To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to complain about a abuse by a Greyhound driver (tag number of the bus: 87011) for US Bus 0240 at New York City Port Authority Bus Terminal (Gate # 84). The bus ticket departure time was at 7:00 am, March 23, 2023. It actually departed at 7:08 am.

The bus was supposed to depart at 7:00 am according to the ticket and to the shown info on the on-site bill board at NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal Gate #84. However, 6 minutes passed 7:00 am snd there was no driver on the bus. Neither was there an announcement of delay nor passengers were provided with any information about the delay. Passengers who have boarded the bus, me included, were confused at bus departure time and complaining about the lack of information.

Can't do it in only 100 words!!! I will mail a letter to you detailing the horrific experience a woman and her 4-year old child had in Pittsburgh, PA. Their bus driver had told his passengers that they could disembark and leave their luggage/possessions on the bus and they would be safe.

When 4 or 5 of the passengers returned to where the bus was parked they discovered it was gone WITH THEIR LUGGAGE, PURSE, MONEY, CREDIT CARDS!!!! These people had to sleep on the hard metal benches Friday night (March 6) and wonder what they should do.

They have a trip scheduled at 2:40 and 3:40 , to the same place. They did not have a bus at 2:40, they decided to fit people from the 2 different times in one bus, and we left the station after 4:10 pm (i bought my ticket for the 2:40) we are traveling from Laredo Tx to Houston Tx, its march the 17, the bus does not have AC, feels like an oven.

I want to complain against Arlington Grey Hound Services. I am a senior citizen I canceled two tickets due to my wife's illness. I canceled the ticket on the phone, next day when I went to the greyhound station in Arlinton VA, to get the refund they told me the voucher has been used by someone already and they gave me the names of two Indians who traveled on my voucher.

Am not really surprised when one of the passengers forcefully ejects himself from the bus probably because of the driver's professionalism. Yes I was faraway from the incidence but saw it saw the whole from the back. Please someone needs to have this driver retrained in how drive and his anger.

I purchased 2 tickets to Gainesville Florida paid 547 for these tickets and paid extra for seats. Got to syracuse ny hub. No one there behind counter machine to print tickets. So they scanned my paper that was printed off my computer and got on the bus proceeded to next stop NYC got there to transfer and they told me my ticket was no good gave me a hatd time left me stranded and

took off with luggage now I has to purchase another ticket to get home my luggage who knows where that is. I was on the phone with a representative who was rude and cut me off while asking a question. I informed her that I was a state officer for the state of Louisiana and that I was trying to purchase a ticket for person who was recently released for the correctional center.

I informed her that since the State of Louisiana was making the purchases, the State is required not to pay tax. She stated that she could not sell me a ticket without tax. I then asked for a manager and she stated none was available.

Booked a trip from Tacoma to Nashville. First stop was Spokane. Bus from Spokane to Billings was cancelled. Had to sit in terminal for 25 hours for next bus. Finally got to Billings. Billings to Minneapolis was next run. We're too late for original bus so they send us to Minneapolis to cath the next one at 125 am.

Don't give us updated tickets.

Finally get to Minneapolis and they won't let us on the bus and lock us out in the snow. Now I have to wait until 850 pm tomorrow for next bus. No offer of a hotel room no anything. Just sorry we can't do anything.

I have no positive feedback for this trip!! This was the absolute worst trip I have ever been on and I had been on a few from CT to NC and never was this bad!! So now for the bad points on this trip: My first leg of the trip from CT to NYC was 15 min late which was nothing and didn't even worry about that.

Once arrived at NYC is was a little confused on my next bus and there was nobody in the information booth. I did find an employee that said that I was in the correct terminal# 64 for my next bus.

We left NYC already late and after getting on the highway, the bus started violently shaking and the driver said that we would have to go back to NYC for a different bus after only making it to the Newark bus stop which was another 20 min back. There were no issues until arriving at Washington…

Well this trip after sitting in Denton TX for 2 hours or more waiting on another bus we stopped in Ambrose Oklahoma the driver said we had 15 minutes I went to use the restroom and came back out and she left me and it hadn't been 15 minutes luckily a person from the store got me to Oklahoma City in time to get back on the bus .

Ticket was purchased for my son to travel from Berea, Ky to Atlanta, GA. Bus supposed to depart the bus stop (not a station- just a sign beside the road) at 3:30pm. My son stood in the cold, wind, and rain waiting for the bus to arrive.

It showed up at 7:40pm; 4 hours and 40 minutes late. No notifications or anything. He tracked the bus as he stood in the elements and was extremely late getting to Atlanta; 3:40am in the morning instead of the advertised 11pm. Unacceptable!

I will drive the round-trip 12 hours total before I have my young male child stand beside the road like that ever again. His safety and health is much more important to me than the cost of car rental vs Greyhound bus fare.

I am living in Canada and I booked tickets on your website. Your website does not have a message of the currency. If I booked the bus within Canada, it should show me as Canadian dollars. I think your company lied to me.

Your driver was just going down a residential street the wrong way on a one way and almost hit me as I was driving. The street is alydar court Saratoga Springs NY 12866. His license plate was K10-4554. Happened at 8:40 am today.

Not only was he driving the wrong way he was speeding and almost hit a pedestrian as well.

I purchased tickets for my mother in law and epileptic sister in law to get from Beaumont TX to Kansas City KS they departed on 02-27-2023. When they arrived in Dallas TX their bus arrived and the staff would not let me board along with other people now they are stranded in Dallas and when I called for a refund all I keep getting is "a refund cannot be issued" we spent almost $800 on these tickets just for them to not get used.

Trip from Spfd Mo to Denton Texas leave 5:15 am Departure location was changed and i wasnt notified.

1st bus- driver not friendly at all but good driver. Batnroom was nasty. Other bus drivers not friendly exceot one. But good drivers. Other bathrooms were ok but light out in one of them

Internet service very inconsistant

Most Bus Stations and stops were totally inadequate except for Okla and Little Rock(which was perfect! ) Okla you had to cross street for hot food and drinks which were nonexistent at most stops. Employees not concerned about passengers time limitations

I have never had a more unpleasant experience with any Transport Service in my life not only were the bus drivers rude and disrespectful I actually had one driver threatened to kick me off the bus because the man standing in front of me had smoked marijuana and ripped of it and she was trying to figure out which one of us it was coming from.

On top of that our bus trip took 2 days longer than it was supposed to because they didn't have drivers and in the confusion of all that one of my bags was misplaced on the bus this happened in October it is now February and I am still trying to figure out what happened to my lost bag without a single word back from anyone at Greyhound about it.

I would never recommend Greyhound to anybody

The drivers took my son and dropped him off in the wrong location leaving him stranded in Lake Charles Louisiana. He was suppose to go from Mobile Alabama to New Orleans to Mississippi but ended up headed towards Houston Texas because of driver error.

The bus drivers stated their co workers called in to celebrate Mardi Gras which caused out of town drivers who didn't know what they was doing to lose him in Lake Charles. pm It never showed up. I talked to customer service they said there was no way that they could help me because there was no more buses going out to LA. I don't understand how you guys can sell a ticket and get somebody to their destination but the bus never shows up.

There was no buses boarding from Sacramento to Los Angeles. Customer service refuses to return my money for the ticket that I couldn't even use. I would be filing a lawsuit against Greyhound bus services because you guys are a major company and you can't even do your job right.

You guys are to get the person who purchases the ticket to their destination and you can't even do that!!

I had use my phone flash light while other people had their legs in my way. I didn’t want to trip n fall. Bus driver was very rude not professional! I don’t appreciate her yelling at me. I am regularly customer and I am always traveling back n forth!

She needs to learn customer service voice … bus is so nasty and dirty gross!
