The closest Hardee's to me (I'm in West Kingsport) is the one referenced above but is still several miles away. , then headed back home. I ate my fries on the way and once inside, sat down to eat the burger.

I thought it seemed light and when I took a bite, I realized there was no meat in the burger at all. So I drove all the way back over there to report the issue. While they did replace it with another burger, I honestly expected them to at least offer a voucher or something to compensate me for my time and trouble, but they only gave me what I had already paid for.

I ordered from Hardees in Union,Missouri this morning. The girl did not give me my change back. She told her manager and she said I gave her the right amount but I didn’t! They started slamming things and was very rude to me.

I am a doordash worker and I went to Hardee's in Danville Illinois to pick up a order. The manager burned her finger and the other worker came up and said they can just f****** wait I don't give a f***.

West Frankfort Illinois! I have never in my life had to wait 15 minutes for a 2-biscuits with 2 orders of hash rounds. With a coupon it cost me 12$ Ridiculous and to wait that long with no one in the drive thru behind me and no one to take care of in the restaurant.

This morning about 9 amI went to our local Hardee’s in Houston, Missouri. I ordered two breakfast combos, one of them with a Large Dr Pepper, to which the young man replied they were out of large cups. That was fine, I just got a medium.

Then he lets me know they are out of hash rounds and did I want fries. My other combo had a large coffee as the drink and when I got to the window, the young man informed me they had just run out of coffee therefore my cup was only 1/2-3/4 way full.

To top all of this off, I bring our breakfast home, and my loaded omelette biscuit was messy, and the biscuits on both of our sandwiches were dry. I absolutely love Hardee’s and think you have the best breakfast hands down.

Upon ordering gravy and biscuits a few minutes ago at the Champaign, Illinois Hardee's located at Bradley and Mattis, I respectfully requested condiments with extra butter. It was the store manager that took and filled my order in the most extreme rudest manner I have ever experienced in a public restaurant setting.

Your store in Mount Airy, NC on Rte 89 is a disgrace to your company. As I entered the store, there was some "horseplaying" going on behind the counter. As I waited to be noticed, I heard all about a trip to Walmart that wasn't really planned.

After standing there for over 5 mins without being recognized, the couple behind me left. I decided they had a good idea, so I left too. While outside going to my car, I was followed by a worker. I live in McDonough Ga and there is a Hardee’s on the corner. I noticed from the sign on the door that they close at 21:00, my family and i showed up just about just about 20:45-20:50 they were closed.

On 11/ 25/ 2022 at 1:54pm I went to Hardys on Paris rd. In Columbia, MO My food was cold and looked as if someone stood on top of it before placing it in a bag. 08 . This same restaurant has been my go to for years.

But the past year they seem to have a problem with having the necessary items to serve things like mushroom and Swiss burgers, shakes and other items on the menu. But the real complaint is receiving food that I have payed for away.

My husband and I were in the Fairmont MN store at 4:37 on a Friday, we ordered 4 ham and cheese sandwiches and 2 orders of onion rings. The store was not busy, we waited over 14 minutes. Confirmation complaint - On Saturday Nov 19th at @9 at location 4901 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock, AR I placed an order for 5 biscuits, 3 egg & cheese & 2 without cheese. From my receipt there were 4 biscuits rung up & a Justin had taken my order.
