We are staying at Myrtle Beach on the ocean location. 00 a night, no room cleaning when we’re here. We have to set our trash and towels out in the hallway. There is sand in the bathroom and the carpets from the beach.

There is sand in the pool that wasn’t cleaned overnight. This location is outdated and needs a remodeling or bulldozer. We are vaccinated for Covid and being treated like we don’t matter. We will never stay here again.

I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again due to the way I was treated in Cleburne Texas. The manager their was the rudest person I have met in hospitality. I booked with an affiliate that books for Hampton Inn and told them up front I have two little dogs and they took my reservation, and I even paid for my stay already, I get to the hotel on the very day of the event and

the manager was so rude telling me I could not stay there. She went so far as threatening me that if she found a hair of my dogs in the room she would charge me. If she was going to do that then why wouldn't she charge me anyway so I could stay.

Then she told that none of the hotels near by would not take dogs. My dogs are 10 lbs and very will behaved, well needless to say I did find a decent hotel that took dogs. (Far…

Was told upon arriving that we could not stay because we lived locally. Although a older couple behind us in registration who lives locally WAS allowed to stay! My wife and I are a mixed race couple, and I can only truly attribute the front desk clerks attitude, refusal to offer alternatives, and plain rude behavior to racism!

It was the absolute worst experience at a hotel.

First of all, let me tell you that we travel frequently with our children's travel baseball/softball teams. We stayed at a Hampton Inn in Peoria Illinois, enjoyed our experience, and stayed at another Hampton Inn in Plainfield Indiana this weekend located at 4422 Perry Road.

In Peoria our team booked a total of 9 rooms, and this weekend we booked 7. We currently have reservations made for your Caramel Indiana location for the last weekend in May for our teams families, but after our recent experience, we probably will never take our team to another Hampton Inn location.

We had a reservation at the Hampton Inn in Westlake Ohio (conf # 54852317) for the evening of April 29. We were very late leaving our home in Vermont that morning because my wife was ill and there was a power outage.

The Hampton Inn in Columbus, Nebraska checked me into a messy room. I went down to the front desk and was told it could NOT be cleaned and there were no more rooms available. I went outside and my wife called them to check availability.

They had rooms available and were ready to take her reservation. I do not know what is going on with this location. I am a rewards member and have used Hampton for years. It was the only hotel I ever would use. Until now. Very disappointed.

I had made a reservation for 2 rooms for May 1st through May 2nd and when I arrived I went to the desk to check in. Your employee had already checked in my guest (who by the way was NOT listed on the reservation) and changed MY reservation to my guests name.

I was very upset at this as she had no idea who my guest was as both rooms were in MY name. Why your employee changed the reservation to someone else's name I have no idea and I was very upset by this.

I paid for the room. How did she know who this person was let alone change my reservation name to hers???? Is this something that happens a lot??? I feel this was illegal and I am not sure how I am going to handle this.

We checked in at 4. Pm on April 30. We Decided to rest before going to dinner. The tv stopped working. Called front desk they said they would fix. We went out. Came back at 11 pm. and was told they were moving our room. We received no help.

The room assignment was down the hall. Once we arrived with all our belongings ( around 12:00) we found the keys did not work. To our surprise we learned that room was already occupied. Again down to office and was then moved down a floor to A handicap room.

We finally settled in at around 1:00. The room was sparse and the bathroom smelled like urine. The tub was rusting and in general the room was unpleasant. After finally getting to Sleep we were woken up by a team of teenage girls yelling down the hall to each other at 6:00am.

We booked a 3 night stay at Hampton Inn and Suites at Technology Park Drive Glen Allyn VA. Reservation #3188838929 starting last night 4/30/21. We left our room expecting to have housekeeping service done. It was not cleaned when we returned.

I called the front desk and she told me I was suppose to let them know when we check in if we wanted room cleaned. Never were told anything about that and have never had to let them know we wanted out room cleaned before and we have stayed at numerous Hampton Inns.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and actually hung up on me but did notify someone that we needed clean towels and trash liners. I tried to call to speak with someone but was on hold for over 30 minutes so that is why I am sending this message.

com and had a receipt and showed my credit card transaction showing that the charges for a 4 night stay had gone through, because the two people at the front desk, Jackie and Wisdom informed me that I didn’t have a reservation and hadn’t paid when I called to ask for the WiFi password.

My family booked a block of rooms for a wedding at the Longview location. When we tried to check in we were told the rooms were double booked and there were no rooms. m. I had reserved the rooms for people who had enjoyed the reception and should not be driving.

My personal reservation was for two of the rooms and was given no rooms. I had to bring some people back home in the middle of the night and others had to pile in with the bride and groom and other guests who had reserved rooms.

Others were turned away as well. I learned first about this issue when I called to say we were coming in and the clerk advised there were no rooms and she would call me back. When we arrived there was no desk clerk for an hour.

No one wants to work and can give two shits about customer relations. After being on hold for an 1 hour and 15 minutes assuring me they were fixing my reservation no one came back on the line. Booked at the Marriott was done in 10 minutes.

I am vacationing with the kids this summer and I will not be staying at a H a toon inn when I usually go out of my way to find one. I will be cutting up my honors Amex card as well.

I just made the following complaint (below), and in addition just obtained the name of the employee and manager that were discourteous and disrespectful with me. The woman at the desk in named Jennifer, and refused to give her last name. The manager who was abrasive to me is Shelby Riley Gray.

I rented a room for my daughter and her boyfriend for her birthday. They are both 18 but your company won't allow 18 yr Olds rent so I put my name on the room while my future son in law put his credit card information on the room.

When we arrived your desk people couldn't do their job a d type the information given they had to do it at least 5 times.

FINALLY after over 30 minutes of trying to get the room they got in. I left and returned an hour later to take them to dinner. We were gone 2 hours. We came back there were several kids playing in the parking lot and several busses parked outside.

We are staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Rockland Maine for 5 nights. When I have a positive experience with customer service/employee-public interfacing, I always let the company know. This is the first time I have ever registered a complaint.

Front desk clerks rude to the point of being abrasive. The two women, one a front desk clerk, the other a manager were terse, rude, and made me feel bad— not to mention angry. The two employees in question work the morning/daytime shirt. Tomorrow morning I will get specific names of employees.

We have stayed with before in another location and did not have a bad experience. I just noticed that you rate only 1.5 stars on Facebook, and am reading numerous poor reviews on The Consumer Affairs website— all about on-site customer service.

I made reservation at Hampton Inn Salt Lake City/ Sandy from 4/20/21 to 4/27/21. On the 4/22/21, I had breakfast at hotel, their boiled eggs were spoiled, I told hotel front desk. After a few hours, I started feeling stomachache.

I didn’t feel safe to stay at hotel anymore. I called the hotel to cancel my reservation. The front desk was refused to refund my money. The guy who’s name Trover was very rude. He refused to transfer me to the hotel manager , hanged up my phone.

I am very disappointed with their service. Boiled eggs are supposed to be served under 41 degree. Their eggs were over 60 degree.

which the creep at the desk the next day said I didn't tell them about them which was a lie. left for work that afternoon and when I returned they were hiding and freaking out and I couldn't figure out why.

was gone no more than 15 minutes. went back to my room to find one of my cats missing. One of my cats was STOLEN from my room by an employee. I tore the whole room apart even flipped the mattress and box spring and even took the lining that was stapled to the box spring off half way with the maintenance man.

I stayed in the Hampton inn in Decatur Alabama. I stayed there 6 years ago and it was really nice. This time not so much. I was only there 3 nights and not in the room much but every night i came back to the room i would find ants crawling every where even in the bed. i tried to call the front desk but no answer, so i just dealt with it. I also heard scratching at night. I think they have a rodent/ant problem. The breakfast was not that good the eggs and sausage were cold. The room was not as clean and nice as the first time I stayed, my comforter had a light colored stain on it. I will not be coming back to this motel. I try not to complain but I just cant stop thinking about it.

We have always stayed at Hampton Inns because of the high standards . This is theWORST we have ever been in. We made a reservation over a month ago for a room on the first floor, as I was just recovering from a broken leg.

It still is painful and having to walk any length of time is still hard. We got here they put us on the 2nd floor at the very end of a long hallway. We were told we would have a room on the 1st floor near the breakfast area, that was not what we got.

There was no hair dryer in the room, no ice bucket. We had to request those and received this very small, so called bucket. This has totally ruined our stay. Sincerely, Dorothy Murphy

I was charged 4 different times for a smoking fee it totals 870.63. I checked in and within 2 hrs of check in time they kicked me out. On March 15 they charged 600 on March 16 I was charged 92.99 and then again on March 18 another 77.64

Came all the way from SC to fredricksburg VA. For the pool. Got here yesterday and was informed when I got here that the pool was closed. Immediately not happy. Expected a discount but no was charged a full 140 for a room that frankly is not worth 140 w/o the pool. Beyond not happy!!

Hampton Inn Newark Airport. I called this location from the airport and pressed "3" for the Airport shuttle. I was instructed that the airport shuttle was 24/7, and ran every 30 minutes, that I should go to "P4" and wait.

After one and 1/2 hours in the freezing rain, seeing every other hotel shuttle go by 2 or 3 times, I called the Hampton Inn Newark Airport hotel front desk, and they said I needed to call for a shuttle. I said, okay, I am calling.

They said, sorry, the last shuttle is at 10:30. I said it's 10:30. They said, no it's 10:32, you missed it. Now, I came down at 11:33 for the shuttle back to the airport. The front desk clerk pointed to the driver who is drinking coffee watching TV, and said, sorry, the next shuttle is at 12:00.

com for the Hampton Inn in Clinton Tennessee for Friday April 9, 2021. We arrived at the hotel and we’re told they did not have our reservation and that there were no rooms available. How can this happen? com and they just kept telling us “you have a confirmed reservation”.

The front desk personnel, Nicole, stated there was not a reservation in the hotel computer system and they were full. com would take responsibility for the error and left us standing at the front desk for a hour debating the issue!

Terrible customer service from both parties!! ). Shame on both parties. I cannot believe either company can financially survive with such terrible service. We will not be using either companies in the future. com

My daughter and I stayed in town at the Faxon Hampton Inn. First & LAST TIME.

Because we have a local address, I had to provide a $250.00 deposit in the form of cash or card. If card, it would take 10 days for the hold to be released.

Before we could check out, management had to do a walk through to assure no damage, BUT I COULD NOT BE IN THE ROOM OR IN THE HALL.

I have never been treated so badly and made to feel like a criminal. I don’t recommend it for in or out of town stays.

J. I had reservations for 2 rooms from 1 to 4 April. We checked in at 7pm and only got 1 room at that time because the others hadn't been cleaned yet. She said she would have a room ready when we returned from dinner.

There were no rooms ready on the 4th floor as promised near the other room. They had still not been cleaned. After going back and forth with her she got rude and I settled on a room on the 3rd floor for the night.

Please Please send a corporate officer in disguise to this location for one week--simply ask for simple things and see if the staff identifies themselves or are even wearing name tags. A day at this location does not show you the real culture. This was supposed to be a very special weekend. It was my 70th birthday — as well as my grandsons 19th birthday- -& also my new step granddaughter’s birthday.

Traveling from Pinehurst NC where I stayed 3 nights at Hampton Inn in Aberdeen, NC. Hotel was perfect, clean, friendly staff and great food and hospitality. In fact Tina at the reception desk made us feel special. We are diamond VIP members, we received an upgrade and the stay as i said was perfect.

The room was completely not Hampton inn ! It was real dirty, the shower haven’t been cleaned spot on the floor , when open the shower sluggish stuff was coming out (I show it to the maneger on on duty ) and took pictures!

The sheets were to small keep coming out end up not sleep most the night ! Did not receive a receipt ! Was charged more then I should on my card ! They supposed to call me to make adjustments!

Only gave 1 star because 0 was not an option. I stayed in this hotel in Lake Wales, FL for 31 consecutive dates at a certain rate, but due to Easter they want to double the rate. I had planned to stay another six days. I asked about loyalty.

If it meant anything that I had chosen to stay here for so many days. The staff was great except the claimed Hotel Manager. He does not know about loyalty and I would recommend Hampton find a manager who does know.

I will never stay at Hampton again and will continue to share my disappointment via social media and word of mouth ever way and every chance I get. DO NOT STAY HERE.

There were three of us there for a wedding. We spent three nights. Our room was never cleaned and I had to request towels everyday. We were out of the room every morning by 11:00 am leaving plenty of time to clean.

On the 2nd day the staff were sent up to clean and they did clean the bathroom and empty the garbage, but did not leave us clean towels or courtesy shampoo etc. I was frustrated when I had to call down to the desk everyday to get fresh towels.

I am 67 years old and that was the worst service I have ever had at a lodging.

I stayed at the Hampton inn in Columbus Ohio on Hamilton Ave. I checked in The weekend of March 19th, 2021. It was filthy and my daughter and I got bit up by something. The employee seem to think it was red ants in the bed.

They changed my room several times the whole weekend. One of the rooms even had an old razor and dried up vomit on the carpet. The supervisor gave me one night free, but I believe I should be reimbursed for my entire stay and a voucher to stay at any Hampton inn of my choice.

The tubs were yellow and some of the wash clothes looked to be dirty.

Good afternoon. My husband and I registered and have been staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Wilder, KY since Sunday night the 28th. We arrived around 5:00. I found within a few hours of first arriving that we had slightly warm water, but not hot.

It wasn't a problem until we tried to shower the next day and were told (at first that they knew there was a problem and didn't not think it would effect us). We went to the front desk and called several times over the day and were finally told that we would have hot water Wednesday morning as soon as they replaced the 3 or 4 hot water heaters that failed at once.

We were told at 8:30 water would be off for an hour. It was off all morning and though water is back on it still isn't hot. My husband took a cold shower both days. I went to a…

I have been a lifelong member of Hampton Inn, in fact , I was a diamond member at one time. I am so disappointed in my stay this last weekend, I find it hard to believe that it was a Hampton Inn.

I planned this in advance as it was my grand daughter's 8th birthday. I scheduled the pool for us and was given a window from 8:00pm to 9:30pm. As it turns out the pool time was given to someone else and we were not given an opportunity to make it up! So Sad!

That's not the worse part! Got to our room and there was an odor, as it turns out the previous guest left a meal in the fridge. No telling how long it had been there. We played some games with the kids, as it turns out the TV came in like rabbit ears were used and the wireless internet, they wanted to charge.
