My 85 year old friend is having surgery on the 28th of July I purchased a ticket from Pueblo Colorado to bullhead city Arizona for the 26th . busnever showed leaving me stranded outside all night. They gave me a new ticket for the next day.

It showed up an hour late . I am now in El Paso and it's the 28th. So I still am not there. Everyone has been rude and uncaring. It has taken me over 4 days to go 900 miles and I'm still not there.

Greyhound has been the worst expensive. I will not be there for my friend when she was there for me because of Greyhound poor service inempt scheduling and uncaring agents. any news papers or tv stations that will listen.

You have the worst customer service I have ever seen everytime I call the fresno office I get someone who can't tell us anything. Your bus from LA to Fresno had a flat tire and they kept my daughter on the side of the road for 2 hours.

99 to travel from Knoxville, TN to Jackson, Ms - Complaints: 1) bus did not leave on time designated 2) halfway thru the trip - the bus stopped at a store - got off to use restroom - on the way back to bus the driver saw me coming and got on the bus and left!!

I was stranded in Jackson, TN with no money or way to purchase another bus fare - had to call a relative to drive from Jackson, Ms to Jackson, TN to get me which was a 4 hour drive both ways!! I was made to sit outside in Seattle bus depot on 7/22/21 for 2 hours and 40 minutes , not being notified this was going to happen, even though I spoke to ticket person. I had 0 access to a restroom this entire time.

I am 66 yr old disabled woman who has issues walking and also takes blood pressure medicine. No water, no vending and no bathroom for entire time. After I was picked up by route driver to Sequim, I was then made to ride for approximately another hour before I could use restroom on ferry.

I then arrived in Sequim 30-40 minutes sooner than the ticket said. I had to sit in the dark at 10:30 pm in an empty mall parking lot by myself as my ride thought I’d be there at 11:10. I am thoroughly disappointed in Greyhound service, felt as though my disability was of no concern to…

My brother purchased me a ticket from St George Utah to Phoenix Arizona and the bus never arrived. Myself and several other people where left without another thought. When questioned we were told that the driver never stopped. One of your customers was bypassed 3 times by your driver.

This is very unprofessional and unethical by such a large company. When a refund was requested we were told we don't do refunds to purchase another ticket and hope the next driver stops. This is your customer service solution REALLY.

I was a passenger on bus #1148 traveling from Orlando Fl to Atlanta GA. he asked me didn't you hear the lady say,' fuck you' to me??? I find this unacceptable and unprofessional!!! Why is he approaching me and how did he know it was me?!

This made my whole trip home very uncomfortable!! I had a e-ticket n had to stand in line for almost an hour just to get a tag for 1 small duffel bag and the employees and security are VERY rude, and arguing with customers!

I have never experienced this behavior in the past as a passenger and I hope I never have to again in the future!

First time customer here. Based on my experience, I would absolutely never recommend this bus service. I had two bus trips between Lewisville and Austin, and both times, the one from Dallas to Austin was over an hour behind. Two hours on the return trip from Austin to Dallas, causing me to miss the one from Dallas to Lewisville.

This alone would be unacceptable, especially when you remember people have tighter schedules to keep than this, but when you actually get on the bus, the seats are literally physically painful to sit in. My butt was sore for days after.

Their only saving grace would be that they're cheap, but honestly? $55 is highway robbery for the experience I've had here. Funny enough, I'd later find out there's even cheaper options going from Dallas to Austin and would…

Bus# 86284/Driver: Joe We purchased a round trip ticket to Atlantic City leaving NY on 7/23 returning on Sunday, 7/25. Our return trip is a nightmare as I’m writing this complaint ON the bus. My husband who is senior citizen and I had to suffer/are suffering with last 2 seats in the back with a smelly/ vile disgusting bathroom. The odor is unbearable. 2).

There is barely any AC blowing. We are forced to ride with our masks, of course and placed tissue inside our masks attempting to keep the odor out of our noses. This ride has ruined our weekend trip and we are requesting a FULL refund.

It has been many years since I've taken Greyhound and this will be my last trip. I'm HIGHLY disappointed with my experience. Out of the 4 busses I took round trip for my trip, 3 had outlets to charge my phone and only ONE worked.

Greyhound advertises that the busses have outlets. I guess that's mostly true, but what Greyhound fails to tell customers is that most of the outlets DON'T work. My last bus going from Houston to Dallas had no outlets, but even worse, no seat belts.

On this same bus the air conditioning was not working very well and a customer had to change seats because the roof was leaking while it was raining. My first bus was FILTHY with trash at the seat and FECES on the bathroom wall facing the toilet.

Clearly sanitation isn't a priority for Greyhound even in the midst of…

Bus for 6:40 pm (07/18/2021) was full, so they made at least 8 people wait for another bus, with no ETA, no compensations, and no apologies whatsoever.

The tickets are expansive compared to many other companies and there’s no accountability.

I bought a ticket for a trip from NYC to Philadelphia, PA scheduled to leave from the Port Authority Terminal at 11 am on Thursday, July 15th, 2021. At about 10:55 am there was an announcement over the loudspeaker that the bus will leave when the driver shows up.

We finally left at 11:50 am. During that time there were no announcements over the loudspeaker and when passengers attempted to get some information from the person in the booth, every time there was a different story: the driver isn't there, they are checking the bus, the driver is discussing her schedule with management, there's a computer problem, etc.

Greyhound personnel was totally unconcerned with the situation and quite disrespectful towards the passengers.

Finally, some woman showed up and apologized halfheartedly.…

raliegh wi fi was down so couldn't get my itinerary for my online tickets they put us on the right bus but when I got to richmond vir. I began to realize it was shift change no one helped us got mixed up and we missed our bus so for 40 $ more they put us on the next bus the next day paid for hotel and

I was charged $43 for myself the adult, and a child under twelve.This occurrence was a the Port Authority Greyhound Station. I asked the ticket agent why the same price and she claimed it was different online.I saw no such rule written anywhere.I then asked the other agent who they claimed was the manager,and was told it was due to the pandemic. On July 8 2021, I traveled from Laredo to Houston. It was a rainy day. We changed buses in San Antonio (bus 86132), and took off to Katy/Houston. The bus was almost full. It started to rain harder and below the safety door on top of the bus it started to leak, first drops and then a lot more.

Almost 2 hours leaking hard. I was charging my cell phone and had to stop to avoid getting it wet and the floor was very wet and dangerous too.

Last six digits of ticket number: 98382 3 I was unable to negotiate your greyhound survey using login and password on my ticket I waited for the Albany-bound Trailways bus in Chestertown, NY on Monday, July 5. m. I told the driver who had just exited the coach that I was glad he was on time.

The driver was a thin young black man. In response the driver informed me of the cell phone policy and told me no profanity was allowed aboard the coach. This is insulting -- the only thing he ever heard me say was "I'm glad you're on time".

While the bus was on time in Chestertown, it was 40 minutes late arriving in Albany. I understand that July 5 was a busy travel day and it takes time to board many passengers.

My bus was scheduled to leave at 7:50 am from Dallas arrive in Laredo at 4:15 pm. I have been in San Antonio since around 4 pm it is currently 7:30 pm and I am still here. The customer service here is horrible.

There is lack of communication and the staff is extremely rude. I am writing all this to ask for a refund for the poor transportation service as well as the customer service. I have been a long time customer and very disappointed

I always use Greyhound to travel but I shouldn't have to ride to my destination uncomfortable because of people with hygiene problems! I had to ride all the way from Augusta to Atlanta smelling someone's body order. I wasn't the only one who was smelling it either!

There should be some type of rule. No one should have to be objected to that!

On June 30, 2021, 4 pm, gate 8, Cleveland, OH station. A white male Barons driver, short hair, gold rimmed glasses, 30 ish. Yelled and yelled at me on his bus about how I am trying to get my money back from an attorney that stole money out of my bank account.

The attorney had helped him before. He really yelled at me a lot about this. He made it up. When we arrived at Toledo, OH he told the office that I did something on the bus. I never had this happen before.

I have a valid bus ticket purchased in advance that you are very slow o act upon. I have purchased the ticket that I am unable to use due to unforeseen circumstances and I have requested a refund which you have not acted upon.

I was at the Cleveland, Ohio terminal waiting on my 4:50 AM 1607 bus for Chicago to catch a transfer on Burlington Trailways for Ames, Iowa. I was typing something up on my computer and one of the security guards, a heavyset black male walks up to me and immediately calls me "sir" (I'm a transgender female) to which I ignore.

My friend was going home to Baja Mexico from Arizona after her Brother funeral. She had the worse experience of her life! The bus smelled of urine no ne was wearing a mask except her. She was dropped of in El Centrol at a desalent bus station where some weird oh followed her to the hotel where she was staying. Horrible experience

Got on the bus at 4:30 am in raliegh nc headed north to lewistown pa the ere was a bus switch in richmond I heard the very confusing loudspeaker announcements I went up to the attendant and she was rude and short after many different attempts to get in the right line I missed my bus north and there wasnt another bus till the next day .

Had to pay 40 more dollars to switch tickets and a 90 dollar hotel and a day missed of work not happy with the way my luggage was handled either cause the wheel of my suitcase was busted and it cracked my suitcase also

The corporate office needs to send out agents to investigate the baggage claims issues at each terminal in St. Louis. I was told by an employee that they have hundreds of unclaimed baggage just sitting there in storage because its hard to get in touch with anybody about it.

And watch the employees in Indianapolis because they are stealing luggage.

Too boot, your clerk(s) don't think that it is necessary to even tell the customer that their is a flexible ticket at all. If I had known of it I would have got one instead of the non-refundable one. Even if it was twice as much.

I bought 3 tickets from Vegas to San Diego for my daughter, her partner and my 5 year old grandchild. Not only did your bus not leave on time from Vegas, it did not make the connection either, so they were suck for 3 hours waiting for the bus to take them to San Diego.

I had arranged transportation from the boarder to the hotel for them in Tijuana and had paid for their hotel room. Since your bus was more than 4 hours late they did not make it to the boarder on time, nor did they make their reservation.

My suitcase was left in the Orlando Greyhound station even though my final destination was Tampa. The bus driver acknowledged it was left when I arrived in Tampa, FL on Friday, June 18th. He sent me a photo of the suitcase and texted that it was on a bus heading to Fort Myers, where I live, the next day.

Apparently, the Fort Myers Greyhound station is closed on weekends. I arrived late and missed the bus but was assured that it would be locked away at the station. On Monday, no one could find my suitcase at the Fort Myers Greyhound station.
