I normally dont do reviews unless i get sent one in an email, like this one, because i feel they are a waste of time. In my opinion if people cared the negative experiences would not have occurred to begin with, so whats the point of a survey, or leaving a rating?

In any case, there were severa;l reasons for my giving 2 stars. The trash can was overflowing when checking in and it stayed that way both days we stayed there. That was kind of an eye soar, but very minor issue.

The breakfast that is suppose to be included says until 9am during the week and 10am on weekends. The first morning we went at 845am and they had run out of everything, no eggs, no coffee cups, napkins, etc. The second day, when it was open until 10am, we went at 9am and it was closed.

We did check in 1st may, I was getting tea for my self, there was no milk, I asked reception at desk and he said we don’t have milk, but then I fiound out extra milk was in the drawer, but he was busy in the phone, 2nd complain, we stayed 2 nights, no one clean our room and no towels we left without taking shower, because no towels and shampoo. Try to call customer service, phone wasn’t working, between 4 people 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner

Stayed the night at your Pine Bluff, Arkansas location on 5/3/22. Overnight my truck bed was pried open and many valuable items were stolen. I notified the desk immediately, who contacted their security officer, not on site, who contacted the Pine Bluff PD.

Normally Hampton Inns are safe but that area certainly is not.

Also it would've been nice to at least get the room comped, instead of the $250 one night fee.

I stayed at The Hampton Inn in Warwick on April 22nd until the 23rd. I arrived the 22nd at approximately 10:45. At 11 ish we finally got a room after “waiting for one to be cleaned”… the room we got was far from clean.

Dirty sheets, dirty pillow cases dirty floor. Hair in the bathroom dirty toilet WITH POOP IN IT! Dirty soap. Old towels etc. I had carried my sleeping toddlers in expecting a clean room and laid them down onto dirty beds.

) I asked for a refund and they told me no…. No manager was available to do that for me!!! So they said a manager would be available in the morning. Guess what. LIE. I went down after using blankets we had brought for the kids in the car to a guy who had worked there for two days.

, Tampa, FL 33607. We’ve been here in room 213 since Monday, April 25, 2022. I had thyroidectomy surgery yesterday, Wednesday, April 27, 2022 and I called the hotel at 8:45 am this morning, Thursday, April 28, 2022 to request our room to be cleaned in line with their policy (on the 4th day) so

Hampton Inn Providence airport is damaging your brand. We booked on the app without checking reviews. From start to finish, we had the worst ever Hampton Inn experience. We arrived after dark and found the whole side of the building where most of the parking was completely dark.

There were many street lamps, but none were lit. This felt unsafe for a variety of reasons - crime or danger of tripping. At the front of the hotel were some stands with hand sanitizer, also all over the hotel, but they were all empty.

We checked in online, so did not interact with the front desk. When we finally got our code, we got to the room and the door was physically not closed because as you let the door close, it would not shut without a person forcing it shut because it wasn't aligned properly.

The night of April 26th, I stayed at the Hampton Inn located at 1116 Carter Cove Tupelo MS. No one greated me as a Gold member which I thought was odd. 1st thing I noticed in the room was the light nixed to the bed was burned out.

As I was by myself and it had 2 queen beds, I just took the other bed. I went to log on to the interned using the instructions (just given) from the front desk and the system would not recognize my name, so i went back down to the front desk and

Stayed here 3 nights worst place I ever been in over heard housekeeper supervisor cursing bad to other housekeeper bitching about not having linen and GM being a loser also telling her to do as she said or walk the fuck away it was so loud I even felt bad for the poor lady, when downstairs and complaint with the front desk person their answer was; sorry it’s hard to find people to work nowadays. I’ve basically enjoyed my stay in all the past with Hampton Inn. This evening I called the front desk to ask if the music at the Tiki Bar could be turned down because it is so loud it is vibrating the room.

The front desk male said they will stop playing at 9:00 tonight and basically there is nothing that can be done about it. I said I’ll call the police dept and he said that’s fine call them, they can’t make us turn the music down.

That is one of the rudest comments I’ve ever thought of that would be said to a customer. I was very nice about it cause I don’t believe in raising my voice to complain. The Hampton Inn at 4601 Cowhorn Creek Rd, Texarkana, TX 75503 was very rude. I needed to extend my stay one more night and they kicked me out anyway. I stay there on Business and I've stayed there before, but never had this bad attitude before.

I'm very upset the way I was treated upon arriving to the Hampton inn before I made my reservation I called and had spoke to someone and asked how many children I could have in the room I was told there wasn't a limit so I had five 11 year old girls with me and 1 adult and myself.

On Monday, April 19, 2022, I called Ed at the Hampton Inn to request a copy of my itemized bill. He informed me that he would email it to me within 15 minutes. I called one and half hour later stating that I did not get his email. He then informed me that I needed to speak to the General Manager Susan Bartlow. Christy located at your Owen mills location was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in LIFE ! Christy stated that you all had a policy stating if the incidental fee wasn’t covered in a certain time period my sister and her 2 month old baby would have to leave the property and wouldn’t receive a refund on the room .

Booked and paid for four night stay and this is Thursday and we have not had room service as of yet. We have asked twice to have our room cleaned with fresh towels and trash emptied and has not happened yet.

I was told last night to come in today to speak with manager and I did and the manager refused to talk to me it would not come out of her office. The hot and cold knob on the shower is backwards, the light switches on labs are backwards, and the USB port on the nightstand does not work.

My husband and I along with my son and his girlfriend stayed at 749 East Chocolate Ave Hershey PA on April 2, 2022. We chose this hotel because we were in town for opening weekend of Hershey, and to check out some hotels for upcoming visits since we are season pass holders.

The room fridge was not clean, there was only 3 dishes and 2 bowls in the room not even enough to accommodate a party of 4. I was also extremely disappointed that this hotel had no jacuzzi or bar which both are listed as amentities on your site.

When we asked about the jacuzzi the front desk informed us it has been closed for 2 years but yet it is still listed on your web site.

We reserved a king size room with a sofa bed for myself, my husband and my 11year old son at Hampton Inn airport location on 28th Street in Grand Rapids, MI. I guess I can start by saying, it is definitely not on 28th Street, and there aren't signs to show you that.

Upon finding the hotel, we checked in, went to our room and discovered there were no pillows/bedding for the sofabed for my son. I stayed at the Hampton Inn on chemical rd. Plymouth meeting Pa. March 1st to the 2nd. I had a late checkout at 1 pm. I did not smoke in the room. Not at all whatsoever.

My family of four stayed at the Hampton In Galveston. We had a room with 1 bed and a pull out couch. I called down to the front desk to see about getting 2 extra pillows and blankets due to no extras in the room and kids needing pillows and blankets for the pull out couch.

I want to start by saying that the staff were very p= leasant and kind. We arrived on Friday Night 3/4/ at 9pm with our 2 childre= n, #72247071038633. Room 208. I just checked in at the Hampton Inn in Georgetown, Tx. Right away, I noticed there was no soap nor shampoo in the room. I called the front desk receptionist, who has a cast on her hand. Apparently, another guest experienced the SAME issue: No bar Soap nor Shampoo in his hotel room. She had him bring the soap and shampoo to me since he was on the same floor as me. My room # is 325. Since the soaps are small, and my daughter is also staying with me, I called the front desk again. The phone rang for about 40 times before she answered. To whom it may concern, I am a frequent guest at Hampton Inns throughout the country. I try to only stay at Hampton Inns. Tonight I checked in at the Hampton Inn Elk City, OK. Unfortunately I was greeted by a very rude and unapproachable young lady in a t-shirt and jeans at the front desk.

February 27, 2022 at 2:20 after a treacherous road trip through snowy conditions, my husband and i found the hotel we had reservations at and just wanted to see if we could check in early. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude and said no you check in at 3. And walked away.

At 3 I attempted to check in again. He asked for my license, gave it back, said I had no reservation. He asked if I booked through expedia and when I said yes. He said call them, we are booked, and walked away.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Knoxville West, TN at Cedar Bluff on February 24-25. I left my apple earbuds in the hotel room on the dresser and realized this when I was 2 hours away. " I tried to explain that this would be a "quick fix" if she could just send someone upstairs to look for the earbuds.

She rudely refused and said there was no one available. So, I called the next day, spoke with the same woman and she told me she remembered me and that she would get in touch with her supervisor and call me back. That never happened.

my husband tried to reserve a room on the first floor. I am not able to walk up or down flight of steps in case of a fire drill or fire! I needed a room on the first floor. Elijah at salem va ext137 could not guarantee us a room first floor! company policy ?

I booked rooms for business trip 3 weeks in advance. I booked it with government rate($101). Week before my trip I needed to add extra day. I was told I would have to pay for that one day $177(regular rate).

I agreed and asked if my initial reservation is still at government rate and I was assured it is. So I was looking at 1 night at 177 and 4 more at 101. I was ok with that because there aren't to many rooms available, so I decided to pay extra even though it would be out of pocket expanse since my per diem is $96.

Anyways, I checked in on Sunday and checked out on Friday. When I got my bill I realized that they charged my credit card $177 for each night I stayed. I contacted the billing department to clear it out and I was told "Because I added an extra day the whole rate changed and…

I reserved a room at the Hampton inn & Suites at 315 SE Olympia Dr Vancouver WA 98684. The first night was great and then at 9am I went to the front counter to reserve another night and the lady Fran said that she would check to see if a room was available and she said there was but she would need to see my ID.

I left my ID in my room so I told Fran that I would bring it down to her later. Every half hour I got eather a call in the room phone or a knock on my room door even though I had a do not disturb on the door handle.

Finally sense I could not sleep I told my daughter Kylee who is 17 to go down and pay for the room another night. My daughter calls me and tells me that Fran won't give her the new room keys until I come down and show her my ID.

So i tell her I'll be down in a minute…

Called to hotel on our way home. Just wanted to know if rooms are available and the rate. An outsourced person answered the phone and asked for my name. Then the # of people staying. I said can you just tell me of you have rooms available.

She said no, I need to ask for this information. Then with a heavy accent asked: “….. dogs” I could not understand. So asked again. She said “….. dogs”. It turned out she was asking how many adults. After all 10 minutes WASTED.

I asked can you please just tell me if you have rooms available. She said. NO. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. they just lost a customer. I will not stay with them.

The handicap room with a roll-in shower had no bench, 1 towel bar was pasted to the wall and when the towel was removed came off the wall. Since the side door had been hit by lightning, one could exit but it wouldn't open to get back in.

The breakfast bar was a disaster: no waffles, toaster with nothing to toast, juice machine with only apple juice but 3 kinds labeled, no yogurt, only green apples (nothing to put on cereal), hard biscuits, cold dry sausage links (labeled "patties"), and cold crumbley eggs(labeled "cheese omelet). The staff was very friendly and polite and the rate reasonable, Just not what I expected from Hampton after spending several days at one in Florida last summer. Thank you.

I stayed at the Hampton inn in Manning South Carolina. My check in was for 2pm. I showed up at 1:45 and no one was at the front desk so I decided to run out to my car to grab something.

I was followed by the front desk clerk. She then yelled to me from across the parking lot “what? ” To which I responded that I was here to check in. She then told me check in wasn’t until 3.

I returned at 3:30 where a second clerk told me my room still wasn’t ready and that she would call me when it was. By 5:30 she still hadn’t called so I returned to the hotel where a third clerk finally helped me get into a room.

Other than that, behind the desk was a sign that read “ if a local has a reservation cancel it! ”. I found that EXTREMELY disgusting. That sign alone made up my mind to never stay at a…
