee to Tampa with a full bus and absolutely no air condition this is a very miserable trip. We are all drenched in sweat. It is ridiculous to have to ride in these conditions on top of the trip being delayed 1 hour and 15 mins.

This is not good business. I want to request a complete refund I do not wish to put anything towards a future trip. I do not wish to travel Greyhound again as this was not a ride I would want to take ever again.

The bus literally left me. 5 hour layover so ofc I went to sleep. The bus shows up and the other passenger wakes me up. As soon as I got up the bus was leaving. And it’s not like he didn’t see us.

The driver from DC to port authorities NY kept getting lost and then he let everyone out a few blocks away after going around in New Jersey for an hour and we had to walk a few blocks to the bus station and most of the people on the bus missed the connection busses.

He even got help from the cops and still got us lost. This was on08/24/2023 I was supposed to leave at 2015 and get here at 0045. I didn’t get here until 5:19

Terrible experience! People weren't sitting on their seats, so we had to choose the free ones. As there were not two free seats together ( everyone wanted to sit by the window), I had to sit all the way to NY from Washington with the kid on my knees.

Or should l have place her alone on the free seat? The bus driver (woman) was very rude and told one woman who complained about the seat to leave the bus if she doesn't like somerhing. The bus number GA86596.

My first bus was fine My second bus was late causing me to miss my connecting 3rd bus. That means I will also miss my connecting 4th bus!! I’ve had to reschedule my booking for my place to stay when I get there.

My friend who is picking me up might have to miss work because I’m gonna be a day late. It’s been a really rough trip. Sleeping in floors, almost missing a bus because the announcement wasn’t loud enough. My fiancé having to step up and basically be a mirror so we got to Memphis safe.

Having to sit here for 6 hours because I missed a bus to get there today. My friend having to miss sleep and work probably. All around rough time. I hope nothing else happens to the next two busses so I can finally get to my destination and get some rest.
