I had reserved a room days in advance and when i came the same day kf my stay they had given it away and said they did not have anymore i spoke with the person when reserving my room and i was also told the prices were cheaper than what i was charged!

Very disappointing and i would like a refund. The front desk lady lied to us twice

Hello my name is Michelle, my stay here was scary not only there was a lot of creeps. Around the hotel, drug activities and roaches. Besides that, the hotel that I am in is under construction. I arrived Thursday night on Friday morning.

They started working at 7:30 in the morning drilling and I cannot sleep. I understand that is under construction work. But at the same time, they should have consideration that people are sleeping.

We always stop at this Hampton Inn in Ringgold, Georgia on way to Florida. We have never had any problems. We were there July 22, 2023 and experienced a bad time at your breakfast bar. Food was great but extremely messy.

Waffle Machine was running over everywhere with batter. Batter was on floor and being tracked ALL over. Waffle Machine was not functioning properly. I was taking out waffle and machine fell in my right hand burning it to black quickly.

Went to front desk to let them know and had to ask for a band-aid and he gave me some cream and said I'm sorry. I don't believe he even went to check on anything. I never saw the girl come out form the black if kitchen area to address anything.

I am a Hilton Honors member #1661870335 and I stayed with my wife at the Hampton Inn Pittsburgh University Center from 7/10-7/12/23 ton participate in the National Senior Games. I had never been to Pittsburgh so I was pleased to see the hotel had a shuttle service to the David Lawrence Convention Center.

We changed rooms and later that evening my wife was looking for something she dropped to find the area under the bed was unclean. We arrived early for breakfast they next morning so we could be sure we'd be able to use the shuttle.

Truly Disappointed

I am an honors member and have always liked Hampton Inns. This was a nice-looking hotel in a fantastic location; however, I was disappointed in this hotel for several reasons:

I made reservations three (3) months in advance. I requested a room opposite the interstate side, away from elevators and exits, if possible. I realized on the online reservations comments section that the hotel would try to meet my requests but there was no guarantee.

To my surprise when we arrived I was assigned room #202. This room was right next to not one but two elevators…exactly what I didn’t want. These elevators were extremely loud and noisy and a bell would always sound when it arrived. I…

I don’t have a complaint about the staff. From July 12-17 I stayed at Hampton Inn Newport News Va 12251 Jefferson. There were 3 of us. We had a double queen accommodation. There was a desk area with 1 chair.

There was no other seating in the room. WHO EVER HEARD OF A ROOM ACCOMMODATION WITH NO PLACE TO SIT BESIDES THE BED? There was room for a loveseat even a sofa. It was an uncomfortable stay to say the least.

They really need to outfit these rooms with seating. It was RIDICULOUS!!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn - Sturgis, Michigan on July 22. The room rates including taxes was $181.00 plus 50 dollars for our small dog.

We've stayed at numerous Hampton Inn's and I'm happy to report a wonderful experience at all of them, until now.

My complaint starts at the from desk with your representative. It's not his fault, but his accent was so heavy I could barely understand him. "I'm not from America," he informed me.

The elevator floor was a sticky mess with litter. The room was not as clean as someone would expect from a Hampton Inn. I had to call twice to get access to WiFi. The water pressure was weak. The TV did not offer NBC as an option (which is why I missed the British Open on Sunday morning.

To whom it may concern, I want to discuss my distressing experience I encountered during my stay at Hampton Inn on July 23,2023. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was greeted by an unenthusiastic receptionist who seemed disinterested in providing quality customer service. M.

I did’nt get my room until 3:50 because there were no rooms ready and no apologies for the delay. As I entered my room, I was met with an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay like someone had been smoking in the room.

I'd like to report about a recent stay I had im Bloomington Indiana at the Hilton at Hampton. There were children running around and cleaning rooms, why are kids cleaning rooms?? That's unsafe and illegal. There was a blonde child running around cursing and saying obscenities in front on my toddler.

The short brown haired worker was chasing them around and my teenager saw the worker smoking some stinky stuff in her silver car in the parking lot. The room was disgusting and had black marks all around the tub

I stayed at needles Ca. I had been on the road with 2 kids for 5 days. Everyone was tired so we promised the kids we would stop early so that they could swim and relax a bit. When I checked in I was told there is know pool even though the web site said there was.

I needed to do laundry and they had no laundry detergent. Our room had no lotion, shower gel, or hair conditioner. The walls are paper thin, we were woken at 3:00 am by the guy next door that was hacking and clearing his throat several times.

I asked to be compensated and was told since I spent the night there was nothing they could do. My member number 531396247 I spend a lot of time traveling and if this is the way you treat your members then maybe I need to look into another hotel chain

the Hampton Inn in North Kingstown Rhode Island was supposed to charge my room to a company credit card and ended up charging my personally card . then they won't give me my money back even after my bank send them the paperwork and they didn't do as the bank asked .

That is 900 dollars of my personal money I am out of that I need to live on. the manager argued with me and told me what to do. I did and still no money I need that money asap .

Made reservation for 2 nights at Hamtohn Inn & Suites 718 Bypass Road, Wiliamsburg VA. Reservation was made through Hilton Honors on line for a room with two beds and an accessible bathroom. Because of our specific needs we were advised to contact the Hotel directly to see if the room would meet our needs.

Called twice and told to speak to the Manager, Viktoriia. On third call, the Desk Clerk said that she could help us, put us on hold while she checked the room and came back to confirm it was what we required.

We did not get her name. Our requirement was that the room have a attached bench seat in the shower or bath. Upon checking in (7/16/23) we found that the room had an "accessible" bathtub there was a light weight backless bench seat that was neither sturdy or stable in the tub.…

We stayed at Hampton Inn in Valdosta, Ga at 2 Meeting Place on July 16, 2023. We were definitely not happy with our stay at this Hampton Inn. In my opinion, this hotel does not qualify to be affiliated with the Hilton.

This hotel is completely outdated, dingy, dirty, filthy carpet in the hallway, and our TV did not work. The hotel was noisy. It sounded like a motor turning on and off all night.

Also could hear people running around on floor above us. This is the worst Hampton Hotel I have stayed at!! Certainly is changing my opinion of Hilton Hotels. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and helpful.

My family and I were staying at your Hampton Inn located in Naperville, IL at 1087 E. Diehl Road this past weekend, on Friday, July 14 and Saturday, July 15 (although we had to leave unexpectedly at approximately 11:30 p.m.).

First of all the Front desk girl needs to go!!! She is rude and mean! We went into our room #218 and the mirror on the closet door was broken! I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Auburn Hills South MI. when getting ready to shower the doors were off the track and almost fell on me. I had to force them back so they would not fall. I barely got them open enough to squeeze in and had to leave them open when showering.

when informing the desk clerk upon checking out they said that maintenance was already told about it but had NOT repaired them yet ! My wife was unable to use the shower in fear of being severely injured ! This room should NOT have been rented out until repairs were made.

Hampton Inn corporate should be ashamed of themselves. I accidentally booked the wrong Hampton Inn in suburban Cincinnati. They would not allow me to transfer to the correct Hampton. an 80% cancelation fee? The Hampton Rep, Carson, lost all sense of humanity and just read a script from a paper and repeated the same response over and over again to every question. Where is the understanding?

This was an honest mistake and was not canceling, but modifying the reservation. There is too much competition to stay at this hotel in the future.

We have been staying at the chesterfield mi Hampton Inn for several months and booking two rooms each week for work. All of the rooms have been great as well as the continental breakfast, as well as all of the employees except for a woman named Mel, she has a terrible attitude and her customer service is worse each week we stay.

She comes down an hour before the pool closes and fills the hot tub so that it's cold to force people to leave before 10 because she wants to get out on time, her words not mine. She has a very snark response that is almost robot like no matter the situation.

My room was lovely and fine. I had an issue with the WI-FI . The young lady at the desk tried to be helpful but to no avail. I’m not blaming her , but wished to speak to the management to get the solution fixed.

I was told she had departed for the day and I could not contact her. I called corporate and spoke with “Stephen” and he brushed me off and said there was nothing he could do. He was rather curt. I have been a Hilton Member for many years and expected better treatment.

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton in Fairmont,WVA on May10,2023. com. A. Few day later the Hampton billed us again. com and her. com needed to take action when in truth Hampton made the error. Several wks went by and she hung up on me twice.

53 for a one night stay at Hampton Inn Durango, co. My emailed receipt showed this amount. My check in did not include any "incidental charge fees" or a mention of them. 53 with no mention of a pending incidental fee. 53.

I called Durango directly and was told it was an incidental fee in case of damage or "additional services used. Anywhere else we have stayed, and we stay in a lot of hotels/motels/inns, have mentioned when booking or checking in if they "hold" a fee.

This has never shown up on our credit card as a pending amount. NO WAY should I have needed to call them directly to find out what this additional $20 was for. I called to book a room due to having no power at my house. I called at 7:50 pm to book the room and called back at 8:06 to cancel. Instead of allowing me to cancel given a 15 minute grace period for god sake, they canceled the reservation and charged me the full night stay.

They and I both know this is not the spirit of their no cancellation policy within 24 hours but due to a technicality they get my money, however I can assure you that I will never stay at a Hampton Inn ever again in this life or the next.

We arrived at the Hampton Inn in Streetsboro, Ohio late evening of June 26. Since we usually use a combination of points and dollars, we called the reservation line. We gave the rep the name, address and zip code of the hotel we were sitting in front of as she asked for it.

We took the reservation number in to the desk and they said they did not have any reservation for us and they were sold out. REALLY. I don't know if I got my points back. How could a "reservation specialist" make that kind of mistake??

Hi, we booked a hotel stay at Hampton Inn Bakersfield , California (airport location) for 6/27/23. we had car trouble and had to cancel a few hours before our scheduled arrival. I was told i could not recieve any kind of assistance regarding the $170 room fee. we have been traveling quite a bit (recently retired) and Hampton Inn has been our "go to" place to stay. i was very disappointed we weren't offered a credit to stay at a different time or even a partial refund. it was flat out "pay the full price" for the room we couldnt even use. I have never been to a hotel where plastic ware wasn't available. Because they close the breakfast station at 10:00 am. After that your not able to retrieve any of it. I think extras should be stored where guest are able to access them.

The leave the condiments out but not tge plastic ware. Ridiculous.

My wife, granddaughter and I spent the evening of Sunday, June 11th at your hotel in Bloomington, Il. We stayed for that night and left the next morning. I have two complaints, 1). When I attempted to get ice, the front desk told me none of the ice machine were working and the maintenance person was on vacation.

We stayed the one night in a room not cleaned properly. Since the sheets appeared clean, we did not ask for another room due to late hour. Should not be put in this position to begin with if the room was clean.

Secondly, was supposed to be given the AARP rate and saw on the bill it was not applied.

HH 332051131 I am a Diamond client of your firm. I have a very serious complaint about your Hampton Hotel in Lamar, Pennsylvania. I was traveling by car Memorial Day weekend, and had reservations in the Lamar hotel. I was required to pay in advance.

Upon arrival, I was not acknowledged as a customer, as is normal for your firm. OK, not really too serious.

However, the next morning, when I complained that the HVAC system was not working, I was chastised for not knowing how to use it. I am, by profession, a property manager. I know how to turn on an air conditioner.

INSUFFICIENT ACCESSIBILITY. My wife Shirley and I don't want to complain but hope to draw attention at the highest level of Hampton Inn about a mistake that we find in almost every accessible motel/hotel bathroom of any chain. THE MIRRORS OVER THE SINK.

Staff is always kind and helpful, except for one staff member who refused to give me water. )" Isn't that discrimination? I called Customer Support Agent, Alicia on June 2, 2023, who promised to look into the matter but did not return my call. I will just give bullet points so as not to get emotional. I am still at this hotel as I write this review. My stay is from May 31 to Jun 3, 2023 at the Hampton Inn and Suites Newark-Harrison-Riverwalk.

We stayed in the Hampton Inn in bowling green ohio. I had my service dog with me. Was told no charge for her. Then we got bill and was charged $75 called and asked about it was told it was a clean up fee since my dog peed all over.

I forgot to refill my water bottles at home, I passed by a Hampton Inns hotel and asked the staff if I can get a drink of water. As a non-guest, they told me they had no water for me.

I left not knowing that they called San Bernardino Sheriff, the officer arrives and calls me over and said I was asked to leave. On the way back, I asked the staff outside if I can get some water, they said no and said the sheriff is going to arrest me.

I walk by and the officer put cuffs on me. I was arrested for trespassing with a shoulder injury and bruises! I have never been so angry at anyone in my life. As a disabled woman, hearing loss, legally blind and blind in my eyes your company should be ashamed of itself in Needles California.

Hampton Inn Antioch, TN Chose to stay here for the Memorial Day weekend, big mistake! Upon arrival place seemed pretty decent. Front desk was more unattended the attended. On second night of stay my car along with several others were broken into.

Hotel conveniently didn't have cameras covering that section of the parking lot. I guess it wouldn't have mattered anyway because the have the "not responsible blah blah bullshit" signs posted as if they know your car will be broken into.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Grenada, Miss May 19 and 20th. The first night was horrible because the people in the room next door were extremely loud. I called the front desk twice and asked the lady at the front desk to contact to guest in the next room to keep down the noise level.

The first time I called the lady said it was graduation night and she would try to ask the guest to decrease the noise. The noose continued, which meant my husband and I got little to no rest. In addition, we were given an accessible room and neither one of us has a disability.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was terrible and we will never stay there again!!!

We stayed 3 nights in the Hampton Inn in Arcata Ca. It was the weekend of graduation and Mother’s Day. We arrived at 3:39 pm. We were told we had to wait until 4:30 pm to check in. When it was 4:30 there were about 6 or 7 groups of people with 2 or more people to check in.

There was no sorry you had to wait, have a clip of coffee. Just at 4:30 a couple walked in the door went to the desk and checked in. There was no concern for the people who had been waiting for 30 minutes or more.

My husband and I are in our 80s and I asked for our room to have the bed made and fresh towels and the same person said we don’t do house keeping on Sundays. We stayed there on May12, 13 &14th.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Greeley Colo May 18-21. Requested the room be cleaned. The first day Friday they cleaned came back Friday they didn't. I went down to the front desk to ask about it and the "front desk" manager was very rude.

She responded "nothing she could do"! Not what can I do to help etc. I said that wasn't acceptable and she responded "if you don't like it you can LEAVE. Of course we were upset no other rooms in town as we were there for a large group event and everything was booked.

The room smelled there was empty pizza box etc. There was no shampoo in the shower and not towel left. When I went down to check out in the AM I asked for the manager and she said "I am the front desk manager".

Mgr in Kinston Nc is rude, nasty, extremely unprofessional and when asked for the room to be cleaned she licked me out of the hotel and called the police. I didn't do anything wrong at all nor was I upset.

First of all we stayed at the Hampton Inn St. Louis Westport Rm-249 from 5/13/23 to 5/18/23 checking out on Thursday. The room was musty and a old smell. I sprayed the room with sanitizer air fresher. The next day we got up and told the female in the hall could she clean the room, she stated that she did not have our room and she stated she couldn't clean our room, because they are making her leave early.

So I left, and when I return later in the evening around 9:00 the room wasn't clean, no towels nowhere in the room. I went down to the desk and spoke with this real nice guy name Alex the next morning who apologize and help me even when he wasn't on the clock.

We canceled a reservation in 30 minutes and are still being charged. This is absolutely unacceptable as we received the cancellation notice and all in the email, however, our card was still charged. We would like to have this charge canceled immediately, or we will take further action up to and including social media and legal action.
