Hardee's

I was eating breakfast with my boyfriend when out of nowhere we were told we had to leave. We had not been disruptive or rude in any way shape or form. I am confused as to why we were told that we had to leave.

This isn't the first time that the employees at this restaurant have been rude to us it actually happens quite often.

The absolute worst experience i have ever had. Everything was wrong. Worst experience I have had.

The Hardee's in maxton north carolina has bad customer service every time I go in for breakfast they never have country ham or they are cutting off the grill before breakfast is over you suppose serve breakfast to noon so why cut off the grill not the first time nor the second time thank you for your corporation and support

I went to Hardee’s and ordered a 12 piece chicken dinner and it came with 3 sides got home and the sides were half full not even enough for 2 people let alone 6 people. $39.00 later and not enough for the 4 people I had planned to feed.

Employee decided she had had enough at 1200 pm and locked the doors so no more customers could enter. There were 6 customers still in the restaurant Two marked Exits with no way out Every time I go by in there I am amazed of the stupidity that I see coming from the employees

Stopped by store 1503683 in Hampton, VA on Mercury Blvd. Took our order home to eat. My wife's double cheeseburger was cold and hard. My Super Star was the messiest burger I've eaten in my life. Each bite caused the burger to slide out of the bun part ways.

We eat there now and then but I assure you, we wont go back, ever.

I do not like the weed smoke blowing in my car as I pick up food at the drive thru window. 2 of the three people were in Hardee’s uniforms. 2 male 1 female. I called the store asked to speak to a manager the following day.

I was told by the person who answered I will talk to them.

I had a drive up experience like NEVER before. I was treated with the most disrespect possible by an employee. I was told to leave or the police will be called. and then she told me to "fuck off". I entered the store to speak with management, and then was threatened to have the police called on me WITHOUT SAYING A WORD.

He talked to the worker, and never asked for my side of the story. I will never EVER visit a Loves or a Hardees again.

Hardee's in Brundidge, Alabama might as well close. The past 8 times I tried to order they said they didn't have the things on the menu. This evening at 8:30 they were closed. I've had to drive to Troy, Alabama to get food. I've had enough.

I went through the drive tru 1other car was in front of me I ordered a burger and fries when I got my order the food was cold and the employees were in just talking standing around but the cold food with no receipt was what got me.

As I love Hardee's food, I am very disappointed in my recent purchase on 08/30/2023 at the location listed in the subject area. I understand the price, but I do not understand why I ordered a large FF with my combo and received a wedge shaped container that only holds the equivalent of a small to medium FF as measured against other Fast Food locations.

As FF go, the other FF locations have Hardee's beat hands down. My meal should be balanced based on the price, yours is not. 41on a meal that was not worth the price and that will make an impact on how often I will use Hardee's in the future.

On Sunday 8-27-23 I pulled up to the drive thru order board at 4:55 am I knew they didn’t open untill 5am the lady came over the speaker and said they didn’t open till 5am and I said I would wait, now remember it was just 4 mins till they opened then the lady said because I was sitting there it made a buzzing noise on her end and

I anticipated going here at the Whitehall, wv location since it’s the best breakfast around in the area on 8/18 I arrived around 630am which was already past open time . But I wasn’t able to order or get served inside cause they weren’t open yet.

This happened two days prior on Wednesday same thing came to get food and they didn’t have food to sell yet. And said we aren’t open yet and it would be twenty minutes for anything . Not happy and spreading the word .

I would give 0 stars if I could. Hardees does not serve all customers. They do not consider people who work late hours. We should not have to work all night then set an alarm clock to get up early if we decide to order breakfast at Hardee's.

So therefore Hardee's have lost many customers and their money.

I regret to inform you that you have a con artist working in your restaurant at 4607 S Alston Ave. in Durham, NC. On August 10, 2023 at approximately 1:10pm I pulled up at the drive thru and ordered a medium coke and a jumbo chili dog.

The woman working Drive thru did not tell me how much my order was, that was red flag #1, but I proceeded to pull up at the window anyway thinking she would give me total at the pickup window. I handed her my credit card, I didn’t have cash on me.

I've been eating breakfast at Hardee's ever since you opened in the '70s now you do away with any breakfast that has meat in it except for sausage you do away with the steak biscuit and the pork chop biscuit are you guys that cheap and can't get enough profit that you have to do away with a good selling product everybody I know eats them that's just me I can't not believe that a restaurant like Hardee's will get rid of their main Staples people want meat with their breakfast not everybody likes sausage

I came into Hardee's 2 weeks ago at about 10:50 am to order a biscuit. There was no one in the parking lot, and no one in the drive thru. I first thought it was closed. I placed an order and was told. "We don't have any biscuits." I left.

I came back today, 08/06/2023 @ 10:35. After several cars in front of me at the drivethru also left. I was told..."We ran out of biscuits."

On 7-28-23 at 8:30 pm,I was in the drive through 20 minutes and there was only 1 car in front of me. I witnessed the most vile,nasty, screaming, cussing, fight with every word a profain word between a shift manager who is a pregnant woman and her younger brother.

I almost called the police as I thought they were going to become violent with each other. The window was fully opened and I was stunned to see and hear such behavior between two employees in a business. Saturday July 29th my husband went into the Hardee’s in Dinwiddie Va to get breakfast. He ordered 2 biscuits & gravy’s and 6 sausage & egg biscuits inside the restaurant. We drove home 13 minutes away and when we were giving out the food to our family we were missing 2 of the biscuits.

I had to go back up to the restaurant. Wasting my time and gas because someone didn’t do their job correctly. Gas in my area is $3.44 a gallon and I couldn’t afford to be wasting it. So I was not happy.

When I told the manager that we were missing 2 biscuits she didn’t apologize or say anything. Put 2 biscuits in the bag and said here’s your biscuits. In a not so polite way. I didn’t appreciate how I was treated when they made the mistake.

Good morning, You have a lead manager employee by the name Camilla, who is not representing herself as a Hardee’s leader or role model. She is constantly yelling, disrespecting and belittling her co-workers which are high schoolers and angry outbursts towards them with no regard to customers.

These are bright young minds who is learning first hand on responsibility and the real world. This is not how their first experience should be, rather guidance. Adults working for Hardee’s are held at a higher standard when communicating and teaching young adults, not threatening them, shortening their hours with no explanation.

I walked in to the Anna Illinois Hardee's at 11:55 AM. Nobody was in the dining room or drive thru. No customers besides me. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes and Nobody waited on me. I could hear people talking, but Nobody was at the counter.

Complaint in egypt i ordered through phone and my details was saved on the system after i paid through a sms link sent by customer service. I received a phone call from branch saying i am out of zone. I filed a complaint why you took my money if i am out of zone.

They replied your money will be refunded in 14 days through bank. Just got home with Hardee's order (#8429164832832) placed at Hardee's # 150024 in Mtyrtle Beach, SC. Oder was a complete mess and items missing. I called the store (843) 449-5014 and was hung up on! 42. not the first time having problem with this Hardee's.

I would like for you to justify why this hardees always has three individuals at the drive thru and only one individual at the front when people are lined up out the door. In my opinion the general manager has no clue how to optimize her help.

This is not a single event. It happens every morning and lunch time.

Recently I placed an order which was marked 'Accepted' 15 minutes later they call and tell me that the branch providing your area services is closed, which is In the Emporium Mall, while the customer care representative was very casual in telling me that your order is thus cancelled. The hardees in Strasburg OhioThe floors look like they've been mopped and months. Walk in there's nobody in there. All employees were outside stood there. Probably for 10 minutes waiting on somebody to take our ordered facility was nasty.

I asked questions about the menu and the person inside got very rude and I could hear them talking through the speaker. And cursed me out when I asked if they were talking to me. I went in and asked for the manager and was told to get out.
