The ticket on my confirmation said the carrier line would be Greyhound, but a Bolt bus came to pick us up and I didn't get on it thinking it was the wrong bus. This resulted in me having to pay a $20 fee for another bus the next day. I believe the ticket should have mentioned that a different carrier would be driving that route, and I don't believe I should have paid the fee when the mistake was not on my part.
