On Monday, 2/21, I purchased a Dungeness Line ticket from Port Angeles, WA to Seattle Seatac Airport for Tuesday, 2/22 at 5:45 AM. I arrived at the bus stop 15 minutes early, before the bus arrived. It was unusual for it to not be there already, as per every other time I've taken it.

I waited in my car, along with another passenger in a neighboring car, right before the bus stop as it was freezing temperatures outside. A third passenger waited outside just before us at the bus stop. The Dungeness bus showed up at least 10 minutes later than it was due.

The driver pulled up on the wrong side of the street, not at the correct pickup location, did not pause, and sped off. The driver ignored that all three of us were very visibly waiting for the bus. I'm not sure if the driver was in a rush…

I was waiting at the Tallahassee Bus Station waiting for the bus to Montgomery, Alabama. The bus got delayed and no status update was posted so I went to the ticket counter to ask about the status of the bus.

When I approached the counter the lady behind the counter was speaking to another customer, so I waited until their conversation was finished. The customer was on his phone and there was a silence for a couple seconds, so I figured that it would be an appropriate time to ask about the status of the bus.

I started my trip 02/19/2022 at 7:15am in the morning, from Las Vegas to St. Cloud Minnesota. I wS supposed to reach tulsa Oklahoma in time to catch the 2pm bus, but the bus I was on going to tulsa was late getting there, I missed the 2pm bus.

Thus cause me to be in the greyhound a extra day. Greyhound switched my ticket. I am currently still on the bus on my way to Minneapolis, the Bus will reach their at 5:20pm I then have to wait until tomorrow to catch a greyhound from Minneapolis to St. CLOUD MN.

That bus leaves 02/22/2022 @ 11:35am in the morning. I have to be outside until tomorrow. This is not right! I have been on this bus since Saturday 02/19/2022. This is wrong

First off the first bus I caught from Lima Ohio was 2 hours late so I missed my bus I was suppose to transfer to my next bus so I was put on a bus that was a 1hour an 30 minutes so miss my bus in Atlanta so when they give other ticket I had to sit there in Atlanta for 8 hours for other bus then when it was time to leave the bus break down in maica Georgia had to sit there for other bus for 4 hours with a baby an I paid for 25 hour trip that was a day more I feel like I deserve my refund back I paid 210 dollars for trip that was only 1 day an I had to be at work at 10pm on 2/18 had to call out not far if I dont hear back soon yall will be hearing from my lawyer

My husband starting point was New York stop was in Pennsylvania he got off to get a pack of cigarettes and then he got back in the bus was gone he he got another ticket and went to Colorado Springs his luggage went to Denver my husband is in the hospital I am in Michigan right now I talk to a gentleman I believe his name is Devon on Monday I have been calling all day Tuesday all day today nobody answers I left messages I don't get any call back voicemail is full.

If I could, I will give NO STARS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WERE HORRIBLE. YOU guys need to come up with a better way to please your customers. I purchased a ticket leaving from Chicago, I suppose to put going to St. Paul.

I didn’t realize that I put St. Louis Missouri,. So my ticket was waisted do to the fact they didn’t honor the mistake I made. The representative was very very very rule. I waited to speak to a manager. They would not put the manger on the phone.

I know no one is going to address this, but I think it’s horrible to not be allow to make a mistake. So now my ticket is no good because of an honest mistake I made. How can I get in touch with Dave Leach

I purchased a ticket for a greyhound to get to Buffalo, NY from Bowling Green, KY, drove an hour to where I was supposed to be at and even early from Hopkinsville. I got there at 11:20 AM and stood there for over an hour waiting for it and it never showed up.

It was supposed to be there at 11:25 and deport at 11:45 AM. My confirmation number is 85452866. The person that gave me a ride drove an hour there and an hour back and now has to do it the very next day cause the bus never showed up. Customer service rescheduled it.

We tracked the bus and it was past bowling green and it didn’t even arrive to pick me up when we were there at 11:20 AM. My grandmother passed away and I’m trying to get all the way down there for her funeral.

I would like compensation for the trouble you caused.

Feb 8 I bought a one way non stop ticket from New Orleans to Biloxi, departing at 9:25 AM and arriving at 11:05 AM. My confirmation number was 85283825 and schedule COP1246. Our bus was over two hours late and we were never given an explanation nor were we apologize to or anything, on top of being late after we depart in New Orleans approximately 30 minutes away we exit exit old Spanish Trail in Slidell and

the driver is allowing anyone to go use the bathroom and get snacks which is absolutely absurd because we had just departed 30 minutes prior. In addition to this none of us had the Slidell stop notated on our tickets.

We made a online purchase with Greyhound from Portland to Orlando. The ticket was a will call pick up and when we arrived there the will call booth/office at the Portland location was boarded up and closed. We were unable to obtain the ticket from greyhound thus unable to board the bus.

We called Greyhound and they were reluctant to assist us as they insisted the boarded up office was open and available for business. We took video of this location and still have not gotten a refund, modification or any assistance to getting this trip completed.

So far the worst customer service experience we have ever had in any travel transaction. We would like a modification to the this ticket, reschedule the departure or a full refund since we never received the ticket.

My disabled son was traveling alone from Colorado to Nashville. When he arrived in Denver and tried to get help to find the next bus, the security guard got smart with him, and physically pushed him out of the line because I was on the phone with him to explain his disability.

NOONE would help him find where he needed to be. When I purchased his ticket, it was put on the itinerary that he was disabled. This company is a joke!!!! I will never pay $240 for such crappy service again.

The people that ride busses still have dignity, too.

I booked a flexible bus ticket for my son and I for December 18, 2021 from Toronto, Canada to New York City. Greyhound encourages buying flexible tickets in order to get 100% refund on the tickets. Due to a new Covid travel advisory from the Canadian government to avoid non-essential travel outside of Canada, I decided to cancel our tickets on December 16, 2021.

I called, tried canceling and requesting for a refund online, was advised to email customer service with a refund request. I did all of these and until now I have not received a refund or a proper answer on whether the refund cheque has been issued or sent out by mail. Very poor customer service.

First, the bus drivers are rude and racist.

Secondly, they're hardly ever on schedule and then due to certain employees refusing to do their jobs, customers are having to pay out of pocket for tickets reissue. The terminals are dirty and poorly secured by their hired security guards.

I purchased a ticket online. I was unable to customize my ticket to accommodate my extra luggage. I made two attempts to chat with customer service to make those arrangements and was unable to do so. I took screenshots of those attempts and was told I needed to call.

I then took over an hour out of my day (while caring for my sick, screaming 1yr old nephew) to place two calls to customer service to make those additions to my ticket. I was finally told that was impossible and I would have to add luggage or make additional accommodations at the terminal.

I immediately requested a refund and was told I would have to file a complaint. With the threat of covid 19 and the inconvenience of that being my only option is absurd. I am sure it can be confirmed I did not take that bus.

Covid thrives in closed up environments. They don't have any air going at all on the bus. I am enroute as we speak from Shreveport to Houston and considering hitchicking being a better option. I feel it should be reported and transportation thru busses completely stopped.

My sister is 2 days late on her bus, I've spent over 300$ because she's pregnant anf can't sleep or away 16 or 24 hours at a bus station waiting for the next bus to come because the ones that were scheduled didn't show up due to no driver. A 4 day trip to FL from CA has turned to an 7 day trip, it's been 3 days and she barely got out of the state.

I want my 260$ refunded I've had to call customer service over 10X, they had her board a station that was closed and she couldn't even obtain her ticket. The service sucks, it's the worst I've ever dealt with. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

Was abandoned at El Paso because the bus driver when I asked him did I need my ticket changed he said no since I’m getting back on the same bus since it was just getting a cleaning. My friend is traveling to California from Arkansas. 5 day trip when I booked it. In Denver, in 1 degree weather, they canceled his bus the first time for 25 hours. They did not provide a hotel, and put him out of the building in 1 degree weather!!

Now he has another layover- 10hr away. Greyhound has not taken care of their passengers at all!

Had to wait at stop (lightpole) for 4 hours. Was told I could 1. Cancel and rebook 2. Wait there for bus (no pick up time) 3. Wait until I got tired of waiting. I took a train from Glenwood Springs to Denver otherwise I would have been stuck there.

Got to the terminal before 830 pm. Waited until 130is am for ride to hotel. 35 minutes was being outside in cold. Waited another 45 minutes to get room. You left us stranded at the hotel with absolutely no communication!

I had to pay an uber driver to get back. All of us got differing info for those that could get through by phone. I barely made my bus out. Your terminal was filthy. You can see open drug use and sales.

I had a layover in Dallas TX and my bus was supposed to leave at 7:15pm on Thursday. Everybody was informed of a delay by an employee yelling it to us in a very harsh and rude way. He almost acted like it was a big joke and like it was funny to him.

Then Everytime we tried to get info we were interrupted with yet more bad attitudes saying they didn't know anything.

Richarhmond,Virginia location at 4 am in the morning, two black women at customer service desk would not tell me what gate to go to to reboard my bus, very rude people, plus I'm handicapped. Women's restroom had no toilet paper in any of the stall's, I told customer service desk this and they said the homeless people come in here and steal it all, where is your security?

The restaurant wasn't even open to buy something to eat, very bad here! this is on January 1, 2022 on the bus coming from New York city. We deserve toilet paper to wipe ourselves and if there is problems with homeless people stealing the toilet paper then you need security here to ask for ticket's and if they don't have one then they can not enter the facility after nightfall to prevent this.

The restroom on the bus was locked and alot of ppl needed to use it and one man kept coming up from to let him know it was urgent and the bus driver didn't give a damn and the man was older. Then he tells him after man had asked him 5 or 6 times that he really needed to use the restroom.

I'm going to stop at store u go use it and hurry back. All the driver had to do was unlock the restroom on board. He was very rude and inconsiderate to the ppl on the bus. In plain site it said there restroom is here for our convience.

Sunday, December 26, 2021, I was traveling on the 1:10pm bus from San Antonio, TX to Dallas, TX with stops in between. During our stop in Austin, my bus driver and another bus driver, of the 12:20pm departure from San Antonio, were both scheduled to stop in Waco.

They made the decision between the two of them to have only one bus stop in Waco. Therefore, they had all the the passengers from my bus get off and board the other bus which was now the only bus that would stop in Waco.

The passengers from the other bus that were traveling to Dallas were told to transfer to our bus, which would be a straight drive to Dallas, no stops in between. The other bus took off after all passengers were transferred.

My bus was still loading the new passengers. After everyone was on board, there were not…

We purchased two tickets on your bus line leaving Seattle on Thursday Dec 30th at 7:15 am with a destination to Pasco WA. We arrived 20 minutes early as instructed only to find the office does not open until 8:30 am. There are about 20-30 other ticket holders waiting as well. We have currently been waiting outside the locked and closed office near the buses. No driver or staff of any type showed up. We never received any messages, text, or emails regarding delays, etc. We have currently been on hold (for over one hour) trying to get someone at Greyhound to figure out what is happening and why people have been left outside in the snow and cold temperatures. On December 22, 2021, I was due to leave the Chicago Greyhound Terminal at 10:20 pm and arriving to Nashville, Tn at 8:20 am, unfortunately it did not go that way I was told upon boarding the bus that I needed to wait for another bus because the bus I was to board was full and no seat was available for me and that another bus would arrive in 45 mins.

Needless to say, that also was false, what I am having a hard time understanding is you all know how many seats are on a bus and how many tickets are sold ahead of time so there should have already been another bus there or at least in route there before hand.

On 12/27/2021 I had a return pickup for 6:55am on Main Street in Ahoskie, NC , waited for the bus for 2 hours, bus never came. I had to pay some one to take me to Raleigh to catch a bus there.

That bus only had two seats left . I had paid for three tickets, but ended up holding my granddaughter, so her ticket coming back to New York was paid for but not used for that bus. And when we reached Richmond it was suppose to be a 25 min layover, but I was there for 4 hours.

My trip from Valdosta Georgia , the bus was delayed 2 hours and , when we got to Atlanta we missed our connecting bus and so the give us a paper ticket and put us on the next bus. I was trying to board the Greyhound bus yesterday and the Greyhound bus driver wouldn't let me on the bus because I was smoking a cigarette and it wasn't even time to leave and he wouldn't let me get on the bus so I miss Christmas with my family and had to get a hotel room in Louisville for a whole other night spending over $100 and

having to miss Christmas and it wasn't even time for the bus to depart and the driver almost smashed my fingers in the place where you put the bags in I want something done about that driver for not letting me on the bus it wasn't even time to depart and my expenses that I incur having to stay in Louisville for an extra day
