My son was waiting for the bus in Abilene Kansas today 12/23/2022. It was supposed to leave the bus stop at 2:50,he arrived at the bus stop at 2:20 and he waited till after 3 and the bus never arrived. I think we should be discounted half his ticket due to them not showing up.

First bus from Angelo to Big Spring was fine. Even with the hour delay. Things happen. From Big Springs to El Paso, there was a transfer. New bus driver. I had to sit in the front of the bus. A gentleman next to me started conversation.. I listened.

Responded but the bus driver told my companion he was being too loud. The man sitting next to me just had a deep voice and laugh. He was NOT yelling or causing a ruckus. He stopped the bus on the side of the highway to tell him to move.

The drivers, attendants, boarding staff are rude discourteous and frequently cuss at passengers. Poor social skills, poor planning, making people stand in a line for hours before declaring that service is delayed. 10 coach to Detroit on 12/22/22, the driver was late for more than an hour stuck in traffic and nobody cared to stell the passengers who tood in the line for 2 hours.

The bus was 4 hours late to Mobile, Al. The bus driver came in barking orders through a megaphone. He was cursing and telling people to shut up. I was explaining to a woman not to get off the bus.

This is very weird and bad experience.

First of all my sit is broke . No handle and it's shake with Bus . Very annoying and risky. I tried to speak with Driver and he shouted at me even I was polite. Now in three hours trip from Austin to Dallas Bus stopped working.

Whole bus is sitting in the middle of nowhere one hour from Dallas. And I can't even sit cause my broken sit. I am standing. There is empty sit with luggage but driver didn't help me sit there and I don't understand Spanish to speak myself.

This is horrible and bad.

Hello im writing to file 3 complaints in 1. I booked a trip to Dallas Texas for Oct 6 it was canceled multiple times due to the hurricane but first two times they sent me emails then the other 2 times they dis not it was canceled 4 times in a row then

the day they said it will come it did not come for alot of passengers that was waiting that morning. I was told I was going to get a refund which I had in my email and I wrote a complaint about it so it should be on record.

Bus 86976. The bus driver was incredibly rude. Argumentative. Tried to say the ticket said 2:17. I showed him my ticket it said 2pm he said if I want to be on time I should drive a car. He was rude in tone of voice and attitude.

the bus was over an hour late. then he drove us to battle ground (30min away) where he ignored the road closed signs, hit something and got the bus stuck in a ditch for 30 min. 5 hrs and refused to let anyone got off the bus.

then he finally found i65 (which we had already passed 45 min earlier btw). then we were stuck in 5mph traffic for 45 min. The trip was in total 6hrs for what should have been 2

I was on one of your buses the 15th of December that departed from Greenville on the way to Richmond, but the bus broke down in Bethel North Carolina. m. but then arrived in Greenville until after 12:00 and when I presented my ticket to the bus driver she said there was no need because I would have missed my connecting bus in Wilmington to go to Columbia South Carolina.

I was supposed to be back in Columbia on the 16th for work. So far I don't miss two days of work was equals up to $400 because of the bus error. Who do I talk to about getting compensated for my lost wages due to the bus error?

When boarding the bus on Wed. 12-15-2022 10:30am at the Mt Laurel, NJ 1111NJ-73 Mt Laurel (e) location as our ticket stated, we were handed a flyer WHILE boarding, stating the new location for arriving and departing will be 9-19 Western Dr. Westampton Twp. effective that day.

Bus86757 I was on. Got to Fresno & was stranded for hrs w/no driver.

First driver let passengers off at a light & made an unscheduled stop to let another person off. Agent Rosa @ Fresno station wasn’t very helpful w my complaint. No composition etc. oh but she made sure to tell me this is normal for greyhound not to have a driver.

Our bus was lovely until we got to Dallas and it’s been hell since. We got there to witness one of the employees beating a man up and kicking him out of the station during our supposed layover we spent 2 minutes in the bathroom after getting off and

we got in line to find out where to go only for them to tell me I missed my bus when I did not hear and announce nor hear the bus honk at us to alert us then the bus directly after that stop was broken and we had to wait 3 hours for a new bus which caused me to miss my final bus and I’m now stranded in Denver Colorado on my 21st birthday when I was supposed to be in grand junction as of 3;45pm yesterday

I purchased my daughter a ticket with Greyhound online. Her departure time from Birmingham, Al was for 1:45 am Dec. 5th. She was suppose to arrive in Atlanta, GA at 5:40 am. Her bus never showed up to take her to Atlanta.

The security guards that were present wasn’t any help, and when I called customer service they were no help either. The only thing that was told to my daughter and I was that the bus driver may have not shown up which was the reason why it was late.

Then when I spoke to customer service they told me the bus for Atlanta will be here at 8:30am. So why are they letting people buy tickets for a 1:45 am bus that’s not showing up until 8:30am. On December 3 2022 I was on the greyhound #86914. My travel started at San Bernardino California. I purchased a ticket to Washington, DC $336 for the purposes of attending My brother ceremonial passing. Choosing greyhound prove to be a disaster and the worst mistake in my life.

First I was subject to sexual solicitation and pressure of buying drugs at the San Bernardino Greyhound location. I felt unsafe for myself and my property. Absolutely the most accusatory and assumptive individuals I have ever spoke to in my life. I was told by an agent that rescheduling a ticket was my fault, and charged $20 with the addition of a 7 hour layover, all because the driver never walked in to check the station I sitting in for an hour. No announcement, the driver never physically walked in, and I never saw a bus enter.

A spanish speaking woman asking to use my cell phone, who later I help reschedule her ticket, was given a FREE reissued of her ticket. She claimed she didn't read English, and there customer service, with no argument helped her.

Although, I was there 30 minutes early, payed a taxi driver, and sat there, I'm the irresponsible one.

As a regular traveler on Greyhound, my last two trips have been quite disturbing. My most recent trip, traveling from St. Louis, Missouri to Columbus, Ohio on November 26, 2022 on bus 86919 (1684) (left St. Louis at 1:35 p.m and scheduled to arrive in Columbus, Ohio at 12:25 a.m) was absolutely horrible.

The driver that drove from St. Louis to Indianapolis, Indiana was outstanding and very pleasant. However, once the new driver took over, it was holy hell from the moment we reboarded the bus. He stated the rules with an angry tone and was very disrespectful to us (the passengers). His behavior was not aligned with the Peace Of Mind Policy. I would give a 0 star if that was possible. Every single time we use Greyhound there is an issue. If there was another company that would come even 2 hours close to my home I would use them instead.

Not one time have I had a good experience with your company. The last time the bus was cancelled and I was not informed that the bus was cancelled. I called customer service after waiting an hour after departure time and was informed of the cancellation.

I was told I would receive a free ticket which all I received was a rescheduled ticket. The time prior to that my passenger had to give your driver directions and when he fell asleep after getting her on the interstate she took a wrong exit and drove almost 2 hours in the wrong direction.

I am a 74 year old trans and in error needed to cancel a ticket with 5 minutes of reserving and Reynant badge #36905 refused to allow me to speak with a supervisor very argumentative insisted I just pick a day so I wouldn’t have to pay an additional $20 when I assured him I had the wrong date so I changed til December 16 to allow me enough time to file an complaint..

I purchased round trip tickets from Cleveland, Ohio to Memphis, TN departure date was November 17, 2022 and return on November 21. My transfer was in Toledo from 6pm to 8:15 on schedule #1535. The bus didn't arrive until after midnight.

I am currently on the 1502 to Nashville and the bus is completely full. Was promised a smoke break 2 stops ago. The driver has gotten off the bus twice to stretch his legs and get a drink and snack.

Greyhound Bus Please help our bus broke down on the side of the highway. The passengers had to get taxied after being trapped on the highway with our safety on the line for 2hours. The driver mislead and said he had no access to our luggage although he secretly had a key.

I am a white male and was approached by an African American female security officer. I was told to go across the street to smoke. She had to walk past 4 or 5 African Americans who were smoking within 10 feet of the front door in order to inform me of the NO SMOKING policy for greyhound terminals.

When I pointed out the group in front of the door she acted like she couldn't see them smoking at first. Then after I pointed it out the second time she claimed it was because they were greyhound employees. It seems like a racist or sexist officer at your Dallas terminal needs to EQUALLY enforce the rules and focus on her job more so than the color of my skin or my gender and tone down the harassment.

I paid for a ticket from Albert Lea MN to Albany Ga from Nov 18-20, 2022. I had to get drop of a Tifton Ga because there were 3 delays no fault of my own but by Greyhound and the bus was been gone when I got to Atl Ga therefore they was no other bus for me to take to Albany which I paid $260 for me to get there.
