At 8:00 am called for a room refresh. At 4:20 pm it was not done. I made several other requests to have it done. 5 times I was put on hold. Then in person with the front desk, the person said they were too busy and short staffed to take care of it. He kept telling me to be patient and argued with me when I said I had been patient and wasn’t any longer. 8 hours is a long time to be patient. After 3 days, we wanted our room refreshed. This is probably not a good reflection on Hilton or the Hampton Inn. No one should argue with guests about whether or not they’ve been patient and expect them to wait from morning through evening for a room refresh, and then argue why they couldn’t get it done.

Upon arrival did not find a single person to help me then a gentleman came out a backroom. When I told him our party was two adults three small children he offered me a suite for an additional $15 I declined he said well then I'll give it to you for the same price because of the children.

I thought that was great until I got upstairs the door was hard to open and close the room was outdated the refrigerator did not work. We asked about the pool and we're told we couldn't use it it was chemical day.

I sent a complaint last week for the care my family and I received at the Hampton Inn, Paris Illinois, with no response at this time. We went to visit my family for a reunion and received the worse experience at any Hampton Inns.

My husband and I are loyal Hilton Honors members and this is our first choice for hotels. The manager, Heather, was the most rude and obnoxious person I have ever dealt with. Our handicap accessible room was given away the night before our arrival which cause a hard ship on my handicap granddaughter.

The wall leaked and cause a lot of damage to personal belongings. The manager was not concerned at all and was very abrasive to my daughter. This was uncalled for and I was extremely upset by the customer service care.

On July 3 - 5 my family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Milford Delaware to attend my Son's Wedding. When we arrived the whole lobby floor was ripped up and the front desk was closed. They were checking in with a paper copy of the reservation in the breakfast room.

There was no prior notice on your website or when these reservations were made of the renovation. The elevator was not working, the pool and gym were closed and the room was not cleaned. Behind the dresser were candy wrappers, paper clips, and other trash from a prior guest.

We ran out of towels and could not find anyone to furnish them. Even on July 4th, the workers were working in the lobby and it was difficult to get by them. I have stayed at Hamptons many times and have never experienced such a disaster. My brother-in-law…

well.. stayed at nashville downtown.. my truck was broken into or taken on a joy ride and multiple things stolen some un replaceable.. numerous times was told when i asked to see a manager talk to valet it their problem..

its on your dam property.. amd you hire them as a sub contractor to park cars.. one they are absolute idiots how they park them requiring people to hop on the curb and possible damage to truck or car..

Blood or ketchup on bed skirt, mold on lamp shade. 2 things that really upset me. Was not being able to admit they entered information wrong for my card ( told me several times declined, did I have another form of payment and wouldn’t let me slide it into the reader.

Check in and check out at front desk - no one there. Had to wait 30 minutes for assistance. Grab and Go breakfast - had to wait 15 minutes and no one was at front desk at 7 am. Coffee supplies in room were missing along with plastic cups. Clock was broken in room. Lighting was non-existent in room. Only one bedroom light and no lights around mirrors. Exhaust fan in bathroom was non-operational. One bath towel was dirty and the second bath towel has large holes. Sheets were stained. No instructions on TV operation. Had to request toliet paper from the front desk. Hallways were filled with bags of trash bags outside of rooms. Lobby area was dirty. Lobby restroom was disgustingly dirty.

I’m going to start this next complaint by saying that I had it all written out and then it just disappeared. Apparently if I turn my phone sideways it decides I’m done and starts over. Now, I have never had to write a complaint because of my Hampton experience .

As a matter fact, in the past we have had such good results that I will go out of my way to find a Hampton and pay more just because of the quality of service. I’m afraid this trip may have changed all of that. Let me explain.

First of all, I arrived to find no carts in the lobby so I began carrying everything up by hand just to find them scattered everywhere instead of being put back where they belong. As I got to my room, the key did not work so I have to go back to the lobby.

So I was staying at the Milwaukee northwest hotel at 5601n lovers lane and was staying under a county program when my girlfriend was told she had covid then was told we needed to get out and move to a different location but I have a 27 ft trailer with my atv locked to it and was able to leave my trailer and atv witch was stolen from under the supervision and

assured safety of the hotel it would be ok and safe to leave there. My family makes it a point to stay at Hampton Inn and Suites properties because of the larger rooms, pool, breakfast, excellent service, and cleanliness. Usually we are happy campers.

However, Hampton Inn and Suites does not meet expectations at all. I booked (and paid for) a room with 2 queens and a sofa. When we checked in I was told the property only had one room like that and ours wasn't it.

The clerk switched us to an "upgraded" room that had a sofa. Unfortunately it had a king size bed. We needed to sleep 5. There is absolutely NO maid service unless you request it the day before. So we have no towels and overflowing trash cans.

I'm a former employee and I wasn't paid for the last week I worked. Jordan does not answer the phone. He unplugs the phone. I seen him do it He has harassed me every since met me! He asked me to not to sit.

When I was hired I told them that have a bad back. The agm was ok with it. Jordan isn't ok with it. He had 3 people quit in one week. He's not a good gm. He's never at the Hampton inn.

Since the entire US has opened back up it's ridiculous that Hampton Inn continues to serve a crappy "box breakfast" and refuses to clean your hotel room. Hampton Inn uses the pandemic as an excuse for doing the minimum. it's a whole lot cheaper to hand people a horrible tasting box than to prepare a hot breakfast.

And it's cheaper to hire one person to do the housekeeping vs an entire staff. just not the cheap corporation that runs Hampton Inn's. Return to full services or offer rooms for a cheaper rate.

Room was extremely musty and damp. I went to front desk and asked to be moved to a different room and was told I can’t as they don’t have any rooms. As I walked through the hallway I saw many rooms with the clean room sticker on the doors which indicated plenty of rooms available that they could have attempted to switch us to.

It was so damp and moldy in the room that all of our bags and clothes were sticky. Not what we deserve for paying 300 per night.

I called to book a reservation this morning for a room at Hampton Inn, Commack, NY for July 3 as I will be at a wedding with my daughter for that date. The wedding reference code was LDW. I’m aware that I was outside the booking date of June 11 but I figured I would try anyway.

The desk agent didn’t seem to know anything about the wedding and said they were full and there was no way to put me on standby-this was about 1000am. My brother called to say they called about 12 noon and we’re given. 00 for the nigh. 00 total. 00 per night.

I told the manager Jessica that my car was stolen and I was going to be staying the night to get my car that was in the parking lot. I woke up to find my car was towed. This is not acceptable.

I talked to a manager. She knew I was just here to get the car in the morning. "I will let staff know that" I put an updated pass in the car. It should not have been towed. Now fingerprints have been compromised.

Called Hampton inn and made reservation in Brooklyn Park MN for 6/19-29/2021. Got to hotel and they didn't have the request I made because I guess I takes to central reservations instead of them. I needed a room on 1st floor close to exit because I have problems walking.

They had us on 2nd floor a long ways from the elevator. That was not acceptable. the room requested ( stayed in that room several times). Supposedly they charged us less but credit card shows same cost. The bathroom was fine and we had to go right away someplace so really didn't check put the room.

I stayed at the Hampton inn in Miami - Coconut Grove on Sunday 6/20/21 and checked out the following morning as I had a flight out . I left my Tory Burch sandals in the room by my bedside .

Hello Christopher Nessetta Not sure if you’ll read this on this date of June 22,2021, which is my birthday. I/family stayed at Amesbury Hampton Inn in Amesbury Massachusetts. I have always stayed at a Hilton franchise and been a Hilton honors member for years.

And enjoy every Hilton hotel I have ever stayed. I really liked the hospitality of the franchises. But, my stay on June 18 through the 21st was not as pleasant. When I made the reservations I should have been informed about housekeeping and removing all trash out the room.

These policies should have been posted on the website and on the Hilton honors app, also when making the reservations. We checked in after 10 PM our room was not disinfected, but a blue paper symbol was on the door Say in the room was disinfected.

We stayed at this Hampton before with our enclosed trailer. We come for business and to visit family.

However we were told we could not unhook trailer so we could drive truck around. After a while, a note was put in the front lobby that vehicles with trailers could not be parked in this lot and would have to be parked on cracker barrel parking lot.

I'm not paying to stay at cracker barrel. I'm paying Hampton Inn. The front desk person was rude and condescending. Said we r taking too many parking spaces. The back lot is empty. He said they could fill up at any minute and started yelling.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn Downtown Pittsburgh, PA. We booked our reservation through a third party site and paid up front, receiving a confirmation, in addition to a message directly from the hotel. Upon our arrival when we attempted to check in the front desk person, Lamonte, said that he could not find our reservation.

He then directed us to call the third party site to have it resolved. We showed him both our confirmation email and the message we received directly from the hotel and he again dismissed us and told us to call the third party site.

We are at Muscatine,Ia. We are from Iowa traveling on vacation. We arrived tonight and are told there is no hot breakfast. There is cold offered. This is because of COVID. are there germs in hot breakfast, but not cold?

We partly chose this motel because of hot breakfast and the pool. But the pool is closed because of COVID. com. No vouchers are offered where we can get a hot breakfast. The most distressing thing about this is the governor has lifted all mandates!

Your company should go with the states polices not your own. How long has this gone on?! If people are still fearful of covid I don t think they d be traveling. Please serve your customers. This is a complaint against Hampton.

We are at the Hampton in on 7003 sea harbor dr Orlando, fl 32821. 50 for a room with a tv. It is a standard amenity.

However they have an ongoing problem that they are aware of that apparently any time it rains you have no tv. I took pics if you need to see it let me know i can send it to you. Now i live in flirida and 5 months of the year is the rainy season.

It rains almost every day. No there are many tv services that the weather does not affect the tv at all. I live in florida and my tv works in the rain so if theirs does not they are chosing for this to happen instead of chosing a proper tv service.

However this hotel choses to have tv service that depends on no rain. They dont telk you that though so you find out after you pay for your room that t hey are aware you have no tv and…

My wife & I always choose to stay at Hampton Inns as our hotel of choice every time we travel. Our last trip we were told they would not give us a military discount at the Chattanooga TN Hampton Inn on 6/5/2021 Then again at the Knoxville TN location on 6/12 we were told the same. They also claimed at this location we were getting the last room available & charged us $244 for an average room. It was clear the hotel was not booked as we saw minimal to hardly any people in the hotel or on the grounds. And the room we were given the shower was filthy. I have attached photos. In all of our stays as a retired Navy Veteran we are always given the military discount & have been very happy with the quality of the rooms we have received.

We stayed at the Hampton inn in Watertown on 6/12/21. We have stayed before and always get a suite and joined your rewards program. On Sun. morning we went for the complimentary breakfast at 9:15 am, ( Sunday morning) it was empty and the lady said it closed at 9 on Sundays.

Please cancel our rewards program as we will not stay at a Hampton Inn again. I bet if we had stayed in a Super 8 the breakfast on Sunday would have ran till 10 am. com.

I have been a diamond member for several years and I am very disappointed with my current stay at Hampton Inn, Sioux Falls (on Carolyn drive).

First, I specifically asked about a hotel/airport shuttle before I booked the appointment and I was told there was one. When I landed, I called to request a shuttle a s was informed they did not have one because it wasn’t working.

The representative acted like he did not care about inconvience.

Second, this location did not offer daily cleaning service. Then, to top it off…I called to request a late checkout out in the morning (12:30-12:45) but the representative refused to allow this and was extremely rude. He claimed it was because of their noon check out policy.

I would briefly like to share our experience. We checked in on June 6th thru June 8th. Upon checking in the hotel manager was very pleasant and got us in our room immediately. Upon checking out I walked up to the desk, this time a young lady what seemed to be filing away papers.

Several moments went by and she asked....... What do you need. My response was I would like to check out. I handed her my key cards and said I would like to make reference that we had no hot water in our room 322.

My husband and so had your grab-n-go breakfast, the hard boiled eggs were bad. We were both sick full day. I reported to your supervisor l, Belinda? In Bend Or, who was unresponsive. She said, nobody else has complained and food had not expired.

The agent told me that my credit card would not be charged until after my first night stay. She told me that no charges would be on my card. 37 off of my card. I called to cancel the reservation to get my money back They told me I couldn’t cancel and my money was non refundable.

Had I known this before I made my reservation, I would not have given her my card number. I am requesting a full refund immediately. I will take legal action and resort to social media for exposure .

My confirmation number for this stay was 86685593 and my Hilton Honors number is 380625839. This reservation was made on April 19, 2021 using my points. On May 24th I received an email for digital check in and key through the app.

I was unable to check in and received an error message and told to try again. I tried several times on the 24th without success. I contacted Hilton Honors through the chat and was told to call the hotel directly.

Davrick at the Greeneville, MS location needs to be fired.

First, he hung up on me when I tried calling for no reason. He was the only employee there because it was after midnight. Then once we arrived, he gave us the absolute worst service I have ever experienced and then refused us a room.

We asked him a question about the rate and he was extremely rude, and when we began talking amongst each other he yelled at us and told us we could find another hotel to stay at. We were not rude to this employee but he belittled us, raised his voice at us, and all but threw our card back at us all because we asked about the rate.

I will never stay at this hotel nor recommend it as long as this horrendous person is employed there. I would be ashamed to have him representing my company.

First it was a humming sound. Then I went to the bathroom and after I flushed the toilet I went back to bed the toilet kept sounding like it was flushing only not. It did it every 10 to 15 minutes. The humming never stopped.

I checked refrigerator, bathroom fan. Not any of them. I appreciate that its new but I paid an exorbitant price for the night. A night very disappointing. When I complained the desk person could not help. Something should be done for me!

Confirmation #80215768 The room was disgusting. The room carpet was sticky. The room smelled musty. The bathroom was horrendous. The toilet seat was barely connected and moved when you sat. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. No bar soap to be found.

The mattress was old and uncomfortable, there was tons of chips btwn the mattress and the wall. Like someone ate in bed and all was brushed there. The top blanket was literally shredded. The pillows were flat. The phone didn’t work.

NOT worth the $195 I paid for One night. I always stay at Hampton Inn’s and this one was horrible. Extremely disappointed in the lack of quality.

Made a reservation 2 months ago, held the room with a card and was told my parents could pay cash upon arrival. called the day before to make sure this was going to be ok, again I was told yes.

When my elderly parents arrived, they were told they would not accept cash, so they couldn't check in.

Finally, after my father threw a fit, he was allowed to pay cash. This is NOT ok!!! make sure things were good, to still have them be given issues.

I had made a reservation at the Hilton Santa Fe Buffalo Thunder for MORE money but an upgrade and right in downtown Santa Fe which my husband and son had wanted while traveling from Mesa AZ to Denver. They specifically asked for hot tub and indoor pool. The CS said bc of covid no hot tub and no pool in or out. He was nice enough to call Doubletree and Homestread with same results.

THEN; I called Hampton and SPECIFICALLY asked if the indoor pool and hotter were open and available. I asked TWICE. SHE SAID YES!!! Just ask at the front desk and they will let you in. Well 1. No hot tub or pool available 2. Disgusting room with parking lot spot light on all night making the room blaring light with no help from blinds or drapes. 3.
