The ticket on my confirmation said the carrier line would be Greyhound, but a Bolt bus came to pick us up and I didn't get on it thinking it was the wrong bus. This resulted in me having to pay a $20 fee for another bus the next day. I believe the ticket should have mentioned that a different carrier would be driving that route, and I don't believe I should have paid the fee when the mistake was not on my part.

Not only were the ac and the wifi not working on the bus, but my bus broke down in the middle of the highway and we were all stranded on the side of the highway. This is completely unacceptable and I expect a full refund for this.

The fact that an already broken-down bus was used for the trip is beyond me. I cannot believe that this happened and I cannot also believe that no email was sent to me concerning this thus yet. If I do not get a full refund I will have to file a complaint to a higher authority because this was a completely unsafe trip.

The EMERGENCY EXIT ROOF was kept open by the bus driver during our entire trip to create ventilation because there was no other ventilation, which to my knowledge, is not legal. I will not be traveling Greyhound ever again, you have officially…

This has been the worst trip ever. I haven't used greyhound in over 30 years and will never use your service again. The bus driver was yelling at people and threatening to kick people off the bus. For no reason at all I wish I could have recorded it. Louis is horrible.

I was afraid to ask for the bus driver name. The bus trip # 1683 to Denver. Something needs to be done about this. When asked to speak with his supervisor some lady yelled I'm his f$#@$# supervisor so get your ass on the bus.

Bus driver on bus 86873 is very unprofessional. She halted our ride and put a war veteran off of the bus with his service dog because she tried to touch the owner while he was asleep and remove the dog.

She tried to remove the dog when we were in St. Louis but he had paperwork to prove the dog was a service dog. She’s very rude, she stepped on my husbands foot and said she didn’t have to say excuse me cause foot stuck out in the aisle.

Then as the bus was upset that she had that man removed, she said whoever wants to join him can get off as well. This is totally unacceptable.

My bus was three hours late. When I got to Dallas, I had to wait an additional 22 hours for a bus. They offered me a hotel but that never happened. They lie to me and wasted my time.

The bus was going to be 4 hours late. Greyhound did not consider this to be a cancellation and refused to refund my money. I never took the trip obviously. Unbelievably bad service. I want my money back immediately!

Well the bus wasn’t up to par, but besides that I had a layover in Birmingham Alabama that was only supposed to be for an hour and I ended up having to stay at the bus station for 8 hours more than I needed! There was no way to get anything to eat or drink really!

Then I fell down trying to get my bags in line because there was a rush of people trying to board because the lady announced that he was only going to take so many passengers and the rest would have to wait!! Like wow really that’s how we handle things!!

So I fall and hit my knee on the concrete and can’t take a moment because I’m gonna get ran over by people thank goodness for some kind on lookers that helped me out!! I will be contacting representatives in my area to help me with this situation

I purchased a one way ticket from SLC utah to McCall Idaho for october 9th 2021. The bus was late arriving to Salt lake city by 3 hours so i was forced to miss my transfer from Boise to McCall Idaho.

The Boise greyhound staff informed me they were going to be putting me up in a hotel for the night since the next bus isn't until tomorrow morning. After 4 hours of waiting to get a hotel room the greyhound attended finally booked me a reservation at Hyatt Place in Boise where i am currently sitting now.

They did not however pay for my room. So now i am stuck in a state i've never been too and don't know anybody where i will be having to sleep on the street tonight. This is unfair because it was not my fault i missed the transfer because greyhound was late by 3 hours!

The worst. This driver took the wrong turn and took us to Jersey…instead of continuing and go north from where we are, he is going back to NYC where the traffic is terrible. This is terrible and not professional. You should hire better driver that knows where they are going.

I was traveling from Savannah, Georgia to Orlando, Florida. Arrival time was supposed to be 2:30 am and we were supposed to have a fifty minute layover in Jacksonville, Florida. Our layover was eight hours and I didn’t get to Orlando until 9:45 am.

I missed an important doctor’s appointment and my body is racked with pain. As a recipient of chemotherapy for a chronic illness, this trip exhausted me. 00 for missing my appointment and it was beyond my control. I am requesting a refund for the trip as well as the money needed for missing my appointment.

Goodmorning in july if 2021 my family from Los vegas neveda sent my box to me to Milwaukee wi and didntvrecive it itt 2months late when I did receive it the box was torn a a few of my items wre damage I file 2000 claim at first fir lost items after receiving it then once I and the greyhound attempted open my box some items were damaged I file a nother claim for 300 and I'm filing a small claim through the courts here in Milwaukee and

also for emotional stress why di I have to wait til October 17th just fir a respond.

I was traveling to an event in Asheville on September 19th. The bus taking me from Charlotte to Asheville never showed up, and the bus station staff were unable to track the bus. It simply disappeared. Thus, I missed my event, which was the whole reason that I was taking Greyhound in the first place.

My trip was useless and not worthwhile.

Additionally, all three of the buses I was taking were at least an hour late. I would like a full refund since Greyhound completely let me down and my trip was a complete waste of my time.

Ok I booked my ticket at 12:30am. From Richmond to New York. The bus was delayed for over 5hrs plus. Now I’m scheduled for work back in Nyc. It is very unprofessional of this company to have us as people waiting for 5hrs.

There should be a notification send to all let us know there will be a delay! For such huge organization you guys need to do much better! The China bus never have such problems!!! I will spread the word of such horrible service!

And make sure any one I know never provided you guys service. And still waiting pass 5am this is very much unacceptable!! There needs to be some kind of Consequences for these actions. We all have important things to do but a 5hr delay no notice is UNACCEPTABLE!!

I booked a trip for my son leaving Toledo Ohio at 2:15 on September 16th and returning on September 27th to Toledo and 2:45 pm. This is round trip to Buffalo New York. I was sent a confirmation email confirming this.

We arrived at the bus station and was told we had a broken ticket and it couldn't be printed. After speaking with 2 agents and a supervisor who told us they couldn't help us and to contact customer care which was also impossible.

I finally just cancelled and asked for a full refund. Now I'm waiting 10 to 14 day's which is crazy. If I could have on your site I would rate your customer service as less than one. 77185186

Schedule 8747 out of Baltimore to Atlantic city chair lift was broke which made bus late. Bus from Atlantic city was over 2 hours late bus broke down bus broke down again on 95 South we were stranded for over 5 hours and was lied to about ETA of next bus.

Grey hound wouldn't even compensate another bus company who stopped to rescue us. So we stayed on the side of the road into the dark. Incompetent unprofessional liars

Greyhound has so many neglectful threatening passive aggressive controlling drivers. On the itenirary it states every stop that has a break where you can get off and stretch your legs or get food. Since SR Midway Plaza, Pennsylvania the driver has refused us of the breaks we have a right to, that we played for. As soon as I questioned him about it he got threatening towards me and nearly got in my face saying "what!?" Very aggressively I walked away and someone else asked "when is our next break?" Mind you very politely he asked and the driver again got aggressive and said "Not till NY".

Weve been on this bus since around 12 no stops to get food nothing now hes saying we cant get off till NY? What if someone is diabetic? They cant eat?…

Rode on bus #402 from Mephis to Nashville with no A.C., several passengers complained , drives response was that they AC was on 60, it wasn't until people became ill from the heat , that the driver decided to open emergency hatch for air, called greyhound for assistance, then wait 24 to 48 hours

Your security officers are a threat. One was in my face with his hand on his gun, all because I was staring at him. He told me I needed to stop before i got "popped" then proceeded to jokingly tell me hes there for my safety.

The bus that was supposed to take my first year in NYC daughter to college left 8 passengers in the terminal(including my daughter) When trying to contact someone at the Binghamton terminal there was no one to be found! The bus wasn’t a greyhound bus, but was supposed to be, and no announcement was made and no way for the 8 passengers to know it was the bus to get on.

Calling the help line was an absolute joke as what they told me was the complete opposite of what a bus driver in the station told my daughter. Super frustrating, will NEVER “go greyhound” AGAIN. Horrible experience

On or about Aug. 28th, this year I boarded a greyhound from, Memphis, Tn going to Santa Maria, ca. On or about the 28th of Aug. Driver pulled into a Chevron, located in Van Horn, Tx it was considered a bathroom break of about 10 min.

Me n my little dog went inside to use the restroom, I walked past the driver and told him just one moment. Came out of restroom and watched the tail-end if my bus going under the over-pass. I became histerical, very emotional and cried a lot.

When I came about I started calling greyhound for starts, who end turn gave me alit of disconnected or no answer telephone numbers, I was all day calling, only thing good out of this was a bus coming at midnight. And yes the lovely ladies at the Chevron, who were very kind and took care of both me and my little dog.

I had my CPAP machine all of my belongings left in the world all my clothes my dog's ashes and all my dog's favorite things I've been waiting and waiting I made it to my destination and that was over two weeks ago and I'm still waiting no one has called me no one has has done anything by email nothing has been done and I am livid and ready to go public with this complaint so I would take it very seriously

Black in the day Greyhound bus used to be excellent, but in the month of July I had forgiven the the 15hours wait in Syracuse NY.

However I never received my voucher. Then August 22nd I had to take the bus to NH just to have a 9 hour wait in NY City. Non forgiving this time. Your bus service is horrible and I will never use your services again.

I do not understand why your services have gone to hell. Nor do I understand why Greyhound is still in business. I know I am not the only one out there who feels this way. Please do not bother to compensate me it's too late for that.

Our bus driver is one we have experienced before. She is EXTREMELY rude, cocky, and abusive with her attitude and tone toward her riders. She yelled at an elderly man who asked to get off the bus! She's nasty to everyone.

She makes everyone feel unwelcome to ride Greyhound. Her name tag says E. Smith. She's a middle aged African American lady. We were on the Mobile Alabama bus, going to Jackson, Alabama. Please call me if you have questions. We will be reporting this to other agencies.

The man working the Package Express counter at the Davenport, IA Greyhound station on 9/3/21 around 10am (he is typically the one to service), was incredibly rude and hostile. I was simply delivering a package to be delivered through Greyhound and from the start he was mean and seemed extremely bothered to do even the slightest task of his job description.

I was patient and kind and made no fuss, but he continued to complain loudly with other staff about our packages mere existence, then threw a temper tantrum for 10 minutes because his receipt printer ran out of paper I guess? Whatever it was seemed too small to warrant his response.

He stamped around, shouted, slammed and hit things in his desk area and repeatedly swore many vulgarities very loudly during this whole ordeal. Really…

Early bus 1st day had to pay 20 dollars for another ticket 2nd day late bus and miscommunication with Greyhound representative between each other which made this delay worse the bus was scheduled to show at 10:55 at Valdosta it's now 1:06 pm and we have been informed that this trip is cancelled.

The online worker for Greyhound offers a new ticket and the Greyhound worker at the bus station says the bus will arrive at 1:50 a new ticket is issued but the worker at the bus station says that the bus will definitely be there at 1:40 now my 17 year old who has never rode a bus and is away 4 hours from home has been at this station for over 4 hours just waiting on a cancelled bus.

The customer service agent was RUDE and not understanding that I have a 17 year old daughter out here heavy sex…

The bus driver that going toward Columbia SC had stop for a 15 minutes break i went up in the gas station to grab me and my boyfriend something to drink i was in line about to purchase my drink but i have to stop cause i see the bus pulling off and it wasn't a whole 15 min it was 10 min exact she saw me going into the gas station but

didn't say a word good thing my boyfriend and the other gentlemen had said she went to get a drink but told my boyfriend he can get off with me and leave us behind and i think that not right

Purchased a round trip ticket to only hear a mean bus driver tell me she's not going to my destination. I was coming from Newark NJ to ride to Wilmington DE. Didn't even get on the bus, the driver's going upon themselves to switch destinations is not my fault it's greyhound and I wanted a refund but they refuse.

Bus #86945 The driver of this bus on 8/28/21 is so disrespectful, he put a person off the bus for no reason, cause his day was not going good. And shout out loud telling the babies to shut up and for the parent to keep them quiet or he'll put them off next, then say everyone be quiet.

Greyhound will loose a lot of customers if this issue don't get resolve. The driver something was really wrong with him.

I purchased a round trip ticket from Austin to Fort Worth and return back to Austin. On the return I got dropped in Waco and the bus station was closed, no bus came for 6 to 7 hours and I didn’t even know if one was coming.

My husband and I rode a Greyhound train on 8/14/2021. I looked at the bus number. It is 4557. I am complaining about two things.

First of all, the bus driver was rude and gruff. At the start of the bus ride, the whole bus realized that the air conditioner was barely working. My husband went up to talk to the driver about a half-hour after the ride started. He kindly asked the driver if we could have some more air come out from the air conditioner on the bus. The driver responded with "That's all I can do." The driver then shut off the air conditioner. My husband then said, "We will take anything." and walked away.

Then another person went up there to ask for the same thing. The driver responded by saying that it was broken. That is when he said we could open the ceiling vents halfway.…

I booked a bus ticket for August 17, 2021 @ 2am departing time to arrive in Tyler, Texas @ 10:20am . I had a family emergency and could not use the ticket. I called immediately to cancel, to get told that I could not get a refund. 00, again non refundable.

99 to not use and your company had enough time /notice of cancellation to resale the seat. Please consider my predicament, I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and don't have money like that. Please refund my money.
