In June I made reservations to stay at the Hampton in Foley, AL for July 6, 7, and 8th. On July 4th my plans changed and I called the hotel to change my reservation to July 7th only. I was told it was not a problem.

On the morning of July 7th, I received an email asking me to rate my recent stay. I called the hotel and spoke with Diamond. I told her my reservation was supposed to be for the 7th not the 6th.

She said that I was listed as a "no show" for the 6th but there was a note about me calling on July 4th to change the reservation so she agreed it was a mistake and would be corrected. She connected me to Lil to arrange a new reservation for July 7th. Confirmation number 92530906.

When I received my VISA bill in August I was charged twice. 49 which was the price I was quoted for the…

On the early morning of Sunday 5/17/21 approximately at 1:45 AM me and my girlfriend were awaken by the very loud sounds of a young female screaming, yelling and saying the person inside room 317 and/or 318 was hitting her. This noise continues for hours throughout the morning.

We were NOT able to go back to sleep for the remaining of the morning. This young caucasian female disturbed many people on the 3rd floor. This is totally unacceptable. I have never experienced such a bad stay at the Hampton Inn.

I called the front desk and security came but didn't defuse the situation. I called the police from the hotel room phone and the police NEVER came. I was staying in which is room 315. I demand a refund for this bad experience.

We checked in on Sept 27th 2021. When we arrived at 4pm, we assume that all rooms are ready to go The 2 Nerds at the front desk had us waiting for appx 20 mins. As one nerd was trying to teach another nerd, he had him go get a gal from housekeeping to see if a room was ready for us.

Then they had to go get the manager on duty in her room. She came out with her pit bull and had to show them how to check us in. There was no pool available no hot water in the shower and old left food in the fridge.

we were not greeted with a Hello, how may I help you. Do you want a king bed, Queen, quiet side of the building, not need the elevator or any other questions. I do some kind of cash discount for the bad service and too $$ paid for our inconvience and bad service and dirty room, no pool. etc.

On 9/22/21-9/23/21, I booked a King Suite. Upon my arrival after checking in, I found and killed a rather large fuzzy brown spider. I shortly received a phone call from from front desk asking of my satisfaction of the room.

I reported the finding of the spider and also the strong smell of urine in the bathroom. I took pictures of the spider, collected it in a tissue and took it to the front desk, at which time I was told by staff that they can't stop and kill all spiders or bugs that enter the premises.

I left for an outing that night and returned at approximately 4am of the 23rd. I brought left overs to be refrigerated. Slept and showered, smelling the urine in the bathroom. I then left for the day and returned in the early evening only to find that my refrigerator did not seal shut and…

Overnight stay at Hampton Inn - Morristown TN on 10/4/21. Although the facility was clean, the personnel helpful, the room acceptable, the food offering for the "free" breakfast buffet was disappointing.

Specifically the "fresh" fruit that was long past its prime and consisted of a mix of either overripe or totally green bananas neither fit for human consumption. The offered apples were old and partially rotten inside. I did bring the matter to the attention of the front desk and did receive an apology.

Disappointing stay particularly in light of the fact this facility charged the highest nightly rate of all the Hampton Inn's during a recent road trip.

On September 29 I went to my room in Cookeville TN. When I pulled back cover there was a poop mark on sheets. I told perso on duty. He offered to change the sheets but I was exhausted from driving.

So I slept in the otherbed the next morning I dropped water on bathroom floor it was black when I wiped it up. The room was not a normal clean Hampton room

I chartered a bus trip to Columbia, SC arriving on 9/18 to attend a church function. Eighteen of the passengers stayed at the hotel, paying by either credit card or cash. 52. 16 I don't know what that charge was for.

Also there is a $1000 charge pending on my bankcard - for what? I received an email from Chantel Dickson, Director of Sales, asking me for the payment method of 7 of the passengers, why? Each guest had to pay for their room before they were allowed into the rooms.

As of today (9/23) the guests that paid with a credit card have not been charged. I want this resolved TODAY, if they cannot charge the credit cards…

I work out of town every week all year round with my wife. We have been staying at this hotel for weeks. So I booked our regular room on Hotel Engine and PAID for the king. We were given a double queen after driving 5hrs and then working a 9hr day and getting to our hotel 9pm at night to hear this.

I booked 6 nights so I tried the next 2 days to move and was told i could not none were available. Immediately we had toilet issues and it clogged the first time used. 5hrs because we went and asked for a plunger and waited over a hour for the desk guy to bring one up.

I'm evacuating from Louisiana, due to Hurricae Ida. I was able to get a reservation in Birmingham, Ala at the Hampton Colonade starting 9/1 and checking out 9/6.

For starters:

1. Deep red rust stain in the bathtub. I thought it was a blood clot, so I did not bathe. I took a shower that had very low water pressure. Filthy.

2. "NO SIGNAL" for BASIC CABLE CHANNELS.

3. FRONT DEST personnel were rude and curt when asked about billing or coffee, to the point guest were rolling their eyes.

4. ABOUT BILLING, every day was a different rate. What the receipt said to what was actually billed to my charge account were 2 different things.

5. FEMA STATES they will reimburse hotel directly for shelter due to storm. Yet Front desk says I have to deal with fema myself.

First the refrigerator wasn't cold, couldn't get in my room countless times the door was jammed and you had to use the card handle and your body weight to get in each time. A King size bed with only 3 pillows. Only 4 hangers in the closet.

We have been Honor Members for many years. This will be my first negative email. We stayed at the Airport Hampton Inn in South Portland Maine for two nights, August 14th and 15th. When I tried to log onto the internet many times, I continuously received a message, "no internet." I brought the issue to the front desk and the manager tried to connect to the internet on my computer. She could not. I was given a telephone number for a Hampton Inn tech person. Her attempt also failed. I was very disappointed I couldn't use my computer during our two day stay.

When I arrived back home, I turned my computer on and was immediately connected to the internet???

I was scammed by your reservationist. Requested two nights and was quoted a price of 553.17 and for Price Line, I thought that was fair. The reservation number was 96991900. For my confirmation sheet I received just the price and the date when the reservation was taken. I requested a two night stay July 9 and 10. On the afternoon of the 10th, my family was literally kicked out of the hotel.

The manager provided me with what he was billed and it was $323.05. That price was initialed by MG and the hotel manager is Susan Crowell. Why was I billed 553.17 in stead of $323.05. Paid for a room thru Travelocity. Checked in no problem. Upon checking out, was charged for “incidentals”, was told just a deposit and would be returned.

However, the General Manager charged me for the room AGAIN! Went today to speak to him and he called me a liar and claimed both of my booked rooms were not paid and he wrote them off. Both rooms were paid and there was no issue with the other room.

This one seemed to be an issue because the manager that checked us in but cash as a deposit for this room. I’m an so mad and am out twice for one room! What a rip off Hampton Inn in Ringgold, GA is!

I contacted Hampton Inn & suites Mission Viejo today after discovering unknow charges that posted to my bank account.

I spoke to Karina the manger to see if she can assist me with this matter... but she did not assist me at all.

I informed her that there are charges that aren't mine and this must be fraudulent, and she stated that there's nothing she can do that I need to contact my bank..... I asked if she can please look into it and she stated that she can not again referred me to my bank.

This was very upsetting and it really concerns me that when your company is informed of possible fraud that you don't even do anything to assist the situation.

Requested a room with two beds since our party of three adults needed them. Reservation made through Expedia and confirmed. We’re given a room with one king size bed. Asked to be moved to another room so the clerk suggested a handicap room.

Asked how many beds and she said one king size. As a Hilton Honors customer, I was very disappointed. Stayed across the street at the Marriott. Not happy with the service.

My vehicle was left at the Hampton Inn Philadelphia international, I paid to leave my vehicle there to keep it safe while we were on vacation. Upon returning from my vacation, my vehicle was vandalized. Someone stole my catalytic converter from under my vehicle!

Hampton Inn on Airport Blvd in Pensacola, Florida beats it's customers out of their money. They have a very rude unprofessional Manager named Kelli at least that's what she said her name was, she wouldn't give me her last name.

00- our Hilton honors discount was not applied. We brought this to the attention of the staff before checking in and they promised thru would fix it. I got home checked my account and noticed I was charged full price. We booked 7 rooms.

I usually go to Marriott but I gave Hampton Inn a chance. Never again and I will take my family elsewhere when we return. Thumbs down Hampton Inn on Airport Blvd in Pensacola, FL.

I was employed at the house cleaner at Hampton inn in McKinney Texas North Central expressway. My manager's name is Tiffany Pureyear. Although my employment was very brief because of medical reasons, I feel it my duty to let y'all know that she's on drugs if you drug test her she will fail it.

Hello. I have already called about this but I’ve not got any response or resolution yet. I stayed at Hampton in. In council bluffs iowa on Wednesday July 21 which was suppose to be a very quick trip from Texas to Omaha and back.

I had an early flight. I went to the front desk and asked for a wake up call because I had to stay up very late and didn’t want to miss my flight. The next morning I was woke by the housekeeper telling me to leave at 11am.

And I checked and my phone in the room didn’t even work. So I missed my flight which cost me $800 had to get another room for $160 had to rent another car for $210 plus spend money on food etc.

We have stayed in Hampton Inns for years, have never been treated so badly as we were in Florida, in June. The white woman at the desk yelled & was very rude to me because I had my emotional support dog with me!!

I told her when I had called a few months ago, prior to the stay, that the man on the phone said she was allowed to be there. She continued to harass me about it for a couple of days! I was absolutely embarrassed!!

I don’t even know what else to say about this situation!! I can remember the exact place that we were at unfortunately!

Tried to cancel a room on 8/5/21 and add a room on 8/8/21. I was already booked on 8/5/21,8/6/21, and 8/7/21. I was told my rates would go up over a hundred dollars per night in order to make this change.

I told the rather rude clerk to cancel only 8/5/21 and I would go elsewhere for the last night. He told me that if I cancelled 8/5/21 my rates would still go up substantially because I cancelled the room. I explained to the clerk that I had already paid for the rooms but he would not change his rude behavior and said"That is our policy.

" I cancelled all three nights at that time and was able to get another room close by for a lot less money. What a pitiful policy and a lousy employee. Please check my records and you will see that you have lost a good customer hrough mismanagement.

Hampton Inn Woodstock. Two Rooms. Tub was full during stay. Manager said his maintenance guy would fix. Never came. Asked for plumber wouldnt send. Our guests in that room could not shower for the two days. Disgusting Board of Health should be brought in.

On a recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in New Albany, Ohio, we had the catalytic converter cut off our truck and stolen on our 1st night there. We were in the area for a horse show. We had to get our daughter a ride to the horse show and my husband had to spend the morning finding someplace that had the catalytic converter in stock and could fix the truck as we needed it to haul our trailer and

horse home at the end of the weekend. The hotel has NO cameras on the outside of the building. We have now been told that their insurance does not cover these types of things. 00 to fix our truck. The only assistance that we received from the hotel was that the manager on duty that day called the police department for us.

Our family has returned home from a stay at Hampton inn in White plains New York on July 24th through July 25th. While we found the condition of the room to be desirable, and comfortable the aveues of getting to the room we're less than what they should be.

My husband is a disabled person that has mobility issues. When we arrived to the hotel there was no ramp in the front entrance of the hotel, just a set of stairs. There is a side entrance but you must park at the at the foot of an incline to help your family member get out and walk a fairly long distance to get to the door. Or if the person is in a wheelchair you would have to unload the person at that spot while other cars are trying to come down the hill from the parking lot or go up and it also blocks off traffic coming through…

Found a tortilla wrapper in the bed between flat and fitted sheet. This was in the bed as we laid down for the night. Poorly treated by manager. Questioned my complaint instead of apologizing and fix the problem. When I use the rest of my points I will never patronize any Hilton properties again.

After a long day of driving my husband and I stopped here. No one was at the desk but, outside either talking or smoking. Came in we asked for a first floor none available yet there were no cars in the parking lot.

That should have been our first clue. The girl said she was new but, looked like she could care less if we booked or not. Did give us the rate of ARP without asking for our card. Took the key went to the second floor.

I stayed at the Hampton inn southeast in Okc on July 5th and July 8th. i would be refined for one room I had 2 rooms 205 and 206. It was a mini vacation with my grandkids and teenage daughter and her friends.

Room 206 had bed bugs and they were all bitten, my daughter had to be taken to the doctor and was give. Medication, these blistered her. From her feet up to her neck. And of course I get to make sure I did t bring them hi home...

My family and I traveled to Corpus Christi for the first time and I made the decision to stay at a Hampton Hotel. I travel a lot and I stayed in many Hampton Hotels and I am have always been pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the breakfast. We stayed two nights.

We arrived on Friday and Saturday we went out to enjoy the beach. When we came back I discovered the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk and the gentleman told me housekeeping was gone for today. When we checked out I kindly mentioned to the clerk that my room was not cleaned.

Hello I’m very upset with these charges and I don’t understand why you keep charging me. The charges i keep getting from Hampton Inn & Suites Toronto Airport . We recently stay at the Hampton inn Port Arkansas Tx. Our rooms a/c stopped working and we were told we had to move to a lesser room, with the promise of a discount for our troubles. We never received a statement for our stay and when I called, they told us that our room was charged the full amount!

I have tried to call the manager several times to straighten this out as he promised that he would take care of it! He has not returned our calls! I now would like our room to be comped, as I feel that we were lied to!

The computers were down, or so they said, so we had no paperwork to verify that he would give us a discount, just his word! We are very disappointed in this hotel as we have never had problems before with this chain!

I have filed a formal complaint and waiting on that but I did want to also to send an email. I stayed at the Hampton Inn on Bowie Street in San Antonio July 11-13. When I checked in I’ve used my credit card to purchase an alcoholic beverage and I was told it was five dollars.

I reserved a room at the Hampton Inn in Matamoros, PA, on July 12, at 5:30 PM, for what I thought to be for July 19. On July 13, I received a receipt for my stay for July 12-13. My computer seemed to have glitched, and went to the week before.

It was booked accidentally on the day that I was to stay, rather than the next week. Since I’ve stayed at this hotel over 10 times, and I’ve had wonderful experiences, I called the hotel this morning to explain. The receptionist took my reservation for the following week and said a manager would call me to discuss the invoice.

I waited until 8 pm and called the hotel, I was on hold for 10 minutes. I finally reached the front desk who said that the manager had made a decision and I was not going to get a refund, I should have dealt with it before…

I was at the Hampton Inn in Mannheim PA for a joyous wedding celebration for my sisters wedding. This “inn” was an embarrassment for the Hilton corporation. Smelt like old wet basement and our rooms were filled with trash from previous customers.

There was no soap nor was there toilet paper. As soon as we checked into our room we immediately needed our sheets to be cleaned with disgusting yellow stains on comforter. Needless to say, we are disgusted. My husband is a Hilton member and building status from frequent traveling for work… he will most likely not be returning to a Hilton associated hotel/inn/resort.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn Abilene Texas at I-20 from 1july till 5 July and what a horrible experience! The room was fine but housekeeping and front desk personnel were very unaccommodating and downright spiteful! The first morning the room was not cleaned.

I then asked why wasn’t the bathroom cleaned no response. The next day my room was cleaned, the third day I went down to the front desk to have my room cleaned, rang the bell five times and nobody answered.

I looked outside and there was Myra front desk clerk smoking her cigarette, she turned and saw me and then turned her back to me ignoring me. Of course next to her smoking her cigarette was a housekeeping manager also ignoring me!

I mention I need my room cleaned room 415 a third person said I will contact the proper personnel to…

Arrived 30 min after check in time, and first was told there were no clean rooms available. Then assigned to a room that was completely disgusting upon entering. Residue and hair in the sink and the bedding smelled like previous guest and definitely had not been changed.

I’ve stayed in Hampton Inns on plenty occasions and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with your brand. Truly disappointed and will be posting pictures to my social media of how horrible the conditions were upon entry.

Not expecting anything in return, but you need to be made aware of how this location is run.
