The woman was extremely rude. 00 specials and one kids meal and I asked to have each order bagged separately. 80 more for the kids chocolate milk. I simply said wow I’ve never paid that before. She then snapped back with well that what it cost.

I then gave her my debit card and she literally grabbed it out of my hand . I then asked again if the bank riders could be bagged separately. She said yes the kids meal is separate. Then she bagged our food and handed it to me.

I said they were suppose to be bagged separately and she stared at me for a few seconds obviously pissed off then reached over and literally shoved four small bags at me and slammed the window shut. I was sitting there separating the food and the manager came to the window.

5/1/23 at lunch I ordered a 3 piece chicken strip combo with a diet coke. The drink I received was incorrect - I ordered a diet coke and received what tastes like dr. pepper. The fries do not taste fresh and the strips are not strips they are more like glorified nuggets that measure about 3 inches long each.

I definitely do not feel like I got my money's worth.

Order was wrong . I repeated my order twice . There were no cars in front of me. When the lady took my money she was laughing like she knew it was going to be wrong. When she gave me my order she was still laughing.

I got to work and my food was wrong. I called and asked to speak to speak to the manager. The lady that answered said that she was the manager. I explained what happened. She said that the girl was new.

This was my third time going to the Hardees in Bunn, NC. I ordered a two piece chicken combo. I got a three piece combo which I paid more for and the chicken looked like it was refried from the day before or fried in old grease. It was uneatable and I threw it in the garbage. I don't know who is managing this Hardees but they are doing a disservice to your brand name. I won't be going back to this location even though they are within walking distance from where I live.

This manager is very rude. I was at the microphone trying to make my order. She told me not to pause when trying to order because that made her think I was done and she got nasty every single time I added to my order. Now when I finally got to the window I forgot I needed to add a hash brown and I'll try doing so and she said I could not even though there was nobody at this Hardee's and I told her she was not a very good manager and she told me I can get my food somewhere else. This lady does not need to be in customer service.

We went to the store in Sheldon, Iowa for a meal after our meeting. We walked in the store at 8:25 PM, and were greeted by a dark haired heavy set girl. She didn't take the time to say hello, and the first thing she said to us was that we needed to be out of there by 9:00 PM because she had to clean the dining area.

We asked her if it was too much for her, and we would be glad to go elsewhere, and she said no, but just be out by 9:00PM. She made some kind of comment that the manager only scheduled two people.

but if that was all there were scheduled, then the manager should have been there to help. I have never been treated that way, and you can bet that we won't darken the door again; and also spread it around to our friends who want something to eat in the evening.

The Hardee’s in Springfield Tennessee is in dire need of new management. We come thru every Sunday on the way to church and the service is most always lacking. The drive thru wait is always 15 to 20 minutes. They are always short staffed so management needs to anticipate and schedule accordingly.

If the problem is no one wants to work there then there is a corporate problem. I will have to move my business to Wendy’s down the road who always has prompt service on Sunday mornings. They do not seem to have the same issues as Hardee’s.

I love, I mean really love, your western bacon cheeseburger. When I was pregnant with my son, I ordered one every single night on my way to work. My son is now 34 yrs old, and I still love your burger.

Many times during Covid your supply of onion rings were nil and void on the burgers due to shipment delay. I was never offered a discount, and I never asked for one.

However today I bought my delicious burger and asked for 2 extra pks of barbecue sauce, and was told they would have to charge me. Where’s the customer appreciation. You really can’t afford to oblige a customer with a pack or two of extra sauce? Thank you.

I went to Hardee's 1504336 on Hwy 411 in Maryville, Tn. yesterday (3/28/2023) during my lunch. From the time I placed my order (at drive thru with no one in front of me) till the time I received my order was 12 minutes.

Although people were standing around, no one ever came to the window to let me know what was taking my order so long, when I was handed my food, Melissa K. could have said sorry for your wait but didn't.

Went last night at the Collins,Ms location, not too busy. I ordered a five piece tender combo, a monster combo with large curly fry, a grilled chicken sandwich combo large curly and a mushroom and swiss med fry.

Went to order outside. No one answered call box. Parked and went inside. Manager came out of office. No body else inside. One employee was outside smoking cigarettes in a car. Two other employees was in a car racing around the parking lot.

Brenda the GM on peterscreek rd Roanoke va is a crappy GM. She is very rude to her employees the way she talks to them and customers is very unprofessional. She has no reason to be a GM period. She makes her employees cry and even tells people she is a bully now bc she was bullied in school.
