I purchased a hamilton Beach flexbrew. It was great In the beginning fast forward, 8 months, light goes out and it continues to steam and let water out for a couple of seconds. And then, of course, now my coffee cup is filled to the machine. I've tried everything.
I know how to do when I call customer service I get. It's too late. Your pot is out of warranty and there's nothing we can do to fix it. So basically, you just said too bad lady buy another pot. No more. I am so disgusted.
I will never buy a Hamilton beach coffee pot as long as I live.
