I traveled on Greyhound bus. 3 years ago. A male passenger on the same trip, physically & verbally assaulted me. Greyhound granted me a $50. vitural pass. I will not travel Greyhound again! I want full compensation & punitive damages

My bus was scheduled for departure at 6:45 pm on yesterday 6/13/21 from Dallas Texas to Houston Texas. I arrived at the bus station in Dallas at 6:39 only to see that my bus had already departed from the station.

I wasn't the only person riding that bus that had missed it as well. There was 4 other passengers who was suppose to ride that bus and they were left as well. These other passengers arrived to facility between 6:30 and 6:35PM.

This means that the driver of this bus left the facility over 15 minutes ahead of what was on our ticket stating the departure time. I wanted to get a refund or catch the next bus, only to find all the employees unwilling to help me.

The customer service lady was nowhere to be found and the line grew increasingly long.

I have been at the station in New Orleans, LA since about 8:30 am in the morning. My bus wasn’t scheduled to 9:15am . The driver never got here but I was informed that he will be 30 minutes late.

So I wasn’t informed no more from customers service about anything else. Bus didn’t pull up until 11:15am and the driver didn’t get off the bus to greet anyone. He sat in the driver seat the whole time taking tickets.

I am so pissed off at this moment I really don’t know what to do

I’d give it zero if I could. They canceled my return cause the route that I was sold a ticket for and received a ticket for, didn’t exist anymore. I didn’t get an email from anyone saying that it was canceled.

I get the the atop that I was supposed to go to and another greyhound bus pulls up and the driver tells me the route doesn’t exist. ” 28 ish hour trip. I lick the 11:59, he puts me on hold and comes back a few minutes later and says “I’m sorry that route doesn’t exist” how did he have arrival and departure times on the computer for a route that doesn’t exist.

I get told I can email, cause “they don’t have a phone to answer in that department right now”, customer service to get a voucher or refund for the second part of my trip. I had to call my cousin who lives a little over two…

I was on the 86256 bus that departed from Alantic city casinos at 11am the bus had no air conditioning what so ever and I sweated the whole ride with asthma and it was also hard to breathe the intire bus was notified that another grayhound will be arriving in less than 10mins after the other bus arrived the bus driver notified the passengers that that bus didn't have air conditioning either.

I live in Texas my family is in Virginia, I don't and won't ever fly, my only options for travel is driving or the bus, I try to visit Virginia at least once a year, because I have made the trip more time's than I can count I know to avoid the Atlanta station!!

However yesterday while traveling back from Virginia I went ahead and went through the Atlanta station, the entire place is horrible but, as a black man, I was totally ashamed of the black staff of Greyhound. I bring up race because it hit me in my spirit to watch black folks act so badly, the way they treated the older people was sickening, I saw the staff actually fight a customer, the security lady was a rude as I've ever seen anyone person behave, please respond, I need Greyhound, what I don't need is watching your staff treat…

We were traveling from St Louis to Columbus on June 4 on schedule 1342, with reboarding pass #206, when the driver would not let us back on the bus in Indianapolis. We had the ticket barcodes, and would have been able to gain access to the e tickets within minutes.

With a few more minutes, we could have converted the barcodes into paper tickets. Or done that in Columbus. There is evidently no uniform system for ticket requirements within the system. Whatever the case this driver, whoever he is, appears to be spreading bad will towards the company.

I traveled on May 27th and the driver of the bus refused so it took over 3 hours to find a replacement. The lady driver that refused decided to ride along as a passenger. This should never have happened. The entire bus was livid to say the least.

We feel that we should be compensated for the stress that was placed on us.

I haven’t been on this service for over 40 years! I rode May 28 & 30th, and those 2 days were the worst in my life! 1256. & 1287. My concerns that I want to address, are safety, cleanliness, all 4 drivers were very rude!!

The Tallahassee customer service attendant was just rude and nasty!! She even bragged about her rudeness! G. Stewart was one of the rudest men I have ever seen! He needs training!! My initial trip started 2 hours late, and on the 30th one hour late! No notifications at all! Very poor service! Very poor service!

I wouldn’t encourage anyone, not anyone, to ride this bus service!!

Bus trip took 10 hours instead of 5 going from Los Angeles, CA to Las Vegas, NV. Driving was very slow with vehicles always passing us on either side. Driver spoke little English and had to be directed in Spanish at both beginning and end of trip.

Full complaint I will attempt to attach in a Word file. Most of the problems on 5/11/21 were on Greyhound but we started out being late for the booked 8:30 AM bus because Lyft drivers are not yet coming back to work.

We waited 5 hours in bus station before boarding the 1:30 bus. We had to pay an additional $20 charge each for revised tickets on top of being late. In all, we started at LA bus station 8:30 AM, got to our front door at home 12:15-12:30 AM the next morning.

Nothing about this trip was satisfactory. Very disappointed in deteriorating…

When we were to departure at 11pm from Richmond VA to New York ( 1076 ) we were told at 11:25 no driver available we now leaving at 1:15am. Staff were rude. I had to go outside where they were outside smoking to ask questions. Station was over crowded.

Its was a terrible experience!! Starting with out bus driver locking our Blind sister on the bus!! Telling the entire bus load of people that we were liars and thieves And that we didn't Actually pay for A bus ticket and that we were trying to sneak on the bus!!

Then he finally Unlocked the doors so we could get our blind sister off then he announced to the bus that he had called the police on us!!! Then he lied to the police saying he didnt want to be driving with us on his bus and he was scared!!!

Alll this on a Saturday smh im pressing charges on this Man Asap!!!

Greyhound service is horrible i boua ticket to LA, Greyhound scheduled to leave me at a closed station at midnight in Arkansas. Then I had a 6 hour layover to avoid being left at a closed station. Now I am stranded in Amarillo Texas cause Greyhound doesn't have a driver, but they have my money.

It should be against the law to take people money for a service that you poorly provide. Old people, sick people, people with emergency. I want all my money back. Class action law suits coming.

Greyhound Package "Express" 5 weeks- an item delivered to Greyhound to be shipped from Hayward, Ca to Indianapolis- on 4/12/21. 5 weeks later- not delivered. Lots of missed promised delivery dates. Lots of excuses. 9 days from Hayward, Ca to LA.

7 days at LA To Knoxville, Tenn. 7 days at Knoxville. To Atlanta, Ga 9 days in a back room at Atlanta Loaded to Nashville for 3 days On to Louisville, Ky? Cust service doesn't know where it is. Very poor service Why would anyone ship Greyhound?

Ok so I was at the the Greyhound station in salt lake city Utah trying to get a cup of coffee out of the machine. I went to customer service becuz the machine took my money and didn't give me my money.

My complaint is about the driver that took over 1014 schedule to NY she took over in Richmond VA , first if all she was rude rolled her eyes when asked a question, mind you the bus was packed and I asked her on 2 different occasions to turn the AC on, I have bronical asthma and when to hot I get into coughing fits, she still didn't turn on the AC after me asking her twice, so

I went to the front of the bus and asked her again instead of turning on the air she made a statement about ain't everyone gonna be happy and she had turned on the heat, after her announcement several people on the bus agreed and told her it was hot she still choose to keep the heat on. A special needs family member came from Tennessee to Illinois Thursday 5/13/21, went home 5/17/21 It took two days to get to Indianapolis where driver kicked him off bus, and we had to go get him. Return trip was not much better ....

35 pm. His bus driver left him and 3 other passengers in El paso texas. My son hitchhike from there to abilene tx where I had to repurchase another ticket for him to board the bus. 55 in houston tx.

I need my refund back for 2nd ticket and I should be compensated half on 1st ticket since it was only used to el paso texas. If I don't get reimbursed I will be getting a lawyer for my money and emotional stress for having to worry about the safety of my son hitchhiking in a unknown state and

even getting stopped and harassed by police trying to figure out how he was going to get from. 1 place to the next.

Bus driver was very irate yelling and continued yelling and causing chaos in front of everyone. Was rude etc. Refused to give my son his baggage told him he could pick it up in Pittsburgh Pa after slamming the door.

He yelled at ppl sitting there waiting on passenger pickup saying we were parked wrong when there is not a terminal or and loading or unloading zone. I have never witnessed such behavior from greyhound. On my son's trip down to Memphis they kept putting him on the wrong busses which took 3 days for arrival.

Very unprofessional for your greyhound employees. You need better management somewhere.

I have a disability knees hurt very bad and this is the poorest excuse for disability people such as I. Number one the seats are too close together and is I stated I have problems with my knees. So I ride a scooter the driver was very nice and very accommodating he did the best he could with what he had to work with.

It should be against the law to put a disabled person in these supposed to be leather seats.. These seats are very uncomfortable. I had to write almost 12 hours on this most agonizing most uncomfortable but I've ever rode on .

Greyhound cancelled the trip. They stated that the bus driver got sick and that they couldn’t pick us up at the Santa Ana terminal. They said we could wait for the 300 o’clock route but they didn’t guarantee that there was space.

I needed to reach my destination because I had an appointment. They don’t want to refund because I bought the economy fare. It was there fault that I didn’t make the trip and now they do not want to cancel.

I shipped 14 boxes out of Seattle April 9th. The incorrect information was entered into your system as far as weight and box dimension. I need a refund of amount overcharged. I have five (5) boxes I am still waiting to receive, that are now in Indianapolis, IN.

The boxes were suppose to go to Effingham, IL. The five (5) boxes were to arrive in Effingham last night at 9:35 they did not make it. I am unable to attach my items at this point so I will mail them.

I had bought 3 tickets from ocala FL to sleep utah and had to sit 3 people in 2 seats cause the drivers said my 8 year old son didn't need a seat. That other passengers needed it more. If that's the case why was I charged 210 dollars for him to have his own seat!

Late bus, and a bus with a broken door turned a 27 hour trip into 45 hours. Unsympathetic and rude employee’s in KC, Mo. Dirty, unsanitary and down right disgusting terminals. Bathrooms were horrendous. Almost made me late to my first day of work.

Could not sleep good on bus so was very, very tired and exhausted for first day at new job. Probably left a poor first impression because of lack of rest. Horrible experience.

Two complaints: FIRST, I needed to speak to someone at the Salem, OR bus terminal to change a ticket departure date for my son-in-law. I did not like using their website. When trying to call the supplied phone #, no one answered. A message was left.

No one returned my call. Ever. I continued to call this phone number for the next hour. No success. Their baggage claim phone # was disconnected. *Absolutely terrible service.

SECOND, I called Greyhound Customer Service. A nice representative did not have enough authority to correct my issue but handed me off to her supervisor. Unfortunately, that was Raul-5479. Due to my mistakenly purchasing online, a "Non-refundable" ticket, Raul-5479 told me that I would have to purchase another bus ticket because the first one had expired. FOR REAL?!!!…

Soon as I boarded the bus for departure the smell was horrendous. So potente I could smell it through my 2 mask. Bus was filthy as well. So much dust in the air vents. Floor was also dirty.. I hope I do not get ill from any of these disgusting things.

It saddens me that I had to travel like this. Constantly spraying perfume on myself to not become one with the bathroom smell.

I was on greyhound last night from Salem-winston and the bus driver almost hit a truck and ran off the side of the road 4x. Now I arrived at cincinnati ohio at 11am and my bus was suppose to arrive at 12:30pm to go to Lexington KY and arrive there at 2:10pm.

Bus #3668 was not only over an hour late. It has no AC. I am getting sick an about to get a heat stroke due to the horrible conditions of this unsafe bus. Not only that but the Bus driver is rude.

Okay, so on our trip from Philadelphia to Sioux Falls, we got held up in Chicago because the station literally did not announce that the bus was at the wrong gate. About a dozen of us are stranded overnight and have to PAY A FEE in the morning for their mistakes.

THEY should be paying US for denying the services we all paid hard earned money for. Please anyone who needs to go anywhere. Greyhound isn't worth it.

Even though a simple trip to Charlotte NC started off bad. The Male driver of bus 86982 out of Raleigh NC was the worst. This man didn't want to call out his stops or answer questions but he did display an attitude of superiority...

Purchased Greyhound Ticket 04/30/2021. Mexico to San Diego. Ca. 99. Departure time 10:10am. Three passengers including myself. Arrived at border. Exited the. Bus Driver instructed us to join the " GENERAL LINE " to cross into USA. The amount of people crossing took me almost 3 hours to cross.

Bus Driver indicated to us an additional fee of $20 each would enable us to join the line associated with Sentri or Global entry. Once I crossed after several hours in line. My connection to San Diego had departed a long time ago?. Why take the Greyhound. Wow what a rip.

I purchased a ticket to travel to San Diego CA from Tijuana Mexico. Travel date 04/30/2021. Time of departure 10:10am. 99:inclusive all taxes. We left promptly at the scheduled. When we reached the border we had to exit the bus with all our luggage.

The bus driver told us to join the line of people crossing by foot. The wait time to clear Immigration was around 3 hours. This was upsetting as my previous trips were to told to go with the rest of the passengers to the section operated under Sentri or Global entry clients.
