Hardee's

I walked like a mile to Hardee's in piggott Arkansas and the hours on the website state that there's all open access at 5:30 a.m. and once I arrived at 5:28 a.m. stood there 2 minutes 5:30 came nobody unlock the doors and after walking that far to get me some breakfast and it's closed when it says you're open online that's false advertisement.

I usually don't complain because I did work in the food industry prior. This morning I sit in line for thirty minutes plus before I get to order. When I order and pull around and the car that had waited in front of me was pulling away after receiving their order.

I then pull up to the window and have to wait on my food to be cooked. It appeared to me that they would take an order have the customer to pull up to the window then cook it and do the same for the next in line.

Several people left not ordering at all. This really needs to be addressed in my opinion.

Hardees # 1501856. 24,2022. Upon arriving, NO one was responding to service. The lights were ON. NOone was home. I waited for 30 minutes. What is this ?? I can be reached @ 615-948-9852.

I came thru drive thru at 2:35 there were two lady in the front area the first lady wearing a hardee's uniform was very .very nice. The second lady wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans is very nasty acting!!!!!! Rude, get her out of the public eye!!!!

Watch a food preparer make food with no gloves. I mention it to cashier. Employee came out front and said dud not have no gloves. That they were coming in today. 10/28/2022 Gastonia NC. On 321 Hyw South. Hardee's. This places needs help and good management and clean up.

I visited Hardees in Cuba Mo. on 10/2/22 and I ordered in the drive through. It was busy and I waited for approximately 25 mins. to get my order. Whenever I got to the window I asked why it was so busy and someone replied they thought there was a rodeo going on in the next town.

So I paid for my order and drove home where I live to Bourbon Mo. which is about 10 miles from Hardees. Whenever I opened my order of biscuits & gravy it looked like runny milk with pepper in it with no sausage so I took one bite and had to spit it out because it tasted like there was about a cup of salt in it.

So I called Hardees back to speak with a manager to complain about my food. I told her that what they gave me was not sausage gravy and how it was horribly bad. The manager I believe was a girl named Trinity…

Went to store at Charles on Zumbehl. Ordered 2 combo meals and order of tacos and a sandwich. Received a lot of ketchup that we had to ask for and no fries at all! No taco sauce either and no one asked about taco sauce.

Everything is too expensive to be messing orders up- we spent $30 on foot we didn't get $6-8 worth of! I called store and manager Travis said he would take my name down for two large fries when I come and I love 30 mins away and am never that way so that's inconvenient although appreciate him.

Female came to door looked at me then acted as if lobby was closed which I am a black man on morning shift but when white man came to door she unlocked the door descrimination suit will b filed

This crew member name Leon ratella comes in work smelling like weed n brings his kid to work with him mostly everyday. Wen he brings his child to work he never gets his job done n always out in the lobby with his child n not in the kitchen working like he's supposed too wen he hands foods to customers his hands r really dirty n he's more worry about his child then

doing his job he's nasty to other employees and customers... He doesn't deserve to be working at Hardee's

Food made wrong multiple times while in the Drive Thru, so that was disappointing. However, the manager did correct the order after I went inside (yes, negating the whole point of going through the Drive Thru), and even offered a free sandwich and a couple cookies for the trouble.

My complaint really is not your problem I am more disappointed in choosing Hardee’s to grab a hamburger after a long week of work on my way to the hospital to be with my daughter while giving birth to my first grandchild I am a nervous wreck and I choose Hardee’s to get such a hamburger with much of my disappointment after waiting maybe at the most 8 minutes to get it and with much waited to eat my hamburger I was very disappointed a Big Mac would have beeen better I never never never have complained about any restaurant in this form or matter I rarely get the chance to go to Hardee’s and

when I do I enjoy your food the hamburger was like eating cardboard and the thing that bothered me the most was my wait for the dissatisfaction

Your cumming ga location needs smarter person. Your open for breakfast with no eggs no bacon no hash browns. Why did u open? Also 2 employees? Maybe you need a new owner? Manager? Something needs to b done here. I visit at least 4 times a week and willing to bend because of today's crap but it is getting harder and harder to deal with this . Do something!!!!!!!

My husband ordered breakfast. Got there at 10:45. There was no one else there. Not in the drive thru or parking lot itself.

He ordered a ham, cheese, and bacon Frisco, A loaded burrito, a hashbrown, and four sausage and cheese croissants. Was told to pull to the window but wasn't given a total, first. Second, he sat at the window for 10 minutes. Just as he pulled off he was checking our bag and didn't have the hashbrowns. So then pulled back to get them. Got home and got the food out.

His sandwich which was ordered to have ham, cheese, egg, and bacon on it only had ham and cheese. Nothing else.

The loaded burrito ordered only had egg on it which tasted as if it wasn't cooked. But was also supposed to be LOADED.

Ordered the chicken tenders special 10 piece with tea and side

The chicken tenders had to be day ild and microwaved As they were tough and chewey. We have gotten chicken tenders before and they were delicious

Went in to Hardee’s in Jasper Georgia waited for 5 minutes no one was even in the building we said hello no one answered there was no one in the store at all we left went through the drive thru and got no response still we are very upset with Hardee’s not getting any service at all and I wanted to let someone know how awful that is it’s like no one is I. Ordered a 15 piece of chicken tenders and what they put in the bag was 10 small chicken strips that weren't even worth eating,and 8 biscuits!! Other times don't even have chicken tenders I'm told,seems this place either needs to shut their doors or get people other then kids to run the place!!

The hardees in floyd ,Virginia is flat out number 1 on my top worst restaurants locally. Unfortunately there are not many places to eat here so you have to continue to take chances eating here hoping it gets better .

The current staffing is very disrespectful and impatient. I have multiple orders wrong which is understandable to a point when you approach them about correcting it they get very irritated. There are no manners 80 percent of the time they wont even welcome you or thank you.

Today it took 8 mins to get our order because the woman kept talking to other people in the kitchen or work area instead of listening to our order. Then once up to the window we were handed our food .

They shut the window and did not say a word . Opened the bag and the gravy was upside down ans spilt all…

Burlington and fort madison iowa serve hamburgers with spoiled meat on their hamburgers!

Every time I go to Hardee’s in the afternoon they never seem to have tenders. Cook there all ways frozen. I and others people I talk to say we are going to stop coming to Hardee’s.
