I was sent to the hospatail for a stoke caused by the negligence from Cincinnati Ohio Bus Terminal where I fell after fainting and hit my head on your chairs causing severe migraines and pain . And all the racial stuff in Atlanta targeting white people not saying anything to the black people.
I send a family member on a bus on July 18 was supposed to be here in the 20th. He hasn’t show up he is still stuck in Nashville Tennessee. Yet to leave he won’t leave till the 22 and hopefully get here on the 23rd.

On July 8th my bus from Montreal to White River Junction got cancelled on short notice. As a result I had to pay $56.70 for a bed and make multiple last minute changes including accommodation, food costs and changes to ongoing travel arrangements. The cancellation notice was given too late at 9pm for a 11:30pm departure without necessary support available for Greyhound costumer.

The name of the place sounds as tho it was big and nice for an insane amount of wait time but it wasn't. It had no where to sit for long in the inside it was about 15 people stranded there and just forgotten about.

Greyhound canceled my trip to Reno, the ticket was for 7/10/2023 @ 11:00pm this bus was canceled by Greyhound, when I brought the ticket I brought a round trip ticket to leave Reno at 9:55am on 7/11/2023. Greyhound would not refund me for the 7/11/23 ticket.
I brought that to get back to San Francisco, but if Greyhound canceled the 7/10/23 11:000pm bus, how could I get to Reno to take the 7/11/23 9:55am bus, if Greyhound had not canceled my bus to Reno I would not have had to cancel my trip back. I do not want a voucher I want a full refund, I should not have to pay five dollars for the cancelation when it was Greyhound who canceled my bus to Reno. 00 dollars.
On June 24 2023 our bus travelling from Fresno to North Hollywood broke down around Valencia CA. The driver told us it would take up to 2 hours to get the bus fixed. per Greyhound customer service we will not be getting reimbursed for the Uber ride.

On Monday morning, I took the ground bus. The driver was still in training, and I thought he was wonderful. The trainer's name is Steve Avery, and I do not appreciate his aggressive approach. He told the trainee several times that he should have cut off a car and even a semi truck and make them stop for him.
I reached my limit when a group of people were approaching the outlet of the parking lot we were in. The trainee stopped short and waved the people by, and the trainer got mad. He said that those people don't matter, especially since they were hanging out at a bus station, which meant they were just a group of homeless people.

My first time using greyhound I’ve experienced a 2 hour delay and no help or guidance from customer service. After a 2 hour delay my greyhound arrives as “bolt bus” and I missed it. No notifications or anything from greyhound.
The whole experience was a nightmare I spent $175 trying to see my family and there’s no one to contact it seems from greyhound.
Our driver from Sunday the 18th was swerving all over the road. Seemed like he was falling asleep. He almost went off the road multiple times and almost hit a couple semis. My spouse and I feared for our lives and couldn't wait to get to our destination so we didn't have to be on the bus.
