Today I went to The HEB in Eagle Pass , to the customer service department to get a refund of a money I try sending thru Western Union . For some reason they couldn’t get the names correct even showing them the picture id of the person receiving the money.

After I got my refund I told HEB employee (Mario) that I needed to send it again but was told since I had received the refund money that for today I couldn’t send money . My wife tried to send the money with her own id but since he saw me he said she couldn’t send money either, that those were HEB policies

I went to my regular store H-E-B #11 in Valley High. I used the “star” coin machine. The coin machine took my coins but did not register anything “0”. I complained and the accountant came. The accountant “Yolanda” came and checked the machine and dismissed my complaint: stating “there is nothing here”. 25 was returned.

I asked to talk to the manager. The manager “Lauren” came but stated there was nothing she could do and that I would have to call the company. The manager gave me an 800 number and stated “call them as they are the 3ed party and we have nothing to do with this”.

Both ladies were unsympathetic and gave the impression that my complaint was doubtful. Not very helpful. I called the 800 number to complain. The agent asked to talk to a representative. I asked an HEB service…

Visited urgent care early in the morning on a Sunday, got diagnosed with fairly serious lung congestion. NP sent three scrips in to pharmacy (H‑E‑B+ on Saratoga in Corpus Christi) 30 minutes before they opened with instructions for me to start them ASAP that day.

My H‑E‑B app showed these scrips in varying states of completion - back and forth between filled, in progress, or not there at all - all day long. Near closing I finally went in person, 15 people in a slow-moving line.

Finally my turn, and I’m told that they’re 200 orders behind, mine are NOT ready, but I’m welcome to sit and wait until closing (30 minutes) just in case they get to it. All the while I’m glancing to the back and see at least 3 or 4 workers just standing around, engaged in casual conversations with each other.…

The pharmacist is refusing to fill a prescription for pain medication after i had surgery and need pain management. I see a specialist for my chronic pain and i was told today that they “e-rejected the prescription for oxycodone because it is highly addictive and controlled substance” this is discrimination against someone in chronic pain and

this is negligence on the part of the pharmacist to deny the treatment ordered by my licensed practitioner who is accredited with the Tx DEA. They refused to contact the dr for alternative meds or to inform them of the refusal to fill it.

Now, i am 5 days post op and have no pain medication for the two large surgical incisions in my abd and my back.

Every HEB pharmacy us so under staffed that customers must wait in lines that are longer than they should be. I have moved all oh mine, my husband, and my mother's prescription. I will continue to tell everyone they can get better service at other pharmacies. Fix this problem!

Employee in Pharmacy (Lupe C ) is very rude. I say good morning and it falls on deaf ears. Only reply was who are you picking up for today. This is not the first time. I don't have this problem with other store worker. I was taught different. I'm at the point where I plan on move by Pharmacy need to CVS or Wal-Mart.

I was at H‑E‑B at O’Conner and Nacogdoches on 12/6. I bought hamburger at 25% off. And a nice pork roast. They did not put on groceries in my car. When I got home I was missing the above items.

They said it was left outside. They had the hamburger in the back. Gave to me was not cool and gave me a different roast. I am worried about the hamburger being bad. They would not give me new hamburger because it was discounted.

I believe this was wrong I could get sick from this hamburger. I would like an answer. Thank you

I went to the HEB on Oblate and San Pedro today 11/20/23 to buy my thanksgiving Turkey. I went through the self check out and I asked the HEB rep there how come I am not getting the Turkey @ 99 cents a pound if I bought $20 dollars worth of groceries.

The HEB rep said you can get the turkey free if you buy a HAM. I told her that I did not need a ham I wanted the Turkey only and she said they did not have that special if you buy $20 worth of groceries you get the Turkey at 99 cents a pound.

I found that kind of unusual but I did as she said went to get a ham so that I could get the turkey free. The ham was as much as the turkey. I decided to go to another HEB and I spoke with several managers and persons in the store.

Do my shopping at Harlingen HEB on Lincoln St. Need more training for check out clerks on the HEB Debit card. Some clerks have me separate the Debit discount items and some dont. Yesterday I asked the clerk if I needed to separate cause I was going to pay with Debit card and my other credit card she said no the register will do it.

well I ended up having to pay the whole total with the Debit card.

H‑E‑B pharmacy gonzales decides not to fill medications. I called my Dr. Because one med not filled. They had to call them and tell them I was on 2 narcotics and they were ok with. How about we pick up a phone and call md.

Also when you call you are put o. Hold forever they never come back to the phone. Staff is rude. These are sick people at least smile for them. I am moving my pharmacy to a local hometown pharmacy done with H‑E‑B gonzales

Wednesday 13,2023 I came into the store to buy a birthday cake flowers and balloons but it didn't go well at the florist area the florist was rude and in a bad mood. didnt care to assist me just told me the balloons are under the net which weren't too many to choose and didn't offer to help me get balloons down or offer a a pin so

they wouldn't fly away so I just got one balloon and forgot to buy flowers I was so mad that I asked the cashier if she could give me clip so the balloons wouldn't fly away I'm so mad cause it was a surprise for a client.

It's one of the WORSE grocery store for the hadicap. Have to wait for the non-handicp per move their vechicle out of handicap parking After waiting 15-20 minutes for parking & anothere 20 minutes wait for a scotter. Sitting at the cashier unable to see what is being rang up by cashier on the cell &/or conversation with sacker & others.

Trust them at their word that they rang up all the coupons & reduced prices. Check this out; Have come back to store to get your refund. Sit in the parking lot waiting for over a hour waiting for scooter..

And reported a person sitting outside on a scooter & not shopping for over 30 minutes & the manager done nothing about it. Never made it in the store, which is the only way to get refunded.

In the last month I have bought two 10 lb. bags of Hill Country Fair sugar. I find them to be a good value and enjoy using them in my baking. I noticed that both bags were underweight. The contents consistently came in at 9# 15 oz. Not usually a problem unless you measure by weight rather than volume. One bag being underweight is an anomaly, two bags being underweight is a disturbing trend. Thought you would want to know.

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I decided to go to the HEB BBQ. 4 miles round trip. We ordered some stuffed potatoes and 2 peach cobblers. My wife's cobbler looked great. Mine on the other hand was mostly bread with some juice and a small slice of peach. Basically, almost nothing.

As much as your cobbler costs I felt like I was cheated and very disappointed because there was no desert for me because I wasn't going to drive that far for one dessert. Today, I took it back to the restaurant and they replaced it but I felt like I should have gotten more because I was so inconvenienced when I bought it.

Spoke with the manager and he refused to compensate me with another cobbler. I told the manager I'm a man of word. I will never ever eat there again and will relate my experience to everyone…

HEB, Deer Park Texas Not very accessible for handicapped.. I almost completed my shopping, was in severe pain, and had to use the bathroom, with little warning..I did not have time to write a little note telling people to leave my cart alone...Because of my issues, I sent more than 5 minutes in the bathroom..

A store worker apparently stole my cart and put all my hard work for the last hour back on the shelves.. As I was in so much pain, bad back, to the point of tears, I had to walk out, leave the store , go home and rest..

I do not appreciate the utter waste of my time and effort.. My grocery list was also tossed.. Let’s think of a way to protect the full carts of people who have to use the bathroom, or momentarily step away from their cart..

On July 13, 2023 I went grocery shopping as usual at HEB. On my way to the check out registers I slid and had to grab my basket/cart and did the split to keep from hitting the floor. I had spine surgery several months ago so I surely did not want to hit the floor...

I looked down and there was lotion or soap (white) all over the floor and I told an employee that they need to clean this up before someone gets hurt as I almost fell. I went to the register and asked for a supervisor and I spoke to Moe and told him that I had just had back surgery a few months ago and almost fell because there was stuff all over the floor..

He just took my name and number down on a piece of paper and said they will follow up with me. I checked out then went back to the area where I Slipped and they had it…

We love it being so close and big. I was pleased to find Dark Chocolate cover Walnuts in the bulk foods section but didn't find Organic Oat Bran. The other thing I find at the DS HEB in the frozen fruits case is açaí Superfruit Packs by Sambazon.

Otherwise, we're excited by the new location.

I was going to check my items and ice cream cookie and a candle. The manager in a black shirt named Vanessa falsely accused me of removing a security feature tag thing off something. All I had was an ice cream sandwich and a candle.

She was telling me she saw me do it and I was lying. I had no idea what she was talking about. This is not ok I had to leave the store because she thought I was stealing something....

The cashier Crystal was so anal while scanning my items. She was very rude about my items. I understand about BOB but coming around the register and looking up, down and around the basket is a little aggressive especially if I had a small basket with 10 items AND A BAGGER on Express Lane!!!

I visited the HEB on Potranco road today. I Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged at the bakery. There were three workers behind the counter. One worker was helping another customer order a cake. The other two workers were laughing and playing.

One of the workers finally apologized for the wait, and said someone would be with us momentarily. Two more customers walked up, and the other two employees failed to assist. My daughter and I walked off after standing there another seven to ten minutes without being served.

Please have better customer service.

At approximately 5:30pm, my grandfather was at HEB on Staples and Saratoga. He is legally blind, as well as disabled. Due to unfortunate circumstances, including the aforementioned disabilities, Strehlow is unable to see well around him and is required to walk to HEB or aquire a ride, which is not generally available, especially in this instance I am acknowledging now.

Today he walked over to this HEB, the only HEB in close proximity where he can deal with bills and purchase the appropriate groceries which are available in HEB for him to function, which he is already struggling with due to his circumstances. I tried to return/exchange item at HEB without success. I was told I would have to return at the HEB location I purchased. I was not aware of this policy and was really disappointed. How is it that a huge chain like HEB would not exchange unwanted items at any location.

I've never seen this on my receipts. I love this grocery chain but this stinks. Purchased items at McGregor location and tried to exchange at Summerwood location.

when I called to complain Scott the pharmacist at Kyle HEB. defended the fuk up and made it my fault!! Disgusting human crap is what he is. I transfered all my meds and David's meds to Walmart. Miracle of miracles they were all delivered before noon.

As much as I shop with HEB I have never took time out of my busy schedule to make a complaint. Well first off the line we chose was held up because the register person was new and didn’t put the ladies identification number for food stamps in correctly. After waiting 7 minutes for that correction we finally start getting our items checked out and his scanner was not working so we had to lift the plants up that were heavy so her can swipe them!

He was scanning items twice and he couldn’t get my digital coupons to work so we got screwed with that. I got the manager and she could care less! She said she’s having a lot of problems all day and blew us off!

I will never go to H‑E‑B again!!

one of your employees in the beauty aisles followed me all around the store (left the beauty aisle and followed me across the store to the holistic health beauty and even to the food aisles and to checkout) and was staring me down. i believe she thought i was going to steal.

everyone is entitled to their opinion but honestly as she was an old white woman and i was a young latina woman i did feel racially profiled. i shouldn’t have to say this but i’ve never done such a thing as steal at any store, but this woman following me around the store made me feel like a criminal.

i come to this HEB all the time and i’m a regular here, but if this is the treatment i’m going to begin to receive then i can easily go somewhere else.

B. curb side in Bastrop, Tx. It took over a hour to get my order of 4 items. After checking in 4 times and watching people come and go, I called and asked where my order was. I was told I wasn't on the board.

Bagger did not place expensive item in cart. I remember putting the item worth 30 dollars on the cashiers belt and the bagger loaded it all up in my cart and once I got home the item was not in any of the bags nor dropped in the car.

I forgot to check the baggers area to make sure they put everything in today but there have been multiple times when they have been chatting amongst each other and have not put items back in my cart to leave and I’ve had to ask for them. I’m really disappointed that I’ll have to go back and spend a total of $60 on this one product I need.

To whom it may concern, I work for Favor a delivery company, and I used to work for H-E-B, and I left on good terms. One day I hope to return to H-E-B as I loved my experience in the deli, the bakery, showtime, and as a cashier.

I’m writing this complaint because on 4/14/ 2023, I had a favor fleet order that I had to return back to curbside because the customer could not be reached in the apartment number was not correct. The woman who helped me I asked in conversation if customers were receiving any perishable items that were left out for more than 40 minutes or so or receiving new items just the same or given possibly foodborne illness affected items.

The H-E-B employee laughed at me and said that’s not policy. I responded with it may have been when I worked there but I’m not sure…

I was shopping in your store on university Blvd in round rock on April 10. I was in the dairy section when I came across two employees gathering internet orders. One of them was telling the other how she'd been instructed to acknowledge customers and beware of her surroundings.

She went on saying how customers were the ones needing to pay attention and be more polite. How god forbid someone runs into her or vice versa it's attomatically her fault. This young woman was so busy complaining to her co worker and snickering she had absolutely no idea I was there shopping.

On April 11th at approximately 8pm @ HEB store at 14087 O'Connor Rd, San Antonio, TX 78247. I sent an email but it might have went to the wrong department. To begin with a little about me, I'm 53yrs old I am an Infantry disabled veteran.

I have several issues that I'm letting you know about in order for you to understand what effect the incident had on me, I have stage 3 parkinson's that causes me to constantly shaking, I also suffer from PTSD. I waited for my curbside order for 1 hour. 00 worth of groceries. When I got there called the curbside number and told her what parking spot I was in. We use curbside all the time . I have had things missing out of orders several times.

04/03/2023 @ 5:35 PM: Waited 10.37 Minutes at the Deli Counter waiting to place an order. There were 7 other customers in line with only two (2) workers behind the counter. Good Management would have recognized the line and added more workers. This did not happen. Poor to non-existent Management. Today I visited HEB located at 1300 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, TX 78577 at around 4pm. I had to cash my check from my job. When I gave the check to the rep, she asked if it was a tax return check, I told her that I work for the state.

She wasn't sure what to do so she had to ask someone else for advise, Im assuming. I started having a panic attack. I have irrational fears since my son passed away end of 2019 then the COVID pandemic happened.

I have an irrational fear of stores. It's something that I work on but its not easy and takes time. I ran to the restroom to calm myself down for a bit. I was just in H‑E‑B on Preston Road in Plano. As you know, your systems went down for 30 minutes. I waited in line 45 minutes and I think your Store and employees handled it wonderfully.

However, on the way out of the south entrance of the store at 5:20, I was stopped and told that the lady needed to see my receipt. I was in a line of 20 people filing out of the store and I was singled out. No one else. Unfortunately I did not get her name. I was so pissed. Psalm 37:25 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread. When you come in to H-E-B to return an item that was badly packaged I don’t have a receipt.

Because one of three reasons one item leaked on it and it was illegible. Number two is the receipt was it out by the self-service thing behind the register and I didn’t find it. Number three they use my drivers license as a way to tag me check my data and sell my credit status.

This way you treat a customer a decades I don’t think so seems to me that you are evil and not good. And then tell me because I do it once a month or maybe twice because of the machines not working right I’m returning to many things?

I continue to be disappointed when purchasing fruits and vegetables at my local store in Floresville TX. It seems like the quality is not what it use to be. If you don't consume the products the day it was purchased you are out of luck.

I have thrown away more fruits and vegetables over the past 2 years. I buy a week in advance and don't have time to go back and forth to the store to return molded and leaking disgusting products. Salads, strawberries etc.

I am sending my husband in today with strawberries. So very disappointed. The expiration dates mean nothing to me anymore as the products are already bad. Sincerely Carla Keylich
