My bus was scheduled at 2:45pm from Walsenburg to Denver, CO.

However the bus was delayed until 7:15pm.. meaning I had to wait alone in the dark and cold for my bus fearing so my safety at the bus stop. Later, when we stopped at Pueblo, there was a man in a wheelchair who needed to board the bus.

Our driver WAS NOT TRAINED in using the handicap ramp (or did not have one in the vehicle he was driving), so it took another 1 hour and half to decide what to do and how to get this man on the bus. Our driver called greyhound and DID NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM GREYHOUND!

HIS OWN EMPLOYER DITCHED THEIR DRIVER. Due to all of these delays, I arrived at Denver Union at MIDNIGHT. It was very hard to find a cab to take me home. For these reasons, I want a refund for my ticket.

Your bus drivers need to work on their people’s skills. They need to learn how to speak to other customers with some respect and not sarcasm. I also did not get off on the correct bus because my first bus was delayed so we were placed on another bus with none updated tickets and on my old ticket my schedule said remain on the same bus and

your driver did not ask if anyone was heading to a specific location Ohio is not my finial destination Detroit is I shouldn’t have to pay an extra $20 for a mistake I didn’t make. I was scheduled for a bus leaving Minnesota traveling to Chicago. They cancelled my first ticket then rescheduled my ticket for another bus leaving at 11:00am and I was at the bus stop waiting for hours in the cold. The bus never showed up I called customer service nobody knew anything about where the bus was kept giving out a time knowingly the bus was never coming.

I had to spend more money just to get back home to my kids I need my money back and more because it was a waste of time and my money was spent for nothing.

00 also didn't get the veteran discount due by the agent who booked the ticket I was late delayed because of this also the rude representative at the bus station gave me a ticket that cause me to end up in Atlanta GA. which was way out my way from Houston Tx to Meridian Ms.

On 11/3 bus scheduled to leave at 8:30 am bus going to Dallas from Shreveport the bus left after 9am ticket confirmation #12715392 Myself and 3 other passengers. ) The bus was fully packed with passengers, the driver was asked to turn on the air conditioner he informed us that the air was not in service after 1 hour of travel.

The bus was EXTEMLEY HOT - temperature was over 80 degrees bus ride was 4-5 hours, the driver did not offer any assistance with opening of the windows. 00. Greyhound should not allow buses to operate without air-conditioning in states where the temperatures remain above 80 degrees.

I work the front desk at the MCM Elegante Hotel and Suites in Lubbock, Texas. I got a call at 12:35 AM on November 10 that a load of distressed passengers was on their way to our hotel. When they arrived, I went ahead and checked the driver, Floyd Lucas, in since we had his reservation already scheduled.

He then went on to his room and left 15 distressed passengers in the lobby, several of whom did not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. After 30 minutes of waiting for information, I finally called the accomodations number back and was able to get the situation resolved.

I feel it is terribly unprofessional for the driver to abandon his passengers in such a way. Mister Lucas should have been in the lobby as the on-site representative of Greyhound helping me get the situation…

Greyhound didn’t announce when our bus arrived so when I asked the bus driver if that was my bus, he started telling me that he didn’t know anything and for me to hurry up if I was getting in the bus. I told him I wasn’t sure it was my bus since they didn’t announce anything and told him he didn’t have to be rude about it.

He proceeded to pull me from my arm and pulled me down from the bus where I then hit my elbow. He didn’t want to take me to my destination when I had not only paid for my ticket but also dealt with the inconvenience of a horrible employee.

Her supervisor came after but didn’t say anything. It was an awful experience and the bus driver didn’t want to get give me his name. He said he didn’t have to. I hope someone can reach out and handle this situation.

Greyhound has the most filthy bathrooms snd customer waiting areas. I am so tired of the smell of urine and the women's bathrooms are horrible! Why must customers be treated like this when we have to pay so much to ride.

I long for a clean smelling waiting room and a fresh smelling women's rest rooms. Why are we treated like animals only animals don't mind living like this. Longing for change!

It bagan being dropped off 4 hours late so I missed my connecting bus. Bus station closed and threw us out to sit outside overnight. Ended up having to get a hotel room. Was pretty cold around midnight when the bus station closed.

Next day, couldn’t track my bus using your app. Talked to customer service and they couldn’t get ahold of the dispatcher so told me to call back closer to the time the bus was to arrive at my bus location.

This is how your customers are being treated. Pretty shameful! Treatment like this does not motivate your customers to want to use your services. This was supposed to be a 3 day trip, not 5 days!! I’ve had to cancel dr appointments due to all the changes caused by your company. Not happy at all.

Got a ticket for 11/6 bus leaving at 8:30 am from Kansas City Missouri to Mpls Minnesota .no bad weather today at all bus didn't leave until 2 hours later the driver was rude, there was no real communication from the bus company to the customers at all no accomodations for the customers after being late . I had a connection in Sacramento on November 3rd at 4:55am. I arrived from San Diego at approximately 3 am and was told that there was no driver for the connection bus to Redding (4:55 am bus to Seattle). I was first told that a driver might arrive at some point and then informed I would have to wait until 7:25 pm for a connection, a 14-hour wait.

At no point was I offered a drink or snack, any information as to whether the original connection was definitely cancelled. I am currently stuck in Sacramento awaiting the next bus. Cancelling a bus due to failures of the bus company should be transmitted clearly and politely to the customer.

Instead I am made to feel like I am lucky to get a later bus and left with no recourse but to spend money on food, try to sleep as best I can on a hard…

My Employer purchased a bus ticket set for the 30th and was wanting the earliest departure on the 30th. I chose 2:00 am to leave and was under the impression that it was set for the 30th however it actually was for the 29th and did not show that it was the 29th until the ticket was paid for.

Because of the misinformation i had to pay more money for a new ticket and am now dealing with a 3 hour lay over to go to Arizona. I don't appreciate how Greyhounds website is confusing people and costing them money.

Im far away from home with no money and may possibly loose my job. I'm very disappointed in the service of this company and would appreciate it if this situation can be corrected. Possibly seeking legal consultation.

Greyhound canceled a scheduled bus with no notification. They left 5 passengers waiting at the terminal at 10pm in Vancouver. Because it was so late there was no customer service, just the booking agent. The next bus was 7am, I have a flight from SeaTac to Vegas at 10am.

I had to drive down to Seattle at 11pm. If they had just notified us of the cancellation earlier, we could've made other arrangements. Why did they cancel? Not enough passengers? Save them money to cancel and refund the fare than drive the bus down to Seattle. Greyhound suck.

On October 26 at 5:45 am. I approach to the Greyhound Houston TX, Downtown receptionist I don't know her name, because she didn't have a name badge on her, but she was the only one on that desk. I just needed some information about what time needed to aboard the bus to Katy Texas.

Bus to NYC bus delay in Richmond VA was delayed for 1& 1/2.. Bus was scheduled for 10:15 am bus did not arrive until 12noon.. Bus bathroom was out of service.. Passengers unable to go to bathroom.. Driver made stops on trail back to NYC, however, he did not stop for passengers to get something to eat.

Bus traveled from Richmond to NYC straight route. Bus arrived in NYC by 8pm. Ladies restroom in Richmond VA bus station not clean. No soap or toilet paper..

My bus came in at 5:00 pm to Kalamazoo and the customer representatives were gone. I was unaware my ticket had to be released itinerary number 12202394 greyhound bus driver of 4459 was rude and unprofessional she wouldn't even look up my name!

I know they have the ability to do it. I was left stranded in Kalamazoo with no food, money or a place to lay my head! This is unacceptable. I also paid for priority seating that was not honored and i paid extra for this service.

I thought Greyhound would have given me better service then what i received i am totally upset. I post on all platforms and go to the news if need be. Now i will lose a day pay for not being at work due to this unfortunate situation.

It’s bad enough that you can hardly get in the driveway for passenger pickup due to homeless individuals and then have to deal with horrible customer service. I hope steps will be taken to address the issue as well as clean up the area and the facility so travelers can feel respected as well as safe when traveling Greyhound.

your buses continue to park in a no parking zone and today parked in front of our mail box which is illegal in Wisconsin! and when they do that they let them off the bus and sit on our wall and leave there garbage all over our lawn!! My name is evangelist Frankie Marie white I filed a grievance against greyhound greyhound had 2 friends coming from Cincinnati Ohio heading to Philadelphia Pennsylvania but S driver left September the 8th without the 2 passengers had to wait until September nintill September 9th had a lay over in Columbus ohcolumbus Ohio 4 hours 1 of my friends what 7 months pregnant she is presently in the hospital it was one of the most horrible experiences the experiences they arrived late that evening and that evening in Philadelphia.

Lost my luggage in June 2022, no person to speak to just email. Said that they found my luggage at Dallas terminal and gave me a number to contact but number does not work. Worst customer service ever. Can't speak to a human just once after another run a round after another all by email.

I have complicated travel from 4 parts. Charleston-columbia-raleigh-filadelfia-wilkes barre. The matter is that the bus raleigh-filadelfia is horribly delayed. 25am it will be at 11am. 30pm and I won't be in wilkes barre in time. Nobody wants to explain the reason of delay, to bring their apologies and compensations for inconvenience and to help to change tickets for more suitable.

To be honest it wasn't my expectation from such great country like usa and I'm very very disappointed. Horrible service

said the bus will not go further, and all the pasangers want to wait for the next bus which is starting from new york and still not sure how many seats they have to fill the another 60 passanger, and it may be full.

When I asked the driver why don't you get alternative bus to complete this schedule, he is not going to drive any other bus due to Covid and, he keeps his words about the next bus comming from newyork to continue for further. And when I asked him 'what shall we do' he said'i don't know'.

On the 12th of October 2022 I called greyhound to purchase a ticket from Rawlins WY to Nampa ID leaving on the 13th of October. I was directed by a man at costomer service who spoke very broken English to look for a link in my text messing to have me pay via PayPal.

I felt immediately that something was wrong then hung up this is after they received my credit card number. Right away I called Greyhound at this time I was taken to costomer service via an automated service that explained greyhound policies so I was sure I was dealing with the right department.

At Indianapolis Station a female of was allowed to butt to front of twenty others to obtain a ticket! Then she preceeded to belittle and make klu, klux racist remarks to all behind her and dared anyone even your customer service person which she referred to as a racist white clan member!

Folks in line watch security guard do nothing to stop or call local authorities to stop her hate racist speech or actions. My bus was 3 and a half hours late from my pick up time. When the bus driver showed up she was rude. We later drove off and she got lost on the road. She finally got back on track but she appeared to be falling asleep she kept swerving and hitting the shoulder lane.

We pulled over on the side of the road for about ten minutes. Then people were smoking in the restroom she didn't even say anything to them, like if she didn't care. Very bad review. 0 stars if I could.

Our bus broke down last night around 10:45pm and we had to stay the night on the side of the road where we could have easily got hit by another vehical.another bus picked us up at 6:30am and now our driver said over the intercom he having problems with the GPS and it caused him to take a wrong route.Ive been on this bus 27 hours and I still can't get to Kansas City Missouri since I left from San Antonio tx.I would like the greater part of my money returned to me for this great inconvenience.
