The Groupon I purchased, could not be honored by the seller as it was for a Manny Petty and the owner told me she had no manicurist, therefore could not provide that service. I tried, and tried to secure a refund from Groupon, which, in another self was a terrible experience.

I provided all the information they requested but to this day have still never received a refund for service that I never received. This company is a scam. It is horribly run. It is next to impossible to communicate properly with the company and they just run you around in circles . Very dishonorable.

I will never ever ever do business with this company again as long as I live.

I’ve bought many Groupons for my trip to Branson. It’s coming up in a week, and so far 3 deals that I’ve tried to reserve aren’t legitimate. I’m really afraid that none of them are going to work! I spent a huge chunk of my vacation money on Groupons and I need to know what to do about the ones that are not legit.

I purchased tickets in May VIA GROUPON to a throwback concert for The Offspring, Sum 41, and Simple Plan. We were meeting up with other friends who also bought tickets via Groupon for their families. " I checked my email and no such notification from Groupon was sent letting me know of this cancellation, which would have given me time to purchase again.

I can't call Groupon (no working customer service number) so I try their live chat. Live chat tells me the merchant cancelled my tickets. the location of tonights concert. They said they didn't cancel my tickets I would have to talk to Groupon.

Concert tickets purchased on the website are 100% non-transferrable. You can't even print them to give away for free. Every concert I've ever gone to has had a method of transferring tickets. These are concert tickets not someone's personal identity.

I purchased Nights at London Zoo tickets from Groupon. The QR codes for admittance were emailed directly to me so at no time did I have to have any contact with London Zoo. Quite by chance today I discovered that the evening I booked is being done in conjunction with something else, which had I known about I would never have booked that date.

There was no mention of this anywhere in Groupon’s offer. Whilst I I understand that you operate a no refund/exchange policy on live events I am extremely disappointed that despite explaining the situation to at least three of your agents they just kept referring to this policy and the ‘fine print’.

As this issue arose due to lack of information on Groupon’s part I don’t feel it’s unreasonable to want a refund from you, especially as I’m now going…

Hello,

I am a groupon merchant. There was a security breach on my account in which someone went in to redeem all my customer groupon vouchers, changed my bank account information and payments were made to that banking account. I have notified Groupon and they have been giving me the run around. Everytime I call they tell me they escalated the situation. I haven't been paid in 30 days and I am at risk of loosing my business. Please advise.

I purchased a GroupOn on May 7, 2023 on the app. The instructions say to allow 24 hours for the order to be completed. 48 hours later the order was still showing processing and saying to check back. I emailed Customer Support to alert them of the situation.

At that same time I also noticed that GroupOn had charged me twice. Two weeks (10 days) later I reached out to Chat Support as I was unable to get any resolution. Unfortunately, after chatting with 3 or 4 different agents the issue still persists today 6/1.

The order still shows processing and I cannot access the voucher.

I signed up for Grouon in 2018, and I thought it was just for that tax season. Five years later, I get a call from a lady that she purchased a coupon from them, so I felt obligated to honor it.

I am very customer service oriented. I had no idea what was going on, so I called Group On, and they said I would be getting paid $125, which is very little for the service I offered. I told them to cancel the ads.

Later, I only got paid $75. I called back, and they said they were running a promotion. This is unconscionable, and they should be put out of business. I imagine they've ripped off probably millions of others this way. They are thieves.

I purchased a groupon deal for $14 for 2 hrs. of bowling at Ally Gatorz Gainesville,Fl. My daughter and I redeemed the coupon at this establishment and were assigned a lane. During the first game we noticed the pin reset equipment was malfunctioning by dropping pins and giving incorrect scoring on monitor.

We asked to be moved to another lane and were told none were available. They tried to repair the problem every 25-30 min. To no avail. This was happening about 20% of our time spent here. Therefore many minutes were wasted for repairs during our 2 hr. allotment.

Management would not give any form of credit and was very rude. I am requesting a refund for not getting the full 2 hr. bowling experience with working equipment that I paid for.

Got a Groupon for kids activities. Showed up at the place and the activities weren’t available due to staff not being there. Groupon refused to refund and actively go out of the way to accept any responsibility for exposing customers to fraudulent businesses.

I've been using groupon for many years and I've probably bought close to 300 groupons total. In the past 6 months to one year I have had about 25 groupons stolen by someone. I noticed them just missing from my account.

I was wondering if you could look into this fraud and see if you can tell me if there's any IP address or Mac address that is unusual that is using my account to track this person down. I have a list of the missing groupons that I can remember if you need them.

Someone must be using my identity fraudulently. Or they have my password that I have tried to change but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Please help me figure out what to do and let me know As soon as you get a chance.

They deactivated my account for no reason when I tried to purchase a Groupon because I had over $100 in my account. ”I’m not the 1st this has happened to and this is so wrong and because this is the second time I’ve had a problem with Groupon(my second time using Groupon as well) I won’t be using the company a day in my life and

The day after I received an email thanking me for my purchase. I bought 4 Universal Studios Hollywood tickets that consisted of 2 adult tickets and 2 children tickets. The only day I used the first day was in October 29th. Then I wanted to use them tomorrow for my second day and it says it was redeemed November 14th all 4 tickets.

I contacted Groupon and they could not help me and said maybe I hit redeemed on the tickets but it doesn’t make sense. I didn’t accidentally hit redeem on each ticket on November 14th and Universalstudioshollywood takes a fingerprint of the adult tickets so now I’m reaching out to them for proof that my tickets were not redeemed.

I am so disappointed that Groupon doesn’t help me and this will be the last time I ever buy anything on their site! They have went downhill!

Is there a star less than one?? Groupon doesn’t even deserve that! I bought a special anniversary gift of an afternoon tea for my elderly parents. On your website it says, “pick a time now or after you buy”. What an absolute joke, the trouble I’ve had trying to book a date.

Nowhere online to find availability, hotel says not our problem. Then on two occasions trying to speak to customer service via an agent online. The first time nobody responded then ask we speak I remain online waiting for coming up to an hour!

My problem is, apart from dealing with you, is that since I purchased the voucher there are only 3 dates left until the voucher expires. What am I meant to do? What should have been a nice treat for my parents has been a massive pain in the arse.

Please sort something out for me…

Placed order with groupon on 9th Oct. Allowed the 7 working days for it to be delivered. It’s now 8th now and still waiting. Contacted the company directly but that was no use, so now trying to get refund from groupon but keep getting told to contact company directly. Item # 1543860865 Mercant Voucher: Oneness Spa I received a message from Groupon 10-21-2022 stating that “due to unforeseen circumstances” they had to “cancel this deal” and that they had “automatically issued a full refund to the form of payment originally used for the purchase”. I replied, requesting Groupon Bucks in lieu of a refund because I had purchased the voucher using a gift card and explained that once the card's available funds were used, I had, naturally, disposed of the gift card.

I have contacted you many times (Dane Drobny and La Trice) and forwarded a stop and desist letter from my attorney (attached) for a business using my trade name on groupon to steal my customers. I purchased a voucher for 2 gondola rides which was used last week in Banff Alberta. I paid Total: $96.60 but on my MasterCard was billed $133.00. Was surprised when i saw my bill for $133 online. Realized later it was because of US exchange. Why would groupon charge That much more when the total on my receipt is Total: $96.60. This is a Canadian attraction!

Groupon should specify if it is Canadian (C) or (US) dollars when someone is paying Instead of putting in some small print about it. I believe this is false and misleading representation and deceptive marketing practices.

When I put in my credit card for payment there was no mention of US exchange , I only noticed this when I checked my MasterCard statement.

I booked a reservation from September 25 until September 30th for my granddaughters second birthday. I needed to revise my reservation at the Grove Resort in Orlando. I called the resort and they told me I could but, because I purchased it thru Groupon I would have to make the changes thru Groupon.

Because of Hurricane Ian I needed to change the reservation for the next week. I contacted you and no one called me back to so I could explain that all I wanted to do was revise the reservation to the next week.

I have no complaints about the times I have purchased deals through Groupon,but I do have a query. My query is this... I would like to know why any of the weekend away breaks/mid week breaks all fly from mainland UK,and none from Belfast International or George Best airports.

I would love to go on quite a few of these trips but when the cost of return flights to the mainland are added on,it is not a nice cheap break. Would it at least be possible to have a few that could depart from either airport in Belfast as I think more people would use them if they were convenient enough

I was told I was refunded 4 Groupons amounting in $563 3 months ago! On my orders it reflects I was refunded but I have never been given a refund. I have reached out on email and live chat and I have never gotten through to anyone without them saying “I will escalate this”.

The worst customer support I I have ever experienced. I spoke to 4 different customer support agents, all left the conversation and did not resolve anything. All I wanted was my Groupon bucks back since their merchant cancelled my appointment last minute.

If I would have cancelled last minute I would have lost my Groupon, but I can’t even get them to add my Groupon bucks back. Their customer support has no idea what they are doing, I should actually get compensated for this cancellation and instead I am having to spend over an hour just to get my money back.

If I could give a 0 star I would.

However, the order did not go through to Goldstar. Then Groupon told me to contact Goldstar. I did and the response is no order under the email associated with the order. But Groupon still kicked me back to Goldstar which is non-reasonable at all.

Auto detail service. Could not contact by phone as mailbox was full. I drove to the facility and was approached. I explained about my Groupon and after some communication issues, I was told they could do it right then. While I was in the car, 4 men approached and began washing my car.

No instruction and it was a bit intimidating. After the service was completed, I was told I owed $5 more because I had an SUV. My car is a Kia Soul. The man was blocking me from access to my door so I gave him $5.

He remained directly in front of me apparently waiting for a tip. Feeling quite nervous, I handed him another $5 and he then moved aside. It was a very frightening experience.

I placed an order on August 11 and did not get an email response back saying the order went through. I waited one hour and redid the order and got a response back confirming the order went through within a minute after I placed the order.

I then wrote to Groupon saying if that first order went through but you failed to send me an email confirming that cancel it. I got no response back until four days later saying if you still need assistance contact us via Groupon which did no good they took the money out twice and also added a third item onto my order which I did not order.

None of Groupon‘s phone numbers work for customer service. Everything is done online. They do not give an email address in which to email them from. On their sites, they give an email option, however attaching any file is way down at the bottom and in accessible, therefore not allowing you to attach a file. All of my 2022 purchases have been deleted from my account and only three from 2021 show up. I only have one email address I have ever used. Somehow, they have lost all of my other purchases even though they were all purchased with the same visa.

The number supplied on Google is for o2 not yourselves. I bought an aiwit doorbell and it will not connect to WiFi. I've tried for six weeks. I have everything I need for connection. I've tried contacting aiwit but like yourselves, there's no person to talk to no contact detail's.

Set up an appointment based off Groupon add spoke with the owner several times to confirm, she changed the appt 3 times and still never showed. I cannot get Groupon to come up clearly on my computer. I've been trying for WEEKS and all I get is a fuzzy picture every time I select an item. And no matter what I do it won't allow me to access the items. #$%%$##!!!!!!

I also can't open "Chat" and until today, did not know you even had a toll free number. I've pretty much given up on ordering ANYTHNIG more from Groupon!!!!!!
