Walked up to the counter to check out, greeted the cashier as I approached. The guy just gave me a dirty look. (His badge actually said "Supervisor"). " So I gave him my phone number and he stated my name.

This guy began to laugh in my face uncontrollably and continuously. I'm not sure what this was all about? Is there an inside joke that he's laughing about to himself? Or does he have mental issues? I find this very offensive and unprofessional.

This guy doesn't deserve the title supervisor or even a cashier for that matter. This was the store in North Dayton Ohio on Needmore Rd. I will never go back to this store and somebody needs to talk to this guy!

Chubby guy with glasses, I believe his name was Scott? His badge definitely said Supervisor which is a disgrace to the company.

I purchased a Zurich ZR15s automotive code reader from Harbor Freight to assist in performing a transmission service on my 2021 Toyota 4Runner. The transmission must be at a certain temperature to properly refill, so I needed a scan tool that could provide that data.

On the Harbor Frieght website, I entered the info for my 2021 Toyota 4Runner and the ZR15s was listed as capable of providing trasmission temp readings. The back of the printed product packaging also says it is capable of providing that data.

Turns out it is not capable of providing that data. The ZR15s will not show transmission temperature even though the website specifically says it does for my vehicle. In spite of the incorrect infoirmation, Harbor Freight will not allow me to return this non-working device without a 20%…

I recently went to the Harbor Freight Store in South Hill, Virginia and had an absurdly experience with both a cashier and then a store manager. I wanted to purchase a $329 hydraulic table that they display as part of their inventory and was told that the item was not in stock. When I asked when they would have them in stock they replied that they never stock the item, nor would they take my order for one because the manager stated that they do not sell them.

The manager refused to help me find out how to obtain the item... She said that there are many items on the sales floor that the company does not include in their product lineup for sale but they like for people just "to see them". This is moronic nonsense. This is in Regard to my purchase at Harbor Freight of a6x48” belt sander that I purchased 03/03/23 after picking this item up from the Traverse City store as there was no mail orders advailble I spent 3 hrs assembling it and when I turned on the motor the blew off my breaker.

This was with no load on the motor as they didn’t include a belt with this . upon talking further she now tells me that it’s a very popular tool and all parts are on back order ? What there’s a big demand for brand new tool parts ??

I even wrote to there CEO and received no responds . I cancelled my credit card with them and I’ll warn people about there poor customer service and junk tools Terry Walsh

Poor service after about 20 minutes asked a worker about a particular product he told me a certain asile (number) it was not there. When I finally got to another salesperson he told me that they did not sale what I was looking for.

The sale person at HARBOR FRIEGHT in Dublin, GA. was interested in each other. The entire staff needs a training in customer service.

The manager there the lady with blonde hair. Is very rude. She speaks very harshly to customers, had an attitude problem. I would rather not go when she is present. I know they’ll say it’s probably because she wouldn’t do a return.

Fremont, Ohio Harbor Freight location. At check out I was asked for my phone number. I informed checkout I don't give out my phone number. She 6old me unless I give her my phone number then there would not be any guarantee on purchase.

I told her I will have receipt and that is all I need. She then informed me that unless I gave her my phone number the receipt was not enough for a guarantee on purchase. After I got tired of explaining the receipt should be enough I walked out leaving intended purchase on her counter.

From now on I will shop Ace or other tool store. I thought when Harbor Frieght came to Fremont, Ohio it would be a good thing. I haven't been back since and do not intend to in the future. Ace Hardware has a dedicated customer now.

I purchased a table saw powered by 220 V supply. I did not have that service at the time. Some years later I had the proper 220 V service installed. I purchased saw blades and proceeded to install them and found the arbor nut was missing.

HF said they no longer sell that saw and they could not help me. The saw was supplied to Harbor Freight from Central Machinery and is described as a 10” tilting arbor cabinet saw, model 93380 with a 3 hp 220 volt motor.

It would be wonderful to have that nut so I could use that table saw.

I notice the clearance item price was not correct as it was displayed on the shelve so I asked the cashier what was correct price for the item since it was on clearance sale and while he was doing the price check I went back and took a picture of the item with the clearance sale tag.

Upon coming back the store manager was there and the cashier said it is for different item (clearance sale)that I understood and pointed out to the cashiers that customers can be easily confused by looking to the clearance sale and will think that these item is on sale. Went in harbor freight in Monroe. This is the third time I've had trouble using my gate card the first time the lady manager put it in for me and said it's good the second time I went it wasn't there they manually put it in the third time today I went it still wasn't in the system and

We purchased a motor 228cc predator to go on a roto tiller bought it on 10/3/2022 returned it on 10/4/2022 we had not even opened the box. We took it back to the store we bought it at 610 Walmart Dr Farmington Mo 63640 .

69 before tax when we took it back the guy said we had a restocking fee so he charged us 20% to restock something that hadnt been opened until he opened it up himself. We had a few words about why we shouldnt be charged the fee he was a smart mouth about it and we left with less money.

Ok, I once was a member to your track club.. I live in tahlequah Ok, I read your ads and when something I need I would go after it. But EVERY sale they were out of inventory. 1 out of 5 products were out, not because of sale but out for month before sale.

I have been a loyal customer for some time and have started to see a trend that will cost you customers quickly. For the last year if not longer I’ve wanted to purchase a 3 1/2 cubic cement mixer from the Cartersville Ga.

Location and seem to be getting the feeling this just isn’t going to happen. The mixer has good reviews and just one of those products i can be patient to buy. Threes times i have went to this store and been given a different story every time.

Like most customers I wanted to purchase during a sell, and this forth of July your offering 25% off of all store items. Like last year no cement mixer(or at least not the one I want) was in stock and that’s fine with the way things are these days.

Was at you Beechmont store in Ohio. My wife and i have never been treated and talk to so poorly. was one your Waterloo Iowa store on Sunday 3/20/22 to return an item bought in February. When obtaining my refund I explained to the employee that I did not purchase the item using my credit I obtained item using debit .

He then proceeded to argue with me saying there was no difference when obviously there is. But did not want to cause a screen I afeeed to receive the refund on my card when he then assured me it would be on the card within 24 hours. 00 restocking fee .

Harbor freight published a 15% coupon on 2/15/21 Expiring 2/27/21. I set out on my 45 mile drive to the store, before I walked instore I refreshed the link for the coupon. It was deleted. Wasted a drive to make a purchase that I've waited so long for. Very frustrating.

HF stores show items in stock when they are not, EVEN though it says updated daily. Corporate doesn't even have the info of where items ARE in stock. Takes TOOOOOO long to reach HF service and once you do they agree the system IS BS.

Have a couple, you put items on sale that are not in stock. I've been there at least 3 times in last 2months with a list of 6 items, only 2 out of six are in stock. Manager has told me that these have not been in stock for a month.

Today I wanted to purchase a light on sale , called first this time, of course it was not in stock. Figured ok I would order online, I guess if you order online the item isn't on sale since there is no box to check for coupon or member to your club.

99 on a debit card went back to return it and advise them that I could not get a credit off of the prepaid card they refused to return cash and posted it to my card anyway now I am out of the money and I feel that this is a fraud due to the fact that the receipt States online too on return policy merchandise that is returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund or exchange and

We were in your store yesterday at the Trail Lake, Fort Worth TX location. A gentleman, we were third in line, was explaining ( or shall I say, trying to explain) why he was returning an item! Cashier would not let him explain.

I have 2 separate complaints. the first is actually not a product problem but a parts and availability issue. I have a predator earth auger that we were using it was set aside while we cleaned out the holes. The machine fell over and cracked the fuel tank this was no fault of the machine.

When I called in to order the parts there was a problem making the person on the other end under stand. But after and numerous hold on's while I check on this or that.

Finally he said that my had been discontinued this after about a year. so he said he would call the factory and see if they had any old stock. after a few minutes he came back and said the factory said the new tank would work with some minor modification, great get me one.

so as the parts list shows the tank is separate and the fuel lines…

My dog got locked in the car and the locksmith came out with your piece of shit Bauer Drill and couldn't even drill out the lock on my car . the drill bit was spinning in the chuck locksmith kept tightening chuck and drill bit kept spinning.

I purchased a new heat knife and didn't test it right after getting it. When I did go to use it for the first time, it was DEAD and would not heat up at all. The brand new heat knife was taken back to the store. They refused to replace it because it was greater than 90 days. They were willing to replace it if I bought a service plan. The shinny new broken knife went home with me after the manager of the store refused to replace it. Defective products are apparently okay to sell there.

They get a 3 only because it shipped quickly, ordered a tool cabinet, when it showed up it was the wrong color and there was a dent in the side of it! For charging almost $100 for shipping you would think they take better care, when I called customer service the lady kindly issued me a refund of the shipping due to they sent the wrong color and the dent, after a week I still did not receive refund.

Called back and the lady today had absolutely no knowledge of the refund being issued and tried to tell me they couldn’t do it! After 10 minutes of arguing sick and forth and me asking to speak to her supervisor she finally agreed to issue one!

I own two (2) Greenwood, two (2) gallon sprayers (ITEM number 95690 63145) purchased from Harbor Freight and both are very good products. I managed to brake the handle on one and on 03-25-21 (Thursday) called Harbor Freight at (888)-866-5797 (at 1500 hours) in an attempt to obtain a replacement.

After being on hold and not advancing on the holding line I disconnected and called (800)-444-3353 to continue my attempt to purchase a replacement handle. Too bad I can’t put 0 stars because that is what I would give it. I’ve had multiple bad experiences and I’ve finally just gave up on trying to like this store. The employee and the manager at the Lakewood Washington location are unprofessional and rude.

One employee actually said over his radio earpiece to other sales associates (right in front of me like I couldn’t hear him) “she doesn’t even have enough to pay” because I left my wallet in the car on accident.
