Hello my name is Carol Richard . I left Lubbock Texas on February 15, 2023 at 10:25 to arrive in Waco Texas the same day at 8 o’clock arrived at your Dallas bus station. No bus for Waco was there I am disabled I had to stand for hours and hours just so happen your announcer there.

He really did try to help me to get a bus and one of your young ladies at Dallas Bus station she had red hair I didn’t know the child’s name but she really helped me. This is not the first time that I rode the bus from Lubbock and did not have a bus to accommodate me to Waco.

I feel like I should be compensated in some sort of way. This is ridiculous just so happened the bus driver from Laredo went out of his way and brought me to Waco . My name is Carol Richard .

2/13/23 today I was treated the worst for a service that I paid driver shows up late yet I’m not mad but when I try and talk to him treated with bad service he starts telling me he late yet not my fault but I tell him if he can load the 2 bags and give me a minute my nice is buying a drink at the store where the pick up was says no I can not give u a minute and

I purchased a ticket on the 10th and your associate somehow didn't update website and I damn near froze to death waiting on a bus for two days thas never came. On top of being handle very rudely and hanging up on.

I ask for a full refund for the ticket I never used cause it's obviously yall fault not mines. Still being told no purchased a new ticket. I just want refund if not yall will be hearing from my lawyer and this isn't a joke.

Cause I refuse to b told I can't get my money back for a bus I never got on. This is unacceptable and if I don't hear back soon my lawyer will be on this case and I have witnesses plus yall record every call and know that you all have it on file.

I have been on this bus now for hours with phone going off at rest time this is a three day ride... Greyhound should think about adding headphones, earbuds to each set.

Also in another note the AC is broken in the hot state of Texas I have been riding since Long Beach CA there's no reason not to be able to rest an people should be removed instead of just the driver's saying there going to you should stand by what you say a few of these people are lucky I am not the driver they would have been removed for there disbursement

On or about 2/7/2023 I was at the Tallahassee Florida Greyhound Bus Station heading to Atlanta Georgia as I was entering the bathroom at the Tallahassee Florida Greyhound Bus Station I slip and fell because of the water on the floor. I fell and hit my head and back as well as my arms.

As of 2/8/2023 I am still in pain and having bad headache. I will seek further medical attention when I get to my destination.

Arrived from WI to Lafayette IN. Arrived 2 hours late. Came here for a job. Got fired because being late show what kind employee I am. Spent $260 ticket food drink etc. So 9pm I arrive no job no where to go.

Spent until 3am walking in freeze cold. $25. had to. Clean homeless shelter for staying. Free labor. Got sick. called because late. Called again late. Called again cancelled. Reschedule bus for 12:30. I can only afford partial way home. People driving to pick me up in Chicago from Central WI.

They were half way Chicago said call them when I get Chicago they turned around. They filled tank SUV $100. Used over half tank. $70. Now I wait again for Greyhound to come take me Chicago. They won't come get me until I get Chicago.

This message addresses the problem of your 86535 bus Wednesday, January 26, 2023, from Newark Pennsylvania Station New Jersey, to South Station, Boston Massachusetts. The bus left Newark at 9:05, and left New York, George Washington Bridge at 10:05. It soon reduced its speed to about 30 miles an hour and eventually stopped at a siding in Ardsley, New York.

The driver explained that the engine was malfunctioning but that there was an internal correction that could be applied, and the bus should be ready to depart in an hour. After an hour he informed us that the internal correction was not successful and that he had called for a rescue bus.

i have made 3 lost luggage claims with no response from greyhound whatsoever. i know they had my luggage because Mike the driver called me because my tag had my phone number. My trip was January 5th. it is now 30 days and i have no clothes still.

Each time i made a claim i got an email saying they will contact me. At this point Im just ready to settle for the lost luggage fee and buy some clothes. I am wearing my mothers clothes. This is totally unacceptable from such a long standing business in the United States.

1. Bus driver left mom and infant child at closed station even though she said she would wait for them. By the way it was 10 degrees outside! With nowhere for them to get warm.other passengers told her she was leaving them, she told them to shut up

2. Fist fight almost breaks out she does nothing! THIS WAS DIRECTLY NEXT TO MY CHILD!! The people were allowed to stay on the bus.

3. Food stop wasn't a food stop it was almost 24hr without a actual meal for my kid.

My friend took a greyhound last month and was stranded in Tulsa, Oklahoma… (2 hours to his destinaton) because the bus was 5 hours late. They wouldn’t refund us the remainder so he could just Uber the rest. Tonight was worse though.

I purchased another ticket for him and he arrived at the Houston, tx greyhound station at 9 pm. The bus was scheduled to leave at 2:10 am. He went to smoke and came back at 1:50 am. 20 minutes before it was scheduled to leave.

It had already left when he got there and left him behind in a dangerous area with people asking him for money at 2 am. No one would help him. The security guard and the lady at the counter said he would have to pay to reschedule the ticket for 2:15 pm (12 hours later), and he could only pay cash.

But there was no atm near. His phone…

We booked a bus ticket for my daughter and nephew from and back to college for Christmas break for their safety because of weather. The ride home was seamless. The ride back to college is another story. The bus leaving was 1 hour late to the next stop.

The driver assured us the connecting bus was waiting for them for the transfer. We get the phone call from our kids… the bus left them! My sister and I has to drive the the stop, pick them up and take them back to college 6 hours away.

We have repeatedly called and filed for a refund and have been refused. This was no way our fault. Never again will we be using the grey hound bus system.

I was scheduled to depart from St. Louis, MO at 2:50am and arrive at Memphis, TN at 8:20am this morning. When I arrived at the Greyhound Bus Station at 2:05am, I needed to purchase a baggage ticket. The lady at the ticket desk asked me where was I going.

I told her to Memphis, TN. She told me and another customer that the bus had been cancelled. I told her that I didn't receive an email that the bus was cancelled. She stated that I need to take it up with Greyhound.

I stated that this is very unprofessional and inconvenient for customers. I was really upset because I need to get home. As I walked out the bus station, I call Greyhound Customer Service. I was on the phone with them 53 minutes and 54 seconds.

I had a roundtrip ticket leaving from Sacramento California on 01/07/23 to Louisville Kentucky . The bus was suppose to have me in Los Vegas for my transfer.

However , the Bus ended in Reno Sparks Nevada . A few passengers along with me myself had been stranded. The Reno Sparks Greyhound station was closed . So I got hold of corporate Greyhound customer service, and they gave me a new confirmation number to continue on .

The awful experience is the confirmation reissued ticket from Reno Sparks to Los Vegas didn't leave until the next morning. I had to stand outside in the cold snow until 9am the next morning . The overall trip was disaster because I didn't get to Louisville Kentucky until 01/12/23.

I had a court date 01/11/23 in Louisville Kentucky that I missed due to not being there…

I was in New York Greyhound bus station at approximately 3:50pm and went straight to the gate 84 to join the line. On arrival in Pittsburg, the driver stepped out of the bus and started talking to a greyhound staff about me.

As I was coming off the bus, the driver used profanity towards me and used all the curse words you could imagine. I politely told him I heard all the things he said. When the new driver who took over from him as all passengers to get back on the bus, I did as ordered.

About two minutes after I sat down, the bus driver that drove from New York stepped back on the bus and started cursing me out and issued threats to me. I immediately called 911 to ensure my safety. I my entire time riding with Greyhound, I have never seen a rude, aggressive, angry and thuggish driver…

On Wednesday, December 21st, 2022, I purchased passage aboard a Greyhound bus from New York City to Raleigh, NC. During the first two hours, I began noticing strange behavior from several passengers on board; giving each other apparent gestures, making coughs in repetition as signals, and receiving text message alerts in tandem.

I noticed several passengers in the aisle 'stretch' out their legs, one by one, mere moments between each other, in succession from the back of the bus towards the front. I briefly took a glimpse and noticed three passengers 'moving' an item of clothing up the aisle with their feet.

I concluded that they were organized thieves.

While on my trip from New York to Boston ma I had a very uncomfortable encounter with my greyhound bus driver ticket for schedule @ gate 84 bus #2514 time 5:30pm arrival time to Boston was 9:40pm . This man was making demands for me not to use my cellphone although my headphones were connected .

He would also speak to me through the intercom to tell me he can hear things through my headphones and made me very uncomfortable the entire bus ride. I am a lesbian and I dress like a man would dress so I am very upset about my experience with this man.

I bought non-refundable tickets Jan 4th to leave Jan 5th because I was 100% going to be on the bus. Purchase round trip tickets from Woodburn Oregon to Sacramento California. I arrived an hour early to the bus stop (and waited in my friends car).

As the bus was getting close, I joined the other people that were waiting for the bus at the actual stop. There were three other people waiting for the same bus. From the bus stop we can see the freeway, and we watched the bus get off the freeway and drive right past the bus stop and not stop. One of the other customers called customer service and was talking to them when we watched the bus go back the other way and get back on the freeway without stopping again. The bus tracker said it stopped for a minute when it didn't.

I’ve purchase a ticket leaving from Chicago traveling to Minnesota on January 12-2023 departed at 11:00 get to the bus station around 10:15 so far so good checked in got a bag tag now just waiting to leave around 11:25 am employee for greyhound come over the intercom letting everyone know that 11:00 bus have been cancelled and to come to the service desk to get a ticket reissued for 3:45 ok no big deal stuff happen!!

So everyone is waiting for the 3:45 bus as time passes 3:35 come still no bus now it’s this point I’m very disappointed cause I’m 6 months pregnant trying to make it home to my kids than another employee come over to intercom saying the trip is complete cancelled. I’ve booked a trip leaving from Chicago headed to Minnesota on January 12 2023 for 11:00 am got to the station on time waiting for the bus thinking nothing of it around 11:45. The Greyhound I was on was for Boise to San bernardino. The bus driver got sick and I had to sleep in the bus depot overnight. I missed a very important court date. It cost me a lot of money and missing a very important Court hearing.

My Fiancee went to the greyhound bus station to pick up his son that was just getting out of prison was coming home we had to pick his son up when the lady working at the bus station telling my dude that he couldn't sit up to pick up his son. Because we didn't know what time his bus was coming in.

On January 3rd 2023 we were at the the Lafayette greyhound bus station on lee ave waiting for our bus to come at 5:35 no bus showed up but before that I called the one 800 number to find out what time the bus was coming and was told that it was coming at 7:58 still no bus came and 8:08 pm a bus showed up but it wasn’t our bus to go Atlanta bus that came at 8:08 was only dropping off not picking up cause we had a plane to catch on the fourth of January and

I am a little upset about the delays, and just non communication about the canceled bus that never picked us up, to arriving at the next station and they didn’t know we were coming. These unexpected lay overs have made it so I am gonna miss an appointment.

The thing that irritated me was no one knew anything. I would of thought someone would of talked about why we had 2 straight layovers 5 hours each. Just made this trip miserable for a lot of people. We are now on the road way off schedule.

Absolute disappointment Booked NJ to NY bus Departure at 6:40 am Arrived at 6:20 Bus never arrived Booked a new ticket for 7:40 Bus never arrived Called customer support several times, hardly reached them. They spoke very poor English, couldn't understand clearly.

After talking to different operators finally found out that the bus stop was changed to other locations. We were not notified, there was no sign at the usual bus stop we were waiting, no clue. Called to customer service. They said could change my ticket to 10:15 Did that.

Arrived to a new bus stop. No bus coming. Delayed for one and a half hour. Not sure if it is going to actually arrive.

On Wednesday December 28, 2022 we had 5 bus tickets from Mt Laurel, Nj to New York at 6:40 am. But the bus never showed up. And we waited on the bus stop for about 2 hours and thats when we called the greyhound number and they told us that the bus already stopped at Mt Laurel when they never did.

And it is not just us waiting for 2 hours in the bus stop, it was so many other people like 16 in total. In addition the lady on the phone told us that there was another bus coming at 4:00 pm but I couldn't go at 4:00 pm because I had Christmas shows to go to in New York with my kids.

They were all excited to go because it was a Christmas gift to the radio city hall in New York. Instead on that day we had to rush to Trenton to take a train because we needed to be in New York before 12:00 pm.

My complaint is simple. 15 am. I boarded a greyhound in Nashville Tennessee enroute to a 5am dropoff in Asheville NC. 15 am our bus developed a transmission issue. This forced our driver to proceed on the interstate in the middle of the night at 35 to 40 miles an hour.

We all know there is a minimum speed limit. Our driver did the responsible thing and took the first exit. A mechanic he called who no longer is employed with greyhound advised he reset the computer and sit about an hour.

This was an hour we sat in 7 degree weather. We proceed with the trip. Bus again would only travel 35vto 40 miles an hour. Again our driver exited the highway. Where we waited another 13 plus hours in the cold for a replacement bus. Now. Here's the interesting part.

You can even enjoy your ride and relax with all the inconsiderate people on the bus with they music or movies playing with out using headphones. You pay money and shouldn’t have to listen to this bullshit. It wasn’t just one bus it was all 3 of the buses I had to use on this shity bus ride.

My grandson Ridge was travelling from Sacramento Ca to Medford Or with a stop in Red Bluff, CA on confirmation number 15639628 on Tuesday December 27, 2022. The driver of the bus assaulted my grandson at the stop and beat him severely with an umbrella and put him in the hospital. My daughter drove from Medford Or to pick him up. His back pack is missing and we want to file a complaint starting here. His original departure was from Phoenix AZ to Medford. Schedule GLI446. On 12/24/22 I had a bus ticket from Detroit to Chicago at 6:50 we arrived in south bend Indiana where there station was cold and we were forced to stand outside in 0 degree weather with my child.

Second when the next bus pulled up at 7:47 he didn’t check tickets at all so rude didn’t prioritize the women with children just told everyone to get on the bus. The bus was over crowded people were sitting on their luggage in the aisle way & in the bathroom.
