I was charged an extra 35 dollars because I arrived 30 minutes early! The staff was rude to my family and I. We stayed at 559 Tuckahoe Road location, Yonkers. My Mother's Day was ruined because the pool was full of dead bugs.

My husband had to clean it out. My 2 year old was terrified and never got in the pool. My special day was ruined. I have plenty of pics and video to prove it. How will you correct this horrible experience?

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was terrible. Knobs on toaster was broke off and only one side worked proper. Eggs, sausage and has browns were cold. Couldn’t eat them watched a lot of people throwing most of there’s out.

Orange juice went empty so the put a sign out Sorry Out Of Order. I told the lady at the desk when I checked out and they didnt seem to care. I always stay at the Hampton inn when we travel.

Will not stay at the one in Regina anymore.

We stayed at 150 Campbell Oaks Rd in Jackson,Tenn on April 30,2023. We were told it was a Remodeled Suite. It was far from it. Sloppy Craftsmanship/Workmanship. For One. The bed (King) was not made, properly. Mattress cover was only halfway on. (We remade bed).

The shower tile still had missing grout and dirty. And there was NO cold/happy medium in the water. It was too HOT. Even at Lowest setting. She was unable to shower and wash her hair. If it had been a child, they could have burned themselves.

So after a long drive from Galveston,Texas. There was No relaxing shower. And also having to wrestle a remake the bed. And when mentioned to the Front Desk in AM. They blew my wife off. Room was 313. Room was in my wife’s name Peggy Rosales. (512)771-0884.

Stayed at Hampton Douglas Ga in 4-28-23. Upon entering Hotel it smelled strongly of moth balls. And musty smell. Stayed on 2nd floor and it smelled like cat pee all the way down the hall. Was so bad we had to put hand lotion on our hands to smell so we wouldn’t gag.

The room did not smell. This is not acceptable for a Hampton Inn.

Complaints Department, We had a bad experience recently trying to book a room with Hampton Inn through Expedia. My wife made a reservation trough Expedia for a room with your hotel in Albuquerque but submitted the wrong date for the night of April 25.

When she called Hampton, she was told she need to contact Expedia to make any changes. She then contacted Expedia through an online chat, which took almost an hour and was told that Expedia would cancel the reservation for that night but would charge us for the room because she had not paid for cancellation insurance.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Greenfield from 4/24 to 4/27. Reservation: 95222964. It was one of the worst service attitude and experiences I have had in any Hilton hotel... I received a room with one window that was covered with a black out shutter that didn't function.

It was dark and depressing. When I asked to speak to someone. The hotel manager came and instead of being understanding and compassionate he was rude, arrogant and scolding. He basically told me that "Too bad... that is the only room we had".

When I asked if there is anything that could be done to solve the problem he simply said NO. Every day I had to climb on the chair and improvise a way to keep the shutter open. Further when I asked for 2 more hangers the front desk lady simply said "We don't have any".

I was charged $230 for one night, I have been to this place on a Saturday and was charged $140. When I went to the front desk they said this is incorrect but couldn’t do anything about it! My husband and I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Columbia, SC, which is located near the airport. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns and was always pleased with the facility and the guest relation's staff. This facility is subpar.

It was so bad that we chose not to stay at Hampton Inns after this. The staff answered questions that you had, but were not friendly. The first room we were given was on the first floor. The curtains did not close all the way and left a gap where you could see onto the parking lot.

While speaking on the phone, sitting on the bed, several guests walked through the parking lot and looked in at us. We were told at the desk that all first floor rooms were like that! We switched to a second floor room.

I had thought I book a room with 2 beds as my wofe is disabled (not handicapped). Apparently the reservation was for a king. I had to get the manager involved in order to have the room changed. I was charged extra even thought the web site had 2 gueens at the same rate.

When we got to the second room it was a king and a couch. Well ok I thought. I'm 67 but 1 night I'd survive. Well there were no sheets or blankets on the pull out bed or anywhere in the room and there was old food (an apple) in the bed as well as a few other items.

I was fairly frustrated so we decided to not go back to the front desk. The staff were just not helpful and it made for a somewhat difficult night. This the first and only time I have had problems at a Hampton.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay (19. - 21. April) at your hotel in NYC (Hampton Inn Manhattan-Times Square North, 851 8th Ave, New York, NY 10019). I made reservations at your hotel in Godwin, NC on Tuesday, April 18th, with an arrival date of Wednesday, April 19th and departing on Saturday, April 22nd. Hello I recently stayed here with my mom and young daughter. Room was awfully dirty , carpet had old gum on it throughout the room . No fridge . The room was definitely not cleaned properly before we arrived .

After all of this , we received our car back from valet. Parking , the car seat and head rest moved up for a tall person in both seats were manipulated. Gas was on empty I just filled the tank .

Crumbs all over the car. While we were walking thru DC ( never have we moved our car ) . My daughter stated to me hey mom look someone has the same color car and same state plates ! My car is custom color by the way .

I booked a conjoined room 2 months in advance for my son to have a birthday party at the Eastgate location. I arrived Saturday and they never had my conjoined room which I was told over the phone I would.

This was very important because I needed to be in constant view of my kids and their friends. I ended up with only getting 1 room for myself and all the kids. Pretty cramped. I could not do 2 seperate rooms because the kids need supervised.

King bed with a pull out couch. There was crumbs on the couch and found a credit card under the mattress of the pull out couch. This tells me that they don't clean very well. Then the kids went swimming.

I made this reservation for a daughter- mother’s day with my 13 yo. It was the worse experience and worse night. We were not able to use the pool as it was overcrowded (even with a reserved time required). The night management did nothing for the disorderly conduct of a group of young guests in the middle of the night snd went on for hours. My daughter was very scared and wanted to go back home,, but I told her that it was safer to stay inside the room until the morning. This is unacceptable on a family hotel. We were not able to sleep or have the restful experience we were expecting.

I left my table and Bluetooth speaker in the room. The front desk clerk went into the room and found my table and proceeded to is there anything else that I may have left behind knowing that my Bluetooth speaker was in the same drawer.

Good Afternoon, My daughter is getting married May 19 2023. Back in April of 2022 I spoke with Maryann Gounaris to block out rooms for my daughters wedding for May 2023 at the Hampton Inn in Commack on Commack road.

Maryann has been very helpful for the past year with communication. At that time I also asked if I could rent out one of the meeting rooms for the post wedding brunch on May 20 2023. She set me up with a room for my quests to use on May 20 2023 for the private brunch along with a fee to reserve this room.

It has been a pleasure communicating with Maryann throughout the year!!

My corporate credit card is used to pay for Kaiser Permanente member hotel stays. I was charged a no show fee twice and then refunded once, resulting in one charge; that's fine. My complaint is that I can't get the receipt or folio for these charges, which means my company can cancel my credit card, which means I can't pay for the hundreds of stays our members use.

My family and I had a flight that was delayed so we didn’t get to the Hampton inn until 12:55am on 8 April,2023 I have it booked from 7-12 April. So when we arrived at 12:55am the door was locked and a sign read use digital key or press call button, so not having a digital key I pressed the button from 12:55 until 1:17am ( while also calling the front desk) before someone came and let me check-in.

When Joann asked when I wanted I told her I needed to check - in . I told her that I had been calling and ringing the doorbell for 20 minutes to which she replied I was making coffee I asked her if that was more important then checking in a customer which she replied It’s my job.

I can totally understand why they are rated 1 and 1/2 Stars. Customer service is terrible, their training is worse. I sure don't recommend Hampton Inn in Castle Rock to anyone. I just stay at the Holiday Inn Express and I was treated with nothing but respect.

That's the place to go, Hampton Inn is terrible which is a new hotel. Good Luck to them

Showed up to the hotel, person checking us in was extremely rude then stated they over booked!! We booked 4 months prior to get a room with two beds for 4 people!!!! They said only a king and a pull out.

This is not a king I have a king bed!!! And now I have to sleep on a fucking pullout!!!! Ohhhh also the manager Matthew Coronite was the rude employee trying to check us in. This manager was not a manager!! He was so rude!!

Also he broke company policy and never received my id. According to Hampton in you have to be id’d. Look at the cameras he never looked at my id! He sent another employee to get me checked in because he didn’t want to deal with me.

She thought he already checked it id but he didn’t!!! He broke company policy!!!!

I am really frd up with HILTON company itself! Over a month ago I reported that hampton inn on harbison ave in columbia SC charged my credit card 341$ unauthorized! They were supposed to be using my points for 2 night stay.

Instead they charged me for it. And to beat it all… my grandson left for a job the second morning only to find out the lady had checked him out of the room. He had no room when he got bacj from doing a job.

On April 5 and 6, I was simply trying to make a 2 room, 2 day reservation for a group of people from Florida State University to attend an education conference in Troy, from the 14-16th. It should have a been a quick and painless procedure. But I tried several times for 2 days, and was always told by a very rude woman, that she was always "TOO BUSY", and at one point, I even stayed on hold for an extremely long time. I even left my phone number for a call back when they weren't "TOO BUSY", but no one ever called. I am making these reservations for others to attend a conference in Troy, who had specified this close hotel, or we would definitely pick another hotel.

I was told by the front desk that I was going to get the nurses discount and when checking out the next morning my card had been charged full price which was approximately 125 dollars higher than told. The front desk has changed the rate before me so I don’t know why it didn’t change.

I was told the manager would call me when in fact I had to contact her two days later. She denied that it could have happened because they were busy that weekend and her staff knows not to do that.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My family and I stayed here from December 8, 2022 until January 1,2023. We had reached an agreement with the sales manager on a weekly rate. Ally, the manager, had no desire for us to stay there long term, as she informed us via letter on December 28, 2022 that we had to leave the coming weekend.

Lied to us about noise complaints (could not prove any evidence whatsoever) as we were never given a warning. Lied about us turning down room service (my wife asked on a nearly daily basis to various desk clerks and staff when we would receive it), but we never got it one time.

com. com. 4/1-4/2. I arrived to Hampton Inn Branson on 4/1 at 11:15am to check in and was told no room were available and check in wasn’t until 4pm, I found it odd that there wasn’t a single room available because the parking lot was empty.

” She then went on to say that she didn’t know if there was a room available for me and if there was it would be a King size bed only. I recently stayed for 5 days at the Hampton inn 160 Lucy drive Longview Texas. I had multiple issues with the hotel which were not resolved. The bill was over $700. In short, there was multiple maintenance issues with the room, there were people smoking around me so the room would smell like smoke each evening.

The breakfast bar was out of product in the morning and there were issues with the television in the workout room to say the least. On top of that the room service was hit and miss because they did not have enough staff at the hotel.

Hampton Inn & Suites San Antonio-Airport Needs to be checked out . Multiple cars and trucks have been stolen ! My dads 2019 f250 black platinum was stolen. And another white f250 was stolen both in the same night !

When we ask management all they said was “there is nothing there” all we can do is file a police report and they won’t do much. There has also been sketchy stuff reading other reviews on it. My dad worked really hard to get a truck like that and now he’s having to downgrade trucks for work.

He may never own a truck like that again and it breaks my heart . I’m not worried about the truck situation as much bc there’s nothing we can do anymore . But y’all can look into them . I hope y’all do !

Checked into my reservation upon arrival around 5pm was met with a Woman named Kat, I believe was her name, who was EXTREMELY rude from the start. When I checked in, Kat greeted me checked my reservation and handed me keys.

All interactions have been full of deceit and lies. I was told that a credit would be issued for disputed room charges only for it not to show on the timeline presented.

Second call back assured me that the credit would be issued now a week forward of the last date promised. A third call back assured me that the credit would indeed be issued yet another week forward of the second promised date.

I could’ve given this hotel, four or five star rating until it sounded like somebody was bowling and their dog was barking right up above me. I have to catch a 4 AM shuttle to the airport so sleep is imperative. What a disappointment.

My husband and I stayed at 8710 The Gore Road in Brampton Ontario L6P 0B1 and there are bed bugs!! We were told we would not be charged for our stay by the night staff for the inconvenience, and they will let the manager know if the issue on Monday March 20th. We booked a room for two nights and upon the first night we discovered 4 bugs in the bed in the middle of the night and were told we must change rooms, which we did, (I have attached pictures of the bites that we received from both rooms!!!!).

Traveling for my daughter’s dance competition. Booked a room at this Hampton Inn over a month ago as it was chosen as the hotel for the entire dance team. On March 9, 2023 we checked into the Hampton Inn in Bossier, LA, 71111. We were registered for Room 102. The carpet was dirty, mold was visible in the bathroom and the tub was stained (looked like mold). Stayed with the Hampton Inn Columbus/ Delaware March 17 my Family and I got woke up at 1:30 am with the smoke alarm going off in our room and we could not get it to turn off we had to pull it off the wall and go out In The hall wall to find out how to get the battery out.

, i left a charger in room and asked 6 different receptionist to help with that. All I got was we didn’t find it. My last night a receptionist threatened to call the Police on me for leaving a nice note at the room where I know the charger was because no one helped me.

She said I didn’t even have a room here but I’ve been here for 10 days. I’m spending over $100 a night here and the receptionist need to learn to respect guests. She was rude. Please address this

My parents, myself, and my 10 month old son went to the Hampton suites and inn in West Yarmouth Friday March 10th-Sunday March 12th.

Overall the staff were wonderful and very hardworking but no where on the website did it say that when we got there that there would be construction going on throughout the lobby, there was floor boards sliding all over the place which was very dangerous even with a stroller. We were thankfully able to go into the indoor pool but the water was not warm it felt like it was straight from the hose.

We were only able to use the pool once before being evacuated due to a bursted water pipe, soaked in our bathing suits on the side walk in 6 degree weather. Then the fire alarm went off at 1230 am in the morning due to a false alarm.

We had reserved a suite from March 4 to March 9th, we even got a confirmation letter and welcoming us and thanking us for choosing them. The day we are to arrive after driving 2 days from Ottawa, Ontario, we get a call stating our reservation has been canceled and when asked why?

com and there was nothing they could do for us. Now we are out that amount because we have to wait for them to credit the card and now we also have to find another hotel. Which ended up costing us more we went from a 2 queen suite to a 1 king room.

Not a good impression to leave and no help whatsoever.

Booked 2 night stay at the Knightdale location on Feb 23rd. During the first night's stay, I was having medical issues and the hotel called EMS and had me taken to the hospital. which was fine. When I returned, they had a local police officer escort me back to my room to retrieve my things and I was told to leave the premises and if I returned, I would be trespassing.

My 2nd night was not refunded. I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me one. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. the general manager was the worst and hardest to deal with.

On Wednesday, March 1, 2023, my husband and I checked into the Petersburg,VA Hampton Inn, room 511. Being 73 years old and 4' 11" tall, I had could not get onto the exceptionally high bed. Seeing that getting into bed was a major problem for me, I called the receptionist and asked for a step stool.

The woman at the front desk at first said there were none in the motel. I suggested that housekeeping might have one. She then put me on hold and when she returned, she told me again there were no step stools available to me and that I should have gotten a handicap room (as far as I know, I have no handicaps), but there were no step stools available anyway.
