No heat, no hot water, no internet. Josh the front desk jerk, lied to my wife x 2 hrs when we asked for someone to fix the heat by saying he'd send maintenance. He finally told me that there was no maintenance. This was at 11:20pm.

Josh told us they're only on 1st floor and booked. Not possible. There were barely 10 cars at the facility the whole 4 days we were there. We were forced to pay for parking to an empty lot when our paperwork said Free parking.

There was sand in our supposed clean sheets. We were moved to another room with same problems. The coffee pot pods didn't fit the pot there, you have to hold the tray in place to get coffee. The washing machines shake the whole building all day. It's very unsettling.

Worst customer service, rarely answered our phone calls, always a wait…

I am with a school district and I have tried numerous times to reach the GM at the Hampton Inn in Sheridan, WY to set up rooms for our sport teams. He will not return my calls or emails. Every time I call he is not in and I have gotten no response to the messages I have left.

I find it very frustrating and it is not a very good way to run a business. I deal with several Hampton's and have never had such a bad experience. Just thought you might want to know since you are missing out on 1000's of dollars.

The Hampton inn north Sioux city, South Dakota location I booked a stay for October 24th and 25th and signed for it ..someone stayed there using my information 2 extra days tell the 27th which I did not authorize nore was I there to authorize it and the hotel is trying to charge my card 290 dollars for smoking and I don't smoke so who ever they let stay there under my name is responsible for that not me the pictures they have for the smoking is on the 27th

Had reservations for December 5th thru December 9th,2022. The Rep messed up our reservations, to where we had to " re book " So , we did. We stayed @ Hampton Inn Islandia, New York . We was given room #105 .

Once we settled in for the night . We woke up to STAIN pillow cases as sheets !!!! Looked like " blood stains " ??!!!!?? Regardless of what is was ?? We are still highly DISGUSTED!!! Totally UN SENATAIRY conditions!!!

I demanded a complete REFUND as another room , to the GM manager!!!! again , settled in for the night , woke up to STAINED pillow case as on our sheets AGAIN !!!! Its NOT our job to make sure sheets are CLEAN & SANITARY!!!!!

We was personally informed by the receptionist/ clerk that our 2nd room #328 would be clean !!!!! It was NOT !!!!! I will be contacting Hampton…

I booked a room at the Hilton ,300 E 12, Miami. When I called for directions, the person on the line did not speak English. After several attempts, I relied on my Google account. We drove past the hotel several times without recognizing that the Hilton is the Hampton.

We had arranged to park and ride their shuttle to the Carnival port on Miami, After the cruise, I called the Hampton desk to arrange transport back to the Hampton to retrieve my car. I was then informed that they did not furnish pick up service from the port, they only deliver to the port. 00 for a cab.

We stayed at the one in Moab, Utah from 11/25 through 11/28. The front desk person hardly looked at us when we checked in. Tried to make small talk with no response. When I asked to have the room cleaned on our second night, it was not done.

I asked again for our third night and said our trash was getting full , the only thing they did was empty the trash! They did nothing else. We usually have a good experience when we stay at your establishment, but not this time.

Can you please train your staff to look at their guests and respond to small talk. Thanks.

We stay here about twice a year andn usuually do not have too any problems. During our stay (both days) the breakfast that we didanage to get was dried out and/or empty, while the attendant chatted with her friend about shopping.

We were Willing to to overlook slights as it was a holiday weekend. When we left I noticed several high dollar charges to my card. I have been redirected several times and no one will actually help me or remove them.

Now I'm being directed to call a manager in the middle of the night or wait another week for them to evaluate my account.

Booked 2 rooms at Hampton Inn Briggs Rd Mt Laurel last night FOR MY TWO CHILDREN. Used my credit card and CAREFULLY entered their names for each room. They arrived late last night and were denied the rooms. Person behind the desk insisted that I had to check in to get the rooms.

My wife and I recently stayed at Hampton Inn Market St Fredericksburg VA. Upon arrival we checked in and there were no carts available for our luggage. Not a real problem, I made 2 trips handling our luggage. I settled down and turned on TV to catch up on the college football games.

The TV did not work. I called the front desk and was told most likely the batteries need replaced, bring it down to the front desk and they would replace. I went to the front desk and replaced the batteries, upon returning to my room the TV was still not working.

my mom and i stayed and had a great time. until my 12 pound dog “lunged” at an employee. on a unretractable leash about 5 feet long. my mom had a good enough grip where she didn’t even get a foot.

and then the manager tried to pet her while my dog was growling. 3 hours later we get a call saying our dog needs to leave if we want to stay . when we ask for a refund we were denied because it was 2:30 and late and it still needed to be cleaned.

C. I stated that I would have a small dog with me, & I wanted to make sure there were no unpleasant surprises when I checked in. , and I paid in advance. ), the desk clerk informed me that I would have to pay $100 extra for the dog!

When I asked how this could be, he said he had me down with 1 small dog, but that it was company policy to charge the extra fee. I complained that this wasn’t right, we were only staying the one night and I felt $100 was excessive.

He said he could lower it to $75. If my reservation had not been nonrefundable, I would definitely have canceled it. This is no way to treat a customer that paid for a room in advance! I feel my $75 extra fee should be reimbursed to me. Sincerely, Linda Young

My 25 year old daughter made a reservation at Hampton Inn Atlanta NW Cumberland Atlanta, Georgia today, Thursday, November 10, 2022. She drove 3 hours, arriving at approximately 9:30 PM. Due to recent theft of her wallet, she only has a paper AL driver’s license.

The manager on duty would not accept the ID. I spoke to this manager on behalf of my daughter and found her to be unhelpful. I contacted the local police, and they went to the hotel, verified the ID was valid, but the manager would not let her stay.

I called Courtyard by Marriott and they had no issue with her ID. The police told my daughter they have experienced issues with this particular manager in the past. Is this way Hampton Inn treats customers? This was a totally unreasonable position.

My sister fell at the hampton inn at Richmond Kentucky it was because of an unmarked curb as you go out the front door to the side

she was walking out of the building and the next thing she is on her side /back because there was no yellow marking on a built up curb to warn her it was there

she was hurt pretty bad .. the incident happened around 5;30 to 6 ..A security camera would know the exact time. I haave photos but don't want to send them yet

The next morning i went to desk to set up shuttle for later and asked had my stay been extended and the answer was No! The next issue is there was a homeless black man that obviously comes in all the time for breakfast.

When we called to book a room she said there is absolutely no rooms, so we just did it online. When we get there the receptionist was absolutely awful. She did no say hello, she was eating an ice cream phone and on her phone laughing.

Did not tell us our room number , when check out is, when breakfast is. Nothing. Did not say one word to us. We gave her our name, she never asked. Literally not one word was said to us. Hampton inn in Pittsburgh on the waterfront. Absolutely awful.

We are Hilton honors members. My husband is a disabled veteran in a wheelchair and requires a roll in shower. We stay at Barfield frequently. Unfortunately, when reserved the room Nov 7th, 317only rollin shower available. We reserved it. Upon our arrival, we were booked in sent to room and walked in an occupied room.

We were not apologized to and finally the extremely rude clerk phoned the mgr obviously in the office who didn't even come to us to apologize. we were told we'd be given 30k points. The clerk told us there was no point in standing at the desk, I was quality control and customer service for 30 years.

Please advise and call or this should go further.

On our stay last week at the Hampton NW in San Antonio Texas, my friend's truck was broken into and burglarized along with about 7 other vehicles. We found out that the security guard was not on duty that night.

We have not received any word from the. Manager of the property. I called two days later and instead of the manager speaking to me I was directed to the maintenance guy. I understand that signs are posted about not being responsible for lost items but can you think that we rested knowing that the vehicle was completely exposed with a broken window?

One customer that paid to stay there slept in his car to not risk getting burglarized. I don't recall ever staying at a Hampton Inn and don't think I ever will especially when we can't even speak to a manager about this . Very concerned…

On Friday October 28th I had reservations to stay at the Hampton Inn Gainsville Haymarket, Virginia (7300 Atlas Walk Way) and had to cancel due to a medical emergency. We rushed our daughter to the hospital emergency room where to this day she is admitted awaiting surgery.

She is not doing well, and we were forced to cancel our reservations due to an unforeseen emergency. I have attempted several times to contact management at the hotel by phone and he has not returned my call. I am requesting a reimbursement of the $227 that was taken from my credit card for canceling our reservation.

I stayed at your Saint John, New Brunswick on Sept 17. Upon arrival we found the front desk empty. After more than 10 minutes we found a cleaning lady who aided us by finding the manager. We checked in and the room was very unclean, there was mold on the shower, the chair was so badly stained we refused to sit in it, the bed certainly didn't look newly made and clean.

I went downstairs to ask for a new room and the front desk was one again empty. I didn't have time to wait for the front desk staff to return. The next morning we went for breakfast and my daughter got a bagel.

I booked a room at the Easley SC Hampton Inn for the nights of November 11-13. I just found out my sister who lives nearby has room for me and my wife. I called the hotel and the lady said the system would not let her cancel. I understand you have a cancellation policy, but it is nearly two weeks form the dates. Since there will likely be no vacancy anywhere near Clemson (Louisville game), forcing a forfeiture like that seems a little unreasonable.

My underage daughter was photograph and post on social media which went viral. She just came from the beach and ordering food when your staff took her picture in her swimwear you could see the sand on there legs. I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Bridgeview on 23 to 24 October, 2022. The purpose was to facilitate my return flight to Florida on the 24th after a visit with my family. I chose it for a couple reasons but one of the major ones was having a shuttle. m.

The hotel was clean modern and extremely relaxing. I really thought this would be my "go to" hotel whenever I came into town. I was up at 7:00, showered and prepared to leave. When I checked my phone at about 10:00, I saw an unrecognizable number that came in at 9:24 with NO MESSAGE left.

Why would I call back what could be a spam number? I also checked the entire room before I left and did not notice any indicator on my room phone. I got down to the desk at 10:15 am. I complimented the desk clerk on my hotel stay, checked out and informed…

My grandson is getting married May of 2023 in Bridgeville, PA and wanted to reserve some rooms for out of town guests. Asked for cards to include in invitation, was told that they don't have cards, to use the URL for the hotel.

Not everyone uses the internet. Very disappointed by this.

My daughter worked for the Hampton Inn in Lynchburg Va and the general manager (Mary) was very disrespectful. The housekeeping manager (Naden) called her kids to the hotel to fight my daughter all because my daughter had an opinion about the way they were working her.

It saddens me to know that this is going on in the hotel industry where I live. I have worked for many hotels in my day, but never have I seen anything like this. Their turnover rate is horrible and the rooms aren't that clean.

I literally sat outside waiting to pick my daughter up and the general manager was arguing with the gentleman that was bringing in the waters. So disappointing. I will never stay at that Hampton Inn.

We had paid for 2 nights at the Hampton Inn in Grove City. At 9pm on Saturday night the desk clerk called the police and the GM to have us thrown out of the lobby area. The desk clerk would not give room numbers of the parties who complained and the Gm who arrived in scene was rude and judged that all parties being removed were drunk.

There was no posted time frame that the lobby could be used and the the 10 people in the lobby were only having normal conversations. This location has now lost 3 teams worth of reservations because of the lack of professionalism from the night clerk and the GM.

The GM was not approachable and decided prior to his arrival that he was clearing out his lobby regardless of the situation. I would suggest your GM be more approachable about the lobby area, and if…

I have contacted the Lancaster Ohio Hampton 4 times to refund my 2 night stay as I live where Hurricane Ian hit and the airport was closed and I was in emergency evacuation. I had booked thru a 3rd party- booking.com- they sent request multiple times for the manager of Hampton to approve- he never did- always on a conference call or in a meeting or unavailable. I made reservations several months in advance and booked two rooms. My needs for adjoining or rooms was very specific due to medical reasons. My grandson had a medical appointment at Hershey Medical first thing Monday the 10th and traveled numerous hours .

My adult son is handicapped and has seizures. When we arrived I was told that there were not available rooms that adjoined , nor even close to one another. I was told by the front desk that they had other people who requested to be close to one another and had nothing else available.

My son had a seizure shortly after checking in the room and we were at the other end of the hallway. I went back down stairs to complain and was told that we would need to speak to the Manager who would be in at 7:30 am.

I needed to book a room for 2 nights at the Hampton at 2423 Bushwood Dr Aurora IL. I called the number on the website and was connected to Reservation Desk without being told I was speaking to a 3rd party.

On Saturday, September 24, 2022, my wife and I were traveling from Georgia, to The Chicago area. We were going to travel through Mt Vernon, ILL. Because we stay at Hampton Inn, we called ahead for reservation. Making contact with a reservationist, we were quoted $91 based on the fact I’m a Veteran.

We were then put on hold for taxes and fees, and waited for well over a half an hour. The person that was helping us never got back. We then recalled your reservationist, and were requoted $156 to include our discount with taxes and fees bringing us to $206.

After trying to let this person know what our previous quote was, we were left with a take or leave it feeling. Needless to say we found other accommodations. I’ve travelled extensively for thirty plus years, and stay at Hilton Brands, but…

Vacationing through Carolinas and Ga. All at Hamptons. Stayed at Hampton for years. Stayed at NEW Hampton at Hardeville. Ga. Overpriced for area. Had only one fairly good restaurant within 7 miles. Complaint. I understand post Covid 19 world, but I am extremely upset with your various policies concerning care of room with more than one night.

Part of vacationing is not having to make my bed and having fresh linens. These should be done without my having to get up before 8 to tell housekeeping when I am leaving room, or needing them. I have a feeling you are using Covid 19 to cut your services and costs.

I thought hospitality was your business. Unfortunately, I will have to consider other chains to see if they have more patron friendly policies.

Orlando suffered a major natural disaster. I was traveling to Orlando and am unable to go so called hotel to see if I could get at least a credit to use another day. Rudest customer service supervisor told me no because their location had light.

However they could not guarantee it stay on or water. I insisted but she refused. I would never ever recommend them. DO NOT RESERVE.

My wife and I took our daughter and three grandchildren for a weekend in Nashville Tn. We stayed at the Hampton Inn Skyline on Saturday sept. 24th. We had two rooms and about 10:00 my daughter and granddaughter noticed ants in their popcorn and along the wall where the Tv was.

My daughter called the desk to report the problem and the lady told her the only thing she could do was give her a can of ant spray to take care of the problem herself. This was professional strength ant spray and should never been given to my daughter.

She sprayed the ants and it smelled so badly she started to read the can and they had to get out of the room for 30 minutes. When Calla took the spray back down another young man talked with her and when she told him he immediately move them to another room.

Hampton Inn- Sumter, SC: 1370 N. Broad St. Ext Sumter, SC 29150 Dates of reservation: 9/27-9/29/22. Please see attached photos of the vandalism that occurred to my vehicle on the morning of 9/28/22. I had not parked in my space adequately and someone who tried to park beside me took it upon themselves to pour gravy from your hotel breakfast lobby on my car and leave the note. See attached photos.

The note was written on copy paper and was taped to my car. No one carries this in their car, and since the gravy was used, I am assuming someone at the front desk area knows who did this. I inquired if there were outside camera's to view who may have done this to my vehicle.

The young lady working on the morning of 9/28 did not seem to care at all and offered no assistance. One other employee…

I have tried to get a receipt of our companies stay on multiple occasions. The reservation was under Peter Sauer for Peter, Nolan Van Dine, and Sean Murphy. I am Sean Murphy and I paid onsite for all of the rooms.

I tried getting a receipt at the location before I left but after 15 minutes of not getting the receipt I had to leave. I just finished calling in to get a receipt. The lady at the desk is unable to write my email address down correctly.

I tried giving her two different email addresses. She hung up on me. When I called back she then said she would call back. Can I please get the receipts. com

This Hampton Inn is a disgrace to the name of Hampton! My husband and I are Hilton chain fans and we love Hampton Inns, Hilton, Doubletree, Conrad, and the Waldorf Astoria brands alike. However our experience Sept 7 & 8, 2022 at the Merced CA location was not what we expected. We were booked for 2 rooms.

1. Slow check in. 2. The only elevator not working. We were a party of 3 on a 3wk vacation with plenty of Luggage to go to 3rd fl…I suggested a solution would be to put us on the ground fl…. I had to offer this solution, not the front desk….as there seemed to be an impasse

The pool water is so cool it is only appropriate if you were in physical therapy and they are expecting ice floating do not come to this hotel if you’re expecting to use the pool no one is in it for a reason
