I am currently on a bus that has a flat tire. We have been waiting for almost two hours at this point. Not only do I suffer from acute anxiety, the prospect of contracting Covid increases if any of the passengers has it.

We were informed by the driver that his boss stated that we are not allowed to leave the bus. This sounds like a violation of our rights. I'm waiting for a proactive response to this situation.

My name is CO and Nelson and I recently booked a greyhound to Texarkana on April 30th, 2022. Unfortunately I am writing a serious complaint after experiencing an unbelievable incident with one of the bus drivers. On the way to Arkansas I was shocked that the bus driver demanded that we get off on a start that have been closed for years.

I am 71 years old and was treated disrespectfully when I was told to get off the bus and my bags were taken off as well. It is important that I escalate the situation and highlight the fact that I did not return home with my Greyhound ticket. Instead due to such poor treatment I booked a flight home.

m. departure. My wife and I walk to the greyhound bus station in Harlingen and upon arriving our bus was making it's way out of the gate. We are on bus 9595 going into Brownsville Texas. When I managed to wave down the driver he opened the doors where I asked if this was the bus going into Brownsville.

His response was what were our names then said this and I quote " You guys are lucky you made it cause I wasn't going to stop". When I told him that the departure time was for 6:50 he said and once again I quote " It doesn't matter what that says he here early next time ".

We actually saw when he was pulling in to the station and we thought we had made it. When I asked his name he refused to give it to me and instead sat down out of fear of my wife and I getting kicked out of the bus.

Today I arrived at the bus station in Chicago for a 12:30 bus to Lebanon, IN. Unbeknownst to me it was cancelled. Oh, we've booked you on the 10:50 p.m., she said. I said that isn't what I want to switch to. She said too late, already switched it, you can't get a refund now.

I am sorry but this is not ok. I am a teacher, so I work a lot and don't make nearly enough. You may not care about me, or my $31.99 fare, but I do. I had to make other arrangements and pay for those new arrangements, so that I can be to work on time tomorrow. I expect a refund.

The bus In Memphis Tn was supposed to leave at 5:35pm and I’ve been here since 3:00pm waiting on the bus to leave so I wouldn’t be late. Then the bus terminal person said the bus ain’t leaving until 1am.

I purchased a ticket to leave from San Bernardino, CA to Las Vegas,NV on 05/22/2022. The departure time was for 8:22pm and I was at the bus on time, however the bus driver would not allow me on the bus which I didn’t understand why and she didn’t even tell me why.

I then tried to get another bus ticket and the agent would not let me purchase a ticket he then began to say racist comments to me by calling me a thug which was very rude and unprofessional. My son traveled from New Orleans to Lafayette, LA on 4/27. When they stopped in Baton Rouge he exited the bus to use the bathroom. Someone named Malik came on the bus and took his bag off for no reason and now they cannot locate it.

We tried calling customer service to get a number directly to the station in Baton Rouge but none of the numbers they gave us were correct. He went personally to Baton Rouge to locate the bag but they couldn't find it.

I also asked them when I brought him to Baton Rouge. Multiple times we were told someone would try to find his bag and contact us and he filed a lost bag report and we have heard NOTHING. If I could give them a negative number of stars I would.

My mom and step dad purchased tickets from Mississippi to travel To Miami on Wednesday , May 11, the bus leaving for Mississippi was 2 1/2 hours therefore they missed their bus from Atlanta coming to Florida. They arrived in Atlanta, sat for over 8 hours due to this.

Had to take a special bus. My brother passed away, she barely made it to view his body as the should have arrived in Miami on Thursday, may 12 around 3 pm, instead reached Miami , 5/13 at 9 am.

Both are senior, this is ridiculous especially with a death in the family

Im very very upset!!!! It's going on day 6 of me being back from my trip and riding with greyhound. I have yet to hear anything no one seems concerned or seems to care that all of my belongings are missing.

The last location my bags where at where in Raleigh NC rt 1047 I had a driver change in Raleigh NC, we sat for a while and never heard anything for about 1hr then was told they had no driver for us to continue our trip. Was unable to complete the trip I booked due to the lack of drivers. I sat in the Pittsburgh terminal for over 4 hours and still no drivers. And the terminal agents were extremely rude and unprofessional. There was vomit in the Mens bathroom sink.

Good afternoon I am very upset that I put my brother on the Greyhound bus Sunday 5/8/22 and he was supposed to be arriving to Philadelphia Pennsylvania Monday 05/09/22. My brother has not eaten since he has gotten on the bus he has not taken his medicine.

His trip has overlaps for another day and a half and I'm very very concerned about my brother he was supposed to check into the hospital Monday at 10:00pm when he was suppose to get off Greyhound and he couldn't do that because of Greyhound delay I would like for the Greyhound to be accountable for their delays and my money and time and my inconvenience.

I would like my refund. I will not recommend anybody taking this trip because Greyhound doesn't have control of their schedule.

My luggage was lost in route between Tennessee and Texas. I was assured thoroughly that all of my luggage would be safe and taken care of during my travel. At a transfer in Dallas, TX. My luggage was put onto the charter by myself and safely tucked under the bus.

After yet another 15 minute bus stop, I stayed on the bus. I arrived to Odessa, TX. And my luggage was no longer there. I have done everything I am legally able to do in order to get stuff back and I have basically been told that I'm SOL!

First off, my bus was late, we were supposed to leave at 4:10 from nyc port authority on 5/8/22, they had no bus drivers, then we were supposed to leave at 6:30pm, we ended up leaving at 8:03. I and the Atlanta Police and the Mobile Police and my attorney have tried to contact you with every phone number listed every where on y'all site all phone numbers all go to South American and they are issuing phone numbers that are disconnected. Police Reports have been filed bin both cities.

On April 19th 4 of us bought tickets to Kansas City from St Louis. When we got on the driver said that the bus was not very good shape but should get us there. Well he was right. It broke down in 50 miles.

We waited for 4 1/2 hours. He was on the phone for almost the entire time trying to get help. Finally his phone died. We had children and jobs waiting so we had to rent a car to drive home.

Tyisha at your Binghamton ticket counter at your Binghamton location was extremely rude and unprofessional. This morning i went to said location to drop off my son (17) Tyisha told us that he could not board the bus because i did buy the ticket at the counter told me that i had to fill out a form and

This is a complaint from January 13th that I couldn't send in because my mother had a stroke that same day. I was coming back from Newburgh NY and heading back to Montreal Qc. I was switching buses in Albany from Trailways to Greyhound and was treated very rudely by the driver and was then left stranded by the same driver.

The drivers name was Joseph ( he wouldn't give me his last name ) but the bus # 86191 was the bus he was driving. I had caught Covid when I got down to Newburgh and quarantined as per the governments directives for 14 days.

I had explained this to the driver but he dismissed me multiple times and refused me access onto the bus. I asked him politely to call his manager or dispatcher to ask for verification on the rules that he was not aware of.

My complaint is bout the ppl from the front desk treat the costumers. It don't matter if the are ELDERLY. My mom a 66 year women was treated with a NASTY attitude and was also ignored. She was not ALLOWED to get on the bus since 4:15 am the time she got there her bus left at 4:55am.

First of all the lateness, then the stench from not flushing out toilets, the broken outlets, rude drivers, we are supposed to stop every 3 hours, we have a passenger going into diabetic shock. We have not eaten since 1, it's now almost midnight.

Good afternoon, Greyhound Bus rep. Me and my wife purchase 2 round trip tickets to Atlantic City Casino (from NYC) on 4/14/22. For Sunday 10:30am 04/16/22. Tickets were done 1 at a time. A. NYC 10:30am Sunday 4/16 coming back 4/17/22 at 8:30am. Cool (correct).

Ticket number 2 was leaving at same time. But I was coming back the same day (4/17) at 5:10pm from the Tropicana casino. The rep had repeated it back to us correctly as we said it. So NOW its 4:30pm Sunday I am in the casino and looking at my return for the exact time that I am leaving. 59pm.

Yes, I had to read it twice and my wife read it as well. We go to the bus gate... Okay I'll explain the situation to the driver maybe he/she will say it's okay to ride back or tell me what I'll have to do…

As I boarded the bus in Augusta ga and traveled to Aiken found a ride was sick and vomiting on floor ! When we got to Columbia SC the driver was told about ride he proceeded to ask the Lady if she could make it to Florence SC she said yes so driver mopped up vomit and loaded bus back up !

So what the drive should have done was removed the lady from the bus and call for a deep cleaning but no we continued to travel putting many people at risk, last time I will ever ride a Greyhound bus and I should be getting a full refund for travel !

At this point with COVID restrictions still in place this company should be held to higher standards sad just sad would love a call from corporate

Me and my wife traveled with our kids for 6 days Atlanta Station has rude and disgusting employees that don't help just ignore an wanted me to pay for our tickets to be rescheduled for another bus You have rude bus drivers every one we had from Colorado to Florida was disrespectful to passengers on bus and wouldn't let us claim our carry ons before reboarding a new bus and was herasing me and my wife
