At 8:00 am called for a room refresh. At 4:20 pm it was not done. I made several other requests to have it done. 5 times I was put on hold. Then in person with the front desk, the person said they were too busy and short staffed to take care of it. He kept telling me to be patient and argued with me when I said I had been patient and wasn’t any longer. 8 hours is a long time to be patient. After 3 days, we wanted our room refreshed. This is probably not a good reflection on Hilton or the Hampton Inn. No one should argue with guests about whether or not they’ve been patient and expect them to wait from morning through evening for a room refresh, and then argue why they couldn’t get it done.
