I stayed at the Hampton Inn Matamoras PA for a family wedding. Was woken by a domestic dispute in the room next door at 6:00 am. Called the front desk and they advised that there was several calls before mine and they would take care of it.

No one checked and no one came to I investigate. The scream went in for an hour and still nothing from the management. 00 for one night. The air conditioner was loud and the pillows sucked and woken up to domestic abuse. Great night.

We checked into Hampton Inn and Suites in Woodward, OK. We went to the room. The curtain had a large rip in it. You could put your fist through it. It would let in light which wasn’t acceptable. I went immediately to the front desk and described the situation to the young lady at the desk.

I asked if we could change rooms. She said that the day staff made room assignments. I asked about a room on top floor. She said that wasn’t available . She wasn’t very helpful at all.

Finally, she said she only had a king suite which was different from our room of two queens. She said I would have to pay $12 additional for the room even though my room was unacceptable. I did pay the additional amount even though it wasn’t my problem.

I booked the Hampton Inn in Dublin Ohio online. When I booked I stated I would be traveling with a service animal. My son and I checked in and had been charged 75 dollars for our dog. When I informed my wife I was told this was not correct as he was a service animal.

After 7 calls I finally connected with Emily who told me the dog that stayed in my room was not a service dog. I forwarded all the information showing her that he was including medical which is illegal to ask for.

It is also illegal to question the validity of the dog. Yes Warrior is only 8 weeks old but he's been training for my son since 6 weeks. He's registered. I wanted to make you aware of a situation that occurred leaving my 12-year-old daughter and me stranded in Warwick Rhode Island during a softball tournament on 7/16/22 with no accommodations as hotels in the area were all booked and the manager was unavailable and then promised a resolution that never happened.

com and when I called to check in, I was told that my reservation was for the day before only and that there was no room available. The hotel manager canceled the wrong day and charged us for our visit which never happened.

com three times to get it resolved between 2pm and 5:30pm however nothing happened. At 5:56, manager Wayne called me to say that he was off for the weekend, but would go into work to check out the situation and call back in half hour.

I stayed at the Yardley PA location and paid well over $600 for two nights. The bed was so bad I had to sleep with my head where my feet should be because of the slope of the mattress. The bathroom had no fan so it was like a rainforest in the room after I took a shower. The shower itself has such low water pressure, it literally took me 39 minutes to take a 15 minute shower. AND-on top of ALL of that, the FIRE ALARM went off at 4:20am because of some electrical issue!! Fire and Police at the scene for over an hour. This is the WORST Hampton Inn I’ve EVER stayed at! Hello Mr.Nassetta, My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn, 4081 Jimmie Dyess Pkwy, Augusta, GA 30909 on 20 June 2022. We have always stayed at Hampton Inns when we travel and we have always been very satisfied. On this particular occasion we made our reservations well in advance and the check in process was uneventful. We have learned over the years to check out the room thoroughly before unpacking and getting comfortable, in the event we need to change rooms for whatever reason.

Upon inspecting our room, #420, we were shocked to discover that the bathroom door was not able to close due to the wrong size vanity/sink area being installed. Hampton Inn LaPorte Indiana. An older gentleman, a lady and myself were in line waiting for the omelets to be served. As the server was placing the food into the tray she made an aggressive snarky comment about “feeling starred down”. We weren’t staring at her, we were simply in line patiently waiting for her to complete her task. I booked for a large group of people for a golf tournament. 8 of the people are over 70 years old. 5 of the people have medical issues. I made these reservations in January of 2022. On July 10th I got a confirmation letter that said the elevator was not working.

I called to see if I could get first floor rooms for my people. They told me that they could not promise me anything and that it was possible that the rooms might be on the third floor. I told them this was unacceptable because the 5 people with medical condition could not negoiate the stairs with their luggage.

Hello, I recently stayed in the Hampton Inn and Suites in Tyler, TX. Room 229 Our room was dirty and we didn't realize to what extent until later in the night. Picked up dirty toilet paper off floor in bathroom, no trash can liner, hair and other stuff in sink.

Something like plastic clips thrown under the bathroom vanity, it had never been sweot and mopped. I recently stayed at your Hampton inn and suites at 310 south (downtown) Nashville TN fir a conference. My car was parked by valet, and broken into to, sometime between 6/20/22-11:00 pm and 6/21/22 3:30 pm. Your PMP(parking management), was no help.

Your Hotel never filed the claim, and as of today-I have not gotten to talk to the manager over the parking. Your costumer service number was no help, because they could not get a hold of anybody at the hotel, and they told me I need to deal with that manager.

I will recommend that Pri Med doesn’t use Hampton Inns in the future. My reservation was listed under Danielle Klump.

I have stayed in 3 Hampton Inn hotels over the past couple months and they have all failed miserably in quality and customer service. The rooms had dirty sheets, didn't have toiletries, and the breakfast wasn't pleasant at all. I tried to use Covid as some of the reasons for the disappointments but I can't use it for all 3 stays.

I think I have given Hampton Inn a fair chance. I will definitely not be using your chain again. The prices have not changed or gotten higher and the service and quality has lowered. It's not adding up correctly

We stayed at the Vicksburg, MS Inn on Sunday, 19 June 22, and it was the worst motel by far we have ever experienced. It was in dire need of renovation , as the room carpet was old and dirty, the plastic tub and shower were very outdated, and the shower door dragged as it was opened and closed, and it had a very loose handle.

There were no shower bars above the tub. Most hotels have replaced tubs which are now virtually obsolete, and shower bars are essential which would make them much safer and markedly reduce your liability. As we pulled back the bed sheets, a roach ran across the sheets.

First off, let me say that I have been staying in Hampton Inn hotels for 20+ years because they have consistently delivered a quality stay...until now.

I booked a one night stay at the Hampton Inn Memphis-Walnut Grove/Baptist Hospital East.

The stay started off normally with us checking in and receiving a card key and also opting to use a digital key with our smartphones. Parked the car at a side entrance to the hotel but neither the card key nor the digital key would open the door. Got back in the car and drove to the front to go back to the front desk and got the card reset and they also did something that was supposed to fix the digital key. Hello, I'm staying at the I94/st. Joseph location. ck out is at noon*. Two different times house keepers attempted to enter my room[without knocking]. Once... while my Fiance was alone in the room. The second time after speaking with the hotel manager about the issue... to my astonishment.

The Hampton Inn in Tarpon Springs is the worst Hampton Inn I have ever been in. The front desk is wonderful, furniture and dining area and breakfast plus coffee service. IT ENDS THERE. The rooms are dreadful, old furniture, and stained. A King sized bed with only standard smelly pillows! Not one pencil or pad in the room, no TV guide, no information at all about places to order food from. The sink in the bathroom had no working plug system, the room was not made up in the morning, nor were the wet towels removed from the tub where we put them.

Truly disappointed and will not stay there again. It was recommended by St. Luke’s Eye surgery my reason for being there for 2 days. I will go back to St. Luke’s but not stay at this Hampton Inn.

My husband and I were traveling up from Florida Monday, June 6. We stopped in Fredericksburg, VA for the night. Upon retiring for the night and turning the bed down we noticed brown stains on the fitted sheet. I called the front desk to request new sheets and noticed stains on that sheet!

My husband Albert Liu and I stayed in Hampton Inn Kanab in UT on May 11, 2022. We had a room next to the ventilation system. It was noisy and we could not sleep for the whole night. They served a few rotten banana in the morning.

The breakfast looks terrible compared with other Hampton Inns we stayed during the trip. They only brewed very little amount of light roast coffee. I asked for dark roast coffee which is served by all other Hampton Inns. The service lady gave an attitude and stated that they only have what was out there!

I'm looking at booking a four night stay in Seattle in October, and the Hampton Inn & Suites Seattle-Downtown, 700 5th Ave N, Seattle, WA 98109 is the perfect location for the events that I will be attending. I read reviews online that that site does not do daily room cleaning, they only do room cleaning after a 5 night stay. When I called to confirm this (I've never heard of this before and I wanted to confirm with someone at the hotel that this was the case) the person that I spoke with just gave one word answers and seemed entirely unengaged in the conversation.

In December, 2021 I made a reservation for one night, June 4, 2022 at the Hampton Inn, Chelmsford, MA. I would be attending the high school graduation of my oldest grandchild. I received usual confirmations via email. About one month in advance of my stay I received another confirmation via email.

Hampton Inn New Smyra Beach, Had a reservation for 2 nights June 1, 2022. I tested positive for covid I called to cancel or even get a credit for another time. Spoke to manager they told me absolutely not. I said so you can stay at your hotel with covid they said no.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay In Hampton Inn in Hershey, Penn. This marks our 10th year of staying there and always in the same room. Our experience was not pleasant this year. The room was not at its best when we checked in and a foul order during our whole stay.

The bathroom was not clean and trouble with the toilet. I understand the NO houekeeping issues, but I do feel we should have had clean towels and at least garbage cans emptied. I am shocked at the service and what has happened.

I had booked a room May 29th check out May 30th. My family was going to the Opera in Los Angeles and we did not want to drive home the same night. We live in the Palm Springs area. I got sick on May 29th could not go and my husband decided he would drive home that night.

The front desk night shift lady is inhuman. My first night checking in Friday 5/27/12. we were sitting out front of the hotel and called in to see if there were any rooms available, she said no to every room type.

Hello,

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Washinton DC Convention Center last week (5/15–5/19) and my dental night guard was apparently thrown away by housekeeping while I was there. It was next to the sink and could have been tossed when the hand towel was taken. I didn’t say anything at the time, assuming I could get a new one and not wanting to get anyone in trouble. Unfortunately, I’ve just found out that my insurance won’t cover a new night guard. Can you please let me know what I need to do to be reimbursed for this? The cost is $625.00. I did call the hotel directly, but they didn't seem able to address this issue.

When checking in we had called ahead and asked for a non-smoking room. When we arrived and went to our room the smoke smell was overwhelming. When checking out I talked to the front desk we were told it should have been caught by cleaning staff.

It has taken me over a week to actually write this message. I have gone back and forth thinking about this, but a week later I am still angry so here goes. From 5-6 to 5-14 we had a room at the Hampton Inn & Suites-Greenville-Spartanburg location.

Not a complaint - a shout out to be recognized with a bonus Breakfast team: Soledad, Adaleni, and Andres - made our stay so exceptional. There customer service goes above and beyond - I hope Corporate recognizes their hard work and loyalty.

I recently used the Hampton Inn website to book a hotel room. Imagine my confusion when I arrived at the address on my confirmation to find a Comfort Inn NOT a Hampton Inn. All my correspondence regarding my reservation indicated Hampton Inn.

Was told by the desk attendant that it had not been a Hampton Inn in a couple of years. Then imagine my displeasure with my room and the facility as a whole. Peeling and broken furniture, knobs missing from dresser, dirty carpet and bathroom, loose toilet seat.

I could go on and on. The breakfast was poor at best. In a word, the place is a DUMP. My husband had to return to the front desk 3 times to have the key card reprogramed so we could get into our room. The staff was lacking.

The morning we checked out no one was at the desk. Sign said be back…

I went to the Hampton Inn last night (5/10) for a one night stay. I booked this thru Expedia. I arrived with my wife and had my paperwork with itinerary and confirmation. I approached the front desk to check in and was told there was no reservation for me.

I presented my paperwork to the clerk and she refused to look at it. She proceeded to raise her voice telling me I had no reservation and the hotel was full with no rooms available. The was both embarrassing and humiliating to my wife and myself, because there were about 20 to 30 people in the lobby listening to her rant.

The manager left the desk and went to his office and disappeared from the scene the clerk was making. I just stood there unsure of what to do, since the room was paid for in full. She then got on the phone with Expedia,…

I recently stayed at stillcreek location in Charlotte NC, I had no major issue until my daughter was rudely addressed by house keeping staff when asking for assistance with clean towels. When I was notified and went to speak with staff member she was talking out loud accusing my child of being a racist staff repeating " she acts like she never saw a fucking white person *** spoke with manger on shift at the time she was very nice explained what happened and

she did say she would speak to staff. This was just completely unacceptable and made our time uncomfortable for that point.
