When I made reservations for a two-day stay (Wednesday night to Friday morning) I requested a handicap room. I do realize that the availability of special rooms are limited but this was the second stay, first one was the latter part of June.
On both stays my wife and I did not get a handicap room. Both my wife and I are designated as mobility challenged, our stay in June and the most recent, we were put in regular rooms without safety bars. On this last visit I was assisting my wife get out of the tub and she started to fall but fortunately she was able to twist and break her fall by landing on the toilet seat. There were no safety bars for her to support her exit from the bathtub.
On this last visit, (Sep 14-16) we did notify the front desk that (Rm 224) bathroom basin faucet did not…
