July 10th of 22 round trip 86721, Moses Lake, WA. return trip at 1:10pm departure was horrible. Upon boarding someone leaving the bus told me not to sit in the back because it smelled of urine. " So after we started driving I decided to walk back and going to the little bathroom , the toilet in the back was pretty full to the brim and stunk like all get out in there.

The smell was going out into the whole inside of the bus. I and other passengers road from Moses Lake to Seattle Washington with almost an hour delay because of traffic, with burning eyes, burning noses and nauseousness because of the urine smell.

This driver was gone for half an hour, he had plenty of time to eat and get refreshed, and still brought chips and a drink and ate while he was driving taking his right hand off…

I had booked a trip to go see my kids for Thanksgiving and didn't realize that the dates was posted for that days date I was booking and got an email saying I'm ready to depart back home and I was like wait I haven't even went to go see my kids...

Well I called and tried to get the dates re-arranged and they wouldn't change my dates... So greyhound got over $300 of mine and I didn't get to see my kids for the holidays.. and I do have an account with greyhound and it shows everything in my account and it'll show that I called and everything for last year in October is when it was purchased ...

And I want to go see my daughter for her sweet 16 birthday next month but I'm afraid I'll lose out again on $300 round trip tickets....

My trip was delayed because of the worst fucking service on the planet!! The driver never asked for tickets- he likes to yell, all I did was ask him why he was yelling at me I asked him calmly to stop bc it’s 5am in the morning, he continued to yell at me and

escalate the problem so I ignored him and tried to walk away, he followed me to the manager I tried telling the manager who did nothing. Manager exact words was: “I can do anything I didn’t see anything “ WHAT?

Then the bus driver refused to let me on the bus, for NO REASON he said it was bc my hand was in his face. It was bc he was in mine. The manager failed to do anything and FORCED me to get a refund.

Bus trip from NYC to Boston was scheduled for 8:10pm. As I submit my complaint, it's been 2 1/2 hours and I'm STILL waiting for the bus. We were informed by what I assume was a Greyhound agent an hour past our scheduled time to depart that our driver overslept and was on her way to the bus terminal.

Since then, none of us have been approached with any updates, an ETA, an apology, or at least a thank you for our patience. I'm beyond outraged at this point. There's no outlet in the bus terminal to charge my dying phone, there's no seating near the gate so between standing, leaning, and sitting on the dirty floors of the bus terminal, my body is experiencing much discomfort.

Greyhound has taken my money and in return, offered the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will NEVER…

Going to Atlantic city, I always get a round trip priority ticket. I am a senior So it's convenient not to have to stand on line.

However the bus driver never announces who has priority tickets which causes a problem with the other passengers shoving and pushing ahead Of you. The bus drivers have to take charge. This is a big problem....

Our travel was delayed , we could get no information from the desk, standard answer check the board 15 hrs later, My son asked her name and he took her picture ,he was then escorted out. He was not yelling or swearing or out of control when he was escorted out .

My son travel from waterville. Maine at 11am Saturday morning to come home to Dothan Alabama, his name is Kevin Karanza, when he reached the Nashville Terminal his bus had gone due to his bus from NY being late he arrived in Nashville Terminal Sunday night and

has been there until this morning 5th July. While he and others were sitting in the terminal the driver went to a hotel this is totally unacceptable, my son didn't get the bus until 830am this morning he was due home to Dothan yesterday at 750am he has spent over 30 hrs stuck at the terminal he has been there since sat night.

I bought a bus ticket for my grandson to xome from Texas to WV and he was left at 2 different stops one stop refused to even let him on the bus said his ticket was invalid. They finally rerouted a bus to pick him up 4 hours later.

He ws aupposed to get in a day and a half earlier than what he did. He was supposed to come to Charleston WV and I drove up there only to find out he was not there. I hd to drive bck to Princeton wv which caused me to pay for the toll there and back.

Then had to go to Weston WV to finally pick him up. His ticket numbers were 92376279 and the second 927646827 and he wasn't given tickets for the remining bus they just put him on tht bus. I feel that this should not have happened nd I paid too muxh dor him to uave been treated that wy especially when I paid $340…

I live in Yakima, WA… My niece comes to visit from Seattle and rides the greyhound over.. The pick-up/drop-off is at a small mini market… It is very uncomfortable spot to wait… 2out of 2times I have been approached by homeless men.

(The one today was extremely high and those kind of people are very unpredictable! ) It is a small parking lot with minimal parking, so bus patrons end up parking in store parking slots.. I’m wondering why they moved the spot from the 40th Avenue am/pm, where there was plenty of room for the bus, the cars and none of the bus traffic and patrons were interfering in the store business… Homeless people are not usually found in that area either!!

I had 2 bus tickets leaving from Fayetteville,NC to Kansas City, MO. We left over 5 hours late from Fayetteville and when we got to our first stop in Atlanta they reissued our tickets and now I'm not leaving Atlanta until 7pm and

I'm supposed to be burying my step dad before I even arrive in Kansas City, MO now bc of this. And every associate I have spoken with has either a really bad attitude like they hate their life and they hate their job for some reason and I've been trying to be polite and I'm quickly losing my patience.

I'm just trying to bury my dad and now I won't be able to even do that, I feel like I should be compensated for my time, my added emotional stress and well being, my missed father's funeral and my expenses trying to get out there for something this important…

My husband and I bought 2 tickets to take us from Wisconsin home to Turlck CA. The bus driver got lost and extended our trip by 3 hours. We finally arrived in Billings Montana only to be informed w had missed our connectingting bus and our original tickets would have to be reissued.

We did as we were told only to discover that the new tickets seperated me from my husband and we would be traaveling seperately. I am a disabled woman in a place where I do not know a soul and I depend on the protection and support he has been for me for over 10 years.

I booked Nashville to Ukiah, CA for 6/11, Saturday, to arrive in SF in time for the Monday bus to Ukiah. There is no bus after that till Thursday. Missed the connection in Dallas and was in the depot 22 hours.

When they saw I would have to wait two days in SF, after 17 hours they promised two days in a motel, Uber, presumably food vouchers. At 3:00 PM, Monday, I was summoned to the desk and told they’d booked me to SF at 7:30 and said I could ask SF to Uber me to Ukiah.

Arrived SF Tuesday at 10:00 PM, just as Greyhound was closing. As a result, spent two nights outside on a bench at the Muni bus transit location. My feet swelled up greatly from all the sitting: I’ll send a picture.

Dallas mentioned a full refund. As I recall, it was a 60 hr. trip. I ended up waiting 72 hours for busses…

On may 26th 2022, I had a ticket to travel from Roanoke , Virginia to Richmond, Virginia, after paying 90 dollars in taxi fare to get to the Roanoke bus stop, the bus never came and I called customer service only to be lied to over and over . I waited 8 hours because I had an appointment early the next day with no proper communication or notice.

Eventually customer service finally admitted that the bus is not coming. I have attempted to get a refund and I keep hearing nothing back. Today, June 25th, I had a ticket from Roanoke to Richmond. I had to get a taxi that cost 115 dollars to get to the Roanoke bus at 5am for my bus.

I caught a bus in Saint Joseph MO going to Naples Florida. I'm now in Orlando. I have had 12 hour layover in Kansas City. Get to Saint Louis bus running behind another 8 hour layover. but the driver from Kansas City to Saint Louis was absolutely rude and hateful.

Go from Memphis to Atlanta a 4 hour layover and then bus was 2 hours late so a total of 6 hour layover. And get to Orlando and the bus I was supposed to catch is already gone. Ask customer service and they just say sit and wait. It's pretty bad.

If I can just get free food from here I'd be great should get a total refund

Hello I am currently on one of your busses as I text this. 7:25 out of Syracuse NY to NYC Friday June 24 at 9:57pm. There is a peice of metal protruding from my seat making this 5 hour ride extremely uncomfortable.

The seat cushion has deflated so much that there is no comfort. I've been greyhound rider all my life and the level of service has declined to an actually horrible status. I ask that you please do something about the room you provide a n adult person,this has gotten rediculous.

I travelled from New York to Lee, MA on Sunday June 18th . Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding I got off the bus at one of the scheduled stops, and the bus left without me taking my my baggage with it.

I am now in the process of trying to get my bag back. I am 18 years and working at a summer camp in Massachusetts for the summer. I am alone and away from home for the first time and away from my family back in England, and now I have lost all of my belongings.

On a positive note I actually know where my bag is as inside it it has an Apple Air Tag and I am able to track it, however I am 100's of miles away from the location with no means to get there. I am in Becket, Massachusetts and my bags are in New York City.

Where do I begin. It started on the first bus Greenville South Carolina my destination was Tampa Florida the bus was a half hour late showing up to Greenville South Carolina I had a connecting bus in Atlanta but because of the first bus being late I was not able to get on the connecting bus.

Long story short, I was supposed to take a bus direction Saint Louis from port authority NYC, on the 18th of June at 0350pm. It got canceled at 0400pm. It was the panic and everyone went to the desk. As a non English speaker I wasn’t understanding everything. When I arrived at the desk to change my ticket, one told me that the last one for today was sold out and I didn’t have other solution than wait for the next day.

I was alone, with my suitcase, no where to go, I finally found a train who was leaving early in the morning. But obviously it costed me more than the price of my bus ticket. I purchased a ticket for my son from Denver to Miami and he is on the bus from Missouri with no air conditioning. 98 degree whether for 12 hours. I was told legally they are required to turn the bus around and do maintenance, and they did not. They were unwilling to change the bus. I was on the phone with three bus stations, hung up on twice, spoke to two help lines and now I am on the website trying to assure that my son has at least air temperatures that will not induce his seizures. Due to his medical condition, I am extremely concerned. Absolutely unacceptable.

I am not looking for extravagant luxury, soley bearable conditions, which seems to be an impossible goal.

Horrible Experience I Would Put 0 stars if that was an option.

louis. The driver was late this bus was to leave at 2:10a once we left he didn't know how to get to 45 freeway from the downtown port. Then we get down the road and he gets off and make a big U-turn then he's NOT driving as the driver book teaches never to pass a 18wheeler that's swinging across the lane this could have been a horrible accident for passing a big truck that we all seen swinging.

I'm sitting here in Atlanta Greyhound because the connecting bus did not wait for passengers to get off of the one that was late. m. instead the lady told me it left at 11:00 the bus didn't pull in to Atlanta until 11:00 or a few minutes before that.

How are we supposed to get our connecting bus when the connecting bus left. I got on at Greenville South Carolina where my first bus was 15 minutes late and then another 15 minutes late when the bus drove 3 minutes to another stop and waited there.

Why would you pick up passengers and then 3 minutes down the road stop again for what reason I don't know I didn't see any passengers get on or off but even if they did why such a short distance to pick passengers up. The driver said don't worry you have plenty of time to get your connecting bus…

I purchased tickets for my son and a friend round trip St. Louis to Montana. We were informed that the bus was delayed from 5:40 to 8:45. Greyhound did not even have employees scheduled at the counter until 9:15 in St. Louis.

So there was no possible way a bus could take off from the terminal. The delay in St. Louis would also cause a 19 HOUR delay in Denver. We had to cancel the trip. Hopefully the refund runs better than the bus line.

It would have turned into a 61 hour bus trip had we not canceled. I noticed that over half the busses were delayed. Meaning this is business-as-usual for Greyhound. A gentleman in line with us was informed that he would have a 22 hour delay in Kansas City and Greyhound would not be providing a hotel.

On 6/11 me and my family was planning on taking a trip to Maryland leave from NY port authority at 8pm. Around 7:35pm the worker made an announcement saying there was no bus driver to drive the bus. Her attitude was horrible and felt like she didn’t want to show any sympathy towards the customer. This is unacceptable.

Driver was absolutely beyond rude. " He continued to degrade us. He left a couple because they were running behind getting to the bus. The lady was on but her husband was still in the bathroom. He first refused to let her get her stuff, then did and as they were getting it the man came.

He and another man were running behind. He made them couple get there stuff and stay off but let the other guy on. I have it all recorded. I want a response as soon as possible or i will go above this.

This is the worst experience i have ever had and paid over $500 for this trip!!

Thursday night 6/9/22 I was on the bus to Atlanta Ga I was coming from mansfeild. One I am disable and she would not let me sit up front I walk with a cane have a bum knee. 2 I asked a simple question and she jumped down my throat.

This bus drive had the poorest at attitude for a bus driver. She not only gave me attitude but others on the bus. Not once did she say please turn your phones down or please turn off your ringers. I have Never help anything against blacks women but this one was rude and gave attitude.

Was one of 50 people stop while boarding and questioned about my trip after producing my ticket. No one else was asked to show theirs. Then after asking why I was the only one , bus driver threatened to kick me off because he said I had a attitude.

After belittling me he told me that the only why I could ride is if I sit in the back of the bus. Didn't know we are still in the 1950's. I am on my way to start a new job and need to be in ft worth Monday morning and this is the last bus to get me there on time.

But I feel very disrespected not only as a paying customer but also as a black man. I did record the interaction and will post it on my Facebook to show my friends and family how greyhound treat people

Hi I would like to place a concern in regards to my travel please refer to subject.

Last night we were stuck in western Cape for then 5 hours. To an extent that we had to call highway patrol to guard s as the area we were stuck on is known for bus robberies.

The GrayHound drivers were not concerned in anyway for our safety,they never asked us if we are still doing OK under the situatuon. Instead they locked themselves in their cabins and put their feet on the dash board.

5Hours+ later the Eldo bus came through. As I am typing this email we have been on this bus since 3am and we are still driving and collecting other people.

We were supposed to be in PTA by 2 o'clock but now it looks like we will only get there by latest 9pm.

GrayHound and Eldo Coaches don't care about their customers,…

I have a sister and nephew who is stuck in Richmond VA until June 12, 2022 at 11pm because all of the bus drivers quit and no one is available to drive the bus to Baltimore which was supposed to be in Baltimore downtown in June 12 2022 at 2:30 am. This is totally unacceptable and no one is available to talk or no one is willing to accommodate my sister and nephew for the unacceptable service greyhound is giving.

Someone needs to reach out and fix this ASAP or I will be complaining to someone who is willing to listen!

I apologize for having to do this but feel very strongly that it must be done. I'm currently on the Greyhound. My journey began in Orlando Florida. Boarding was late which is a rare occurrence but that's not where my complaint lies.

Boarding for my trip began at 520pm Friday. Saturday afternoon there was a slight delay in Jackson Mississippi. But was resolved and we're on our way. As usual the driver made his introduction and what he expects from the passengers.

He continues to announce that if it's to hot or to cold that just to let him know and he'd do his best to make our trip comfortable. This is where my complaint begins. I'm currently seated in the very back of the bus.

As I'm sure you are aware that the engine is also at the rear. So it's hot back hear.

Also smelly with the heat…

Greyhound has been the worst I would say as they double charged me my tickets and didn't even refund yet . It's been 2 long months that I have been asking for my refund of $233 . Till now I haven't recieved.

A number of mails have been exchanged between me and numerous Greyhound customer service agents . They only know how to say sorry and keep saying that it will take much longer.

I just don't get why can they just refund me my money that they had without my authorization debited my account n double chagered it.
