Round Trip from Chicago to Nashville & Nashville to Chicago: Stops : Indianapolis Louisville (same coming back) Passengers: 9

Bus initially reserved for incorrect dates, called to change them; and these were changed incorrectly. Called again to update, and I had to pay once again because when I told the rep that I had had these tickets changed incorrectly, she said she couldn't do anything about it and I'd have to file a complaint and request a refund via their on line portal. I decided to hold off on this because I just wanted to travel safely. Expecting that the Greyhound would be a pleasant experience regardless of the rep's information and discussions & per their website and the very good looking App.

Would give 0 but not an option. Purchased three $173 full price tickets from Chicago 8/6 to Las Vegas 8/8 for 1 adult, 2 kids only to told bus wasn't coming the first day. The next day only had one seat, reached first stop and told the connecting bus was cancelled.

4+ hours later after exchanging ticks back on the road 8/8 - 8/10 arrival. Made it to Denver at 10:10 for 1:10 stop, told that bus was cancelled by 800 #. After some time another bus arrived at 1:21pm boarding now, was due in Vegas at 2am on the 10th but that's a toss up. WORST TRIP EVER.

Don't take Greyhound apparently they don't have enough drivers, the power on the buses don't all work, bus is not clean, they leave you stranded for hours after getting your money, you can't track any of the buses and the staff don't know…

Bus driver Tina best 1109 left me at a rest stop knowing I was not on the bus I went to use the bathroom she did not do a last call nor give a time to be back at the bus before she pulled of and left me stranded for 16hrs at a stop that she wasn’t even supposed to stop at And all my luggage and purse is just lost and no one from this company want to help me retrieve my items

Can’t even give one star. A number of your employee are rude. No Customer Service skills at all. They can’t even explain themselves, when a question is being asked. The people on the phone are more versed, than they are.

I’m not quite sure what entitled them to hold this position. I rode grey hound four time, and I was only pleased once. I can understand the buses being delayed, things happen, but there is never an explanation. Then when you go to the desk, they act like they want a fight.

Your people leave us quite frustrated. As you can tell, I’m very disappointed. Still sitting here waiting, wondering when I’m getting to NY

On August 08, 2022 I had a round trip ticket #94411024, Bus #0652, from Albany-NY & NY-Albany. So the trip there was fine but the trip coming back was so horrible; My seat was broken, the air didn’t ( It was really hot & uncomfortable) work & the bus was 20 min late. My bus was scheduled to leave from Pittsburgh at 1:30am bound to NYC on 7/13/2022. I was never notified of a delay in the scheduled departure time until I arrived at the bus station. The new scheduled departure time was 4:30am but to leave at that time, I would have missed out on two Broadway shows, making the point of the trip impossible. I am a college student and had saved for this trip for quite some time. Not only am I out the cost of two broadway tickets (actually 4, since I was traveling with a friend) as well as the money spent on Greyhound tickets that could not be used.

I am requesting a full refund of the $161.98 trip from Pgh to NYC and the return trip from NYC back to Pgh cost of $145.98.

This is the second time I have had a major issue with this bus company. Both times I purchased round trip tickets from New York to Atlantic City Hotels and vice versa. Both times, the bus for my trip back to New York City the bus has not made the pick up stop at Ceasar's Hotel.

My most recent trip was on 8/6/2022. When I and others waiting for the bus asked about the delay, we were all told the bus did make the stop and that it was basically my fault I missed the bus. They lied!

The bus never came to the hotel. My bus was supposed to get there at 5:20PM and I was at the bus depot at 4:00PM sitting in front of the entranc to the gate! I would have seen it if it had indeed come.

Both times I have been told I cannot be refunded or given a credit and both times I have had to walk to the bus…

I bought my ticket on 08/2/22 from Tampa FL. to New Philadelphia Ohio and the ticket was for 29-hours. I am soooo tired I cannot see straight or think. If you sleep you will get robbed here> I've been outside all night again!

I booked a greyhound bus ticket from Pasco, WA to Spokane, WA for August 5th.

However due to some reasons this bus was cancelled, due to this I wasn't able to board my flight to Las Vegas. Its been a huge loss for me. My airbnb cost wasn't reimbursed, so were the flight tickets. The refund forms for this greyhound isn't working either.

The response from these guys has been the worst. Worst experience, I really wish some legal action is taken against and I'm duly compensated for what I lost.

We arrived in atlanta 12:00am the bus was scheduled to leave at 12:30 the bus never arrived we waited in that dirty bus station for 10hrs. We were put on a bus at 10:30am that brought us to riley and the driver said we should leave our stuff on the bus and wait in the station because we will change drivers it has been 3hrs and not even the agent can explain to us whats going on there is no food or nothing and we are just sitting here stranded

I had a horrible experience with Greyhound. m. from Lexington Kentucky. m. m. the customer service Representatives at Greyhound were horrible disrespectful and non-professional in any way. Security at all Greyhound was exceptional and professional. One of the buses there was even a used condom.

I have pictures and video recording to confirm this. With the exception of two drivers all of the other drivers were horrible rude and non-professional. I do have video recording of incidents as well. I paid $203 for my ticket I would like some compensation.

Terrible experience. My husband was traveling from Florida to New York. He had a layover in Atlanta and had to change busses. His luggage and wallet and wheelchair were stolen. He has late stage lung cancer and is in poor health.

Rescue services had to cone for him and take him to the hospital where he is currently at. He is now stranded in a strange city with no identification and no money and no wheelchair or luggage. Greyhound accepts no responsibility or accountability.

They told me to go on the website and fill out feedback and someone would be in touch with me via email. Unacceptable. I will get filing every possible complaint I can think of. Shame on them.

Greyhound’s mission statement states that the company is “dedicated to giving millions of customers a safe, comfortable, affordable and convenient way to travel” and it’s the furthest from the truth. It is absolutely absurd that the AM buses are excessively late each day.

Not only are they late, but there isn’t a comprehensive or solution-based customer service team that could effectively assist passengers or drivers. Very often, passengers, including daily commuters who rely on Greyhound to travel to and from work, are left stranded without explanation, without apology, without alternatives.

Greyhound does not communicate with its passengers despite having an app that features a bus tracker. Instead, passengers that are hopelessly waiting on buses that are late and those that never show…

The bus departing from Colorado Springs, CO July 30,2022 was 1 hour late. When the bus arrived the driver had a very terrible attitude towards people including myself trying to board the bus. when the bus arrived in Pueblo, CO there was a man whom seemed disoriented, he was allowed to board the bus.

Shortly after leaving Pueblo, the man approached the driver asking about the next stop and kept attempting to get to the driver as well as harassing pasangers on the bus for water or something to drink. None of the passangers gave the man any water, however he icontinued to pace up and down the isle of the bus.

He finally told the bus driver he needed off the bus, which he was informed it would be Trinidad, Co. The man becam adgitated and insisted the bus stop and the driver call the police.…

On June 14th 2022 I used your bus line departing on 7th Street in Oakland,California destination Jackson Mississippi. My luggage was placed underneath the bus by the driver and myself with my name,address and email on both pieces of luggage.

I was never given claim tickets. m. ticket counter close no claim tickets. m. bus driver checked my ticket no claim tickets issued. Approach by baggage handler he stated to me I can put your luggage on the bus and where are you going?

I replied Jackson,Mississippi that was the last time that I laid eyes on my luggage. I have talk to your customer service staff no help. At the age of 67 years old, head it to a 50 year class reunion and a formal affair at Clark University, in GA.

My bus tonight was cancelled after over 2 hours because there was no driver. I would not have been able to make it to my destination until a full 24 hours later on the next bus scheduled for the following day which means that I would have missed the event that I was traveling to attend.

After speaking to the customer service desk and calling greyhound, they said the only way to receive a refund was through this incident report. My confirmation code is 94263444 and for my return the confirmation code is 94286335. I was told by the customer support team that while my ticket is non refundable, this is an exception due to greyhound canceling the entire bus.

I was suppose to leave Malvern Ar at 12:00 on August 1 and went to the bus station and was told they don't have a bus at that time traveling to Houston,Tx. So my ticket was changed to 3:40 pm so i left the station and returned and waited 2 hours for the bus as it was running late.

then I have a lay over in Dallas until 8 am on Aug 2. and i was suppose to have already been in Houston but instead I'm on a bus finally heading to Houston so what was suppose to be a 10 hr trip has really turned into a 24 hour trip.

Paid for a ticket to travel from Marietta ga going to Charleston SC was supposed to leave on July 30 at 705am, at 1130am we were informed that it was canceled. Reissued a ticket for next day and bus was 4 hour late and he missed connecting buses, finally made it to Colombia sc and now they are demanding more money to complete the trip, all this is greyhound doing but after being hung up on 3 times after I asked for a supervisor I am writing this.

07/27/2022 My bus to Chicago 95th Dan Ryan leaving from Indianapolis at 6:05. Well at 8:15 a lady bus driver started to yell at the passengers say. " So when we boarded the bus. She asked a passenger for her to see her ticket when the passenger showed her the ticket.

The passenger told the bus driver that she didn't know she had to show the ticket at the door. The driver started to yell at the lady repeating herself over and over saying I'm doing u a favor by taking u to Chicago and if u keep talking I will leave u here.

The driver did not tell us what time we were arriving and when we got to one of the stop she told a passenger that was getting of to raise up the lid and get his luggage. When we got to Chicago she did not ask if anyone need to get off at 95 the st.

Miss my son operation by a day because of driver mistake. Was to get in Seattle on Tues but got in on Wednesday. No customer care told you can't sleep on benches so I had to lay on my suitcase with my head I'm a senior citizens. Missed all connecting busses.

My family and l took greyhound bus from Union Station to Atlanta Ga. on July 14, 2022. The trip was a nightmare. The female bus driver below was unprofessional and rude to the passengers on the bus. You are going to have all kinds of people riding the greyhound and lm sure greyhound taught its employees how to approach your passengers in a calm manner unless you feel threatened.

My luggage was lost due to the bus driver put us on the wrong bus and did not transfer my luggage with everyone else. We left Chicago and had to turn around and get on the right bus. I left Minnesota to go to Jackson Mississippii.

On August 15th 2022, I was completely disrespected by a greyhound employee named Tasha at your Oklahoma City Greyhound location. This employee was unprofessional, rude, insulting and I'm sure not deserving of representing Greyhound. She used profanity at me and told me I sucked when I only asked her a simple question pertaining to my bus ticket.

My entire experience in dealing with the interaction with Tasha has left me traumatized and I'm requesting my full refund of 194 dollars back for the despicable treatment that I received. In addition to the unprofessional employee I encountered the conditions on the Greyhound bus we're deplorable.

Nasty bathroom, countless flies and cramped conditions.

On July 15,2022,@11:30 am from Albany ny to NYC. This bus driver started off bad. No announcement once we pull off to start our trip. We made a stop to Ridgewood no one gotten off he was just sitting there for 10 minutes.

After 20 minutes away he stop off to rest area for over half a hour. Without warning anyone. I hope I never have another bad experience with greyhound again . On bus over three hours.

I had a trip booked from Chicago to Detroit with greyhound: the departure time was supposed to be 12:20am but it didn’t leave until 3 or 4 am. Then the driver told me she could only take me to Lima Ohio or give me a hotel in another city or an Uber.

I chose to wait in Lima for a friend to come and pick me up. The driver said I could get a refund. I would like to be refunded for the inconvenience. and set back that made me miss my performance.

My. Us never left from Atlanta to get me in Ocala because there was no driver. Now I'm stranded here outside pilot (Greyhound station) with no food no water no place to sleep. This mistake also makes me miss my transfer in Orlando for my final in ft Myers which the bus only runs once a day Friday Saturday and sunday.

The call center asshole that is in the Philippines told me to get on the bus whenever it got here leaving me stranded in Orlando. Do something my confirmation # is 93269203. You should have things in place like other forms of travel like hotel transportation and food

The bus gets to Lewistown Pa at 130pm on July 8 2022 for pick up at 1220pm. As soon as the bus gets there it is broke down again. We sit in the heat for over 2 hours. Had to spend extra money we had saved for our trip.

The guy gets there and puts coolant in the bus. We get on the bus at 415pm in Lewistown. Just to get a shirt ways on the highway and the bus shuts off again. We are again sitting on a hot bus no air conditioning or anything.

Almost get hit a couple times by semi trucks. The driver had to call 911 to help us. The officer called for some tow trucks. We had to squeeze threw a small hole of the door and step over a barrier in which I got a bruise on my arm from almost falling.

Then we stood along the highway for over an hour. Then the officers had to take us to the tow place…

Two of your busses broke down, one after the other which made miss my next connection and extended my waiting time and I was diverted out of my way. I want a total refund. Your bus line is a total disgrace.

I purchased a ticket for my grandson to come home from Texas to West Virginia. He was supposed to get to Charleston WV and I drove there to pick him up and he was not there. He was left at 2 different stops one of whixh they told him his ticket was invalid and wouldn't let him on the bus.

He was lwft at one atop for over 8 hours and this stop he was ledt for an additional 4 hours till they got another bus to pick him up. I ended up going to Weston WV to pick him up which caused me more tolls and an extra teip to pick him up.

This was an unpleasant experience and I am not happy about this. His name is Johnathan Croy.

Coach doesnt keep time always 2hours late. Today am still on the road in a bus svheduled for 5am at Park station. Rectify this - Time is money.
