This complaint was also filed with the FMCSA along with relevant images and the email of the itinerary sent from the company.

The reasoning behind this complaint possibly becoming two-fold:

1. It is suspected that the subject of this complaint was not actually a greyhound bus driver, but very well may have been impersonating one.

2. If in fact the driver in question is legitimate, his actions on the night of June 10, 2023, were as such that it could have put Flixbus Inc. in serious legal jeapardy.

Pursuant complaint number 23-061812, filed with the Chattanooga Police Department at 0257, 06-10-23, against the driver of greyhound bus US0606 for abandonment and endangerment of a passenger, will serve as a basis for this inquiry.

I paid them for transportation but the service was not available at the time and place specified on the ticket. Since being purchased by FlixBus, Greyhound (through FlixBus) is scamming the public. FlixBus scammed me before, so this time I booked on Greyhound, not knowing that FlixBus had purchased the company. I spent 4 hours outside in the cold on a bus bench overnight in downtown Los Angeles this time. I still have the unused ticket as I would not let them keep it (I would have no evidence that I even had the ticket). They wanted to sell me another ticket for travel 16 hours later (fat chance the bus would come) and said they would send me a refund for the other ticket. I went to LAX and flew home.

They will NOT refund payments. They say they will give credit for a future trip. Why…

my four year old daughter and i waited for the bus to arrive with my aunt who came for my wedding. she had 2 suitcases, as soon as the driver got off the bus he walked directly to her and told us she couldnt bring the extra bag without paying an additional 20 dollars to him.

she tried to explain it was already paid for, while she pulled her phone out to prove it to him he aggressively started yelling at her in front of my daughter, i asked him to calm down numerous times as he was frightening my girl. he went on while pointing his finger in our faces and yelling how he has to deal with people trying to get free bags on and being drunk and going off about all the bad type of people who ride the bus.

308 137 8114 On my trip to Boston to NY the person sitting next to me was inappropriately touching me. When I tried to explain that I was being physically assaulted by the person sitting next to me she didn’t allow me to speak and screamed at me.

I asked for help and was ignored. Bus drivers need better training. It was humiliating and traumatic.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The bus that was supposed to pick me up at 6:30am apparently never stopped/arrived to pick us up. I tracked it for a good hour & the time kept getting delayed due to it being stuck in Baltimore for 44 minutes for whatever reason.

We didn’t even receive any announcements when it actually arrived but after people trying to figure out what was going on, we were told the bus actually never stopped to pick us up. And while I was tracking the bus I did notice that it stopped but never made its way in the actual station.

When I asked for help to find the bus at the information desk, I was told to stand in line to wait for it because the bus didn’t come yet. Other passengers going on the same route were told the same.

I paid for a around trip ticket from Pittsburgh pa to Salamanca NY on the day I was due to return the bus never came I waited over an hour and even tracked it but the status was unavailable I called 4-5 times at one point I was told the bus didnt come to that stop and wasnt operating which was funny because I have all my information and

was told that I had to leave the next day. I will have to miss work because of this and I wasnt able to see my family on fathers day due to this at another point I was told that the bus would be there at 530 but

I use Greyhound with the intention on making my aunt funeral. I first experienced total terror by the bus driver saying " if anyone comes up front to ask any questions, she was going to slam on brakes and put that person thru the bus windshield.

That was a sleepl and scary ride. Then to get to Atlanta with a 14 delay , I had to sleep in greyhounds bus station where my smaller bag was stolen and I ended up missing my aunt funeral. This ride was full of horror and disappointment.

I had a reservation on May 27, 2023 from Kissimmee, Fl to San Diego, Ca. Booking number 307-984-2433 at 3:20 AM. I have been told this was a non-refundable ticket. So I was there to get the Bus. When the bus pulled in at 3:45 I got out of the car to board the bus.

The driver got out along with other passengers. The driver then started cussing at a little girl and her mother. I told him not to swear at the child. The bus driver then said you cannot tell me what to do. He starting swearing again.

I brought 2 seats 7A&B on 6/10 and received an email from greyhound saying they’re sorry but they changed my ticket. 00 voucher for future use which I’ll never use all without my consent! I keep trying to contact them and talk to supervisors, and they keep saying that I canceled the trip and I did not cancel the trip.

After a while the Detroit bus pulled up and at the time I was engaged in a conversation with a guy who was on his way to New York and we were standing on the side walk the employee walked up and begin yelling and screaming at us to move out of the way in A very rude way.

So I yelled back at her and an argument begin after we got finished she said you’re not getting on the bus and told the driver not to let me board. She had no right to do so and got away and made me miss a very important meeting.

The greyhound employee did all of this (view video footage at 3:57-3:10 all or before and watch how she yells a the customers. I couldn’t get my ticket rebooked because the time was to late I would like to have this investigated and the employee terminated.

Very bad services. I am traveling from Chicago to Toronto for a business meeting. I left Chicago 10:05 on 13/06/2023. Had to transit in 4 different cities. While in Detroit our bus left late because of a flat tire. I called to see if the could help reschedule for the next bus at noon, living Toledo to Cleveland.

But the customer service personal who received the phone said, it could not be rescheduled. That I should call when am in Toledo. When we arrived Toledo, the bus for noon was no longer available. So they rescheduled for 10:40 pm.

These means I will be arriving Toronto on the 15/06/2023. I was supposed to attend a meeting this evening 14/06/2022 at 8:40 pm but because of the reschedule I won't be able to attend the meeting.

Moreover, I will have to spend the whole day in Toledo…

Today I was catching the 12:05 bus from OKC to Wichita ks. My friend whom I was visiting was driving me to the bus stop on Reno and was having to use her navigation on her phone due to the fact that neither of us have ever been to that particular Bus Station.

The navigation took us into a no vehicle zone without us knowing it. I simply got out and grabbed my suitcase and continued going towards the bus when The "Manager" came out from the building literally cursing, and swearing at me and my ride.

I was in complete shock!!!! He was making a huge spectical of the entire situation and then told me I would not be allowed to board the bus. He was so unprofessional and disrespectful in so many ways. We definitely did not purposely drive into the no vehicle zone and we were not by any means…

David Lee the driver was very rude and disrespectful towards passengers. David Lee was threatening the passengers. You stated couldn’t eat on the bus nor spray any disinfectant chemicals. He was coughing all over the place. His driving was out of control. Disregard traffic laws.

He was cutting people off. Driving on side lane and driving over cones that closed off. In addition he threw a family off the bus because one of her children was addicted. On May 17th I departed Detroit for a trip to Washington, DC. Upon arrival at Union Station in DC, the driver( who took over in Pittsburgh) opened the luggage bin before I had departed from the coach. It was then when I discovered, to my dismay, that my stored suitcase was gone.

When I approached the driver, he was both dismissive and rude. When I returned home( via airline despite having purchased a round trip bus ticket, I filed a verbal complaint. That complaint was made on May 19th. To date, there has been no response from Greyhound.

On June 04, 2023 I paid for 2 tickets from Houston to New Orleans. And Bus #368 Route #2211 broke down on Breaux Bridge for 5 hour . So I had to drive to Tiger Truck Stop in between Lafayette and Baton Rouge to pick them up .

We were told we could get a full refund. 97. Very very poor service & a rip off.

Bus in Baytown Texas did not stop to pick up passengers so I had to pay Uber to take him to Houston bus station shouldn't of had to do that because he had already paid for round trip ticket. Customer service at Houston bus station rude and ugly would not help him with booking number to see what bus to be on and had security on him. He was trying to get home to take meds because he forgot them. Would like to get reimbursed for the Uber fee that was not necessary because he already had a prepaid round trip ticket and he needs to get reimbursed for half of his fee for all the inconvenience that was caused to him hope to hear from you soon.

purchased bus tickets for myself and spouse to leave 9-19 western drive westhampton nj at 7:40 am to arrive in New York port authority at 9:10 am. we had a doctors appointment at hospital for special surgery in manhattan at 11:30 am. 95(booking number 3081593270).

the bus finally arrived at 10:01 according to greyhound. I expect a refund for the bus tickets and reimbursement for the uber ride.

My whole experience was a nightmare what was supposed to take me 21hrs took me 3 days. My 1st driver got up and walked off the bus in Abiline Kansas once the cops came he got back on and was swerving in and out of traffic all the way to Denver Colorado where i was late had to stay over 25hrs then

once i got in las cruses my bus was canceled i will never ride greyhound again i missed a day of work cause of all this and i feel you should accommodate me for my one day lose of pay and my train ticket

Driver was HORRIBLE , driver almost wrecked into the back of MULTIPLE VEHICLES , continuously running off of the road, constantly slamming on breaks even with no cars in front of the bus causing customers to slam into the seats in front of them .

Greyhound do not help the disabled. My son been trying to get home for three days but greyhound’s bus don’t accommodate some one in a wheelchair. The ramp for the wheelchair was broken. I paid for the ticket now he has to wait another day to get home.

The bus driver was rude to him when he was in Tennessee bus station. She said to him if you have to pee you just pee on yourself. The bus was He is disabled from the waist down. I will never use greyhound bus again.

They are a discriminated bus company when you disabled. In a wheelchair. I had to buy another ticket because they was not on time. This is not right for anyone.

How can the website shut down during my payment and in a matter of seconds charge double the price? As long as Im in the process of buying and agreeing to the displayed price, nothing should change! I understand that prices rise eventually, but during a payment?!

The time frame should be respected and the ticket price locked! This is one of the many reasons Im trying to avoid Greyhound as much as possible.

I would give negative stars if possible I am currently stuck at the Harrison street greyhound station in Chicago my first bus never arrived and they never declared it canceled even though it was 5 hours late and never came, then the rescheduled one they gave me is currently almost 3 hours late yet they refuse to cancel it so refund can be given. On May 2, 2023, boarded bus from San Diego to Phoenix, scheduled at 10:55 am route # us0830, Booking #3072436121. Bus made a stop at Anaheim CA and driver announced that the bus had a failure and needed 30 minutes to charge it.

A passenger asked driver a question, the driver misunderstood and both started an argument, once they stopped arguing, most of us went outside the bus, about 8minutes passed, driver an passenger fixed the problem. Then I went inside the building to get a snack and saw the same passenger inside the building to buy a snack also.

After a minute I went outside the building and bus was gone, 15 minutes before the scheduled 30 minutes he had promised. When the driver saw the passenger going inside the building, he took advantage of it and left, leaving me too.

Purchased a bus ticket from Jacksonville Florida to Columbus Georgia. I'm new to this. I was given runaround about my bus to take. It was scheduled to leave at 8:15 this morning. It left earlier than 8:15. I was unable to get on bud due to bus leaving early.

The 800 number refused to redo my ticket. Front counter said it wasn't anything they could do. I paid good money for this ticket only to get runaround. I need my ticket redone. This is not my fault.

My trip #3079454098 was booked in advance and paid. I was at the scheduled bus stop before 1am. The bus never pulled in to get me. I did see a bus going east but in never entered the stop it was probably the one. I waited till after 2am and called Greyhound. They said the Bus was on time and left. your driver did not pull into the stop and left me stranded at 1:30 in the morning. I have an appointment in Orlando at 8am I will miss and have to reschedule . It will cost me 500 dollars. This is just wrong. I was to pick up a vehicle at Caravan and now they will have to deliver it or the 41 thousand dollar deal falls through. I guess you can't depend on Greyhound and I have lost a nights sleep and all that planing down the drain.

Conf #307 936 0947 We took a bus from Everett, WA to Holbrook, AZ. On the bus from Everett to Seattle someone was in our assigned seats, he refused to move and the bus driver didn’t help at. From Seattle to Portland there were two drug attacks on the bus who got into a fight, the police were called, we were delayed.

Portland to Sacramento as well as Sacramento to LA, the bus smelled so bad. Everyone kept smoking cigarettes, pills and marijuana in the bathroom. The first bus driver did not make any stops until they changed bus driver. The bus from LA to Phx and Phx to Holbrook were the better of the whole trip.

While boarding the bus from Oklahoma city headed to Wichita falls the bus driver was extremely rude. He told me to get away from him and then told an older lady to get back. When she just smiled he said, "smile all you want I'm that one I'll pull your ticket and you will be smiling walking.

We were simply asking if we had the right bus. After paying 250 dollars for a 28 hour trip from Houston to Lubbock Texas to be treated that way I'll never ride greyhound again.
