On 2/5/2022 at your Hampton Inn at 4000 Collins Avenue miami beach the cops and fireman and mgr Lazarus has a male inside the ceiling. The police came 3 times with guns and the event was scary while we were getting our coffee and trying to check out. Please.

I travel around the world on Business to various locations using the Hampton Inns.This location i have been to several times in the pass year ,to notice a family there using the facilities like the pool. I have spoken to one of the kids at one time to find out that are not staying at the hotel but just using the amenties.Please I think this matter is serious enough if one of them get hurt,their can be a serious lawsuit. Me and my man were in the breakfast line disturbed in front of other guests asked if we had a room and our last name. Later came to say, "yeah" " I wasn't gonan ask you guys. But I usually look for people with back packs and dirty clothes. And my man said.

" I would have e appreciate it if you pulled me to the side. And instead of the guy apologizing he brushed it off and said oh they were not paying attention. " Very disturbing how she came out so fast with a quick reply.

Later on about 10 minutes until breakfast was over me and my two siblings was eating and I had made a waffle the front desk lady came over and said it is now 10 minutes passed breakfast which we was already sitting down waiting for my waffle. 30 seconds left on the timer for it it be done..

This complaint has to do with your Hampton Inn Gainesville, FL location at 4225 SW 40th Blvd. Checked in into the hotel on January 28, 2022. The room seemed cold, set up the heat at 73F and left for dinner.

When we came back from our dinner, the room was still cold. I called the Front Desk around 7:30pm. A man came to check the heating unit out and said that it is broken. He said that the Front Desk will call to move us to a different room. Nobody called for about 10 minutes. I called again, the receptionist ordered me to come down for a key to a new room. The Hampton Inn in North Conway charged me 280 for a 1-night stay! They made me book a two-night stay although I told them on the phone and upon arrival, I only wanted a 1-night stay. At arrival I said I would pay cash not to charge my card.

At checkout they charged my card 425 dollars and then charged me 280 which I paid cash. I did not realize they charged my card until I was down the road. I turned around and went back to the hotel and tried to get them to reverse the charged which they refused and told me it was up to my bank.

On January 17th I checked in to Hampton Inn (Cleland Area) 4860 Brecksville Rd. Richfield OH at 10:00 pm.

First there were no elevators working. I went up to the room and there was no heat in the Hallway and there was no heat in the room, the room smelled like mold.. I walked back down stairs to the front desk and told them that I would not be staying there in these conditions and asked for a refund on my debit card.

He said that he was not authorized to do that and to call the GM in the morning Minesh Shah . When I called in the morning the general manager told me that he was not going to give me a refund.

I did not stay in the room and I want my money back. It was also very difficult for my elder sister to go up and down the stairs. The has building had handicap access.

com. Was supposed to be there on Wednesday January 12, arrived on 13 @6 due to bad accident coming from Sacramento. Was going to Lego land San Diego. Night manager really rude. Said that he should have canceled my room.

Charged me for the not arriving Wednesday. I spoke with a lady she noted that I was going to be late. My family was in lobby and embarrassed in front of your staff and other guest. This was my grandson special trip.

I stated after the embarrassing conversation with staff (mark) I’ll pay whatever. 00. This was so hurtful he is 5. My family wanted to just end the trip. Money is very tight but we mad his birthday special still. But due to your hotel treatment was so unfair.

My bathroom was dirty hair in sink, shower drain full of hair, and no soap to shower. I also complained to the desk clerk and her response was well I tell them to do a better job. The price was high and had I seen this before bed I would have not stayed but was traveling and went to bed and found this when I woke up.

We stayed at Beckley, VA Hampton Inn last night. Everything was fine until breakfast. Every table was dirty & had food on the tables. The carpet was filthy. I mentioned it at check out & was told they are cleaning the tables.

The whole time we were eating, not one area was cleaned. I know staffing is an issue, but germs are more of a priority. No apology & no thank you. We paid more to stay your hotel. Not sure we will stay at Hampton on our way north on Feb. Very disappointed!

Was charged for smoking in the hotel when we never smoked in the hotel. We were charged $150 extra bc of a smell. We went outside at midnight to vape and smoke. Which the cameras show we did. Next morning we leave. Again, never smoking inside the room. But since the smell was on our clothing we were hit with the fee? That just doesn't sit well with me.

This happened at the 12708 Ocean Gateway Hwy Hotel in Ocean City, MD.

This company is trash! The would not allow a family with 3 little kids to enter the hotel that’s already booked and paid for because the person who paid for the room can’t be present. Even after willingness to send picture of the ID and sign any authorization forms that needs to be signed.

This isn't a complaint but I wish to acknowledge Jesus Hernandez Cruz. I met him at the Commercial Blvd Hampton Inn in Ft Lauderdale. He was very helpful and actually went above and beyond to assist me. I was there for a very short stay.

I was traveling the following day and I couldn't find a C19 testing site to get tested before flying. He spent the time to assist me to find one, assisted me in finding a taxi company and was pleasant throughout the process.

It is important to acknowledge and highlight good service. Jesus was worth me finding a place to "big him up" even if it in the complaints section.

I called the property directly to ask about the Park and Fly program before I booked the room. I specifically asked if I could park my car there and stay there at the end of our trip since we land late.

After driving for 2 hours in freezing temperatures, the blond woman at the desk told me very rudely that they couldn’t do reverse stays or something like that. Never apologized for the misinformation or inconvenience given to me by their employee.

So we had to drive over to the airport long term parking and deal with that with all of our luggage. I’m very tempted to cancel my reservation for Jan 10th and go to a hotel that actually treats their customers politely.

My complaint isn't about the building or amenities. We had no issues with those things. We had an issue with the customer service and the manager. I'm assuming that is who she is. When I arrived to check into the hotel I accidentally dropped my phone and did not know. That is my mistake.

Not blaming anyone for that. The next day we realized we couldn't find it. Asked front desk was it turned in but nothing. So we tracked the location and it showed the address within a 2-4 mile distance of the hotel and it pinged it at 4 am which at that time we were in our room asleep.

So we just asked the front desk if there was anyway to see if anyone that worked there lived at that address. We weren't accusing anyone of anything. It just made sense that an employee may have picked it up seeing as it…

My wife is on a walker and expected high rise commode, walk in shower and such. Not satisfactory. Staff polite. I paid for a handicapped room and could have paid for a regular room cheaper with same facilities offered. You should not advertise this room as handicapped.

We stayed five nights through Christmas, 2021, at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The facility is at 5300 State Hwy 121 in Colleyville, Tx. This is the second time we used the facility, and both times Hampton has rented our handicrafts facility before we arrived. After 16 hours in the car, beginning very early in SC, we were very tired and frustrated with a reservation process that bumped us for someone else.

The clerk had began work four days before our arrival. He could only give us the card of manager Daniel Wilson, who didn’t arrive until two days later. Our root problem is with your reservation procedure for handicapped clients. Why are we always dismissed?

We booked a stay at the Hampton Inn Suites at Bossior City LA. ) while traveling on the road. The stay was on 12/17/21. The room provided was extremely musty and in need of refurbishing. We were able to change rooms (only had one other room available) This room was musty also but not as bad as the first room.

This room had broken curtains that could not be closed and it was on the first floor. My wife did not step on the floor without shoes and said she did not sleep the the night we left early in morning.

The foyer of hotel elevators and etc. were not the best. Elevators were noisy and rattled when moving. 00 motel 6 rather than a $250 night. I have contacted Hilton to no avail. This Hotel charged more than some Embassy Suites which is a Hilton and has always been a good stay from…

We could not lodge the complaint as we were in rush to catch our flight to Montreal. I checked into Hampton Inn at 275 US Route 1, Kittery ME 03904 today 27 December 2021. When I received my room (126) there was no remote in the room for the TV. I went back to the front desk and the girl on the desk indicated that she had no idea where the remote would be and could not provide me with another remote. For the price of $177 US I would expect to have a working TV. Will I be receiving some form of discount for no TV in the room?

We recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Destin, Fl. This was the Inn nearest the large Sand Destin resort. Our rooms were clean. The resort was gayly decorated.

However, the breakfast experience was not good. The food selection was good. But the hot buffet items were all cold. The steam trays were steaming, but the food was cold. We figured out the problem’s solution, but the manager was uninterested in either listening or problem solving.

The problem: cold food in quantity was being placed in warmers. Cold Omelets stacked one on top of another could not become warm enough, up to the 153 degree temperature, in the buffet trays. Breakfast traffic was brisk, but not overwhelming that morning.

If the food had been hot, not just warm, then it would have stayed at a comfortable eating…

WARNING! Do you NOT patronage! Unfortunately, I have experienced extremely rude and unprofessional behavior by one of their managers named Linda Jackson. I was charged several nights for a room when I didn't even stay at the hotel, and while in the process of trying to resolve the situation, I have unfortunately experienced blatant dishonesty on the part of Linda.

I am a Hilton Honors member and during a recent stay (12/2/21-12/10/21), after appx 4 days in the room, my companion and I decided to house keeping a help before they came in to clean our room. We removed our bed sheets and mattress cover only to find a huge blood spot on the mattress. It encompassed the entire right bottom of the mattress.

I notified the front desk and they were like “oh no” but failed to even check the mattress. I paid $1300 to stay their and did not expect to stay on a bed with sanitary issues. I have photos but they are to large to load. My companion and I ended up sleeping on the left side of the bed only after we noticed the repulsive mattress. Completely unsanitary.

I wa leaving the hotel and had my truck at the front entrance of The Hampton Inn at the Charlotte Airport. It has rained and it has a brick road in front. I went and grabbed on to my truck door handle and slip on the wet bricks and rammed both shins into my truck.

I had not time to go back in but besides the pain I had a bump on each shin. When I got to my gate I went and got ice. One bump was the size of a golf ball and the other was half that size.

A lousy way to start a vacation at Disney. There should be some sort of warning about that since I am like I did not slam my back as well.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Castleton indiana last Fri and Sat nights. Checked in on Fri about 730pm. Tv did not work I called front desk was told they were fully booked and nothing they could do but would be fixed on sat.

Sat night got back to hotel and still not fixed. Again called front desk and was told same bs. He said he would call the manager and compensate me on my bill. I checked out sun morning about 8am and again nothing was done.

Was told when I was checked out that they couldn't do anything and only the manager could who would be in on Monday. He was supposed to call me on Monday. nothing no call or email. TOTAL RIP OFF 244$....

My husband and I stayed at the Hampton Inn, Princeton several days during Thanksgiving week. I have stayed there many times before and never had a complaint, #1, they goofed up my reservation. #2, the breakfast is pathetic. #3, the beds are high off the ground and I bruised my toe trying get into it, #4 is the worse, the toilet holes are round and small---RIDICULOUSLY small, #5, the hook for towels and robes are really high. As I said, my toe was bruised and it hurt to get my shoe on and try to walk. I've stayed at the hotel many times before, but never again. Btw, the guy who sign us in was unprofessional.

Someone was able to access my room this morning shortly after 6am, and open the door, deadbolt had been engaged and toggle log, as a female, in my room alone. I yelled and they left, leaving the door open. When I mentioned this to the Front Desk the response was "oh that's surprising this is a new hotel". I asked to have the Manager contact me, and this is now almost seven hours later and there is still no response from the Mgr. I want to know 1) how this was able to happen considering each key is programmed for the room, and how the door was able to open with the deadbolt still extended, had I not been awake and yelled they could easily have made their way in.

My complaint is that the maintenance guy walk in my room without knocking and I could have been in a compromised position. I feel as though this was planned and dangerous situation for me. When I checked in the clerk in the front and the maintenance man were talking.

The clerk said my room number out loud which I think is unsafe and unprofessional. And 20minutes later the maintenance man busted in my room. I told the Assistant manager and he was he did give me my stay for free, but that experience made me feel unsafe and the assistant manager still defended the maintenance guy saying that I'm sure he just made a mistake.

The only thing that stopped him I feel is because someone else was in the area

Yesterday evening when I got my room, my room number was pronounced out loud by the desk clerk. A maintenance man was standing close by. About 20 minutes after going into my room, the maintenance man opened my door with his master key.

When he saw me, he pretended he didn't know the room was occupied. Asked me did I call him. He didn't knock, just came in. This same man was standing there when the clerk called out my room number, and he saw me go to my room.

I started to call the police because I was targeted by him. I don't know what he would've done to me if I was in the shower already. Even though manager on duty didn't charge me because of what happened, I think that an investment into him coming into my room need to be done.

Makes me wonder how many other rooms he's entered like me.…

We have been to Hampton Inns numerous times. We chose the Durango Inn for 3 nights. We arrived at our room to find bugs all over. The sheets and towels were dingy and old. I called the office. They said that they would send someone to our room in the morning.

We went out for the day. We returned to see more bugs and the only thing done to our room was cleaning the wastebaskets. We went to the office and they left sheets and towels at our door. We had to spend another night and I secured a room just down the street.

In the morning we went to check out and my wife found a bug on my shirt. I took off my veteran cap and there were 4 more bugs. The hotel that we ended up at was a national chain and the room was clean with white sheets and NO bugs and cheaper.

Filth. The shower surround and shower head were pink with mold or mildew. The shelf below the sink was covered in dust. The hair dryer had some nasty brown smudge which I can only hope was someone’s makeup. This is all in addition to having to ask the manager for a clean coffeemaker when we first arrived.
