I am very sorry for your customer service, I bought the flexible ticket and I am in difficulty traveling, your customer service agents refuse to refund me for the tickets online, Two agents tell me that they do not process files from Canada, only USA, the other one tells me that you have to apply online, yet your site cannot be found online and the email address ifrs@greyhound.com can be found. I was left in Indianapolis Indiana, 10-9-2022,after female driver said over inter come,passengers u have one hr here,5 passengers came back to the bus a half hr later,the bus was gone,with a total of 5 passengers belongings in and or under the bus,we all 5 are stuck here til 6 am,tickets are being refunded,but thats not enough,DRIVER SHOULD BE FIRED,plus who knows if any of us will get our things returned to us

I was in the Oklahoma City when i encounters two black female having a time disrespectful a customers. The loud language With words never before heard coming from staff. Because i ask if tje ticket would be cheaper on line.

When one lady said if i was not poor i could afford to ask about discounts or senior. O was asked to leave the bus by the driver because of my conversation with staff she day i was talking to loud on the phone taking to my ride in Tulsa.

Requesting reiursement of funds I had to spend due to the poor services on the part of greyhound.on Oct 7, not only was the bus late, but when it arrived jwe rode about 20 mile when the bus drive back to our departing station due to bus malfunctioning.on Sunday Oct 9th, my 1 oclock ended up coming more than six hours later. GLI449. I usually rent a car, but decided to take the hour trip by bus so I didn’t need to drop off a car and the Greyhound schedule worked with my needs.

However, it didn’t work that way at all. m. 5 hrs. Bus departed at 11:10. I missed a necessary appointment, as well as waisted Uber fees. all because of the unreliability of Greyhound. Yesterday was completely unacceptable. You stole my money, waisted my time, and caused an incredible amount of ongoing stress.

There’s no excuse for what happened and Greyhound has a responsibility to amend this situation.

I did not get notice about the bus cancellation before 24 hours and no email was sent about cancellation so I stuck at Toronto bus terminal station for 9 hours until next bus to NYC. I did call and also reach out to front desk assistant for help either having a bus shuttle to send me home in Toronto or having my luggage storage so I can come back for 9 hours bus later.

I also did not ask for delay pension in this case. I only asked to keep my luggage until my next bus or send me home in Toronto til my next bus. Unfortunately customer service hang up my call and front desk assistant could not doing anything.

They did nothing for their mistakes.

My name is Mohammed Abdul Badi Subhani i had booked a bus from Arkansas to Louisville Kentucky on 22nd September, i had booked it as i needed to attend the college on 23rd September at 12 pm noon EST at Kentucky Louisville. My second bus from Nashville TN to Louisville KY was delayed as there was no driver available, the actual time of bus boarding on Nashville was 3:50 am on 23rd September and the final destination to Kentucky was to be at 8:10 am.

My bus was 45 minutes late, when they arrived they didn’t pull into the pickup point, instead they stopped across the street and then left before I could walk over to check if it was the right bus. If I could give a negative rating I would. This experience was suppose to be fun. Instead has been nothing but pain and headache the whole time. Due to all (wonderful) employees of greyhound. I am only a third of way thru my trip.

And everything has gone horrible from the start. Bus driver was hr and half late. So I missed my next bus. Greyhound don't hold buses for passangers that pay them for a ride and a certain schedule. Not for delays and rudeness..

Finally got to my first switch over. Bus was gone and not another one for 24 hrs. That's not very good way to run a business and expect repeat business. Had to switch my routes. Then bus driver was 3 hrs late.

So I might miss my next transfer. I am not paying to get to my location a day or 2 later than scheduled. Nothing like road…

The attendant on duty on Thursday 15th,2022. Took $40 from me and didn't issue me a ticket or a receipt. I missed my transfer in Wichita falls, and arriving in Amarillo. The attendant told me to give her$40 and she would issue me a ticket to Lubbock.

My bus driver explained the expectations of no phones and loud noises as soon as we got on the bus (as he should). I took the 4:50 AM bus from Dallas To Houston. I needed up missing my original bus due to an employee telling me to wait in another line and whenever I was loading on the bus I was told I was getting on for the wrong destination.

I was very excited for my first time trip on the bus from Texas to Louisiana. I purchased my ticket online I got in busy September 12,2022 at 10 pm..

First stop was in San Antonio Tx and the device was very bad I had questions and the clerk was very rude. I went to bathroom cause I felt bad and wanted to hide my teary eyes well the bathroom was disgusting not even closed to being clean.

Finally got back in bud hoping next stop would be better, well it was worse. Houston Tx was the stop and bathroom was worse no toilet paper toilets were dirty flies all over bathroom. I asked a employee for toilet paper it took him 20 minutes to get and finally gave me one roll to put it myself in bathroom.

Passengers not being allow to change their tickets after purchasing is wrong and needs to be change . Greyhound buses runs late all the time and regularly. As a customer who rides greyhound twice a week from Philadelphia to NewYork and Back , I have had to miss important meetings and schedules because my bus ran late but

it is very interesting that in the midst of these irregularities greyhound would ask me to pay $20 if I wanted to change my ticket time . I see this as form of exploitation and such policy needs to be visited.

I purchased A ticket for roughly $140 and my bus was delayed. After 2 hour delay, I was then informed, after I called Greyhound, my bus would be 5hrs late, which caused me to miss A meeting in New York.

Now that I not only missed my meeting, the bus was delayed and I would not have been informed of the delay had I not called. Greyhound station was empty(meaning no clerks/assistance) and also when my ticket was scanned my name did show up on the bus drivers passenger list.

On Aug 29th,2022 at 342 PM I purchased on line a grayhound bus ticket, confirmation number 10537178. I traveled on this ticket from Meridian Mississippi to Nashville Tennessee where grayhound kicked me off the bus, stranded and abandon me there because they said my ticket was canceled,reasons unknown.

I was forced to purchase a new ticket for 222 dollars, confirmation number 1069708701. I was never refunded my money for the purchase of neither ticket. Grayhound broke the law by defrauding me out my money. I spoke with Mrs.

Machell from Corporate and was told that this would be corrected. I think the representation of an attorney might be need for this matter. The public need to know what grayhound do you their customers. C. a whole day later than expected.

I had my brother ship a suitcase from Cleveland Ohio to San Diego California on August 14th I was told by an agent at the Cleveland terminal that it would take approximately 5 days for the suitcase to arrive well right now it's August 29th so that makes two weeks I have called several times spoken to about five different agents I get a different story every time I give them the tracking number and they still cannot tell me where my bag is they say every time they try to call the San Diego Greyhound no one ever picks up the phone which is true I have tried several times myself so

I recently rode on my first greyhound experience from NewYork to Boston (booking ref 10181497) with my 2 children and wanted to make a complaint about the bus, which had a foul smelling toilet for the entire journey. The driver / bus number was 86595 26th Aug 22 Dep 0830

My first bus today was scheduled for 1250 out of st George utah. The bus never showed up. They were able to get me on a shuttle to vegas at 4 am. My bus from vegas was scheduled to depart at 7am.

It is now 830 am and we are being told that it took a long time to clean the bus and that is why it is late. I will now miss my connection, causing a 3 hour wait for the next bus.

Due to late and now show buses my travel time will have increased by 12 hours today. I would like to request a refund for this horrible experience

Went to depart on a return trip from champaign il and no bus showed, no email no phone call. Just left in the dark onlybto hear from another person they been waiting 2 days for bus but short on drivers.

Called greyhound would have to wait longer for different bus, return trip longer and longer layovers. So I contacted them for return trip refund I bet they refuse. Had a ride from he'll first part of trip with dirty stations.

Lackbof hot food, no place to store belongings to venture away from stations to find good food. Beligerent drunks on busses, fights at terminals, dirty facilities,rude employees,either too much security at some while other facilities had no security at all many unfortunate citizens outside begging for money cigarettes and socks, clothes and food.

Driver left me behind at the most high crime rate city - Hartford station all alone at 11:30pm, on my trip from NYC to Boston, with nobody to help, greyhound office closed, customer service useless, bus station security - useless and scared for his own life. All mu luggage was on the bus that left me behind - if I did not have close friend who went at 1:00AM to get my luggage right away after the bus stopped, it was most likely never to be found.

Last week I made reservations for my sister in law to leave Pittsfield, MA to Springfield to NY and arriving in Atlantic City NJ.

Confirmation# 94801069 leaving Pittsfield at 8:40am on Friday, August 19th, 2022 going to Springfield at 10:01 am. arriving in Atlantic City at 7:35pm.

She gets to Pittsfield on time. Bus never shoed up until 7:36am being that ALL her transfers would be missed.

The bus driver James informed her that they were going to cancel her trip because there were NO other buses.

I contacted Greyhound and spoke to Stacey, who assured me that her transfers were going to wait or that they would put her on the next bus. There were NO other Buses.

The female captain who droves the bus on wed august 17th 2022 bus #86504 departure 9:10p from Orlando, Fl to Miami was very disrespectful to the clients yelling, screaming at people. My children where shook with the experience and don't want to go on greyhound anymore.

I purchased a ticket for my husband online August 8th leaving from Miami to Macon Georgia I explain to the lady that sold me the ticket that he has did not have an ID that someone has stolen his wallet stole his money and stole his phone and she said no problem as long as he gets this ticket printed out he can load the bus so okay I went ahead and bought the ticket he goes to the bus station at 11:25 actually he was there at 10:00 they would not allow him to load the bus they said he had to have a photo ID okay so

This bus company gives bad service for many years. i recently purchase tickets in advance and my tickets was sold anyway to someone else leaving me stranded in NYC missing work and no way to get home. My bus schedule time was changed twice under short notice and still was not able to get on a bus.

This company has poor customer service for many years and do not give consumers a refund on their tickets. This needs to stop it is 2022 and everyone is entitled to a refund and way better service. Greyhound needs to upgrade their buses and bathrooms and allow consumers to change tickets or cancel and get there money back without waiting to be reviewed.

It should not take 7-14 days to get a refund that is ridiculous

Booked a trip from Pensacola FL to Ocala Fl, bus was delay for 5 hours, after which they cancelled. Wanted to book me on next bus this bus was delay for 5hrs more. 00. They should close this company down.

On bus 86086 in Witchita, Kansas. The new driver was extremely rude to the entire bus and took offense to me asking about putting my medical tote in my lap instead of in the storage compartment. As I was putting it in the storage rack she threatened to throw me off the bus.

I simply asked a question and did not deserve to be spoken to in that way. After she threatened me I said she wouldn't throw me off the bus. And to prove her point she called the police and threw me off the bus.

I didn't deserve to be treated like that and all who witnessed it said she was very rude and treated me wrong
