I stayed at the Hampton Inn --Times Square North-- overnight on March 2nd. My husband and I did not get ANY sleep due to the thin walls which allowed all the noise to come through from the room next door.

And what noise it was --from screaming orgasmic group sex (starting about midnight) to a full blown party, singing at the top of their lungs, starting around 2:00 am (when the sex was over) Then people coming and going with the slamming of doors. ) I complained to the manager the next morning.

And was told, "this is New York City". I felt, the least one could expect, from a decent hotel is SOME sleep. I truly believe a refund is in order-- not the shabby excuse -"this is New York City". So glad we did not have children with us.

Hello, I would like to say, I always stay at the Hampton when I travel or when our company requires us to travel for business, it's clean, courteous, just a great place. This time was different. I traveled to Twin Falls Idaho and made reservations from February 22-26th to take care of my daughter who was going into surgery on the 23rd.

Were were going to take care of her until the 26th. The day of the surgery were were 2hrs from Twin Falls when my daughter called to inform us they cancelled the surgery because she had a fever. We arrived, took her to urgent care and started her on antibiotics.

Checked in to the hotel and got some rest. We received a call from the doctors office the following day that they would reschedule the surgery for the following Wednesday. I went to the front desk…

I stay at Hampton Inn, 5100 Frontage Road, Monroe, Louisiana quite often. As a matter of fact, I have stayed here in the last month about 10 days. I come and stay twice a year and each stay is at least 4 to 5 days.

(This is outside of the other times I travel here). When I checked in, I realized that the person who booked my room booked me a room with queen beds, so I called the front desk and asked the gentleman were there any King rooms available and I didn't mind paying the difference. He told me no.

They were all booked up. I asked would any rooms be available in the morning, he told me know. So I contacted the person that I was coming to minister for and she called and he told her that there would be rooms available in the morning and that I could request a King room. m.

We just returned from a road trip to and from WI to CA. We mainly stayed at Best Western Hotels but in Albuquerque stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites. When we entered our room I thought it smelled odd but my husband thought it was just the smell of one of the cleaners that may have been used.

I opened a window and that seemed to help. We left to meet friends and did not get back until we were ready for bed. My husband and I often sleep in separate beds when we are traveling, he has restless legs and often kicks at night, particularly if he has been sitting in a car all day.

I went to get in bed and it smelled awful, I thought it was the comforter so I was going to pull it off and use the blanket in the closet. When I pulled it off I found a large, crusty, yellow stain on the sheets.

I stayed 2/21/23-2/24-23. The worst stay due to unruly teenage sports teams booked with several in one room and accumulated several groups on one floor! Slamming doors, late nite loud unruly behavior, bouncing off walls and my door , yelling down the hall ways ! I called down to the front desk multiple times with no luck. I was told they had chaperones but they were not helpful

Chaperones in the room would have been better. Teaching hotel etiquette and less self absorbed rude behavior or the hotel could have placed all on the first floor for more consideration to other unaware guests. More demands at the time of check in for each teenager and less in one room! This was very disruptive to my very busy business week ! Lack of sleep coupled with this rude behavior was not my expectation!

I had a overnight stay, and it was the worst experience ever in my entire life. I felt like I was violated. I could not even sleep, kept getting phone calls from the front desk, saying that I was sleeping in somebody else's room and knocks on the door and threaten to call the police when everything was verified and

I made a reservation @ Hampton Inn Atlanta Buckhead. Prepaid. We were not aware there were 2 Hampton Inns on Piedmont in Buckhead. We were booked into the wrong hotel for the first night. We needed to switch to the other hotel because we were sharing transportation the others.

The desk clerks were very rude. They had me pay for 4 days parking then told me we didn’t have a reservation there for the rest of our stay. We were directed to the other hotel (Hampton Inn and Suites a block away.

They would not transfer our first night payment to the other hotel. They offered us no solution but to lose the payment to the Hampton Inn and pay for the night @ The Hampton Inn & Suites a block away.

I was told to contact the corporate office for an issue that happened over the weekend. I booked a room with Hampton Inn (Homewood AL -Lakeshore Dr) for my daughters show choir competition. (ref 96756299) I called the hotel 02/17/2023 and confirmed they had my reservation. On 02/18/2023 while at the competition my husband called again to advise we would be late checking in, and we were told they printed our room keys and all we had to do was bring our IDs. At 2:39am 02/19/2023 we arrived at the hotel, to be told that Expedia overbooked them and they had no rooms. We spent the next two hours scrambling to find a hotel for us and the teenagers that were with us. We paid for another room at 4:02am at Drury Inn.

Booked a room for 2/11-2/13 at the Hampton Inn (1021 Hospitality Lane Jacksonville Fl 32225) and in short the bathroom was dirty and as a guest this is unacceptable. In the shower there was mildew and lots of dust in the bathroom that triggered allergies.

The room in general had dust and I cleaned up a bit myself after entering the room. The bathroom is where I go to get clean. I have photos and work too hard for my money to spend to stay in an unclean room.

I’ve booked here many times before and never encountered this issue. It wont allow me to post my videos/ photos. I wanted to come here and give you guys a chance to right the wrong instead of making a public review.

I recently booked a room with a jacuzzi tub & was unable to receive one. One employee told me she would move me after one was available. I was unable to have my rooms ditched l switched. Sun employee “Bri” was very rude & stated she don’t know why I was told that or able to book that room because she would not switch me..

I am very disappointment & at this time would not stay in one of your hotels again. Waste of my money. Hotel lobby, hall floors & elevators were really dirty!

My sister (who has been fighting cancer for over a year) and I are staying at Hampton Inn Medical Center in Houston, Tx. We have had over 30 stays here and love the hotel, however this stay has cost her over $400.00 when it usually costs her 260.00. The rate has gone up this month due to the rodeo which doesn’t start until February 28 and it’s only February 8. You advertise medical rates, yet you hick your rate up for the rodeo. Medical patients don’t need that added expense. Shame on you!

Put on 1st floor(2 floors below the lobby} and 20 yards from the freeway. That would have been bad enough, but people above us kept stomping on the floor until after 2am. They helped drown out the freeway some. Two lights were not working, batteries in the tv remote we’re about dead (had to play with them to make them work) and to top it off, there was no hot water in the morning, Luke warm at best.

00 I have ever spent. Maintenance at the Arroyo Grande Hilton is very much lacking. I will probably be posting a review on social media.

Upon arrival at 3:00 we were told that very few king rooms were available. I asked for a top floor but they said non were ready and they weren't sure where one would be. We took a second floor which was very clean but had issues.

The toilet would not flush completely, the sink in the kitchenette would not drain and the plug for the coffee pot didn't work. We went down for wine and beer and it was terribly hot. Later went down for hot tea and no hot water. m. no coffee.

I asked about to go breakfast bags and was told no one had time to make any. I have traveled alot and stayed in Many Hamptons as a honors member. This Hampton needs a complete remodeling. All of the staff were very helpful and nice,but it appeared to be very short on staff.

I work for the UAW International Union. I hotel reservations for all of my traveling representatives. The Hampton Inn at 2052 Crossings Blvd, Spring Hill, TN overcharged one of my reps. We called to get a refund in early December, 2022. I have been waiting for the refund to come through for almost 2 months. I can't sumbit my rep's expense report until I get the refund. Our Travel Department contacted the manage and he promised the refund. Subsequent messages to him looking for the refund are not returned.

I get to choose what hotel my reps stay in. It will not be the Hampton Inn in the future.

I would like to file a complaint for being charged $300 because I was told our room was considered trash because there was confetti on the floor. I’ve had parties at hotels before with decorations (confetti included) and wasn’t charged for confetti being on the floor.

I also filled out my survey explaining how I wasn’t pleased with my stay because there was kids running up and down the hallways at 3,4, and 5:00 in the morning! This is beyond outrageous because I’ve never experience anything like this before.

I stayed at a Hampton inn the first weekend in November 2022. 50 with the latest being January 21, 2023. 25. I’ve called corporate and they tell me I have to contact the hotel and when I call the hotel there’s never a manager I can talk to!

The desk clerk was rude. We were charged more than other patrons at the time of our check in. The dead bolt did not work on the room. The pillows were extremely small for a king size bed ( a small square pillow about 14 x 14") Our room was next to an ice maker even though the hotel was not full.

When we went down to the buffet for breakfast. a young man was sleeping on a bench in the buffet room. There were no covers for the coffee cups and were told they cannot get them. Our key fob did not work and had to go back to the desk several times.

No manager available until Tuesday. I have always stayed in a Hampton Inn in the past. This was one of my worst experiences. I do not want Hilton Reward points or anything else other than a refund for the difference on my credit card

My daughter and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Convention Center New Orleans over the weekend (1/13/-1/16/2023) this was one of the hotels that was required for the stay for our cheer competition. We chose this hotel because it was right across the street from the convention center.

On Saturday, January 14th, we had a reservation at the Hampton Inn, Atlanta Airport West, Cross Creek Parkway. We had received a confirmation number 93298189. When we arrived at the hotel from our flight to Atlanta from Costa Rica, approximately 11:00 p.m., we were told there was no room available for us, even though we had a confirmation number. I called in November to reserve 2 rooms and requested adjourning rooms I was told that would be possible. It was me my daughter and son in law and 5 year old grandson. It was very important we be together.

Upon arrival January 14th we were told there were no adjoining rooms . I was told that rooms were not assigned until the night before . So they have an adjourning room to someone that did not request one. I am a Hilton Honors Member.

Stayed 3 different times. Each time room was not cleaned one day each time and another day there were no towels left. Out of 7 days 3 not cleaned and 1 no towels. I plan on staying in Ozark AL for 2-3 Days a week for the next couple of years but if service doesn't improve I will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Enterprise AL.

The temperature on hot water is turned down so low a person cannot get even a decently warm shower. Hot shower is outbid question! 2) no Kleenex box in room. Even the cheaper hotels have Kleenexes! 3) Breakfast bar was lacking. No bananas.

No boiled eggs (not all of us like to eat the fake scrambled eggs . The toaster did not have handles and after 1 1/2 minutes I pulled the English muffins out and they were barely warm.

My daughter was thinking about getting married at the Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach. Notice I said WAS! After I emailed about 2 week ago, she called and left to voice mails, last week she spoke to someone not the event planner.

Apparently they are not really an event host, because no return call, email anything in over 2 weeks. I would love a job and title where I didn't have to do anything. This experience has been eye opening. I thought Hamptons and Hiltons were good companies but evidently NOT!

My family and I (8 total) recently traveled to Pennsylvania (12-16-2023 thru 12-25-2023)) for a mid term Penn State graduation in Erie PA with a three room/night stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites (130 East Front St, Erie PA.). Two of my daughters requested housekeeping service during the stay with no request for my room other than towel(s) exchange. After the housekeeping service, in one of my daughter's room my grandson's necklace, left on the bathroom countertop, was missing while in the second daughter's room housekeeping rummaged through one of the suitcases in the room.

The hotel guests on the floor we are on were blasting music, cursing, making a ton of noise, had children and adults, smells like weed and cigarettes in the hallway. After two hours this escalated and we were afraid to leave our room.

Called the front desk and she simply told us she already knows and is calling the police. Several police arrive after we watched a couple of guys leave. We don’t feel safe. We thought this would be a safe hotel for our family.

I never heard back from anyone in Cabo about the 4 days that I have to leave early to come back to canada for emergency, dec 25 checked out. from dec 16. I believe I was still charged the full original number of days on my credit card the first day we arrived......odd because usually the card gets ran after your stay.....

after his flight from houston to indianapolis got cancelled my son daniel tok went to hampton, humble to try to check in. something was wrong with the computer check in system. he waited for 3 hours and was told he could not check in due to computer glitch.

that was after a 25 hours flight plus 5 hours delay at houston airport. this is shocking customer service. the manager could at least check him in and he could pay for it the next day. terrible disappointing. please attend to this complain and investigate the shortfall. this is totally unacceptable.

I have already called to file a complaint and nobody from corporate has called me back and neither has the hotel manager who said she would try to make things right. Not only the amenities were out but their own employee didn’t let me know about it when I booked the room in person.

When I asked to cancel reservation and go to another hotel I was told I couldn’t or I would be out of cost. Alarm noise in room going off in the middle of the night keeping me for hours up and still no apology or trying to make it right and move me to another room or refund me my money so I could go to another hotel.

Horrible experience and very unprofessional and fake manager.

After a difficult stormy night camping, we decided to get a good night’s sleep by rentingg a room at the Hampton Inn in Bakersfield. After going to bed early at 8, it quickly became clear that the hotel was full of children without adequate adult supervision.

Lots of running up and down the hallway, yelling, slamming doors. I waited until after 10 to complain to the desk. The only solution he really had was to make me and my husband move to a different room, which I was unwilling to do to my husband.

Back to bed for another hour of noise and fuming. Now It’s almost midnight, I’ve given up on sleep and have been put in a tiny, stuffy business room (since even the lobby is full of noisy adults) to be miserable by myself.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites at Arundell Mills on 26 Dec. I woke up mid morning my arm itching bad red and swollen then I noticed a bed bug crawling I took a pic and went down to alert the front desk.

The employee working switched my room, however said I would have to speak with the manager. It took a couple of days to speak with manager. The manager said some lab or something would have to investigate. I feel I should have been compensated my nights stay.

I showed pics and even offered to bring the pillow down we noticed the bugs in.

Traveling Dec 26 stopped at Hampton Inn Dent Ohio. At check in the receptionist “couldn’t find” my Hilton Honors account. Then said there were 3 rooms left, then couldn’t finish the reservation saying there were no rooms left. I was told by the front desk clerk the hotel was booked at the Hampton Inn and Suites (7050 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida, 32504), when ask for a room change to an upper floor. I confirmed that the hotel was not booked by other employees n the front desk clerk lied to me about the hotel being booked for the night of December 24th.

I was place in the room at the end of the hall where it was guest constantly in and out the side door prohibiting me from getting sleep after driving for 10 years. I find it odd that an employee to lie to a guest about the hotel being booked except for me being racially profiled by that employee.

Checked into the Hampton Inn By Hilton in Pulaski TN last night at 11:07pm and I’m guessing the front desk assistant was new, she charged my Card 2x Last night. 60 was made on 12/22/22 at 11:07pm. A few moments later I received a notification from my bank that another charge from Hampton Inn in Pulaski TN charged my Account again.

60 and I’m a Hilton honors member, plus I’m an Executive Housekeeper at a Hampton Inn by Hilton. 60 is gone from account and was charged by Hampton Inn in Pulaski TN. I called my bank they say it shows my card was double charged.

I spoke with a sales manager (Kimberly McKinnon) several months ago. She was supposed to send me an email contract. I have not heard from her since. and office mailboxes stay full, I text her cel…. No reply, I sent emails….

No reply, I left messages at the desk….. no call back. So, I reached out to the general manager (Emily Winter) via phone… no answer and voice mailbox is full, I stopped into the hotel… she’s not their or unavailable, I emailed her….. no reply.

I left messages at the desk…. No call back. At some point I became more interested in what it takes to get a call back than in renting rooms! I have always been pleasant and polite. India the front desk attendant, has come to know my voice and face, I have reached out so many times. Very ridiculous and unprofessional!

I am an Administrative Assistant at Siemens Energy in Orlando Florida and was tasked with trying to make reservations for attendees of a workshop in our company. I am working with a representative of the organization that is hosting the workshop and she has tried to reach the event planner of the Hampton Inn UCF on Quadrangle Boulevard, Orlando, FL with no response.

I was advised the person to contact was Angela Hearn and the fastest way to reach her was email. She has been waiting for 3 days and finally called the hotel phone number and had to leave a message. No one has responded back to her at this point.

This is by far the worst service and totally unacceptable. Siemens Energy does a lot of business with this hotel location and I will not be recommending it going forward !!! There is…

I hesitate to complain, but deem it important for your hotel. Conf# 84027397. We drove 8 hours on Nov. 12-13th & my wife wanted to take a shower. It stopped up,& crap was floating, had to call maintenance. He opened the drain and unclugged all the hair from previous tenants. m. by the alarm clock.

The clock had no #s, just a black box, and we noticed that it had not been set back for Daylight Savings Time. We knew this from the clock on the TV box. Next, my wife got coffee, came back to the room & noticed the coffee spilled all over her outfit.

There was a small separation in the bottom of the paper cup that had been individually wrapped. Don't know if she will want to stay at your hotel again.

I checked into Hampton on 12/17/2022 noticed there was no hot water. I allowed the qater to run Then went to the frint deak they advised me maybe they can change my roo. Later in the wvening of rooms are available.

I explained that wont be acceptable dont want to chance waiting then nothing ks available. I was explaimed a managwr os nlt back until Monday and there os nothing they can do and he said the are of thw hotel had a issue with hot water.

I asked to cancel my reservation and he got very loud tellinv me he alteady explained nothing can be done until Mondag when a manager returned. I expressed as a cuatomer this os not accwptable he then was being nasty handed me a business card and again stated I can take ot up with management Monday.

My Confirmation 95956465. I was supposed to spend the weekend in Boston with my daughter for a Holiday trip. We are stuck in Up-State NY due to a storm, I tried to cancel and they would not allow me. I even asked if I could have a credit for another stay because I'm in the area often. They denied that also. They were very rude!

I would much rather be on my trip, this is out of my control. I will never use a Hampton Inn again. Poor customer service. Why couldn't I just get a voucher for another stay? So disappointing and maybe train people who are giving bad news not to be so rude.
