I purchased a hamilton Beach flexbrew. It was great In the beginning fast forward, 8 months, light goes out and it continues to steam and let water out for a couple of seconds. And then, of course, now my coffee cup is filled to the machine. I've tried everything.

I know how to do when I call customer service I get. It's too late. Your pot is out of warranty and there's nothing we can do to fix it. So basically, you just said too bad lady buy another pot. No more. I am so disgusted.

I will never buy a Hamilton beach coffee pot as long as I live.

My single cup coffee maker is leaking so I called the customer number on the manual. The message directs all callers to the Hamilton Beach website - they no longer maintain live support. In order to access any information on the website, you must first agree to accept all cookies including advertising cookies. e.

they're selling your information as a condition of accessing any kind of support for their products. I know of no other company that does this and will avoid buying any Hamilton Beach products in the future.

They do not warranty their products. Neither does Walmart. For the microwave in August it is now July it was faulty. It'll shut off anytime it wants. Walmart says I have to contact Hamilton Beach. And we did they were supposed to send me an email that never came.

So people do not buy Hamilton Beach products.

I have tried 3 or 4 times to explain my problem and I keep getting the run around from the "chat service" I have a food steamer. It works great. I have no complaints about how it works. I use it a lot.

My only problem is the lid is cracked and the pull handle keeps coming loose. I have tried to describe my problem and all I get in reply is "how did it happen or how was it damaged. I dont know how it happened, I assume just through use.

I'm not expecting a fee lid I would just like to know if can purchase a new one and how much it would be. I have tried the US website but they don't sell products in Canada because there is no listing for provinces just states.

I would like someone to contact me and help me resolve this issue. I have 2 different Hamilton Beach products and I find them…

I bought a quesadilla maker back in Dec of 2022, used it about 3 times and the hinge snapped off and broke the latch that held the lid closed and it caused me to burn my finger. I contacted HB, sent pictures, and was going back and forth a few weeks until the finally sent me a pre-paid UPS label to return it to me to evaluate.

5 months go by and no word, finally Jessica N. Savage, Legal Claims Administrator of Hamilton Beach Brands, Inc. got back to me saying " Unfortunately, since there is not a defect with the unit, we will not be sending you a refund" This is the second unit that did the same thing, how is it not a product defect!

So I made her send me back my broken quesadilla maker.

Whether you use a website or phone number, you will not get any help. I finally was put in touch with a “virtual assistant “ at Hamilton Beach, but after explaining AGAIN that all I wanted was a replacement basket for my coffeemaker, I was sent to a commercial site that “ answers your questions “ for $5!!!

If you were trying to lose customers and start a word of mouth campaign to NEVER buy from your company, you are achieving your goal. Unless I hear from you with an apology and an offer to actually give me some customer service, we are done. We purchased a glass kettle and reported to you it did not seat properly on its base. You have sent a replacement with exactly the same problem TWICE. It is obvious that there is no quality control and nobody bothers to check the item being sent.

This lack of care for users is unacceptable and I would like this complaint to be escalated to someone with some responsibility who will ensure the two parts fit together properly!!!! I tried to phone on 6 different numbers and you are just not reachable.

My number is 250 532 2365. This was supposed to be a present for our daughter who is currently boiling water in a pan.......!!!!!!!!!!

I received a brand new in the box, never been used Hamilton Beach MultiBlend Blender model 58159. When I unpacked it, I noticed that the plastic lid for the food chopper attachment was broken. I simply need a new lid.

It’s impossible to talk to a human or fill out a request without paying with a credit card. Worst customer service ever. I will never buy a Hamilton Beach product again. Please just send me a new lid.

I bought your Hamilton Beach brew station Modle 47050 and received it on Sept 26, 2022. This coffee maker continues to make a boiling sound even after the coffee has brewed. It does not come and go it is continual and very loud.

Kenneth my customer service agent told me this is very normal, which I beg to differ because I have owned 3 other coffee makers exactly the same and none have ever done this. I told him I felt as if it was defective, he said that did not fall under the warranty.

So apparently you do not cover defective brew stations. Normal , normal, normal was all he could say and gave me no solution what so ever. He was not helpful at all.

I bought a expensive coffee maker and it’s defected and it’s under a year and they refused to give me the glass pot so now I can’t use the whole coffee pot you can’t get anybody on the phone to let them understand what had happened the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced all I do is get arguing on an email instead of being able to talk to a human being They asked for the invoice from Amazon I sent it they asked for me to communicate with them in email I did everything they asked and

I received a new Hamilton Beach food processor from my mother Christmas 2020, I have been using a rival food processor for over 20 years with no issues, excellent product! I used the new Hamilton Beach under 10 times, only to grate cheese and now it doesn’t even work.

It is literally still brand new. Contacted customer service and was told they would do nothing for me since I had no receipt and it was out of warranty. Offered no help to repair, replacement, nothing… just a 15% discount on a new product.

I have no faith in their products and their customer service! No thank you! I am obviously not out to get a new product, just exchange and they wouldn’t even consider it, this food processor is literally still brand new. Awful customer service!

I BOUGHT A NEW HAMILTON BEACH IRON A FEW DAYS AGO.

FIRST TIME I USED IT, IT LEAKED REALLY BAD IN THE OPENING WHERE YOU PUT WATER IN. CALLED HAMILTON BEACH COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND ME ANOTHER IRON BUT I HAD TO PAY SHIPPING. SHIPPING COSTS ARE HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE IRON.

AND WHAT IF THAT IRON LEAKS TOO. IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE. NOT RIGHT! I DID RETURN IT TO WALMART AND THEY GAVE ME A FULL REFUND. I JUST THINK THERE SHOULD'VE BEEN A BETTER WAY TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION.

NOT BUYING ANYMORE PRODUCTS FROM HAMILTON BEACH.

In reference to your toaster mod# 22811E, s/n A2181DL: this model in my opinion has three design flaws: (1); the electrical cord exits the front of the toaster instead of the rear, requiring the cord to either wrap around the outside of the toaster or run under it in order to reach the electrical outlet. (2): the "crumb- catcher" catches only a fraction of the crumbs; and, whenever, you happen to bump into the toaster, a load of crumbs spills out onto the counter.

(3): the "trough" of "indentation" that runs around the top of the toaster acts as its own "crumb-catcher" requiring you to find a tool of some sort to clean out the collected crumbs. My hope is that a few minor design changes to this model to address these problems will make it the most-desired toaster on the market. Sincerely,…

Bought a Hamilton beach countertop oven with rotisserie & convection two days ago. I'm taking it back to the store for refund . Problem is had it turn on to cook chicken check it out by opening up the door, burnt my hand on the oven door.

My son then check it out and found that the hole oven is very , very hot. The door the sides and the top is so hot that it can cause serious burns. If a small child would have touch it anywhere they would have serious burns.

This is a lawsuit just awaiting to happen. I can send pictures of my burns to show the seriously it does.

This coffee maker is a waste of money. I have had it about three months and it gets worse every day. We were never able to program it other than set the time. It started leaking from the bottom after only a few uses.

Now it floods my counter every time. It is the Model #46203. I am on a low fixed income and can't afford another coffee maker, so am keeping a towel handy to soak up leak. It has also always taken a long time to brew.

I purchased the Hamilton Flex Brew. I poured the water in to make coffee and most of it came out of the bottom, spilling all over the countertop, down the cabinets and onto the floor. This is the second time this has happened.

The original coffee pot was replaced by the company because it did the same thing. So, this is the new coffee maker that was sent to me to replace the first one. Waiting for your response thank you

Too bad I can't give a ,minus star rating. DON'T expect customer service from these people. I called them for help when my Flex Brew wouldn't stop scrolling "Clean". After waiting over an hour, twice, on the phone, I sent an email.

They insisted I turn the unit over, even though I'm disabled, and get a number from the bottom. That broke the single-serve lid. Then they told me to cut the cord, take a picture, send that to them, pay the shipping (in advance) and they would send another unit.

When I said that they should pay the shipping, that it was a faulty unit, they said no. When I asked that they just replace the lid, they said they can't. They don't answer the phone, they don't provide ANY customer service, and they don't care.

Bought HB 12 cup programmable drip coffee maker. Had it less than a year. Hot plate has never kept coffee hot. Plate only gets warm. The Brew Control Selector has NEVER worked. Stats on Regular, only, so I have to use extra grinds.

I clean my machine and carafe, refularly with White distilled Vinegar. I have tried HB customer service. Long wait times. Call back feature selected... NO RETURN CALLS! Wow. Just, wow. Trying to find trouble shoot online for this topic, forget it. Nowhere.

Frustrated, I even tried a 1:1 chat, online. I get some guy from Just Answer; and for $5, they’ll enroll me in a monthly service. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I called a different division of HB appliances and was told: so sorry.

Hamilton Beach FlexBrew Coffee Maker starter leaking out the bottom after only 60 days. I purchased this to replace my old Hamilton Beach coffee maker that always worked fine. Phoned 800 number and left a call back number 2 times as the phone wait was 40 minutes.

Never received a call back so called third time and was told the wait time was 45 minutes. I waited 80 minutes and no one ever answered. Customer service stinks. I always bought Hamilton Beach products, but never again and that goes for friend and family.

I purchased a Hamilton Beach toaster on January, 9, 2019. It quit working on Feb, 26, 2019. It has a ninety day warranty plus, I purchased an extended the warranty for one year. After finally contacting someone at 800-851-8900, I was in for another surprise.

49 to return the toaster to Hamilton Beach. The toaster cost twenty-two dollars, no one would pay that amount to return it. I told the lady I spoke with I will crush it with a large hammer and throw it in the trash.

I will never buy another Hamilton Beach product.

Hamilton Beach toasters model T95 This unit does not toast evenly on both sides of the bread. The left or right side is the same only toast on one side of the bread. This is the second Hamilton Beach toaster we have purchased with the same problem.

I am a Quality Assurance Engineer and have been in product manufacturing and testing for over 40 years and this product is one of the worst produced that I have found on the market. We are completely dissatisfied with Hamilton Beach products and will no longer support them.

Bought a coffee pot with both the pot and kcup. kcup doesn't work and the coffee pot is starting not to work. very disappointed. Got it at Walmart and don't have a receipt or the box. This is less than a month old.

After the money we spent and the brand name didn't think I had to keep receipt but I will think twice next time.

In Dec 2017 we purchased a Hamilton Beach Belgian Waffle Maker with copper plates. Our previous waffle iron had worn out and needed replacement. This waffle iron has a major problem in that the handles get extremely hot making it really easy for a customer to burn their fingers in attempting to remove the waffle when it is finished.

I have to use a paper towel (doubled over) or a hot pad to open the waffle maker when in use. This is, unquestionability, not ok and needs to be corrected. In that regard, I am very disappointed in this waffle maker and expected more from the Hamilton Beach product.

I have purched two coffee maker brew station units models 47900, and within one year or less the coffee pot tank keeps leaking from the bottom of the tank. What ever is in the tank to stop the coffee from leaking out dose not work.

I like your coffee maker. If not i will have to find a new company to buy a coffee maker from. net 12/9/18

We received the Hamilton Beach Hot Water Pot Featured for 39.99 last year as a 'white elephant' gift exchange. The switch to turn on does not work. We want to return for a new one. We thought we registered it but do not remember. This should not have happened within one year. Please help as we are both tea drinkers and miss this wonderful product.

My Brew Basket on 49996 A1251CE fell apart after 5 months of use in 2018. I called to obtain a replacement and was told to call again in a month. Checked your website and still not available. Called customer service and was told model discontinued.

FlexBrew was given as Xmas gift 2017 after my husband died and I no longer needed more than a cup of coffee. Have purchased Hamilton Beach appliances over the years and very disappointed at this outcome.

bought a brand new microwave on July 18 at Wal-Mart in Thunder Bay ON .. on or about Sept 10/18 when l used to heat up coffee there was a noise coming from inside the microwave sounded like a wheel needed greasing and today Sept 15 it really started making noise like the wheel was screeching or whatever that is that turns the plate inside.

After wearing out several Hamilton Beach Brewing Stations, over the past 8 to 10 years. I was very disappointed with my last purchase of one. After using for about three months, it started leaking a small amount of water on the cabinet under the coffee maker.

It has now started to leak clear water around the heating plate.

I recently won at my church auction ,your mixer,Model # 62691/B1271CE.New/never opened/sealed.I loved the idea of a stand up that holds the beaters.The first time I used it,something snapped,the plastic part that holds the beater in,BROKE..I was crushed.Now only 1 beater can be used,which is right.I will never purchase anything with your brand.

I purchased a Hamilton Beach Microwave (model number HB-P90D23AP-ST) in September of 2016. It was working fine until today, November 28, 2016; about 2 months since the purchase date. This morning I got up, and as is my habit I filled a container with water and placed it in the microwave to heat for instant coffee. I set the timer and pressed the start button, and a bright flash and buzzing noise immediately came from the back of the microwave. I called Hamilton Beach 1-800-851-8900 at around 10:00 or 10:30, spoke to a young women she asked what can I help you with. I told her my coffee craft handle was broken on the rim of the pot, she asked me the model number which is 49983, she told me I could get a replacement carafe at no cost and shipping was free it would cost me no money, when she asked me the serial number, she told me it was on the back of the appliance, I told her I would have to call back. I ordered 2 Hamilton Beach items from the corporate website to fix my coffee maker the flexbrew. I ordered these items on march 10 2016. They took my money from my credit card but have failed to send me my items its been 10 days now.

I purchased a Hamilton Beach microwave 6 years ago from Wal-Mart, and it is in great condition. Accept for, when it is in use. Therefore, as the wheels rotate they are peeling off the paint and creating sparks while the microwave is on.

My family and I have stopped using it, afraid that it might start a fire. Please advise.
