This is my 4th complaint for my trip from Orlando to Miami yest 24th Dec 21. 5 hrs for another bus, which had no air con to arrive to find my bag was took off at ft Lauderdale even though tagged to Miami.

The unhelpful man at Miami who didnt phone to check where my bag was and conveniently dissapeared when telling me , he would supply me with a lost baggage form. The service is so poor and I have not a stitch of clothes until my bag is found if it even will be, I am on hol from UK and this has left me with a very bad impression of the company.

45pm then have to wait a furthet time to see if by chance my bag was on a later bus , which it didn't. Really awful.

On Friday, December 24th, I purchased a ticket for a one-way ticket from Fort Wayne, Indiana to Atlanta, Georgia with two transfers, one of which was from a Miller transportation bus to a Greyhound in Lima, Ohio. The departure time was listed at 4:15 AM and boarding was to start at 3:55 AM for the Miller transportation bus.

I arrived at the Greyhound station in Fort Wayne at 3:45 AM and waited for the Miller bus but it never showed up. At around 4:05, I called the customer service number listed on your website and was transferred to an agent after completing the confirmation number prompt.

The agent then informed me that I would have to contact Miller Transportation, which I did to no avail. I then called the same number back and was transferred to another agent who claimed to work with…

So finally arrived in Miami at 5.50pm to find my bag is missing from the bus even though it had a Miami tag on it, told to wait a further hour and half for another bus to come in.at 7.15 from fort Lauderdale to see if its on there. Absolutely crying now without my things and cant get to my hotel to change from a bus that was sweltering hot for four an half hours.

Our bus to Miami was overbooked and even though we booked in ahead online we were not allowed on and the bus left without us. We had to wait over 3 hours for alternative transport, in a bus that had no air con it was pretty uncomfortable. 10pm. Terrible situation.

Our bus to Miami, today was overbooked even though we checked in online and assumed our seats were reserved for us since we had paid in advance for them. We were told we couldn 't board, and were left without much information, when we asked, what would happen next.

We were left sitting in the bus station and had to keep checking at the desk to find out conflicting answers. There was no apology or politeness from the staff at the Orlando bus station, and no clear timings on how long to wait for the next bus. Diabolical service.

The bus driver shouted, insulted, and left my child and I behind. m. for Montreal. I was unaware of the ArriveCan App since I did not have it. As a result, I gently inquired about the app's purpose from the bus driver.

He then informed me that he had not been recruited as a babysitter and was thus illiterate.

Bus schedule 1151 was delayed 9 hours in Nashville,Tn. Dec 14th, 2021. There were no explanations NOR apologies. Most definitely caused an inconvenience to say the least. Absolutely unbearable especially for a senior citizen like myself. Heart and blood pressure medication was getting llow. AWFUL!

An employee from the Cincinnati Greyhound depot was unprofessionally helpful , her voice tone and body language were entirely uncalled for which is high poor taste in work ethics the way her actions was displayed ; however , did not appreciate her voice tone . Most of all , she improperly dismissed me for another customer that I did not take kindly at all . This was distasteful and disrespectful which I hope this get resolved professionally .

I was trying to leave out of the Greyhound station and the security guard told me I couldn't leave so I asked why but I didn't understand why because I wear glasses so everything is blurry( their were cones blocking off the area). He basically started being really disrespectful back so I felt really threatened especially when he said it's not gonna end well for me I'm also diasbled.

I didn't derseved that treatment by a security guard. This really ruined my day and making me so emotional. I know nothing can be done but for someone to be disrespectful like that to another human is appalling for simple asking questions.

I wish to make a complaint with the service that I received on part of my journey with Greyhound from San Francisco to New York.

I travelled on Saturday 4 December 2021 on schedule bus number 6741, San Francisco to Los Angeles at 8.45 am. The sockets for charging my phone didn't work and the wifi was very intermittent. The next stop was San Jose & amongst other passengers getting on, a homeless woman boarded. She was a nightmare! She was crying all the time, scratching her head & kept saying she had scabies! She would walk up & down the bus begging for food & refused to wear her mask (which in mandatory by Federal Law). This is the most unsafe travel I have ever had in my life . I don't have a seat , I am literally on a stump by the stinky urine smelling toilet during Covid no less . I hsve dialed multiple numbers and continue to get automated music no human just recordings. They stole my money.

My daughter boarded a bus going from Paducah KY to Lexington KY. She boarded that bus with my 6 month old granddaughter. The bus driver was very rude and told her she could not board that bus with her car seat.

I was very angry with the bus driver for being rude to Us and very unperfessional. I hope all of you staff doesn't represent Greyhound bus service like that. I am very concern for the safety of granddaughter and my daughter on your buses if she is not allowed to put my granddaughter in her car seat.

My husband was left behind because the bus driver said that his carryon bag and the one that goes under the bus was overweight. It was not. He was in line with his ticket and she would not let him on the bus, driving off and leaving him in downtown Houston.

I had to find a way to get to him while he waited over 10 hrs. We are both disabled and it was a nitemare. Someone should be held accountable. We should be reimbursed for the express ticket that wasn't used........

Wile boarding the bus from Indianapolis to Cleveland the colored lady with red hair was extreamly rude in telling to check my bag in , which I had no problem doing but she was yelling at me the entire time. I said please don't yell at me in a calm manner.

16 - because the bus driver did not show up in Lubbock Texas we missed the next bus and now are being rerouted to Kansas City and won't arrive to Denver until tomorrow sometime! My problem now is I do not have transportation to Conifer Co.

(an hour away)because my wife is working. We are new to the area and I have no one to call for a ride. This is the worst experience I have ever had with Greyhound!

Ok i will probably not be using your travel services at the very least until the mask rule is gone.. As fas as the driver i want to start by saying. I was in compliance as instructed. Now in short this driver had tl be an asshole over the entire mask rule i had my own was wearing it and was tild rudely by the driver, the counter should of given you a mask. Really??? I had one!.

The driver did not want or like people with cloth mask?? ITS A FUCKING MASK/FACE COVERING why does it matter?? Seems to me the counter and this driver work against each other. I would rate greyhound to be the worst business not just to deal with in the states but prob the worlds worst business. Took a ride from Daytona to west palm bud tracking showed the bus was still in Virgina!

As I was about to the leave the bus stop the bus ends up pulling up and hour late! Bus was filthy and disgusting they made a stop in Orlando and took everyone off the bus for an hour then got back to the bus and to west palm I get off the bus and my luggage is no where to be found.

Literally every clothing item I owned was in the suitcase. I then told the bus driver as he did not care and then proceeded to drive off! I purchased a ticket on 12/10/21 for an express ride from Houston TX to Shreveport La. I gave the agent my debit card for $86 the passenger was on time even first in line. Charles Bull (passenger) was told he could bring two bags of one that was a carry on.

The driver upon boarding passengers told Mr. Bull that he would have to get his bag weighed which he didn't on the ride to Houston. The driver was rude and drove off and left him in Houston. He was ill with a breathing problem & crying.

The driver did not care. So in short he is back in Shreveport recovering & I wish to be reimbursed for the ticket which wasn't used. Thank you, Robin Jorgensen

Yes I was recently on a greyhound trip from Austin to Gadsden Al. This was my first time using greyhound services. This was a horrific experience from the beginning. Customer service and the employees at the terminals & the drivers where rude.

I was afraid for my safety at several terminals. The homeless was inside the terminals harassing me and other riders. The waiting area outside was just as bad. The restrooms where nasty. Many didn’t have soap. I’d assume with the pandemic this would be a very big concern.

The passengers would completely ignore the mask on rule. This is very concerning for my well being as it for others. This is unfortunate experience for my first time using greyhound. Shane Thomison

On December 7,2021 I traveled from Fayetteville NC to Slidell,La....The driver from Mobile, Alabama was extremely rude and talked hateful (older heavy set black guy grey hair in ponytail with his hat turned backwards)....I had to retrieve my bag at my destination and my brand new travel bag was busted at the bottom...

I traveled from Buffalo to Ithaca via Rochester for the Thanksgiving Holiday. I booked through Greyhound but they used a Trailways bus both times.

First of all, I purchased a ticket for $20 more so I could have preferential seating. None of the bus drivers called this group to the front of the line, and when I complained one driver said - "don't waste your money" indicating it was first come first serve.

Also, the bus information said that masks must be worn in the station and on the bus. No one enforced this. There were maskless riders and those idiots who wear the mask under their nose. I felt I was put in danger because Greyhound allowed this to happen.

I was kicked off the bus in Mobile Al for pulling my mask down to defogg my glasses. A 60 something black driver threw 3 of us, all white off the bus for mask related issues. I pulled my mask back over my nose and apologized as and he just said your a Cracker, I have no compassion.

This is unexcusable and I want a refund. I was polite, compliant and begged to get on the bus. Call me for refund or I will charge it back. I have never been treated in this manner until now.

Greyhound in Houston does have hand sanitizer how awful, one dispenser. Bus number 86321 bus driver . Talked to several passagers so rude. When he came over the inner calm he spoke so rudly. He was so awful. I will never ride greyhound again.

Complaint against driver for schedule 0356.. Indianapolis to Chicago (7:45PM trip) Driver with dreadlocks.

I arrived at the station in Indianapolis 1hours earlier and waited at the counter to check in bag. The attendant came over and said we should just get in the line 2 designated for Chicago. The driver came an hour later that scheduled called us out to the bus. He started turning back those without printed tickets and only allowed those with paper copies. My bus was late into Atlanta so when I got into the terminal they already called my bus number 1142 to Nashville on Nov 12th scheduled to leave at 12:15 the attendants started yelling at me for simply trying to figure out what bus I was supposed to be on. Once I made it to the bus driver of 1142 he looked at my ticket then told me my wmbus was over there without pointing.

I look and there are 3 other busses so I ask which one and he starts screaming at me like a drill sergeant so I politely say yes sir and walk toward the other bus once I get there the bus driver of that bus says you bus is right in front there. That bus driver wasn't rude.

I have had two buses your company canceled that I even paid extra for due to website booking errors, did not get the points for the rebook, did not have the service animal added on first trip, spent COUNTLESS hours on phone with SEVERAL agents . . . NONE of which helped. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with Greyhound. I purchased my ticket for 12:34 this is the 4th time I've purchased a ticket and had to deal with a 2 1/2 hours wait. You have workers in your station that don't wear masks yet yell at a customer for not wearing his.

You guys are not social distancing at all. Not only that I was told he was going to throw me out physically. I finally get the bus that came at 219 only to find that none of the chargers work.

How do I call a Lyft if my phone is dead. People who work for Greyhound do not care for their customers and it's upsetting.

I hate using Greyhound because this company is worthless. They are expensive but their buses are always late. How can you understand that I pay 39$ one way from MD to PA and the bus will still be 2hours late.

I purchased a round trip bus ticket for my daughter to come home from college and back . The bus back to Hartford, ct was cancelled for whatever reason and so I purchased another ticket for my daughter to go back to school .

During the trip I witnessed an individual being harassed by one of your drivers. My bus was late coming and going to my destinations. Some of your drivers were rude and I did not appreciate the fact after paying my hard earned money to come see my family that I had to experience such disrespect.

The driver on bus number 1844 was the meanest person I have ever saw work for your company. He has a nasty attitude and he is not representing a good image for Greyhound. My trip started on 10/28/2021 from Spartanburg South Carolina to San Antonio Tx. Arriving in San Antonio at 5:45 on 10/29/2021! There was a problem with the bus arriving in Dallas so my husband had to wait there in the bus station for 4 hours then Then two buses get there one leaving to San Antonio and

one going to Houston but instead of him taking the bus straight to San Antonio they made him take the one going to Houston! He arrived at Houston at 4 on 10/31/21 and now there in Houston greyhound he has to wait another four hours to get the bus to San Antonio!

Then four hour trip to San Antonio! This is so ridiculous and absurd! He has breathing issues! Can you please call me at 210 318-9163

Bottom line: They stole $132 from me by not providing service and refusing to offer a refund.

Filthy, Covid-unsafe, disorganized, rude staff, horrible and inept customer service both locally and at the national headquarters.

Not to mention a dangerous area. Security kept the riff-raff away but that was the ONLY positive of the Atlanta location.

My Story:

I was in Atlanta for work and wanted to surprise my son on Saturday and be at his birthday party which I previously told him I wasn't going to be able to make (much to his dismay).

I purchased "Priority" tickets from Atlanta to Nashville (a 10:45pm departure time) to try to make it to by the next afternoon.

When I arrived at the station they told me that they had sent the 10:45 bus off over 10 minutes early and I needed to transfer…

1st of all I was in the San Antonio bus station I’ve never seen a rent a cop act like this in my he was yelling at people threatening to put handcuffs on people and threading that he would cancel their tickets Next on way back from Laredo a 4 hour bus ride turned into a 6 hour ride and when we got back to San Antonio the bus driver got lost didn’t know where the station was I had too tell him to turn around that it was the other and
