The device in Alanta was very rude.. yelling at everyone like we were children. Raleigh was worst we had to get on a different bus and she was ignore alot of people cause she was on ear bus connected to phone.

allowed us to get on. We where about three ours late and I have been sleeping at bus station out side because my ride has left for South Carolina. I will never ride Grayhound again and I use to love riding on y'all's buses. Thank you Jesse Robinson

I book a ticket 3 months ago that was messed up by greyhound. I had to buy a new ticket for 200 dollars. They end up sending me a promo code that I can't used. I tried to use it before my three months and it wouldn't let me book and now it's 8 days later and they saying it expired: so I have been messed over again by greyhound

I had a bus trip for 8/15/23 leaving at 8:30 from Benton Harbor Mi to St Louis Missouri but my bus never showed up. There were 3 buses to show up 1 going to Detroit, 1 going to Kalamazoo and the last one to Chicago and the driver told me that wasn't my bus it was for Indian Trails and

Amtrak only and he told me mines should be pulling in soon but it never did. I was going on this trip due to business so I couldn't take another bus on today. I sit there waiting for over 2 hrs waiting on the bus and I need my money refunded back because it is not fair that I lose my money because I'm not sure if I want to use Greyhound again.

The bus smelled horrible and the overhead compartments were stuffed with oversized carry on’s leaving the doors open where they could fall out! I am a senior citizen who was put in the very back next to the bathroom which was very uncomfortable.

I was on this bus Monday coming back home to Waco and I am still sore. My neck is very stiff. I have made this trip many times before the change over. You are horrible.

Bus driver wa 30 mins late. On 8/15/23. Driver eas very rude. Throws luggage in storage. Literally throws without care of what's inside. Makes an unscheduled stop yells that we have 15 mins or hes leaving us. He's the first off the bus.

Less than 15 minutes later he's back and takes off. Passengers are yelling that he left at least2 people behind he keeps going. Next stop was Springfield mass. And he rudely yells it out and that we have 10 mins.

So farnot a good experience at all. Dreading the temainder of the trip.

The Greyhound station in Raleigh NC is absolutely atrocious. The staff are beyond rude, unprofessional, and for a lack of a better word, lazy. I've been waiting over an hour to use the restroom due to someone puking all over 1 stall, and the other being defocated all over, and Noone will clean it up.

A staff said they should just close it down I stead of cleaning it up. i have never been at a station with such rude and obnoxious staff in my life. I doubt anything would be done about this situation but I don't know who to complain to at this point.

The bus was over 1 1/2 hours late leaving Memphis and stopped in Jackson for almost 1/2 hour break. I thought the break was completely unnecessary and it caused our arrival in Nashville to be 25 minutes late. Most of the passengers had to rebook with extended layovers.

Mine was an additional six hours. I think situations like this are a choice and uncaring. I will NEVER use Greyhound again.

3097051564 this is my booking number from the 5th of August that I booked! I booked it for my boyfriend in Gastonia NC. He arrived at the bus location around 11 something that morning from work.. the bus was scheduled to leave at 12:10.

My friend and I were supposed to leave Detroit, MI at 10:30 am on Sunday, August 6, 2023. We were never told that there was no bus and that the trip was delayed. We had to ask what was going on and why the delay.

We finally got moving just after 1pm in the afternoon. Today, we were supposed arrive home in Meridian, MS by 11:30 am this morning Monday, August 7, 2023. But because we missed our connections we have been forced to sit in the Birmingham, Al bus until someone decides to get their butt in here to do their job.

We were only told because we asked how long we had to wait, that we would be waiting until at least 10:30 pm tonight. And we haven't been offered anything for the inconvenience. Not to mention the fact that people have jobs to get back to.

I have read over some of the complaints you all have and I don't see that you all are doing any kind of change to make things any better for your customers. So I don't think explaining to you about how rude it is to have paid for a ticket, then the bus ends up delayed, becoming stuck in the city I'm supposed to transfer buses, then that bus is delayed until next afternoon.

Then you set up some customers in hotel rooms but I'm not allowed one. Even though it's not my fault your bus was late. Then I'm kicked out of terminal when it closes, in a city I'm not from and don't know.

And the employees in the terminal think it's funny that you all have screwed up my travels and put me out on the streets in a very bad part of the city. So I know you all will only read this and not give a shit…

On July 31st, 2023 I took a trip to Charlotte North Carolina. My trip was a round trip. Upon my return with my grandson back to Atlanta. Our experience was very disturbing. Not only was the driver very Rude and unprofessional, but she also violated everyone's rights that was on the bus.

We were all told that we had to turn our phones off. Ringers off and that we had to be quiet. We where threatened that if we did not comply she would put us off the bus. 4 and 1/5 hours later we could hear a child speaking to the parent. Not loud...

The driver got on the intercom and said to the passengers" Don't start" I immediately expressed to the driver that we are not children. And ask her to stop speak to us like that. She pulled over and tried to put me off the bus.

There are too many times that there's no drivers for buses and buses getting canceled. In Pittsburgh on Monday and Tuesday the whole station was dirty there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom there was no one to answer questions about buses coming or going or even tell us what gate to go to this has been happening for the last 2 years that I've been traveling one bus I traveled on only had a urinal not a regular toilet seat and

they're still times when there's nobody to help you put your luggage on or off the buses everything has gone downhill. Bus driver from Amarillo TX to Albuquerque NM woke me up just as I fell asleep over the speaker calling whoever was vaping a dumbass and telling them to go to hell. Very unprofessional. I couldn't fall back to sleep and bus driver kept going on about it.

People aren't happy with their little kids on a bus having to hear that trash mouth. Yet they tell us we aren't allowed to swear on the bus? I understand the frustration but he should definitely be written up and I will go to whatever extent I have to to make sure of that.

If I talked that way to my customers my end would have been written up or fired. That's not how you handle a situation. What a disgrace you people allow this.

The driver is very Rude, the agent I booked with gave wrong info. The trip has multiple stops, I was told is direct with a rest stop. I paid for premium seating and had a request to a more front seat, I am by the toilet which is stink the seats are stink of URIN odor .

I gave a friend money to travel from Dallas, TX to Green Bay, WI. He left Dallas on 7/26 with time of arrival in Green Bay at 3:00 PM today, Friday, 7/28/23. The bus had issues and his new arrival to Green Bay is a whole day later, Saturday at 3 PM.

We lost the hotel we had booked since he won't be arriving in Green Bay until the day AFTER his reservation. 00. His travel arrangements have been disrupted and he will now be pretty much stranded in Green Bay, as the arrangements have fallen apart due to this HUGE delay in arrival. Passenger is Jorge Canizales.

Please make this up to him - refund ticket and hotel room loss, total of $339 minimum. Plus food and drink for unplanned day of travel - all due to bus issues. 24 hours is unacceptable.

This was my first experience and I guarantee my last. I purchased a ticket to Vegas from denver. As I'm on my way to the bus station. I get a text stating my bus is delayed so either pick a voucher or a different bus.

The only other bus going to Vegas from denver goes to Cali first then Vegas. ( which is stupid). So I picked the voucher. But as I getto the terminal the agent there said that text I got was sent in error and my bus is still on So I asked the agent good can I use my original ticket.

She said no the seat is gone. I asked her for customer support and she points to a number on the wall. I call the number. And come to find out they don't have an actual customer service. It's outsourced to India.

I paid for a round trip ticket from Beaufort Sc to Norfolk Va. I received multiple delays every part of my trip only to get close to my last stop and the bus driver leaves before we can get to the stop.

We get put back in the bus and told we have to go back to our last stop because the building was closing. It is the most inconvience I have ever received in my entire life. I have no way to get home.

I have nowhere to stay and nothing to eat. Customer service was no help at all. I want my money back and a free trip home somehow. Greyhound has basically robbed me of going to bury a family member. I have never been so hurt in my life.

I am so upset I have tried to be so nice and patience with the people but I'm over being nice because I want to go home. I'm tired and hurting being cramped…

On July 18th, I was scheduled to depart Dallas , TX at 4am and departed around 7am. The next problem was that the bus had mechanical issues near Ruston, Louisiana. We were in 100 degree weather sitting on the side of the road.

There was only 1 toilet that was not properly working, which was unsanitary. We sat there more than half of a day without any pertinent information concerning this trip. Later that Night we were placed in a dirty hotel, but we didn't even receive a food voucher.

A trip that was suppose to take 10 hours took more than 24. I have been traveling greyhound for more than 50 years and by for this was the worst experience I have ever had. I humbly feel, I am due a refund or at least a voucher for my troubles.

I booked greyhound for July 20th. My ticket was for departing Milwaukee at 6:40am and to arrive in Memphis at 6:30pm. My complaints are: 1) The Milwaukee driver got there 10 mins late, in which we missed the connecting bus to Memphis.

2) The desk then re-booked us for a 10am to Memphis, which a driver never showed or came. 3) When we finally were able to get a bus it was 12pm or so. 4) The driver got lost and a passenger had to assist him to get him on a route to Memphis.

(Don't know if it was because of the construction or a new route for him). 5) Then we had to multiples delays, re-routing and layovers. 6) What should have been a 12 hours trip, became a 26 hours of peer HELL.

I am a 75 year old woman. And it was hard to got through that. I remember when Greyhound was the best way to go…

It will be a long time before I ever book anything with your stealing company. This morning due to no fault of my owm the lyft driver hit red lights on the way to the Orlando Bus station only 10 minutes from my hotel.

he got me there about 8:16 and the bus had left before. Being I wasn't even on the bus I called for a refund of my $50 back to my card. Which I was denied. So I was stranded at the bus station.

Remember people are your business. You treat people wrong. Then they don't come back. I don't appreciate having my money stolen from me! I paid for a bus ticket from Cincinnati, Ohio to Des Moines, Iowa. I went to Des Moines Iowa on business, and paid for my fiancé to later join me. she’s one single little white female. She’s never traveled on a bus before. She’s alone.

She just had heart surgery. Halfway through the trip, greyhound decided they were going to cancel the trip. This is not OK. And they’ve offered no sort of anything to accommodate for or help with anything. I will never use greyhound again.

She doesn’t need the added stress. And I still have yet to talk to an American who speaks English who understands where I’m coming from. We’ve never got any explanation on why the trip was canceled. This company is an absolute joke. Zero communications on the company end. The bus that was supposed to be here at 1:25pm(after the third reschedule of this morning alone) and they waited till 1:50 to tell us they didn't even have a driver on the way here!

After lying to us and telling us they were running late. I was supposed to leave here at 9:10 last night. DO NOT USE GREYHOUND. They would be late to they're own funeral.

My complaint and issues are with the Pittsburg intermodal greyhound station directly as a whole. Issue #1: the ladies restroom was covered in used toilet paper & there wasn’t any supply of toilet paper in the stalls. Several women stated to security that there wasn’t any toiletries, & were told that; that isn’t in their job description to handle.

Issue #2: my starting connecting departure bus from the fullington bus station in state college PA. kept getting delayed, first it was scheduled to leave at 2:45. Then got rescheduled to an hour later. Then another hour delay, and another hour delay.

The scheduled bus leaving from state college heading towards Pittsburg didn’t arrive until 6:30pm. I arrived in Pittsburg at 9:25pm. Which in hindsight caused me to miss my connecting bus leaving…

First of all, the bus was delayed by almost 5 hours and it was stinking like someone peed on the bus. Then, when we stopped at Dayton, Ohio to pickup some passengers, the stupid driver forgot to shut the trunk when leaving.

So, all of our luggages fell off the bus. ) It’s funny how there were no any signals in the bus to let the driver know that the trunk is open. Anyways, we tried to contact every signal person related to Greyhound all night and none of them answered.

The incident happened on May 4 and today is July 22. We tried all we can to get our luggage back and contact the company. There is no sign of refund. Is it because we are international students that they are giving us a hard time?
