I was recently refused service on my 1997 ultra classic at Reel Brothers HD in Mauston Wisconsin. They told me that my bike was too old and they couldn't get parts. I said you are a Harley dealer and should work on any year or model.

Again they refused service and I told them they were nothing but a glorified boutique.

Meanwhile they sold me some parts to try that weren't even close to the problem. Fortunately I took it to a local independent performance shop that diagnosed the problem of a fuel pump and had me running in a matter of hours.

I am never stepping foot in that place again. I am beyond livid!!!

Last April my wife and I were on a benefit ride sponsored by Rommel Harley Davidson when my clutch went out. Tried to get in touch with pick up service and got a run around. Called a family member who was able to pick us up and trailer my Harley Davidson Trike to get us home.

The following day Rommel sent out a gentleman to pick up my bike. The gentlemen advised he was around for the ride and was in the area where we were broken down. He towed the bike to Rommel and they had the bike for three months.

I kept getting run around by the Service manager who did not keep in touch with me. I continued to call and would get a different excuse on why it was not done. I finally got my bike back in the middle of July 2023.

I brought a brand new Harley Davidson sportster S from Harley at Abingdon I purchased a new rear intergrated light cluster online. I then spoke to Harley at Abingdon reference having the rear cluster fitted I was told yes this could be fitted at Abingdon so I went ahead and had the cluster fitted to the bike.

Since then this week I had an exhaust fitted by Harley at reading. guys at reading informed myself that the rear light cluster that was fitted to my bike would be an MOT failure this cluster plus the fitting was a lot of money but

at the time of discussion with Abingdon Harley I was not informed at any time that this cluster would be an MOT failure in the future. if I had been informed at the time by Abingdon Harley I would not of gone ahead and had this fitted.

The manager of Saddleback Harley Davidson in Logan Utah contacted me about looking at my Sportster 1200 I have for sale. I bought my bike about 3 years ago and this bike only had 2 owners. It is in very good condition, under 20,000 and I barely rode it.

Before I parked it, I had it serviced at the dealership. I put my trickle charger on prior to our meeting and the day of, I started my bike with no issues and let it run a bit. I forgot to put the trickle charger back on afterwards.

When he came, the battery was dead so he loaded my bike up in the company van and took it to the dealership so his service department could see if the battery was bad, and get it charged and started before determining an offer. This was a Thursday evening.

My complaint is with your Taylor Michigan store. The customer service at this location is a joke once you complete your purchase. I call to have my bike service and I was instructed to drop it off anytime and I will have my bike back within 72 hours.

No one from that location told me anything about their new hours of operation so I relied on what’s on their website. The website hours of operation are different from their actual hours.

poor customer service in obtaining parts and accessories for my harley first of all it took nearly a month to get the correct risers for my handlebars then l went into store to make a purchase for a considerable amount of money and was given all the wrong information about my purchase which has lead to utter confusion it shouldn't be so difficult to get correct information when l want to make purchases and

to top it off l was waiting for a call back inregards to my purchases to which l had to call them to find out what was happening with my enquiry by far the worst customer service l have ever had so l will be looking for somewhere else to make my purchases

Very unprofessional pushed me on a bike that I did not want when I did not finalize the deal they were extremely rude refuse to give me all my down payment back look for all kinds of fuses lied to me and told me the bike was approved by the bank when the bank called me and I was not yet approved they wanted me to take the bike from the property.

I wanted a rear seat added to the bike, which takes probably 30 minutes they charge me three hours of labor lying to me that the exhaust needed to be loosened up, there lied very unprofessional Cody. The general manager was very nice when I first started at the end was extremely rude and try to be as intimidating as possible.

Will never go back there would not recommend anybody to go back there.

Harley has made a corporate decision to burn all their customers that have older Harleys. Once soon s time you could buy a Harley, care for it like part of the family, and pass it along to your kid or grandkid. No longer.

In Harley corporate wisdom, they no longer make original parts for bikes over 15 years old. When a company decides to betray those customers who brought you to the face, is a really stupid move. Off to the Indian dealer for my next bike.

Used gift cards to purchase an item, dealership purchased the item online. We threw away the gift cards. When we returned the item, they had to reimburse us via gift card. We didn't have the original gift cards, so they had to send us a new gift card in the mail.

We were told we had to activate it. So we called and got in touch with someone who verified our identity and then had to transfer us. We were put on hold for over an hour and had to hang up to deal with other things.

We then emailed customer service with all of our information and never received a response. We called again and went through the same process and have been on hold for over an hour now. Nobody can seem to help us.

Why is it this hard to activate a gift card that Harley Davidson sent us?! The customer service is so…

I stopped at Yellowstone Harley to get a new set of tires for an 2005 Softail Standard. The tires were installed and I was on my way, needed fuel about 40 miles down the road, pulled off the freeway and couldn't stop the bike, no brakes.

After inspection I noticed the brake line was lying next to the muffler, melted and brake fluid was all over the side of the bike. I called the dealer and they sent a trailer to haul me back to the dealership.

4 hours later the bike was repaired. My problem is this, I brought my bike in at 9 AM. I paid 700 dollars for a set of new tires, 161 dollars of that was labor. The expectation is that I would have a professional mechanic working on the bike, not so, what I got was the managers son, a wanna be mechanic who did not secure the brake line.

I stopped in to look at bikes woth my girlfriends, the salesmen were all over us, I told them I could not buy a bigger bike because I don't have a garage and couldn't fit anyrhing bigger then my sporster in my shed. They called over amd over again and kept sending me pictures of bikes.

After about a month, I saw one I reqlly liked and I tild them I had not storage for it, so one of the guys working there Sai he would put a bigger door on my shed no problem! I went and looked at the bike but I could t even test ide it u til I filled out ALL the paperwork.

When they were goj g through the paperwork with, they told me my payments would be $347 a month woth warranty for 2 years and that came woth 6 services for oil changes. When I was looking at the paperwork he rushed me through it telling…

00 I have had over 14 Harleys and never had a issue with rear brake being well below foot peg as many you tube videos show the same issue on this motorcycle. I was banged up on busy intersection and want compensated for damages and injury to hip and left elbow.

Only in washington for a couple of days. Toured Arlington cemetery and had some time left. Saw that patriot harley was open till 7. Had an hour to maybe find my favorite Patriot Harley Tee. Walked in at 6:10 and they were already starting to put the used bike’s inside and they pushed all the men’s clothes together.

One of the men in their semi tried to help us but it was futile. You couldn’t get to anything. I’m still dissatisfied. I’m not hard to get along with but i can see the handwriting on the wall. I didn’t want them to stop and help me but someone could have at least said they were sorry that i drove 20 miles in bumper to bumper traffic to possibly get a pocket t-shirt.

If this is how harley is i’m selling my electraglide for a gold wing.

Since April 1st 23 I have tried to get a knock sensor for my 18 Road Glide back ordered till July 26th 23. Dealers have them but they will not sell you the part or mail it to you. some bullshit about market region.

And if you talk to local dealer they just say it's on back order and won't transfer it from the other dealers without doubled mark up and doubled shipping they have to take care of their shop too you know... wake up man a part is a part if some one needs it regardless of where it is ship it direct.

Your going to fine a dealer for trying to help a customer repair their bike. If you order a part from the dealer it should be pulled from any dealer with fulfillment process. And you wonder why the companies going to shit!

Your assessment chaps shod come with maxi pads,,,

Yes I purchased a 2003 Harley-Davidson brand new right out of the crate at Atlantic county Harley in New Jersey I've been going there for almost 20 years service after service after service have no complaints at all. I go there last week for oil change service they looked up my information and they said sorry we cannot service your bike anymore you have to find somebody else.

I asked why do I have to go somewhere else corporate said older bike no more service. Can't believe the money I spent purchasing the bike and all that service I had and now you tell me I have to go somewhere else you're going to lose a lot of customers this way corporate has to go back to where it was.

I'm sure one by one your stores will be closing...

I just had a rear tire replaced Saturday 3/18/23 at rock city Harley Davidson Little Rock Arkansas. The mechanic forgot to replace my swingarm bag, I had to go back and pick it up 3 days later. They used rim weights to balance my wheel instead of the spoke weights that the very same dealership used on my front wheel.

Rim weights tend to fly off and the adhesive used is almost impossible to remove from my chrome wheel. This isn't the first mistake this dealership has made on service to my bike. Only a few months ago on a brake pad replacement this dealership either forgot or failed to torque a bolt in my front brake caliper.

I noticed the missing bolt 7 days later while cleaning my bike. The service I pay for and expect from Harley Davidson dealerships is substandard at this dealership. I…

I have bought 3 Harley Daviddon Women's Flannel Shirts this winter. I washed in cold water and hung to dry. They have all 3 shunk badly.

One employee, I believe who’s named savanna at the blue springs Missouri location. Is extremely disrespectful to several customers. I’ve also noticed the last few times of me coming in she appeared to have red eyes, smelt like cannabis, and then appeared to be bragging to her friends that she was indeed high.

I do not appreciate being helped by someone who is not sober. If this is the type of service that’s appropriate here I will not be returning. Which is sad as I love coming here for many different reasons, but seeing as I can’t be helped by someone that isn’t sober.

I hope you can take this seriously and do something about this seriously mentally ill woman

I purchased an Anniversary Limited Edition 2018 Harley Davidson "Fatboy" from Farrow Harley Davidson in Columbus, Ohio in late October, 2022. I had also purchased a new set of 14" handlebars, grips and cables to be installed. It took Farrow HD, several months to get my bike in service in order to install the new parts.

Farrow HD took possession of my bike in early February, 2023, and it has been in their possession ever since. I had also asked that my kickstand be serviced because the bike was purchased with a damaged kickstand. I have been told that the kickstand part was on back order and it would take several weeks to receive the part.

My name is John Mason and I have my Harley Davidson financed through you. My account has been hacked by my ex wife she called in and changed the email and changed my account information. There is no reason she is not on the loan or the title of this bike.

I called and requested security questions or phrase be put on my account and the next day I called in and none of the security was in place so then the lady tells me she can give no information on my account on when this was done and why they let her do it.

I am making a complaint on Harley Davidson located in Arden Sacramento. I purchased a 2022 HD Nightster on June 2022. I went to the dealership to sell my Ryker Can-Am and was told over the phone they will purchase it but as soon as I got there and told them I wanted to sell it the sales guy named Jake told me they will not buy my Ryker unless I purchase a bike from them.

BEWARE ALL BUYERS & THOSE IN NEED OF SERVICE REPAIR(S) I took my 2012 Street Glider to Performance Harley Davidson Syracuse to be repaired in March 2022 for the following: Right Side Highway Peg, Right Side Rear Bag, Front Farrings, Bat Wing, Wind Screen, Deck & Front Speakers, Rear View Mirror and Left Turn Signal.

These were all the visible needs of my bike; these parts did not come in until September 2022 (6 months later). They began taking my bike apart to replace these parts when it's discovered my bike is in need of an internal part... the Front Forks.

Was to be a new motorist, but after this experience I'm no even remotely interested. From the moment I walked in and sat down harley davidson was more than happy to fuck me over. They were probably laughing to themselves as they sold me the bike they had the most issue selling.

I had a complete replacement of the charging system excluding the voltage regulator on my 2002 Road King. 3 months later I have to have everything done again….my dealer is only giving me half off labor to redo the same job they did 3 months ago. This is gonna be long so please bare with me! So when I went in to trade in my bike and purchase a 2022 RG ST they offered me a payment of $444 so I was excited and when I got into finance I had signed all the paper work they asked for a lean release.

(Which they knew I didn’t have because they knew I still owed on the bike because I had just bought it from them Barely a year Pryor ) I said the bike isn’t paid off and y’all knew that. So they drew up new paperwork and said my payments were 638.

Don't buy VIP they won't cover you from dealer to dealer so if you use the bike and travel. They won't pay for oil changes ect. Or whatever service it covers. So if you buy your bike an hour away but have a dealer 5 mins away you can't use it.

Why would you have to go an hour away? Because the prices are inconsistent across the board 1 dealer may try charging 6k over listing.

I have a 2016 triglide ultra I bout it with 144 miles on it. It currently has 7000. I baby it. It’s garage kept. I recently had a black screen on my radio. Everything worked just no screen. I took it to Harley when they tried to reset my radio. They were unsuccessful.

I was given an appointment for the following Saturday. 00 an hour of labor for them to “try and reset my radio”. Which I told them was already tried. 00 part to fix my radio and that doesn’t include the labor.

I’m very upset with Harley and the dealer for this. I feel that Harley should replace this obviously defective radio. If their bikes and equipment only last for 7000 miles then it’s not worth it

Good day, I had an accident on about the 11th December last year ( Superficial damage) Contacted insurance and immediately arranged bike to be collected by Harley Davidson Durban, SA on the Monday which was done. Assessor visited harley and repairs were authorized very quickly - before Christmas.

The re spray appears to be the problem and to date I have still not got my bike - Street Glide. I have been riding Harleys for about 15 years and have never experienced such POOR service from a DEALERSHIP before.

Its now almost six months I have been waiting and in the meantime bought a BMW GS 1200 to get around on. I'm so disappointed that I'm considering selling my Harley when I get it back to avoid having to go though a similar experience and to stick with BMW.

On Saturday March 26 2022 I went to TCH to pick up my 2012 Street Glide for which I had a # of issues. One of which I was grossly concerned about. As I was dropping my bike off to the dealer the motorcycle quit – just shut off.

I had to push the bike the rest of the way to the dealer. This caused me great concern as in the 12 years that I have been riding Harleys this has never happened. I lead many rides and if this had occurred during one of our events could have been catastrophic.

When I went to pick up the bike nothing was done – ZERO. What was worse is that I was told that they could not reproduce the issue. I asked what diagnostics were performed other than simply turning the bike on. There were none!!!!

I took my 3 wheeler to harley St Augustine they made me an appointment 3 weeks out then i get there they refuse to fix my bike. They said the part is on back order until november. So i paid 11,000 $ for a Bike i cant even ride or get fixed.

I bought this Harley 3 wheeler on a kit professional done. Cost over 28,000 $ i have all paperwork. 2009 with less than 3000 miles. But they wont work on it because its not a harley 3 wheeler. Not a way to treat a vet.

I have a 2003 Electra Glide Standard I bought it brand new I have had so many starter problems with his bike I have probably went through the five starters different jackshaft and I still had problems I am an automotive machinist and I'm used to working on staff but I never caught the fact that there was no inner primary bushing for the jackshaft Harley dealership had it apart and they didn't catch it dim my light with a Harley Davidson has sucked and I think Harley-Davidson owes me

Took my motorcycle to Buddy Stub Harley Davidson in Phoenix Arizona. The motorcycle was popping stalling. After dropping the Motorcycle off for this issue they took it and told me it needed a stater and a manifold gasket, they replace the stater and the manifold gaskets and replaced tires without telling us the tires need to be replaced. The bill was $2600. After taking the bike home the issue persisted the same as before dropping it for Repair.

The dealership is very unethical and dishonest they replace parts that are not needed to be replaced and did not repair the main issue.

Call the dealership and want to order a part? No answer. When you finally fo contact someone, "leave your name and number, I promise to have someone call you back". Same with service. I have decided to use Indian Motors, located across the street instead.

Better customer service AND they will call you back if they are bust. HD of Savannah should have closed their doors and let the Brunswick location open. At least THEY were customer service oriented. I am about 2 steps away, after 16 HD's from abandoning HD.

What the hell happened to customer service? It's gone. Tok many people in dealership positions of authority with NO motorcycle experience. Corporate HD NEVER would have let that happen 10+ years ago.

When installing a aftermarket exhaust system, they do not use locktight and customers are in grave danger of the bolts vibrating out and causing the exhaust system to dislodge from the bike. When returned to the dealer was told they do NOT use locktight and the bolts are expected to vibrate out as that is why they have a service department.

My bikes check engine light came on and was acting funny so I drove my car to harley to ask if they had room or if I should make a appointment they told me to bring it in the earlier I get it in they could work on it that day. I get the bike back in a hour they tell me they can work on it tomorrow ill be first in line.

3 days go by and they finally look at it and say its wiring. It will be 5 days to 2 weeks for the part to come in. Icing on the cake I call 9 days go buy and I call in they just so happen to get the part in the same day I call but they can't have it ready for another 4 days I will never take my bike back for service again also writing a bad review everywhere I can

Was recently delivered a 2021 fatboy On first ride lat 30km oud audible clunking from rear and front brakes . Contacted gasoline alley to discuss . Rob and chris in service were not at all interested. Chris also refused to look at my bike if it were taken in on towtruck ??

They also claim i was aggresive on the phone stating legal action etc . All things aside gasoline have delivered a defective bike and are in breach now of consumer laws

Took my Ultra Limited in to Richmond VA Harley for tire replacement and State Inspection. Of course the tech said all wheel bearings and front brake pads were in need of replacement. So it was done. Took the bike home in trailer and rode it the next day.

At highway speeds it acted as if tire was out of round, serious jumping feeling to the point of nor road safe. I took iij t back. The same tech said he could not find anything wrong with it. It road smooth as silk when I took it in before this service so they did something to it but will not do anything to fix it.

I spent $1200 and now it is unsafe to ride.
