When I made reservations for a two-day stay (Wednesday night to Friday morning) I requested a handicap room. I do realize that the availability of special rooms are limited but this was the second stay, first one was the latter part of June.

On both stays my wife and I did not get a handicap room. Both my wife and I are designated as mobility challenged, our stay in June and the most recent, we were put in regular rooms without safety bars. On this last visit I was assisting my wife get out of the tub and she started to fall but fortunately she was able to twist and break her fall by landing on the toilet seat. There were no safety bars for her to support her exit from the bathtub.

On this last visit, (Sep 14-16) we did notify the front desk that (Rm 224) bathroom basin faucet did not…

To whom it may concern: My name is KaRen Coffman my husband Richard Coffman is a Diamond Member . We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Clinton Miss. , for a football game at Mississippi College . Our reservations were held under the name of Buchanan.

The group was made up of 2 sets of elderly grandparents. Ages 80-92. Two couples ,which both had men that are Diamond members and another man who is also a Diamond member . The front desk was not friendly at check inn.

No acknowledgment of their membership was given . We were given 2 bottles of water when we checked in . The rate of the rooms was disputed all weekend . The lobby was not clean . Coffee was cold and during our stay there were multiple times when it was not refilled.

I booked a hotel block in Colchester VT for my wedding 8/25/2022-8/28/2022 for my guests. We decided to make welcome bags for the guests as they came and checked in. I emailed the executive meeting manger about how to go about passing out the bags.

She came back saying that it was going to cost $5 a bag to pass out. She could not give me a reason why it costs any money to simply hand a bag to a guest. As it is not really more work for the employees.

I brought the bags knowing it was going to cost $150 at most. The lady told me if not all bags were passed out, she would not charge me for those. The next week, I got a charge on my credit card for the full $150.

I took home 10 bags, only $100 should I have been charged. I emailed the meeting manager on 9/5/2022. I waited a week with no answer…

I travel all over the country for work, and no hotel compares to this one. The hospitality is second to none. They are very welcoming from the second you walk through the door. The staff is very helpful when something arises!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel if in the area.

Description: Around 930am I checked in at Hampton Inn in Homestead FL. The manager at the front desk told us to check back at 1pm for a room. The Hampton Inn was given a card and they charged the card at that moment of 930am.

When we checked back in at 1pm Hampton Inn told us they over booked and had transferred our reservation next door to the Marriott. We proceeded to the Marriott where the Marriott Asked for payment. When I went back to the Hampton inn I asked the manager on duty why they charged the card? We are from Chicago.

We can’t afford to pay for two different hotels. The manager said she issued a release and now it’s up the bank to give us the money. She was rude! And told us since we booked with Expedia we are the first to get canceled.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Clinton Tenn. on 9-10-2022 Was a terrible experience. Upon entering the room it smelled like a kennel. There was a spot on the carpet where it appeared a dog had relieved itself. After informing the front desk worker of the problem, she offered to move us to another room however my wife was extremely tired from our trip from Southern Ga. and declined her offer.

Also we ran out of toilet paper. we have stayed at a Hampton on many times in the past and I have to say this was our worst experience. There was no offer of compensation for our ordeal. Clearly this establishment is not up to Hampton Standards.

I’m sitting in the lobby of the Hampton inn Seattle downtown. I’ve been here for three and a half hours. There are 35 people in this lobby all of whom do not have a ready room. I’ve been traveling 3am this morning and I’m not happy.

While I realize check in time is 4, do you think it’s hospitable to not have rooms ready for anybody until 4? The girls working the desk are snippy because everyone keeps asking when their room is going to be ready.

It’s not appreciated and it’s very unwelcoming. Not one thing has been said or done that was helpful or apologetic. It’s not what I expect from a Hilton Property. I expect an above average experience that is the same at whatever Hilton I book.

I could spend less And go to a hotel where I don’t know what I’ll get, and yet here I am disappointed,…

The air conditioner is hard set not to fo lower than 68 degrees. That's too hot we usually keep our ac in the bedroom 61. Spoke either the front desk and they stated it won't go lower. It should state that somewhere when booking the room.

I would of happily stayed at another better place where I can control the thermostat. Not staying at an Hampton Inn again.

The room was not clean I had to wipe down furniture. No towels you had to go to front desk to get towels and they were damp. Mildew in the bathroom all around the mirror and sink. No integrity! Staff (Molly and Amerecasa (sp)) should be fired. Molly canceled my reservation after I was checked in for more than four hours. Then attempted to give me a room at a higher rate than my original reservation. I refused and stated I would leave if my original reservation would not be honored.

Molly stated I would be charged a cancelation fee. Excuse you! My reservation was canceled because they did not like the rate I was given for the room. That was the point of the conversation. If Hampton canceled the reservation how the hell would there be a cancelation fee?

I am addressing this issue with the corporate office.

I like my hearing aids at the Canyon city Colorado Hampton Inn and called them back a couple hours later and asked if they had found they said that they did. I have been trying to get them to send me my hearing aids or a week and there is always an excuse why they cannot send them to me.

I went as far as giving them my credit card number with my security code in order to get them to expedite overnight shipping to me and charge it to my credit card. As to today I was told for about think the third or fourth time that they have been sent to me Yet they have never arrive.

I was told today that they were sent yesterday, and since they did not perform during the week I’m assuming that they did not send them this time. I asked if they sent them do you have a tracking number, they did not.

Large ASPCA rescue van from Tennessee parked right behind our car with UHaul trailer attached, totally blocking us in our parking spot. Van driver could not be located, because the hotel didn't keep records of car tags. " We eventually had to unhook our trailer and move it ourselves (risking our health--we're seniors), so that we could pull our car out of the parking space, push the trailer up a slope and reattach it to our car.

The whole ordeal was hugely stressful, risky and frightening. I've also emailed Hilton Hotels (owner of Hampton) twice asking for at least one night of our stay refunded, but they haven't responded to that request at all, other than a form email.

I'll never stay at Hampton Inn again. Hotel staff that morning was totally unhelpful and couldn't seem to understand…

My booking for the hotel started on August 25th, through August 27th, 2022. My stay at the Hampton Inn, in Bloomington, Minnesota on Metro Drive was one of the worst experience that I have every had at any hotel. I have been in the customer service industry for more than fifty years and have never had anyone talk to me in such an awful way; as a guest.

My reservations were messed up. I am a traveling comedian and needed a room last second Aug 27 at 11:30pm. I made a reservation on Expedia. Then the hotel confirmed that the reservation was actually for the next day when I was leaving town. I bounced back and forth on the phone with the hotel and Expedia both pointing fingers at each other.

Made Reservations for 8-26-22 prior to coming, @ check in time the handicap room we reserved/requested was not available. Same thing as 4 months ago at this same hotel. Clerk gave us rm 121 with 2 queen beds. We ask for a king bed in handicap.

She stated she had one on 2nd floor. We accepted it, but going in It smelled like strong piss. we went back 2 down, i ask for the room 121, which was the 1st one she put us in, We'll she gave us room 122 with tub.

We were working with the General Manager of Sales at Hanpton Inn, Downtown Raleigh to book a wedding block. The manager ghosted us and then when we finally got in touch he said they "overcommitted" and could not accommodate our group any longer. We booked our rehearsal dinner and welcome party based on this location, NEVER will I ever...stay at a Hampton Inn again, our wedding guests (all 150 of them) will know this story too.

ON 8/21/22 my wife and I checked in to the Hampton Inn located at 11820 N I-35 Service Rd, OK city OK. Folio/checkno 118020 A. We are Silver members but the fellow that helped us stated that he couldn't give us the discount since we didn't make reservations online.

( My wife and I decided to stay overnight in OK city instead of driving on to Wichita Ks. ) I gave him the same info as I do online. Same phone number, same CC number, everything the same. He said I would have to call 877-677-4472.

My husband and I visited the Hampton Inn at Sneads Ferry NC from August 16 checking out on August 19. The facility is lovely. The staff all very nice but we did have a few issues. There was no desk lamp in the room.

When I inquired I was told that room did not come with a desk lamp. How can one see when there is no light! Bernard who is the maintenance person said he would see if he could find one which he did.

We left our room for the day on Wednesday and came back after dinner. The room had not been attended to by housekeeping so my husband called the front desk and spoke to Rebecca. She informed him that maid service is not provided during your stay and that by doing so they were able to keep the rates low.

My wife and I stayed at Th Hampton Inn in Rutland, Vermont, August 12 , checking out Monday, August15. It was a very bad stay. Room has never been updated. It looked like a room in a cheap motel. Furnishings were old.

We were locked out of our room due to a faulty door lock for over an hour , forced to stand in the hallway while a room clerk unsuccessfully tried to gain us entry. You need to upgrade your room security entry system as another customer also experienced room lockout at the same time. We booked 2 rooms 220 and 221 and they were not ready at check in at 3 pm we left for an hour and when we came back 221 was ready but 220 was not. We asked how much longer and they said a little bit longer.

Made reservation @ Hampton inn-Wytheville. Called direct line to hotel. Cost was $134 + $55 "tax recovery" receptionist said only 3 rooms left. Was a complete lie. Parking lot half full, rooms empty all around me, breakfast room ¼ occupied.

Hello. My name is Adrian Maisonet. I was formerly employed at the Hampton Inn hotel located in Cedar Park Texas. My first day was July 25th, 2022 the day that I quit was July 26th, 2022 due to finding a loaded gun in a room (I have photos) after a disgruntled guest had asked me in another housekeeper to enter the room three times.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn bnb in Rockford Il. The hot tub had sand in and I was told it is a sand filtration system. Well we were there from July 31,2022 to Aug 5. Nothing was done about the hot tub.

We go to hotels to use the hot tub. And the ice machine on floor 1 was broken. Nobody looked at it the whole time we were there. And the room had so much humidity in it that everything became damp.

The breakfast and staff were good. Now we pay alot to go to hotels and would like it to be a good experience. This was not a good time. Thank you.

We booked with a third party site. The third party site clearly stated that we had paid everything up front and showed that we owed the hotel $0 upon arrival.

However, when we arrived they told me I needed to place a $100 deposit on the room. I double checked that this was a deposit and that I would get the money back upon check out as long as we didn’t damage the room.

They charged me the $100 and never returned it. This ended up making the hotel stay an awful price.

No shampoo day of arrival, no bath mat. No hair dryer! Pool and hot tub not in service!! Website advertised all of the above! Hotel was full, lacrosse tournament and hotel was not prepared! One elevator working! No clean towels til 8pm on Saturday.

We spent a night at the Hampton Inn Farmville, Virginia. My husband left his suit and a small luggage. I called back the same day and was told nothing was turned into the lost and found. Later that night I called back and was told the suit was found and to call the next morning about the luggage, as they have several different storages.

Call the next morning and was told we are not responsible for items left. My question then was if your staff find property, they are allowed to keep it? Please explain the purpose of a lost and found. Called the number on line for complaints and they transferred me to the hotel.

Good day, I hope you’re well. I recently stayed at your Hampton Inn located at 1904 US highway 41 Schereville Indiana from July 22-24. The facility was clean and well kept and we were comfortable in our room. Unfortunately the customer service specifically at the front desk was not to the same level.

My wife was very upset because her 96 year old mother had been admitted to Kings Daughters Hospital with Covid and congestive heart failure.

On the way there, she called the Hampton Inn to make reservations because at the time, we had no other options. We have stayed there before and were pleased.
