I was on a ride from Sheridan WY and thru the blizzard all the way thru Montana no complaints but the ride from Spokane to Moses lake ruined the entire trip ! I seriously think that man should lose his job for the way he treated us all !

That bus smelledso bad and there is no dam excuse for that driver !! And bc of that ride I will never ride a dam bus again I’d rather hitch hike

On Friday, April 23, 2021 I traveled from New Orleans to Shreveport, LA. Upon arriving in Monroe, LA, I was told the bus would be late. I was supposed to arrive in Shreveport, LA at 5:45pm. Once the bus FINALLY arrived, we arrived in Shreveport at 9pm.

I’ve been on the bus ride since 8 o’clock last night and it is now 22 April and I’m almost to my destinations for me which is Moses Lake my last transfer was in Spokane and the bus but I am on right now smells so horrible I’m bout to throw up and I’m not the only one on here complaining the whole bus smells like shit and piss and the bus driver is a fucking asshole

Family emergency occurred which I wasn't able to leave state my 3 yr old son had a accident I did contact grey hound the day of departure around 9ami was not given an option to reschedule at all I was informed that my ticket was non refundable.. may I please receive a refund or at least paoof my money of I knowen about rescheduling my trip I would have definitely some so imediatly instead of allowing 85 dollars go to waste and loosing my trip..

I was in Tulsa Oklahoma transferring bad to keep going up now or I forgot my backpack in left so I went inside the other box that I Remember by backpacks I'll come back to the other bus they didn't let me in to get my backpack and they left me they let the other bus go to all of the bars in baby and want me to go back to the next bus to get going up north

The people who are tending the phones aren't trained properly. They don't inform first time users of the cost of having to change the date after ticket is naught. Then I talked to 5 4 of them quoted me one price to change the day I needed the ticket.

I informed the person when I purchased the ticket I wasn't sure what day I needed it. Right then I should have been told a 20$ fee would be added and I would have waited. She only told me I could change it as long as I called the day before.

I will never use greyhound again.

My 14 year old daughter ws as able to buy a bus ticket to Texas from Indianapolis No I'd required. buy a bus ticket. At that point i lost my temper. The agent was very unprofessional and didn't handle situations well nor did she consider my emotions were running high. her.

so when your employees insinuated it was out lack of parenting I lost my yemoer My daughter bought ticket at 7:20 am without agent asking for ID The agent was described as black in forties.

I purchased a Greyhound bus ticket from Tijuana mx to cross into the united states. I bought this ticket for the convenience of crossing the boarder on bus rather than walk through because of how dangerous the boarder is. On Greyhound websight it states that when the bus arrives to the boarder you will be asked to get off with your luggage to be inspected by customs and to check immigration status.

Once you are cleared you return to the bus with luggage to continue across the boarder. This is not what happens. The bus that picked us up to take us to the boarder stopped in heavy traffic through our bags off and told us to get off the bus and walk the rest of the way which was about a quarter of a mile yet.

Did not give us direction on where to go.. my luggage was very heavy and hard to…

Today April 11, 2021 at 10:20Am , I arrived at my bus gate. My driver dropped me off at the gate instead of the appropriate drop off by mistake. The driver who was outside boarding passengers waved his hands and making gestures that we were incorrectly dropped off.

My driver moved the car to a more safe drop off so once I approached the driver along with my other passenger he continued to wave his hands and get in my face about the incorrect drop off. He continued to keep speaking to me about this and get extremely agitated as I expressed he needed to calm down as I am not from Massachusetts and I am not sure how this works and it won’t happen again.

On April 9 2021 The bus driver of 86716 from Houston, Tx to Atlanta, Ga. Has been treating everyone like shit. She has been disrespectful to everyone and treating them like kids. She has actively contradicted the rules that she said.

She wouldn't let people use their phones if sounds could be heard from the headphones. She actively humiliated anyone and everyone. She tried to give a warning to someone for her facemask being off while she was drinking. She threatened to kick someone off because they spoke up and complained about the driver's attitude.

Then the driver threatened to kick them off in the middle of the drive if they didn't keep their mouth shut.

Super late, cramped up, employees are rude....mad at customers when they're the ones late. They need to give courtesy calls to customers so the customer is able to make a decision if he/she wants to wait for that scheduled bus, even though it's late, or if they just want the money back.

I purchased a ticket from greyhound online today 4/7/21 and needed to change it for an earlier bus. Well they werent able to help me because there are two different bus companies involved in taking me from Brownsville, Texas to Beaumont/ Vidor, texas.

But i also noticed that online once you buy your ticket and see your email the carrier taking me was Valley Transit Pool. And not Greyhound. But also online it state that they partner with many regional bus lines to get me to more destinations.

All i was try was exchange my ticket. So now they cant refund me knowing that there doing wrong. By not providing me greyhound services which i paid for.

My confirmation booking #is 68758209. Riding from Fresno ca to Los Angeles ca Union Station. ScheduleGL16837 5:40am. April 5 2021. From the second I arrived and made contact with the driver he was so rude. Rude bossy and mean. " I proceeded to ask him a question which he ignored and said " bus is leaving in 2 minutes now".

So we come back with the bag tag and board the bus which didn't depart for about another 15-20 min. He was the rudest person I've ever come across. My trip was uncomfortable from before boarding. It was hot and he didn't turn no air on and I was to scared to ask in fear of getting kicked off the bus for any little reason.

Simply stated, the bus driver was unbecoming of a professional motorist to represent a national bus company.

He was arrogant, defiant, and discourteous. He refused my entry on the bus, especially when I had a non-refundable ticket. This ticket is attached.

On March 15, 2021, I was waiting for the bus from Cincinnati, Ohio to London, KY. The bus came from Detroit and the bus driver cancelled the trip because of two problematic passengers. She did not call the police nor asked Greyhound officials to cancel the trip to my knowledge.

Total CHAOS in the Cincinnati Greyhound Bus Station when this occurred. M. due to covid-19. Basically, I and about 70 other passengers were abandoned and put out on the street. 00 for a 3 hour Uber drive. 00 not to mention the stress of the day.

On the 17th of March 2021 I and Devante Watkins left Sarasota Florida destination to Biloxi, Ms. during said trip the bus driver failed to give the required tickets for the two suit cases as required upon getting to Orlando FL.

the bus driver announced he made a mistake, "he should have given us tickets for our bags". This company has no respect for their passengers we were delayed over 5 hours and they have made no effort to remedy the situation. They also have no concern nor do they care. This is now the second time I have had a terrible experience with this company.

The first time the bus broke down and we were on side the road for hours and I had to call a ride with no refund for my incomplete trip. I will not be using them again.

Good Morning. I booked a trip to NYC from Wilmington , Delaware. The bus was one hour late and none of the passengers were notified. My bus was scheduled at 4:55AM in the morning and the station was closed therefore we were waiting outside in the cold.

The bus driver did not apologize for his lateness. They should open the station 24 hours a day, so the passengers can wait inside in case of rain or cold.

I wish i could give zero stars workers are horrible even the website for ticket booking is horrible I spent my whole day stuck in an area i wasn’t supposed to be in because they told me id switch busses at said location but when i got there the worker gave me attitude and told me there was no busses going the way i was trying to go .

This is a complaint about a bus idling at Walmart in Rockaway township possibly between 5:30 and 6:30pm late Tuesday afternoon 3/16/21. The bus was spewing thick grey toxic diesel fumes. This is a concern for the environment and the air space that I am forced to breath, and does not set well anywhere!

Who allows a bus to operate in this condition. It is unconscionable that we have to be exposed to toxic fumes attributing to cancer asthma and respiratory problems on top of Covid, etc. Are the buses maintained on a regular basis?

I bought a ticket on line and called to verify . Not one time did agent say it was non refunded. My friend caught covid and was unable to ride the greyhound bus. I called to get it refunded was told no refund but a voucher. Unacceptable Greyhound.

I left banning can. I finally arrived in Los Angeles to 8:30 and the bus to Vegas don't leave untill 12:30 am . I was expecting a four hour ride instead it's taking 19 hours and they won't give me a food voucher or a discount .

It's inconceivable to me how they are still in business. This is my first and last endeavor on sending luggage ahead for me to pickup 14 days in advance and NO ONE seems to know where the baggage sent is located.

In an age where tracking is available and part of the the service. I have called since March 8th to find out the status of the shipment sent March 1 and stated to be delivered 7 days later, but here it is March 13, and no idea where this item is at.

The express people call the destination station every day since the 8th and no one answers. They put a tracer on it two days ago and the express people are closed and nothing is s done until Monday. My opinion, use another carrier, these people are negligent and la di da I don't know type.

I've purchased a round trip ticket from Vegas to phoenix. There was a mistake that was made on the day so I called back within minutes after the purchase. Customer Service had informed me that I could get a modification since it has been less than 6 hours.

Im a severe asthmatic and was going to travel by greyhound until the rep told me... I get a reply from someone telling me: In regard to your concern. Customers will be required to wear cloth face coverings while boarding and on board all buses though out your entire trip.
