On this Monday 5/22/2024 3. The 8:15. Bus from Atlanta Ga to Hollywood Florida by 10:46 pm was 2 1/2 hours late. When my family and my handicap sister finally reach Olanda we were told by the customer person told me and my family to wait by gate c.

When the 9:30 or later started loading I was told by the bus driver I had to get my ticket updated because of the late nus arrival. It was supposed to reach Hollywood Florida by 10:45 pm, Instead I was place on a bus that was headed to Miami which put me way out of my original stop which I paid for.

I was traveling with two small children and a handicap Sister. I’m very disappointed and I will never recommend Greyhound to anyone. Me and my family were treated poorly and unprofessional by this company. I want someone to contact me at 954-842-5529…

I purchased a ticket for Greyhound, yet I'm told this bus is powered by Greyhound!! That's DEFINITELY not the same thing. When I kindly asked the bus driver was this greyhound he very nasty said what does it matter a bus is a bus.

He threaten to call security stating I was causing problems. I never raised my voice and simply asked a question. My aunt asked does it matter where we put our bag since someone has there's in our designated spot and he snapped at her her with the same security threat.

It took half the bus to chant there isn't any problem for the bus driver to finally calm down, turn around then proceeded to drive the bus. It does matter if I purchased a Greyhound ticket and not this dirty bus with this bus driver's dirty attitude!!!

Greyhound's customer service might be the worst of all common carriers. They have outsourced their customer service line to India or Mexico, which inherently presents a language barrier. I continually had an issue communicating my problem. I was constantly asked what my itinerary and booking number were, even though that was not at all what I was calling about.

Customer service rep Juan placed me on hold and hung up on me about 30 minutes later. Gustavo was very helpful but his supervisor was unable to field literally any complaint or resolve my problem with how I was treated.

Eventually that supervisor hung up on me as well as two more reps when I called back and asked for the complaints department. I was told to go to the website, which has no remedy for customer service complaints.…

Went online to book tickets from Philadelphia to Ft Myers, knowing that there was a secure greyhound bus ststion to wait for the bus.. We are two elderly and disabled seniors and unexpectiedly found our pickup spot was some downtown location in philadelphia at 1am in the morning rather than a bus station after we paid for the tickets, within 5 minutes we cancelled the tickets, but

instead of a refund we got vouchers which we cannot use. There was however bus stations along the way to wait at least during layovers..

We purchased tickets for May 19 round-trip the bus supposed to lift Lynchburg Virginia at 6:28 AM. The bus never arrived. I had to catch an Uber to Washington DC because the bus never showed up. I’ve been calling way hell trying to resolve this issue I’m not getting no results.

I was on a bus from Norman, OK to Dallas,Tx on 5-20-23. I had purchased a seat which was 2c. The driver denied me sitting in the seat and said he didn't care what Greyhound did that I was to go get another seat, so I ended up sitting in 5c. He was very rude!

He also was constantly getting on his phone, he was swerving lanes! There were other patrons complaining. I actually have videos of his driving and when he was using his phone during this trip! I need to find out how to get my refund for my seat??

Also, this was the worse driver and experience I have ever had!! I travel this trip all the time as you can look up! If needed I can send you the videos through email!

It's been 7 days without any contact from customer service baggage that was accidentally left on the bottom of my bus how hard is it to locate a simple item that never left the bus final destination Albuquerque New Mexico what a joke no greyhound terminal nowhere picks up the damn phone I could have mst my luggage in the next city if you didn't have to use online for something as simple as leaving a bag behind under the bus I'm sure by now someone is having a hay day with my contents of my luggage

i bought a ticket for my father from virginia to okc city and everything was going great until he got to nashville tennesse after having to wait three hours his bus to st louis was in an accident so instead of finding another nus to put my father and other passengers on they cancelled his ticket and said he could reschedule for free but the next bus was a 6 hour wait and

20 hours more added tp his already 38 bus ride now putting him here a day later then scheduled and missing his grandsons graduation ceremony. no apologies or anything where given just rudeness from everyone and a upset and disappointed passenger.

Our tickets were purchased 2 months ago and today greyhound cancelled them. When I called to ask why they said I could get a refund and repurchase my tickets (for the same exact bus) for $250 more. When we asked to speak to a supervisor they claimed the supervisor was unavailable and refused to connect me.

When I said I could wait she got an attitude and just kept repeating that the supervisor was unavailable.

This morning, I had the displeasure of riding with Greyhound. Before my driver arrived in Sarasota, a flix bus appeared. The driver “politely” told me that he was going to miami. Checkmark!Professional!

When my driver arrived, I asked him if he was heading to tampa. He yelled, “I don’t have time to wait on you hurry up and get on the bus.” He was already late. “What’s your name? I said wallace.

I informed him that I did not appreciate his unprofessional and unethical behavior. I proceeded to my seat(note he did not tell me which seat I was assigned to). Before he drove off, he told me to go to seat 5A instead of seat 2. Many seats were available .

Bus was supposed to leave Chicago at 3:30 we didn't leave till after 6. Driver would not let me get off in Indianapolis for some food so I can take my medication. We arrived in Louisville after 12:30 and missed our 11:30 bus rescheduled to leave at 1:30 and it is now 4:26am still no bus.

We are supposed to leave at 4:42 and still waiting. I never had this issue before and I've been riding since December every month with Greyhound

I don't know how hard it is to speak with somebody and customer service I accidentally got distracted and left a piece of luggage under the bus my luggage is not lost it's a matter of it going to the final destination and being removed from the bus but you can't talk to anybody because everybody has an excuse or nobody picks up the phone I could have had my luggage the day that I left it on the bus had somebody picked up the phone it's excuse after excuse with Greyhound all phone numbers they give you through customer service leads to a dead end I'll email us that you send out dead end nobody gets in contact with you 4 days with no contact it's not that hard to find a little piece of luggage that was accidentally left under the bus and

Our bud was 30mins late, on top of that our driver gave us incorrect instructions which led us to be 2 more hours late and spend another $100 to get a cab in the end because we were stranded. The staff is just horrible and ignorant: I wanted to cancel my next trip which they charged us another $80 of a cancellation fee.

I honestly feel like spending a lil more and not taking grey hound ever. It felt extremely ghetto

5 hour bus tour of Montreal. The tour was lovely the guide was friendly, but he made racist remarks about the Inuit. On a downtown street there were some people stopping cars and asking for money. One of the passengers asked a question about that and the guide launched into a little speech explaining that the beggars were Inuit who came from the north for medical care and once they were released from care they all got drunk and took drugs.

" Later I talked to him in private. He's a pleasant man but refused to budge. Clearly your staff needs some tolerance training. May I suggest you invite someone from the Native Friendship circle to talk to your staff about the challenges facing the Inuit and other native communities today.

Cancel our departure for 1:30 pm (Montréal) without explanation. ). If you don’t have a cell phone or a tablet you have to find someone to make it for you (Think of the ederly). We were able to book for midnight by chance but we have to pay for eat twoTimes near the bus terminal because we starve!

Lucky to have water at fountain! Want to wait 10 hours with no explanation? Want to search for a seat at the terminal When you use a cane? Want to have sparse answer by the personnel of Greyhound who with, yes sigh When you ask a simple question? Take Greyhound!

I live in Knoxville,TN. We use to have a greyhound station but it got closed down. I have lost so much money on tickets and I can't get a refund like I normally would do or pay 20 dollars to change my ticket at the greyhoundstation !

Now when I call greyhound it's nothing they can do for me ! I can send in every confirmation number for when I purchase my ticket. It doesn't make any sense that I spend all this money for trips and can't get a refund or a complementary trip.

When I ask to speak with someone over the greyhound customer service they come off rude because I just wanna know how can I get a refund for my trips ! I've been a loyal customer for a while and it's sad that I can't get help from nobody.

This is my first time in more than 30 years traveling on Greyhound buses and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I began in Raleigh NC, the workers were rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and unorganized. The bus was late but I was okay with that until the driver was yelling at people.

We arrived in Union Station and it was a mess, workers yelling at passengers no organization, the buses were two hours late. We were stood in line for over an hour only to be informed that the buses were running two hours late.

I was to arrive in Baltimore MD at 6:30. I arrived 8:45. The purpose of my trip was to visit my I’ll brother.

I'm at the greyhound bus station in Pittsburgh Pa now! I had 1:05am bus ride to Detroit May 12th 2023! The security guard tells me when I get to the greyhound station the 1:05am bus is canceled! Booking number 307 614 1852 Good afternoon the bus driver for this route is very unprofessional. During his first stop in Indio he didn't allow me my break to stretch my legs and use the restroom on site. Then I noticed from San Bernardino he kept driving towards LA instead of Claremont.

When I approached him about me needing to be dropped off in Claremont he said why didn't I say something to him before. He scanned my ticket and he is the driver this is something that he should be aware of.

He then pulled over on the freeway and told me to get out. So not only did I pay for a ticket that wasn't fulfilled but I experienced harassments from this driver. He also kept speaking to me in Spanish even though I told him I only speak English. This is very unprofessional.

Got a ticket for my mum to travel with booking number 3071949746. This bus delayed. I called and my mum was rescheduled to depart at 4:35 pm with booking number 3074482774 which was also delayed. The entire journey was delayed instead of getting to Silver spring MD at 11:40am.

She got to Silver spring MD at 5pm. Her return ticket was scheduled for 7:30am with booking number 3074482774 . I got notification via email at 7:01 am that the bus will be delayed. The bus did not come at 8:03 am per the email.

It came it 8:22 am Her connecting bus from Richmond VA to Nashville was supposed to be at 12:11am and due to bus delay from Silver spring MD, She got to Richmond VA at 12:24pm and she didn't get the bus. She was rescheduled for 12:25 am with booking number 3076341628 .

94 Above bookings were done for 5 passengers (H Shingote, D Shingote, V. Udasi, S. Sankaran, H. Varadharajan) Bookings were done as different trips as it did not show option of roundtrip. I had to give up and cancel starting trip (booking #3075276236) as the bus did not show up for 3 hours.

Our daughter has tried to use Greyhound to return to college 3 times which is a 6 hour drive. Each time Greyhound has canceled the bus without any notice and refused to give a refund. We've had to buy a plane ticket or drive her to school last minute ourselves, which costs even more time and money. Horrible customer service. Don't use Greyhound.

They aren't reliable and they don't compensate when it's their fault. I can't say enough how disappointed we are despite writing and asking for a refund 3 times.

I took a greyhound from Atlanta to riverside. The bus I took from phenix to LA was not a Grey hound bus. It was smaller inside. I have a disability I have neuropathy in my feet and legs I also have chronic lower back pain.

When we got into Moreno Valley I told the driver to stop at a gas station or a parking lot so I could get a cab to the hospital. He asked me if I needed a ambulance I said yes he said they would have to follow him to LA about 50 miles. That is ridicules.

I told him again to drop me off so I could get a cab he finally pulled off and dropped me off on an off ramp to the freeway with my luggage. Their was nothing around it was dark and I couldn't carry my luggage.

Bought one way tickets from Massachusetts to Florida for my mother in law and brother in law.

Also has beginning stages of dementia. A 2 day trip took 4 days! Stuck in New York for 15 hrs because the bus driver made my BIL go get paper tickets not look on his phone, then left!!!! Next bus to DC late missed the connection bus to Atlanta.

Stuck for 8 hrs bus to Richmond then Atlanta. Atlanta bus to mobile late missed connection bus to pensacola. was told next bus in 7hrs j. just drove the hour to mobile and picked them up!!!! Worst experience ever. Will never use greyhound again!!!!!!

First of all, the agents who answer are HORRIBLE! They do not speak clear English, they mute you so that you end up hanging up or they simply hang up on you.

Second, neither the app or website works to book tickets. I have been booking a repetitive trip for weeks then all of a sudden none of my cards work. This forces you to call and the agents will not budge on removing the $20 fee when it's the systems fault. I know this to be true because none of my banks get the charge but the app or website gives a message that the bank declined the transaction.

Third, I was on a bus last week that was hit by a car. When I call Greyhound, none of the agents know anything about getting the police report number. They repeat I can only buy a ticket and it's going to cost an extra $20. So you mean to…

On April 24th I booked a trip from Amarillo Texas to Tucumcari New Mexico. 98 with fees. After finding I couldn't make the time. I called almost 2 hours before to change the trip in which I was charged a ridiculous $20 fee on a $35 ticket. 99 after refund.

This is a very unfair fee that doesn't show anywhere on the change and refund policies. I am very astounded the greyhound would rob me like this. I think I should reimburseed for this or compensated because I have missed my trip and no money to make it up.

After changing and going back to pay the ridiculous price the station was closed which made it impossible for me to take my trip that was a very important trip for my life. I really hope you all make this up because you all are robbing poor people that can very pay for the trip from…

Greyhound only cares about themselves and not their customers. I understand they have policy etc but they should work also toward to customer satisfaction. I am going through hardships and their rude customer care only keeps rejecting my request of my full refund.

Greyhound lack of people skills and humanity. They may speak nicely sometimes but won't action towards their customer. never use this service. You will regret.
