I am very sorry for your customer service, I bought the flexible ticket and I am in difficulty traveling, your customer service agents refuse to refund me for the tickets online, Two agents tell me that they do not process files from Canada, only USA, the other one tells me that you have to apply online, yet your site cannot be found online and the email address ifrs@greyhound.com can be found. I regret having done business with you. Here is my refund request, please.
