Trip from Tampa fla to Gaylord Michigan. Was stranded in Columbus Ohio for 2 days with greyhound employees not helping and Drivers not letting me on the bus because my ticket wasn't right . last bus to Detroit for 3 days .

My youngest son had drive from Gaylord mi 7 hours because of detours to pick me up barrowed money. Because I was robbed in Columbus. No help from Greyhound reps. It was like a night mare. Rude an crude drivers who don't care if u get stranded.

They lack management, their drivers are NEVER on time and it has caused my boyfriend (a student at FSU) to miss full days of classes just trying to get a bus. We have made many calls and still never get the help we need to manage this better.

When I say the drivers are not on time I mean they show up 5+ hours late for 6:15pm bus schedules. This is horribly managed and the whole process is absolutely awful.

filed complaint, on line. Ticket was purchased 4/7/22 from San jose, CA. m. m. today. m. and bus just leaving Birmingham, Alabama, headed to Atlanta. Not what I paid for. Submitted online complaints, on several issues, called complaints 1- 800 number, only to be told that I had been sent an e mail, which I had not and given yet another 1800 number to call.

If this is not resolved, will begin inquiry into different avenues to resolve this issue. I have been a consistent, long time customer of greyhound and feel I should u ld be compensated by full or partial ( at least half my money back. Thank you. God bless.

On 4-3-22 I tried to book a trip for my nephew. We had encountered a problem on Greyhounds website. So I contacted Greyhound to find out where the station was in Lewistown, PA. The customer service rep. told me to go there to buy the ticket.

I traveled there only to find the station CLOSED. I then on 4-4-22 drove once again to the Lewistown station to buy a ticket. I was told the internet was down. Yet another wasted trip. I then called the Lewistown station 2 times and both times being told the internet was still down.

I then traveled 1 hour to Harrisburg, PA to buy a ticket for my nephew VICTOR MADE. We were told the bus was running late. He then boarded the bus.

However, in Columbus, Ohio for whatever reason he got stranded for one day. He encountered an altercation with the bus…

You have racist driver who refuse people of color from getting on your buses, even if they are children. They have no respect for the passengers and that is pathetic. People pay their only funds to get to where the need to be but no one seems to care.

The bus station workers had no clue of any kind of information on any of the buses. The buses run hours late because of workers quitting in the middle of their shifts. Just terrible.

This is my second time this week on this same grey hound and there's no hand sanitizer in the rest room again and the electrical outlets for charging do not work and it must be 100 degrees on this bus.I been traveling Greyhound since I was 19i am 53im not sure if I want to travel on this type of public transportation without hand sanitizer.If you can not supply me with hand sanitizer what more are you not supplying.

I am 5hrs away from home in Henderson tx I got a bus ticket to San Antonio that was supposed to leave at 1pm I sat at the bus stop at a gas station in the middle of no where for 2 hrs before I called to then find out the bus driver some how forgot to stop at his stop so I sat on the phone with greyhound for 2 hrs just to be told all they could do for me is waive my view rescheduling fee and

I got hurt yesterday on your bus coming from San Antonio to Houston. The driver was driving very irresponsible, stopping on stretches of road that placed us in danger by leaving the drivers seat unattended to go to the restroom, an I have video to show where he almost hit a car an I was slung in that video because he was breaking hard and swerving.

Thank God for my seatbelt because I would have been thrown to the floor without it. I tried addressing this in Houston when I arrived but they were so busy an incident report was not taken despite showing them the video footage which they agreed was horrible.

I need to be seen by a doctor for the issues I’m having since being on your bus. I called your 1-800 today because I have not heard back from the online complaint I filed yesterday only…

This return was the worst scheduled to leave@ 10:15 am Birmingham didn’t leave til after two basically my family and I are so uncomfortable almost every station is dirty with people sleeping outside no food stations greyhound forced us 12-15 extra hours due to its delay when this would’ve never happened! I’m missing work my family grieving and this just added a burden!

I want a refund for our return! I will never ride greyhound ever again and will get to the president if need be. We supposed to be home 3-29-22 now forcefully 3-30-22 at 3am this is unacceptable this ride was $937 for such an experience.

To be rerouted south when heading north doesn’t make sense to wait 6 hours then 5 hours.

Featured review On March 11th 2022 I had a trip confirmation #86952337 LA leaving at 2:30 am arriving March 12 th in KCMo 7pm with a switching busses in Tulsa Oklahoma. That’s not what happened. When we got to Flagstaff Az there was a snow storm it started getting cold.

We kept asking the driver it please turn up the heat . He just ignored us and I asked 3 times. He finally turned up the heat. We had a lsyotin Albuquerque NM. From Albuquerque to Amarillo Tx we literally were freezing.

It was my 18 year old day my 22 month old granddaughter. For 9 hour we were cold. Thank God I brought a couple of throw covers . Once we reached Amarillo we stayed there for about 1-2 hours. There heat didn’t work. It was still snowing.

On March 11th I took the bus from Los Angeles to Kansas City Mo . I was supposed to arrive on the 12 th at 7 pm . My daughter 18, my granddaughter 22 months was starting to get cold in Flagstaff Az.

We had a layover in Albuquerque NM. We left Albuquerque and from Albuquerque all the way to Amarillo Tx we were literally freezing. Thank God I had cover. Then the heat didn’t work at the bus station. We had to way almost 2 hours for a new bus.

While traveling there was a snow storm from Flagstaff to Oklahoma. When we reached Tulsa the KC bus was gone.

First we were going to be put in a hotel. Then we were told we would have to take a bus back to Oklahoma City. We already moved our luggage twice and it was a lot. My granddaughter was crying.

My 20 h 25 m bus trip from San Antonio tx to Birmingham Alabama turned into almost 50 hr trip because the driver took an unscheduled 20 min stop before getting to Dallas terminal for the scheduled stop. My ticket got all switched around in Dallas causing me a 24 hr layover versus the 1 hr scheduled layover.

This is not what I paid for and is unacceptable. Please refund my money as this was driver error.

There are so many complaints. From sitting in the Atlanta, GA hub for 16 hours for a delayed bus, only to leave so late that I missed the Connection in Nashville by 2 hours. That caused me to have another 12 hour wait at the Nashville terminal..

The station was so full of homeless people there were no seats for paying customers. The restrooms were flooded with backed up toilets flowing all over the floor. The ride from Nashville that showed after a 12 hour delay was one of the worst experiences in my life, and I've had a lot.

I arrived at the downtown Indianapolis greyhound bus station at around 3:30 am on March 26th(today) to board my bus. I found my line and was standing waiting to be checked in. The bus driver came out and started to check in passengers and was making her way towards the back when another passenger jumped in front of me in line and she said "let me check him first".

Was trying to refund my ticket. They wouldn't allow me to refund my ticket. So i requested a supervisor and they gave me an excused that they cant help but i know they can they are just lazy. This my second ticket that i have bought from Greyhound with poor communication about bus being broken down or refunding a ticket.

This is by far the most terrible ride I have experienced with greyhound and have been traveling with greyhound since I was a kid and am 54 years old now. The tickets are too expensive to be on a bus that doesn't have the amenities it is supposed to have.

Electric plugs that work, On this bus and the one before this one today schedule 7411 and this one schedule 1123 the plugs were shot. And I can understand being a little off schedule but 2 hours. Not good at all!

Trips are planned with time in mind for some of us because we have business to attend to. And the driver of this bus was very rude as we were boarding in Nashville. Heard her talking about passengers in an unprofessional way. Bus #86327 schedule 1123

A complaint about a huge problem caused when a bus did not stop at the location listed on the ticket and left without me.

The Greyhound driver encouraged people to remove their mask. When I asked him to enforce the federal mask mandate, the driver kicked me off of the bus and I was left stranded in Utah. When I told him I am diabetic and I can't be around so many people who aren't wearing a mask, he said if I'm that concerned about my health then I shouldn't be traveling.

I was forced to buy plane tickets in order to get home. I would like a refund from Greyhound and to be refunded for the plane tickets and hotel room. I would also like the driver to be disciplined.

I boarded a Greyhound bus in Oakland CA enroute to Los Angeles CA, then enroute to Dallas TX and scheduled to arrive at 550 AM. Mid trip, the bus driver refused to transport us, and we were stranded for approx 9 hours in Van Horn TX.

Finally, upon arrival of the new driver, we were not allowed to exit the bus for food after being on the bus for 3 days, and only on boarders were allowed. We arrived in Dallas Tx at approximately 5PM. I missed a job interview that was scheduled for 9 AM due to all the problems experienced with Greyhound in my travels.

I fell ill this week and won't be able to take my trip but I keep getting the runaround but no results. All I need is my trip cancelled but it's still showing active. I wanted a refund because I honestly don't know when I will be traveling again with Greyhound.

If I were rescheduling my trip, then yes a voucher would be fine. But since I don't know when I will be traveling again I would rather my money back as this wouldn't happen again in the future. This is truly unfair to me and it seems like nothing is being done about this.

I bought a ticket online for my trip to Lima, Ohio from Augusta, Ga for the amount of $147 and when i paid,they gave me a conformation code which is 8683459 it didn't even work when i made it to the bus station, or they have not even sent me a email based on the ticket, so i had to buy a new ticket when i made it to the bus station.

My dad passed away and I booked two tickets from Bowling Green KY to Chattanooga TN on 02/24/2022. I currently live in Glasgow KY and there are no bus lines so I had to request a Lyft ride to Bowling Green KY.

I live 35 minutes from Bowling Green KY and when I saw Lyft wasn't going to get me there til 2:00 I cancelled my Lyft because my bus left at 2:00. I called and cancelled through customer service agent and she told me I don't get a refund.

I explained in detail why I needed my refund and she was rude. Due to not being able to get my refund, I couldn't get to my dad's funeral. It was a horrible day for my family and Greyhound made it way worse.

My dad and I didn't have a connection until a month before he passed away from Stage 4 colon cancer. I am very disappointed In this bus line…

My complaint is about the driver of bus 86685, going from Phoenix to Tucson on 2/26. My friends and I arrived at the bus about 5 minutes before the departure time, and when we went up to it to board the driver asked in a rude tone “Where have you been all this time?!

” The email simply said to come early to get snacks and pick up bag tags and such. What should matter is we boarded the bus before the departure time. ” As I was quite literally walking up the bus steps . Incredibly inappropriate.

I purchased a greyhound bus ticket that got delayed for 2 days, and I waited 11 hours each day before I even got told that there was not a bus for my destination I was not compensated I was offered to purchase a different ticket if I wanted to get home sooner customer service is terrible I would not recommend anyone to purchase a ticket through greyhound and they also have a partner company that you can’t even get in touch with
