While vacationing in Aruba, my daughter and I decided to visit the city to purchase a memory card for her camera. We traveled to the city in our swimsuits, jean shorts and I had on water shoes, while she wore Hermes sandals.
My daughter's bathing suit was made like a tube top and on the bottom she had on the jean shorts (so you therefore could not see her shorts). Me, on the other hand, had on a full swimsuit that exposed my back.

Im having a very big issue with customer care specialists and the service team responsible to repair my messenger bag. They have denied the ticket due to “poor condition” of my bag. This comment is directed to the company's management. Bought a gucci watch as a gift from Bloomingdale store in San Diego, but they were out of gucci gift bag. The staff referred me to a gucci store 2 mins away (in San Diego Fashion Valley mall) to request for a bag (I had not been aware that there was a gucci store around) apparently based on some precedent.
Went there right away with the gift still in my hand, but was told by one personnel that they did not give out bags and then by the manager the same! I bought a bracelet which was very delicate for £2000 and it needed to be bent to get on the wrist . 12weeks later it snapped so obviously a design fault or fault in the metal. Sent pics to Gucci and they simply came back and said wear and tear.

I brought a navy blue Gucci belt from you over a year ago and it turned completely black. Gucci agreed to fix the belt, they sent me a FedEx label to return the belt to them to repair. They kept my belt from November 2021 until April 2022 and when I received the belt back it was the exact way I sent it, they never repaired it.

Went to GucciI store at Ceasers Forum Shop Las Vegas to exchange belt. Upon entrance to store associate, (tall whilte male, named possibly Cody) hassled over mask placement rather than focus on exchange of item. My wife and I had to usher ourselves to find the proper exchange item.
Once found the young tall white male associate finalized sale, which after handed bag to my wife in a very rude fashion, and literally told us to get out. As if we are children. I have a major complaint on a Gucci staff at the Orlando location in Millenia mall. Her name is Flavia. I went to the Gucci store to purchase multiple things, i was assisted by Flavia which i regret! I took my Gucci belt to the King of Prussia to be repaired. 00 credit for another. I went back to the King of Prussia store, they didn't have it in stock. So i ordered it and opted to have it shipped to my home (i live in New Jersey which is about 40 miles away).

I have purchased several of your "rubber" band style watches from Macy's each costing approx. $500 apiece. 3 of the watches bands broke. I was told that I had to send them back to Gucci to be repaired. So that's what I did.

For a luxury brand, I got a pair of eye glasses. The frames which have been rarely used for 18 months now have a broken screw. A screw - not rocket science! I take it to the official Gucci store in Dubai - who keep it for 5 days and then tell me the glasses and frames are useless as the screw has broken.

I asked the salesperson Kairi as I saw the same watch at one of their dealers in Tampines Mall (Vincent Watches) at a 20% discount which is still on-going.

I am a retailer and sold a Gucci watch to a customer which was bought back to me by the customer stating it stops at 12 every day it was not the battery the movement was bad the customer had it less than 6 months.
