Traveled on greyhound on July 22/23rd. Leaving from Chicago 95th dan Ryan bus terminal at 10:20pm. The office was closed to get anything put on my 2 suitcases. Was traveling to Frankfort, Kentucky. our 2 suitcases was taken off by the driver and he was stepping back on the bus.

NO QUESTIONS ASKED BY THE DRIVER WHO TOOK THE SUITCASES OFF!!! I HAVE BEEN EMAILING SINCE THOSE DAYS IT HAPPENED. I KEEP GETTING RESPONSES ABOUT YOUR POLICY. BUT, I DIDN'T TAKE MY OWN LUGGAGE OFF. I WOULD HAVE MY VERY IMPORTANT THING THAT WAS INSIDE. MY NUMBER IS 708-305-5091.

On August, 24th, 2021 we ( I and my friend Natalia Tiutriumova) were supposed to leave from Sacramento, California to Grants Pass, Oregon ( booking confirmation number 75914549. The bus was scheduled to leave at 4:50 am. We arrived at 4 am to make sure we had plenty of time for boarding and such.

Three hours later we were still at Sacramento bus station as there was no bus to board. I called customer service and was informed that our bus left an hour earlier than scheduled. Then an agent appeared and told us to disregard the info I got over the phone and just still wait fir the bus inside the station.

Finally, after 3 and a half hours later we could leave. Right now when I’m filing this complaint I feel absolutely terrible since my night at a hotel was interrupted by an early leave to…

Don't know where to start. Left Pittsburgh to go to Cincinnati. Bus was 2 hours late leaving Pittsburgh. Missed connection to Cincinnati at 3pm. Next bus was not leaving columbus till11pm. I am 79 years old and can't walk far.

My daughter had to drive from Cincinnati up to columbis to pick me up. On the way home the layover in columbus was 45min late leaving and turned around 1 hour into the trip to pick up more passengers in Columbus.

I should of been in Pittsburgh at 9pm instead I arrived at approx 430am the next morning. I will never ride with your co. Again.

The greyhound station attendants in Eugene oregon were very unhelpful and rude they were more focused on there 3 children in the greyhound station than customer service they wouldn't let me set my luggage in the lobby for 10 minutes while I walked to the store since I had to sit outside all night because according to your website there were 3 buses scheduled to leave Eugene oregon to twinfalls idaho on the 18 of August well when I got to the Eugene bus station the attendant said I would have to Waite until the next morning so

Bus trip from Newark, NJ to Flagstaff - AZ - Depart Newark on Tuesday - 8-3-21 Confirmation # 74910811 Bus broke down in Albuquerque, NM - Was forced to purchase an Amtrak ticket from Alb. to Flagstaff, AZ i(at an additional cost of $126.) n order to make an important meeting. When contacting Greyhound customer support - I couldn't understand the support person who had a very heavy Spanish accent.

The second bus driver of bus schedules GLI1099 going to Atlanta Georgia was extremely rude and disrespectful towards costumer in an attempt to ask her a question about the outlets not working she says "I don't care" and rudely walks away. a mother and her baby entered the bus and accidentally sat in the wrong seat instead of politely asking her to move she walked up to her and began to argue with her and yell in her face .

In addition to being rude and extremely disrespectful the driver was 2 hours late to pick us up from Richmond,VA during the shift change .

We dropped our granddaughter off in Fort Leonard Wood Missouri for a one-way ride to Columbia Missouri when we approached the bus he started to pull away 10 minutes before the actual time so we waved our arms got him to stop and his attitude was that of a very angry individual, he was rude condescending and had a general bad attitude.

Not someone I would like representing my company, he also made an unscheduled stop at a rest area which I am not sure I was allowed. My granddaughter indicated that he was very rude to her throughout the trip as well.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! ***DO NOT EVER USE GREYHOUND** Both trips were the worst trip I've ever taken. The first leg of my trip from Florida to Denver, took over 4 days, (32 hours late getting to Denver). The second leg back to Florida from Denver, arrived 5 hours late.

The bus drivers are extremely rude. 00 for a round trip ticket for horrible customer service and a horrible trip. I have never experienced such a horrible experience will traveling for the start of my vacation. I spoke to several people regarding my service as well as sent an email as they requested.

Greyhound sent a regular cookie cutter explanation, no phone call and no monetary refund. They sent me an unprofessional email that had stated non refundable! So they can perform unprofessional behavior, horrible customer service…

To whom it may concern: Today started off with top service. I boarded at Tally and University (Muncie, Indiana). The bus was clean, the driver was professional.

However, my day began to change when i boarded at your location in Indianapolis. The driver refused to allow people to board at 3:45 or 4:06; though the driver was there. Clint went to look for him: it was stated that he the driver was sleep.

People were standing in line and I had been standing for over hour, still the driver did not allow people to board until4:45/ 5 pm. Later, at 8:55 pm we had to get off the bus. The driver stated that there would be a 20 minute layover.

I am returning from Atlantic city to NYC on bus number 86289. Schedule of bus route 8255.

First off how can greyhound put out a bus with no air conditioning and it's 100 degrees. I have chronic asthma and breathing problems. we have be stuck in traffic for almost 3hours on a crowded bus with only the emergency hatch open for air.

Not to mention there was an over booking problem where people with the wrong schedule tried to get on the bus. I would expect greyhound to please look into this. I mean the driver should have contacted his administration about the conditions on this bus to try and make a better ride for all.

Passenger who is sitting in the front of the bus came to sit in the back of the bus to talk on the cell without his mask. His 9 to 11yrs OLD son had his mask on below the chin, did not cover his nose or mouth.

I was told I couldn't purchase tickets threw greyhound I had to purchase tickets from salt lake express. So I did but greyhound took my money anyways and I was double charged. It to greyhound seconds to take my money but it takes me 7-14 business days to get it back?

My Greyhound bus on 8/6 was scheduled to leave Chicago at 10:20 pm and arrive in Nashville at 8:20 am on 8/7. Due to 3 delays caused by driver unavailability and a canceled bus, I didn't arrive in Nashville until almost 6 pm on 8/7. Poor service and confusing directions were provided throughout my ordeal.

I request a full refund of the $131.98 I paid for this ticket. I'm assuming this is a one-time issue and hope that you will honor my request so that I can have confidence in riding on Greyhound in the future.

I booked my trip on 7/29/2021 from Michigan to Joplin Missouri. On the day I'm scheduled to return to Michigan I get to saint Louis and there's NO information for my schedule on the ticket. Gli4822. I waited an hour and a half for someone to be available at the counter to then be told that the schedule had been canceled on August 1st. I was never notified.

Now I'm stuck in saint Louis until 9:30 am. I won't get home until 11:30 pm now and have to stay in the bus station there over night now because no one can come get me that late at night.

Zero communication and not one worker here behaved kindly. Very rude. I paid 229$ and am stuck a whole day extra because YOU FAILED to notify me of YOUR cancellation. I am disabled and cannot sit for this long without serious pain, now I get to endure…

On Aug. 7, 21, the bus broke down and I had to walk a to the next place in order to catch the other bus that broke down. I am 63 years old and suffer with sciatic pain. 7, 21 my bus broke down on the highway and we, the other riders, had to walk about a half a mile to wait for another bus to come. I am 63 years old and suffer from sciatic pain. I was not accommodated in any way.

When the bus did finally come and I made to Joplin Mo. I missed that bus because of the bus breaking down. In Joplin the bus station was closed and the bus didn't come again until the next day. I would haf to wait outside so I had to pay someone to come get me.

I purchased a round-trip ticket (GLI1695 $66) to go from Las Vegas, NV to San Bernardio, CA leaving on August 6 at 11:05 AM. The ticket stated boarding would be at 10:45 AM, so I arrived at the station at 10:15 AM. Some people had already taken the only one bench not in the sun so I stood in the shade waiting for the bus. A bus did finally show up at 11:00 AM and unloaded all passengers. The driver seemed very irratated and sat on the bus for about 20 minutes, pulling the bus out of the slot--then continued to leave the station. At 85 years of age I had decided to take the bus instead of driving to CA, but the heat was getting to me and I felt faint standing there. I made the decision to call an UBER and go back home. I will drive again tomorrow, and continue driving from now on.

Had 4boxes sent from Phoenix to Tulsa. Took over 2weeks, finally got 3 of the boxes. Waited several days after, when I received the 4th box, someone had stolen my clothes, blk boots, new bth towels and bag full of perfumes and body sprays!

Hopefully the stations have cameras to see which employee took my items. Thinking it was station in Memphis because that's where my box was tracked from. Pay me for my things! And review cameras!!

Everyone knows if you really want to SEE America; if you want to experience the excitement of its cities; to feel the glory of its landscape; to share the warmth of America's communities, it can't be done from 30,000 feet. You should be traveling by luxury motor-coach. Of course my friends and I are from NYC so we chose, what we thought would be the best, Greyhound buses.

I purchased a ticket from greyhound from Houston, Texas to Shreveport, Louisiana. My booking confirmation #74720817 for 3 passengers. While waiting for the 2 pm bus, I was told that bus wasn't coming. Several staff reported different stories and one was they didn't have a bus for that trip.

I have an elderly mother and two dependents that were scheduled to arrive. and I requested a refund since the ride was a 5 hour trip. The passengers would not have anyone to transport them upon arrival with that extended wait time.

Greyhound has lost my luggage! Baggage number AA0352517, two bags, I've managed to retrieve one but my other tall black suitcase with very exotic oils from Africa (40 bottles in total) 30 men fragrance and 10 women fragrance. Alone with clothes and special toiletries.

Not to mention traveling from Chicago to New Orleans, a trip that was only supposed to be a 30 hr trip that turned into 36 hr trip with catching a blowout and having to sit aside the road for 2 long hrs in the sun, no air or ventilation the whole ride.

When I rode the greyhound from Chico CA to Portland Oregon it was a very unpleasant trip. There were people who smoked marijuana in the bus bathroom and I did not use my ticket home as I couldn't deal with a miserable trip home for my family.

I purchased a online ticket for greyhound from Hampton, Va. to Baltimore on July 8th and the weather was really bad that day so I called and spoke with a customer service rep and they said I could make changes to my ticket and

that I would only have to pay an additional 20 dollar fee which I did to get it switched to another day and also to change passenger information. So the ticket was for today August 3rd @1145a and when we got to the station they said we could not change the name or anything for the ticket.

Our bus was delayed by 2hrs and there was no notification over the speaker what it would be. When I arrived 40 min before my departure time I checked my Bag and the person at the ticket counter said our bus was already boarding.

I ran outside after checking my bag but no bus was at the station. There were 20 other people told the same thing that we had to wait outside because the bus was coming. We then proceeded to wait outside for 2 hrs thinking our bus would come soon and we didn’t get any updates from inside the station.

I’m in n one of your buses right now And it smells like shit. I don’t mean the passengers or the bus area smell bad, I mean that I have stood in chemical toilets at 90 degree football games where the stall has been used by hundreds of people and

they smell better than the inside of the bus I am sitting in right now. It is sickening. There is a smell of feces that permeates the bus front to back. I’m on a five hour bus trip from Syracuse to New York City and I hate every moment of this trip.

Worst trip of my life. I have been on many Greyhound buses in my life, but never again.
