In January, 2018 I took my Dyna Wide Glide in for an insurance estimate after a wreck with A US Postal Worker. I had a feeling something wasn't right and went back and asked for a copy in person and was denied, a few years went by and I asked again by phone and was made to produce original pictures.

The Finance Manager GT Hurley at one was a prospective member of The Tucson Hell's Angel Charter and two other prospects were at the dealership the day I dropped it off for my estimate. The Tucson Hell's Angel's are under investigation for attempted homicide on me currently and this is a motorcycle I am alleging they tried to steal.

After years, of arguing and being denied a copy of an estimate. I finally received it and they had left the entire paint job out of the estimate. I am not…

I moved to Monterrey México and purchased a new Street Glide Special at that time, I do all my own maintenence on my bikes.

Now both dealers in MONTERREY REFUSE TO SELL PARTS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC.

I do believe it is ilegal to sell motor vehicles and not offer parts.

I hope we can avoid a lawsuit in this matter

Treated like a rock star one minute then like a sucker the next, what’s with your dealerships and customer service, just purchased a street glide and all of a sudden my local dealerships are crooks and back yard mechanics, no services are reliable in any dealerships local after I have done my reasearch on local rides and get together for help from fellow bikers, luckily I am mechanically able to perform my own maintenance on my brand new street glide but

would not recommend an average person to buy a new harley unless he himself is able to maintenance out of the box, terrible stuff

I Purchased a Harley Davidson ultra classic 7/21/2018 along with an extended warranty from what was then called Brian’s Harley Davidson 600 S. , Langhorne, PA 19047. The price of that extended service contract was $2313. I sold this Harley July 9, 2021 my contract was good until 7-21-2022..

I tried to get in touch with the old Brian‘s, which is now stars and stripes Harley Davidson, to Cancel my contract as of July 9-nobody returns my calls and then after writing a letter they said they were putting it through; to this day I have not received anything of a refund from my contract they keep avoiding me and my phone calls keep going to message and they do not return my calls they are terrible!!!

Today is oct 5th so it has been 3 months trying to obtain my refund Stars and Stripes HD are…

In November of 2019 I bought my 4th Harley its a 2010 ultra classic I purchased the esp and premium maintenance package with 3 months and 12 days the piston exploded in the block then it took 3 months and 6 days for them to fix it then a week later I brought it back for the 500 mile oil change then 3 days after getting it back there was fluid leaking on the back tire pulled out the saddlebag and

pulled off caliber the piston had went through the back of the brake pad and was shaving down so I ordered new caliber and pads and replaced them cause at this point I don't trust these techs cause they basically endangered my life for another service call cause if it shaved it down far enough the piston came out of the caliber would of locked up the rear wheel and been a disaster so anyways all…

Traded my BMW Grand America for a 2021 fat boy. I put $2300 down. They paid $600 over payoff and said I would be getting a check from BMW.

However when I checked with BMW the the bike was paid off for the exact amount. Where is the money that I over paid for the Fat boy? It took two weeks to get the fat boy and my wife and decided to up grade the bike to a road glide.

So we traded the fat boy for a road glide. I put $1500 down and waited a week to get the bike. After I got the bike home Blue Ridge called and said I owed another $1500. If I knew I had to put another $3000 down for an upgrade I world have went somewhere else.

This was a rip off and they took advantage of a first time Harley buyer. Very disappointed with my Harley experience. I haven’t put anything on social media yet but…

Contacted H-D online store about exchanging two Father’s Day gifts that were the wrong size. I was told by “Sarah” who’s supposedly the manager in the e-commerce section of the Milwaukee corporate office, if that’s her name, that there is no exchange policy.

You have to return the items, get the refund, then reorder them. ” Then, I became upset and she said I’m only upset, because I’m mad there’s no return policy and again, I’m just being silly. I’m not sure how this woman has a job!

To call a customer silly three times, because they stated facts about other retailers, is just wrong. I never raised my voice, called her a name, or uttered one single curse. I don’t get how she can get away with treating people like this.

I called The Winterville Harley-Davidson Dealership for a inspection. I was for 9:00amm the next day. They open at 10:00am. I left a message, and not return call. I call the next day, and it was arranged at 11:00am. It started raining, and I called, asked for service, and a lady slammed the phone down and off.

Called back no answer, and left message. No return call. I have sensed negative vibes there, and racist ones visiting the store, which they aren't affiliated with Harley-Davidson Dealership other that small minded customers. Now, I will do all I can to rid myself of the motorcycle, and Harley-Davidson.

I can do without that stupidity. I will never return again ever. Just another one of the hateful attitudes of some humans.

My motorcycle over heated and was taken to Harley Davidson Gold Rand, Boksburg, South Africa where they quoted me on a price to repair my motorcycle and has now taken more than four months for them to repair it but i now received a call stating that all eight of the valves are now bent which will cost extra as it was not in the original quotation.

I had to hire a vehicle from a friend since the motorcycle went in for repairs as it is my only means of transport. I would appreciate any assistance if possible. Thanking you - Hendre Labuschagne.

00 deposit. I was told i would receive via email an updated invoice with the current customizations within it from cassandra which i never received. I followed up on 05/03/19 with an email to the manager, liz, trying to confirm that the updated parts were added to my maintenance request to which i didn't receive a response.

I followed up via phone on 05/21/19 and was told that yes i was allowed to make changes as per insurance, and they asked that again i come in person to give the changes because my account did not show changes i requested on 03/29/19. I showed up at the dealer after returning from georgia sometime between 05/22/19 & 05/24/19, where i was escorted to a maintenance office in the back by the nephew of liz, the general manager, and a technician with a boot/cast on his leg.…

I brought my bike (2007 ultra glide) in on July 1 2020 for steering adjustment, and noise in transmission , they said I needed steering bearing and transmission bearing , of which I gave the ok (est. 00) promise in couple days to week.

I understand there was a problem getting parts, but after parts came in still (3 weeks later) no bike even after several calls , After I asked to speak to a manager (on Thursday July 30, she said that I should get back today July 31 ,late in the day. My issue is why dose it take so long to make repairs, 3 weeks?

I love Harley products but if this dealer runs this shop like this, they will give Harley a bad name on reliable products and service.

I am Barış Bayrak, living in Aydın / Turkey. My bike is 2005 softail deluxe. My bikes had been tuned dyno jet in Ankara H-D in 2018. I have the records and necessary papers to prove it. My bike's license plate is 35 FA 4041. I believe that Ankara HD will also show that it is true. My bike has vance&hines exhaust and mach2 Air filter. After the dyno jet , the consumption of the bike was still 7 - 7.5 litres per 100 km which is extremely high value for a softail deluxe. By the way, at the time that dyno tuning was made, the cost was more than 2000 turkish liras. I bought a new 2019 Ultra Tri-glide in December of 2018. I traded my 2009 Ultra Tri-glide in. I had spent a fair amount of money on my old trike to get free storage. My trike was in good shape so they allowed me the maximum trade-in.

I don't think I got the best deal on the new trike I wasn't allowed what I spent on repairs my old trike because it didn't need new brakes, but I had put them in anyway. I would of been better off to pay for the storage for my new trike.

I guess why I bought the trike there my wife likes shopping at department stores and Costco. I like the salesman there, I didn't question about the deal which is my fault I can't blame anyone for that. Cycle City Honolulu, Hawaii Appointment time 7:30am 2-6-20 Ordered Parts for BV350 were in Shop, EST. work 4 hours. I waited 8 hours and returned to shop. The Maint. Man went down to see the Mechanic and he had left the job and never worked on the bike all day long and failed to tell anyone and he was the only Mechanic they had to do the job.

I made a small purchase as a gift it has taken almost 2 weeks and now I am told one item is no longer available, I get that but 2 weeks? Now I cannot get a email response and have been on hold for hours to find out when the rest of the order will ship?

This is poor customer service and these are gifts that I need to mail out. I think 2 weeks is plenty time, when the website states ordewrs will be received within 5-7 business days. Livid and will never shop for my son here again.

We bought our 2016 ultra limited low brand new off the show room floor. We took a trip for honeymoon, from Wisconsin to South Dakota. At 8,800 miles the check engine light and temperature light came on. The engine was overheating.

We needed to call a tow truck to come get up and bring us to the nearest dealer 39 miles away. On arrival, the service guy says your overheating? We say yes. He says, “your check engine light come on? We say yes again.

He says let me guess you got just over 8,500 miles on your bike. We are impressed and say yes again. Then he says it’s your water pump. Apparently it’s common knowledge that at 8,500 miles the water pump goes out and it’s an $800 fix!

If it is such common knowledge why isn’t Harley doing something to fix the problem?!? If this is how they treat…

Dear HD, I just traded in my old bike for a new one a week ago. I have already confirmed with the loan company, put my down payment down, and they took my old bike.

Meanwhile I’ve been left without transportation for the week and nobody at Jet City Harley seems to be able to tell me what the hold up is. I am beyond dissatisfied because I was not informed of any such delays and now I am out on money and transportation!

This is the worst customer service and business practices I have ever experienced during my time riding!

Today 5-28-19 I drove 2 1/2 hrs to Stinger HD in Medina OH. I was pre-approved for a 2008 FLSTC Fireman/Shrine less than 6k miles being sold for $7,999. While on my way I was contacted at 10:49 AM by Dave who said financing is done and the bike is mine with 10% down.

I informed him I was only 20 minutes away from the dealership and wanted the bike. When I arrived I went to the front of the dealership where the bikes were displayed. A man came out and asked what I was looking for.

I explained I was already approved and was contacted by the dealership about this bike and pointed to the FLSTC. The man identified himself as Dave and stated he did call me however he had good news and bad news.

A year and a half ago I purchased a used 2006 V-Rod from the HD store in Little Rock Arkansas it was in January when i had delivered to my house *very cold the year* did not get a chance to ride until late spring *but always making sure to start it every day as well as keeping it on a charger. So when it came time to ride it worked fine for about 2 weeks issue is temp light was coming on with in about 5 to 8 minutes of riding as well as coolant running out of the over flow reservoir and radiator.

On 6/2/62017 I bought a 2006 FLHRI from Gowanda (NY) Harley Davidson. I was told that since the dealership had to put so much work into it to get it ready, they would not come down on the price. I paid what they wanted and was happy as hell. Then I found out they lied to me...a lot.

1. On 7/17/17 I went back and told them my handlebars kept vibrating down. They moved them back up, but never checked to see if there was a problem. Turns out there was no knurling on the bars. I later had to pay to have the bars re-knurled. 2. They told me they installed a Power Vision tuner. I took the bike to Jamestown HD for service and asked about the tuner. I was told by the parts manager Larry to drop my bike off and because they were busy they would get at it in two weeks, it’s going on seven weeks now. It’s one bullshit excuse after another. They looked at it at week 3, parts were ordered and I was told when the parts arrived the bike would be fixed the next day.

The next excuse was all the parts didn’t arrive at one time. When all the parts were there then it would be a day or two for the bike to be fixed. Then when they got to fixing the bike something else was wrong and they had to order more parts.

After six weeks of waiting I’m sick of this shit. I’m being treated like crap and what can I do. My next choice is I’m getting a lawyer and suing them. This is Kauai Harley Davidson.

I have been a Harley Owner for over 30 years. I took my 2016 to Wildcat Harley in London Ky for service over $300 for just oil change that said my front tire was bad which on had 3100 hundred miles on your Harley Dunlop tires another $300 and

then they want to up sale me to flush my brake fluid for another $170. If I have moisture in my brake fluid then your motorcycles have a problem, I paid top dollar for one of your bikes and then too much for your extended warranty and then when you go to your dealerships you want more.

( and you wonder why your stocks are down) I have owned many Harleys in my time but it is over. I'll buy a metric bike I will get rid of Harley and I will do whatever I can to advise anyone I know to buy anything other than your over priced motorcycles!!

I bought a bike at Central Texas Harley Davidson on February 18, when we bought the bike we told the dealership that Mississippi requires that we buy the tags within 7 days of purchase. Well, today is March 11 and we still have not received anything to buy tags.

There is a penalty after the 7 days and only gets larger the longer it takes to buy the tags. We have called the dealership but no one will tell us anything about where the information is so we can get the tags.

We were told over a week ago that it had been sent overnight. Then we tried to find out where they sent it but could not get an answer. What is going on? This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a motorcycle from an HD dealer, and we have bought several.

I am even wondering if I should pay the 1st…

My complaint is with the company Harley Davidson. I cannot believe HD would built a Road Glide Special 2019 with an all blacked out engine and exhaust etc... What would posses HD to not at least offer a chrome counterpart? What is HD thinking??????

Further, the color options are horrible. I am sick and tired of black bikes and red bikes. Why doesn't HD introduce some eye catching colors like Moroccan Gold offered in 2015. The Flat colors are horrible as well. Why doesn't HD offer colors that buyers want? Do a survey.

Some of the CVOs and one Street Glide had a nice color scheme but I ride ROAD GLIDE SPECIALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep it up HD. I am 59 years old and make 6 figures a year. I can afford to buy your bikes.

As a Marine Corp veteran with 2 combat tours and service connected disability I have been supporting the Toys for Tots charity (Marine charity) for about 20 years. As a Harley rider its been part of life as long as I can remember to include my 1st ride in 1973 on a Harley 50cc mini bike. My father rode a 48 Harley in the 50's and I have his actually leather jacket from that time frame which is cool! All of my fathers and brothers hot rods (which was about 30ish over the years) they all had Harley stickers or items attached to rigs. Oldest daughter was raided in a 52 Harley sidecar, a lot of great memories. I currently have 8 motorcycles with my pride being a shovel springer. Summary is its always been part of my life, always!

HD Pamona charged me almost $3000 for labor for 2hours and 45 minutes and added on over $1200 in parts I did not order, HORRIBLE SERVICE do not go to Pamona HD for anything.

I just purchased a 2019 Street Glide Special from Harley Davidson World in Oklahoma City. The original one that I wanted was the 2 tone Orange and Black Street Glide Special. 00 per month on this bike compared to a payment of nearly 550 a month for the Street Glide Special I purchased!

He told me he couldn't sell me the Harley I wanted at the original price because it is a limited paint scheme and it draws customers in. So you mean to tell me that the difference in the base price for the Street Glide Special I purchased and the one I wanted would come out to a 200. Per month excess payment? Do the math!

2012 switchback Brought it to Manatee Harley Davidson because the red light was coming on and they said it was the front brake assembly and it's been on order for at least a month and they said it won't come in until November I just want to know what's going on

I want to know who to contact in reference to a service done at my local dealership , That I am More Then Unhappy With , No answers from the Manager of the service department. So Many Discrepany's in the readings of tire tread and Many more items.

If these are Harley Davidson Trained Mechanics and they are using the Proper machines and Tools ?? How and why am I having a Problem getting any Answers ?? I Need to Speak to Someone and When I call I am On Hold way too long.

Please Advise me of a contact Name and Number. Disapointed and Disgusted

This is Harley Roadside Department filing complaint in behalf of customer. per customer "I have been trying to contact Harley Davidson Head office but it always lead me to voicemail even it is during business hours. I would like to confirm with the consultant regarding the incident of my motorbike.

My motorbike is brand new i only had it for 2 months and it has already been towed 3 times. "

My bike is a matte black 2017 and pain on it is horrible it has faded badly and is all scratched up I have never dropped my bike and I keep it in a garage

Bought a new 2016 FLATCU and the rear and went in for maintenance back in April or May only had 9,000 miles on it and they said the rear tire was warped and charged me over $400 on a new tire and my question is. With that new of a bike why was the tire not covered under a warranty with only that many miles on it.

At least a tire warranty. I love Harley's and this is my 3rd Harley. And I do have the Maintenance plan.
