No heat, no hot water, no internet. Josh the front desk jerk, lied to my wife x 2 hrs when we asked for someone to fix the heat by saying he'd send maintenance. He finally told me that there was no maintenance. This was at 11:20pm.
Josh told us they're only on 1st floor and booked. Not possible. There were barely 10 cars at the facility the whole 4 days we were there. We were forced to pay for parking to an empty lot when our paperwork said Free parking.
There was sand in our supposed clean sheets. We were moved to another room with same problems. The coffee pot pods didn't fit the pot there, you have to hold the tray in place to get coffee. The washing machines shake the whole building all day. It's very unsettling.
Worst customer service, rarely answered our phone calls, always a wait…
